コロナ禍における基礎看護学実習Ⅱに関する検討 : 実習形態の違いによる自己効力感に関する考察
Get PDF【目的】本研究は，コロナ禍で実施した基礎看護学実習Ⅱが，学生にとってどのような学びが得られたのか，実習目標の達成度と自己効力感の実態について明らかにする．【方法】対象は，研究同意が得られた2年生57名である．調査内容は，臨地実習受け入れへの不安の有無，実習目標の達成度，臨地実習自己効力感とした．
【結果】本研究は，コロナ禍における実習形態は多様であったが，病院実習では直接，患者を受け持ち実際に援助したことで，実習目標を達成することができ，自己の課題も見出していた．学内実習では模擬指導者役のもと，教職員による模擬患者に対し，直接，援助を実施したことで，実習目標を達成することができていたが，リアリティある患者の反応までにいたらなかった点が課題として残った．【考察】コロナ禍において行われる様々な実習形態に合わせて，実習指導者と共に連携し，学生の自己効力感を高める支援が重要であることが示唆された．departmental bulletin pape

The Actual Conditions of Environmental liability and The Recognition of Asset Retirement Obligation
Get PDF環境債務は、企業がその活動によって、周辺環境に対して何らかの影響を及ぼしているか、あるいは将来及ぼしそうな損失、費用である。本稿では、日本における環境債務が、環境規制や環境情報開示の遅れによって生じていることを指摘し、さらに、環境債務の中でも代表的な資産除去債務の認識に焦点をあて、その定義や会計基準における概念について論考している。また、環境債務の計上事例として東京電力株式会社をあげ、その環境債務と資産除去債務の課題を指摘し、今後の環境情報開示のなかでの環境債務の重要性について論じている。Environmental liability is a loss or expense that the company has some influence on the surrounding environment by its activity. This paper points out that environmental liability in Japan has been caused by the delay of the environmental regulation and the environmental information disclosure. This paper more focuses on the recognition of asset retirement obligation, and studies the definition of environmental liability and the concept in accounting standards of asset retirement obligation. In addition, this paper illustrates the financial statements of Tokyo Electric Power Company, Incorporated as a example of the environmental liability, and discusses the problem of the environment liability & asset retirement obligation and the importance of them.departmental bulletin pape

A study about practice of teacher training in school counseling : A case conference based on PCAGIP method
Get PDF本研究では、スクールカウンセリングにおける教員研修としてPCAGIP 法を用いた事例検討の実践から、その有効性や課題について検討することを目的とした。事例検討では、スクールカウンセラーはファシリテーターとして働き、他の参加者メンバーは自由で話しやすい雰囲気の中、討議を行った。本研修では、事例提供者の負担が少ないこと、さまざまな視点から事例A への対応を考えられたことなどの特徴が見られた。その結果、①スクールカウンセラーと教
員間の連携強化やチームで関わる経験になったこと、②教員が学級経営や児童とのかかわりに関して予防的に関わっていける可能性を示唆した感想が得られた。また、今後の課題として、PCAGIP 法による事例検討のプロセスを詳細に検討していく必要性が見出された。The purpose of this study is to examine efficiency of teacher training in school counseling. In this case conference, all participants discussed in case A were easy to talk to. The school counselor was the facilitator in the group work. The characteristics of this training is to reduce ploblems for a member who presented case A and other group members talked about case A from various points of view. The conclusions are as follows: ⑴ an experience of problem solving team between teachers and school counselor ⑵ this kind of teacher training will be a way of preventive approach in school counseling or educational counseling. “Acceptance” in clinical psychology and considering that “there must be so”
Get PDF心理臨床においては、クライエントを「受容する」ことが重要な基本とされる。しかし、その「受容」概念はあいまいで、無条件に受容するということが可能なのか、受容することが変化を求めるセラピーと両立するのかといった概念自体が含む問題があり、長年議論がされてきているがいまだに整理されているとは言えない。基本となる概念が不明瞭ではさまざまな戸惑いや混乱を生じさせる。本研究では、人のあり方について「全関連性」「被規定性」「総力性」といった面が
あることから導き出される「そうあるしかない」というとらえ方を提出し、それによって「受容」概念を巡る混乱を整理することを試みた。そして、このようなとらえ方をセラピストがしっかりともっていることが心理臨床においては重要で、クライエントの自己評価によい影響を与えること、さらにそれが心理臨床の専門性と独自性になることを示した。In clinical psychology, “accepting” clients is an important foundation. However, the concept of “acceptance” is vague, and there are issues that have been discussed for many years whether all are accepted unconditionally and whether acceptance and change are contradicting each other. If the foundation concept is unclear, it causes various confusion and hesitation. To sort out these matters, in this paper, I present a viewpoint about the way of human beings that “there must be so”. After that I mentioned that it is important in psychotherapy that the therapist has such a viewpoint, which has a positive effect on client’s self-esteem.
