THE ROLE OF BUSINESS TRUST, CONSUMER CONFIDENCE AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY ON ECONOMIC GROWTH IN G20 COUNTRIES
No full textThis study aims to analyze the condition of business trust, consumer trust, rule of law, developments in technology,information, and communication, and their influence on ASEAN economic growth. The data used is panel dataconsisting of time series data for 2009 – 2020 and a cross-section of 10 countries with the highest level of businessconfidence in G20 Member countries. The variables used are economic growth, conditions of business trust,consumer confidence, rule of law, development of technology, information, and communication. The analyticaltool used is panel data regression, namely the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). An increase in business confidence andconsumer confidence will have an impact on increasing economic growth. In the research results, business trust has the most influence.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi kepercayaan bisnis, kepercayaan konsumen, supremasi hukum, perkembangan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi, serta pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi ASEAN. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel yang terdiri dari data time series tahun 2009 – 2020 dan cross section dari 10 negara dengan tingkat kepercayaan bisnis tertinggi di negara-negara Anggota G20. Variabel yang digunakan adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, kondisi kepercayaan bisnis, kepercayaan konsumen, supremasi hukum, perkembangan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Meningkatnya kepercayaan bisnis dan kepercayaan konsumen akan berdampak pada peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dalam hasil penelitian, kepercayaan bisnis memiliki pengaruh paling besar.
Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Kepercayaan Bisnis, dan Kepercayaan Konsumen.

Get PDFDalam pembelajaran olahraga atletik kreatifitas guru sangat diperlukan untuk melahirkan ide gerak yang mudah dilakukan oleh siswa, guru dapat memanfaatkan alat-alat sederhana yang terpenting dari semuanya itu adalah faktor kegembiraan pada anak yang ditimbulkan dari kegiatan tersebut, sehingga anak akan tertarik dan mulai menyukai olahraga atletik. Untuk mewujudkan suasana yang menggembirakan diperlukan pengembangan atletik yang bernuansa permainan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Buay Runjung terhadap olahraga lempar lembing dengan media lempar rocket. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Adapun jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif yang terdiri dari data angket (kuesioner) minat belajar siswa. Data hasil evaluasi belajar kognitif, psikomotor, dan afektif pada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil dari angket motivasi dan hasil tes yang diberikan pada saat siklus I nilai rata rata angket motivasi siswa diperoleh 55.80 dan pada siklus II nilai rata rata diperoleh 80.89 sudah terlihat peningkatannya. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi belajar diperoleh rata-rata pada siklus I 66.54 dan pada siklus II diperoleh 81.33 terlihat meningkat dari siklus sebelumnya. Dari hasil perbaikan pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, Hasil belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Buay Runjung pada mata pelajaran Penjaskes dengan materi modifikasi lempar lembing menggunakan media rocket mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan setelah pembelajaran menggunakan objek nyata modifikasi lempar rocket dengan metode demonstrasi
Self Disclosure dengan Resiliensi pada Remaja Wanita di Panti Asuhan
Get PDFTeenagers who live in orphanages, especially female adolescents, have different aptitudes from boys to survive in adversity and bounce back from adversity. This has resulted in female adolescents in orphanages needing to have good resilience in order to be able to survive in difficult conditions. An important factor that affects resilience is trust. A sign of trust shown by someone is doing self-disclosure. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the relationship between self-disclosure and resilience in female adolescents in orphanages. The population in this study were female adolescents aged 15-18 years who lived in an orphanage. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 51 adolescents. The measuring instruments of this research include the Self-disclosure Scale and the Resilience Scale. Based on the results of research conducted using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique, it shows a correlation coefficient of 0.617 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-disclosure and resilience in female adolescents in orphanages

The dryer is designed to use a tube made of aluminum with an iron frame equipped with a dimmer as a voltage regulator and a timer for setting the drying time. The engine performance test was carried out with a voltage variation of 80-100 Volts with a time of 30-240 seconds with a constant load weight. Based on the research, the performance of the dryer was obtained, at a voltage of 90-100 Volts, the engine speed was stable at 2500 rpm in a drying time of 90-120 seconds. The decrease in load in the drying process can increase the rotation of the motor, otherwise the motor torque will be smaller with the increase in motor rotation and the length of the drying process

Augmented reality is a technology that combines virtual and physical elements in real time. Interactive technologies such as Augmented Reality can be a big attraction for children, because it can be seen from the development and advancement of this technology gets special attention from children living in today\u27s millennial era Based on this, researchers developed a short story application about the application of new normal in children, which utilizes android-based augmented reality technology to display 3D versions of short stories based on detection results. existing markers. As a result of this study, it is expected that children can be interested and easily apply a healthy lifestyle in the pandemic era.
Abstrak : Virus baru yang dikenal sebagai Covid-19 telah menyebabkan banyak kematian di seluruh dunia, bahkan di negara kita sendiri, Indonesia. Ini dimulai di Cina, ketika virus menyebar ke seluruh dunia, banyak orang menjadi korban dan menyebabkan kekhawatiran luas di antara manusia. Hal ini menjadi sebuah rutinitas baru untuk seluruh manusia di dunia dimana semua orang termasuk anak-anak harus menjalankan protokol kesehatan ini sehari-hari. Anak-anak lebih banyak tahu soal game atau konten-konten hiburan dari internet. Hal ini membuat anak-anak mengesampingkan pentingnya protokol kesehatan. Dengan menggabungkan teknologi Augmented Reality dengan cerita pendek tentang penyebaran new normal di perangkat Android, dapat membantu anak-anak belajar tentang pentingnya hidup sehat dengan cara yang lebih menarik. Augmented reality adalah teknologi yang menggabungkan elemen virtual dan fisik secara real time. Teknologi interaktif seperti Augmented Reality dapat menjadi daya tarik yang begitu besar bagi anak-anak, karena bisa dilihat dari perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi ini mendapat perhatian khusus dari anak-anak yang hidup pada zaman milenial saat ini Berdasarkan hal ini, peneliti mengembangkan aplikasi cerita pendek tentang penerapan new normal pada anak-anak, yang memanfaatkan teknologi augmented reality berbasis android untuk menampilkan versi 3D dari cerita pendek berdasarkan hasil deteksi penanda yang ada. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini, diharapkan anak-anak dapat tertarik dan dengan mudah menerapkan pola hidup sehat pada era pandemic.

The sales system is still done manually, monthly data reports are still done in recording into a book which can lost sales reports, and there is no price information and tart sold, it is necessary to have the delivery status of the tart sold. The development of this sales information system uses the waterfall development system. This study aims to design an online cake sales application, provide information about prices and cakes sold and provide information that cakes have been sent to customers. The results of this study are the creation of e-commerce design, making it easier to make monthly reports, the availability of price information and cakes sold, and the status of cake delivery if the cake has been sent to the customer.
 
Persepsi Pengembangan Karir Ditinjau Dari Komitmen Organisasi Pada Karyawan Kontrak
Get PDFAbstract : Contract employees are employees who work at the company with a certain time limit, and can be dismissed at any time, this affects employees\u27 perceptions of career development at the company and also affects employee commitment to the company. This study aims to examine the relationship between perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees. Perceptions of career development variables and organizational commitment were measured using a scale. The subjects of this study were 48 contract employees, with the determination of the sample based on accidental sampling. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis using Karl Pearson\u27s product moment with SPSS version 20 for Windows. Based on the research results, it is known that the perception of career development with organizational commitment on contract employees. There is a significant positive correlation (r.0.813 with sig <0.05) between the variable perceptions of career development and organizational commitment for contract employees, namely 0.000 and the significance value is below / less than 0.05, this means that the higher (positive) the perception of career development, the higher employee commitment to the company and vice versa, the lower (negative) perceptions of employee career development, the lower employee commitment to the company. On the perception of career development has the most categories at low (negative) with a contribution of 50% and organizational commitment at most has a low category with contributions 46%.

Abstrak : Karyawan kontrak merupakan karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan dengan batasan waktu tertentu dan sewaktu-waktu dapat diberhentikan, hal ini mempengaruhi persepsi karyawan terhadap pengembangan karirnya pada perusahaan tersebut dan juga mempengaruhi komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan persepsi pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak. Variabel persepsi pengembangan karir dan komitmen organisasi diukur dengan menggunakan skala. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 48 karyawan kontrak , dengan penentuan sampel berdasarkan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan product moment karl pearson dengan program SPSS versi 20 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa persepsi pengembangan karir dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak, ada korelasi positif yang signifikan (r.0.813 dengan sig < 0.05) antara variabel persepsi pengembangan karir dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak yaitu 0.000 dan nilai signifikansinya dibawah/lebih kecil 0.05, ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi (positif) persepsi pengembangan karir maka semakin tinggi komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya begitu sebaliknya semakin rendah (negatif) persepsi pengembangan karir karyawan maka semakin rendah komitmen karyawan pada perusahaannya. Pada persepsi pengembangan karir memiliki kategori paling banyak pada tingkat rendah (negatif) dengan kontribusi 50% dan komitmen organisasi paling banyak memiliki kategori rendah dengan kontribusi 46%.

STRATEGI MENINGKATKAN OUTCOMES PASCA PELATIHAN VOKASI TUKANG BAHAN BANGUNAN PAVING BLOK PROGRAM KOTAKU
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze how much change is experienced by vocational training participants in paving block construction materials on learning in attitudes, knowledge, general skills, and specific skills (outcomes). In addition, this analysis is also intended to determine how the effect of vocational training on paving block construction materials on the results of the changes obtained. The training was held on December 21-24, 2020, at the Faculty of Engineering, University of IBA Palembang. Forty participants attended the training. The data in this analysis were obtained through pre-test and post-test. These changes are described in 4 predicates using simple regression analysis: excellent, better, already good, and not good. The regression results showed that an average of 15.625% of the participants experienced an increase in results, an average of 76.25% of the participants obtained stable/stable results, and an average of 8.125%. Of the participants experienced a decrease in results. The analysis results found that training had an effect of 3.1% on participants\u27 attitudes, 15.8% on participants\u27 knowledge, 19.8% on general skills of participants, and 0.2% on specific skills of participants. The R-square value is not very influential because most of the participants are craftsmen who have experience making paving blocks. It takes a strategy of activities focused on goals and an activity strategy to improve the final result. Thus, the participants\u27 primary objective is to become competent construction workers of infrastructure, road construction, and settlements construction infrastructure can be achieved.

Abstrak
Penelitian bertujuan memberikan solusi atas capaian pembelajaran (outcome) yang dicapai peserta setelah pelatihan vokasi tukang bahan bangunan paving blok. Pelatihan dilaksanakan 21-24 Desember 2020 di Fakultas Teknik Universitas IBA Palembang. Peserta berjumlah 40 orang, dan semuanya menjadi responden. Jawaban pre-test dan post-test, menunjukkan ada perubahan jumlah peserta terhadap capaian pembelajaran yaitu ; sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan umum dan keterampilan khusus. Peserta dengan outcome meningkat 15,625%, yang tetap/stabil 76,25% dan peserta dengan outcome menurun 8,125%. Jawaban tersebut diregresi juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap perubahan sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan umum dan khusus. Hasilnya menunjukkan ada perubahan sikap sebesar 3,1%, pengetahuan 15,8%, keterampilan umum 19,8% dan keterampilan khusus 0,2%. Pengaruh (R square) memang tidak begitu besar, namun begitu jelas bahwa pelatihan vokasi ada pengaruh terhadap outcome peserta. Dibutuhkan strategi aktifitas terarah ke tujuan (goal directed activity) dan strategi aktifitas tujuan (goal activity) untuk meningkatkan outcome peserta pasca pelatihan, sehingga tujuan menjadi tukang bahan bangunan untuk infrastruktur pembangunan jalan dan permukiman yang kompeten dapat tercapai.
