Perbaikan Citra Tanda Tangan Digital Menggunakan Metode Otsu Thressholding dan Sauvola
Get PDFAbstract : The digital era forces people to digitize in all fields. Digital product that is often found is digital image. One kind of digital image application is the use of a digital image signature embedded in a document. However, often the results are unsatisfactory, such as background color problems, noise, lack of clarity, etc. The quality of digital image signatures can be improved by implementing the Otsu Thresholding and Sauvola methods. These two methods were chosen because they are widely used in document image quality improvement. The purpose of this study is to produce a better digital image signature and to compare the performance of these two methods. The results showed that the quality of the images produced by these two methods was better than the original image or by using standard filters from a word processing application. Meanwhile, from the two methods used, Sauvola\u27s method was slightly better than Otsu\u27s method. In terms of visual evaluations, the Sauvola method total score is 13 compare to Otsu method score that is 11. Meanwhile, the PSNR ratio show that the two methods give the same results, that is 34,571 db
Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Dan Literasi Digital Terhadap Preferensi Bank Digital
Get PDFThe rapid development of technology, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic, is affecting the world, and one of them is the financial aspect. Banking is a growing sector that can drive economic growth; by continuing to adapt, banks are adopting digital technology to survive. Currently, the challenges of the digital world are increasing. Banks must not only compete with other banks but also must be able to compete with other financial technology companies. One way to adapt and survive in this era is with the emergence of digital banks. The public must also be educated about these digital banking services because financial and digital literacy must be understood first. This research aims to find out and confirm the relationship between financial literacy and digital literacy with consumer preference for digital banks. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using primary data. The results obtained are: Financial literacy partially affects consumer preferences for digital banks; Digital literacy partially affects consumer preferences for digital banks; Financial literacy and digital literacy simultaneously affect consumer preferences for digital banks. This research aims to contribute to the development of digital banks in Indonesia.

Abstrak
Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat terlebih pula semenjak pandemi covid 19 membawa dampak terhadap dunia, salah satunya kepada pada aspek keuangan. Perbankan merupakan sektor yang berkembang yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, dengan terus beradaptasi bank mulai mengadopsi teknologi digital agar dapat bertahan. Saat ini tantangan dunia digital semakin meningkat, bank tidak hanya harus bersaing dengan bank lain, tetapi juga harus dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan financial technology lainnya. Salah satu cara untuk beradaptasi dan bertahan di era ini yaitu dengan munculnya bank digital. Masyarakat pun perlu diedukasi tentang layanan perbankan digital tersebut, karena literasi keuangan dan literasi digital harus dipahami terlebih dahulu. Tujuan penelitian ini agar mengetahui dan memastikan hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan literasi digital dengan preferensi konsumen terhadap bank digital. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu: Literasi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen akan bank digital; Literasi digital secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen akan bank digital; Literasi keuangan dan literasi digital secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap preferensi konsumen akan bank digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk berkontribusi dalam pengembangan bank digital di Indonesia.

Pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Kepemilikan Manajerial terhadap Kebijakan Dividen dengan Ukuran Perusahaan sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Get PDFThis study aims to see how the influence of profitability and managerial ownership on dividend policy with firm size as a moderating variable on the LQ45 index. The population in this research is all LQ 45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period with a total of 45 companies. The samples in this study were 16 companies with a total of 48 data observations. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, moderated regression analysis (MRA), significance test (t test), and determinant coefficient test (R2) with IBM SPSS statistics 26. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on ownership managerial ownership has a positive and insignificant effect, company size can weaken the relationship between profitability and dividend policy and is not significant, and company size can weaken the relationship between managerial ownership and dividend policy and is not significant.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari profitabilitas dan kepemilikan manajerial pada kebijakan dividen dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam indeks LQ45. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan yang masuk dalam indeks LQ 45 yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dalam kurun waktu 2019-2021 sejumlah 45 perusahaan. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni 16 perusahaan dengan observasi sebanyak 48 data. Teknik penganalisisan data yang dipergunakan yaitu , moderated regression analysis (MRA), pengujian asumsi klasik, pengujian signifikansi (uji t), serta pengujian koefisien determinan (R2) dengan IBM SPSS statistics 26. Temuan penelitian ini memperlihatkan profitabilitas mempunyai pengaruh positif serta signifikan, kepemilikan manajerial mempunyai pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, ukuran perusahaan mampu melemahkan hubungan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen dan tidak signifikan, serta ukuran perusahaan mampu melemahkan hubungan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kebijakan dividen dan tidak signifikan.

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI HASIL BELAJAR SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PEACHTREE MAHASISWA UNAMA JAMBI
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the significant influence of introductory accounting mastery, English vocabulary and computer laboratory facilities on learning outcomes of Peachtree accounting information systems for Unama students. The method used is data collection, namely documentation and tests, the data analysis method used is descriptive and hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study also uses references from previous studies, namely location, object and dependent variable (y), which are different from previous research. The results of this study indicate that Mastery of introductory accounting, English vocabulary and computer laboratory facilities each have a partial effect on learning outcomes of the Peachtree accounting information system for Unama students, namely indicated by a significant value of 0.038 for the variable of introductory accounting mastery, 0.002 for the vocabulary variable English, and 0.022 for the variable laboratory facilities, each of which shows a value smaller than the significance value of 0.05

Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian dari dua program studi yaitu prodi PJKR dan Bimbingan Konseling terkait psikologi atletnya. Salah satu alasan juga bahwa masih minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta Kejuaraan Futsal Fest Women Antar Klub se-Sulawesi Tengah terkait dengan penyusunan jadwal, persiapan dan perlengkapan pertandingan oleh PJKR FKIP UNTAD Club yang akan dilaksanakan pada Kejuaraan Futsal Fest Women Antar Klub se-Sulawesi Tengah serta pembenahan mental yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian dari BK terkait psikologi saat bertanding. Peningkatan Pembangunan Ekonomi Untuk Kualitas Hidup Manusia Di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze economic development towards improving the quality of human life in the Special Region of Yogyakarta from 2013 to 2019. Theoretically, the Human Development Index (IPM) measures human resources and is used as a standard indicator of human welfare. The HDI indicator is based on the quality of health, education and people\u27s purchasing power. An increase in the HDI value indicates that there has been an increase in human welfare and rate in an area. Human Development Index (IPM) is the dependent variable, while capital expenditure, poverty, Regional Minimum Wage (UMP), and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) are independent variables. The research approach uses a fixed effect model: panel data. Partial research results show that capital expenditure has a positive but not significant effect on HDI, while poverty has a negative and insignificant influence on HDI. In addition, UMP and GRDP have a significant positive impact on HDI. Simultaneously, poverty, capital expenditure, UMP and GRDP substantially influence the HDI in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pembangunan ekonomi terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup manusia di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta pada tahun 2013-2019. Secara teoritis, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) merupakan metode pengukuran sumber daya manusia yang dijadikan standar indikator kesejahteraan manusia. Indikator IPM didasarkan pada kualitas kesehatan, pendidikan dan daya beli masyarakat. Meningkatnya nilai IPM menujukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kualitas manusia di suatu wikayah. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) sebagai variabel dependen, sedangkan belanja modal, kemiskinan, Upah Minimum Regional (UMP), Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) sebagai variabel independen Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan fixed effect model yang bersifat data panel. Hasil penelitian secara partial menunjukan bahwa belanja modal berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap IPM, sedangkan kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap IPM. Selain itu, UMP dan PDRB memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap IPM. Secara simultan, kemiskinan, belanja modal, UMP dan PDRB memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap IPM di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Individual employee performance is very important in achieving organizational goals. Therefore we need a performance appraisal system that is reliable and will be used as a basis for performance appraisal and organizational development, employee performance follows a goal so that each employee can assess the extent to which his performance has resulted in an expected achievement following organizational goals. Pengembangan Kemampuan Menulis Puisi Untuk Anak: Early Literacy
Get PDFTujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan motivasi bagi anak usia sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa mereka dengan menulis puisi. Kegiataan ini juga diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kreatifitas anak melalui proses penciptaan puisi dengan menggunakan metode akrostik. Dalam proses pembimbingan menulis puisi menggunakan teknik akrostik kepada para siswa kelas 6 di SD Negeri 26 Palembang, tim pengabdian mengulas tentang unsur pembangun puisi kemudian mengarahkan siswa untuk menentukan judul puisi yang didasarkan pada pengamatan terhadap benda-benda dan peristiwa yang ada di sekitar siswa. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh sekitar 30 siswa ini memperlihatkan hasil bahwa para peserta menyukai teknik akrostik karena memudahkan mereka untuk menemukan gagasan atau ide puisi sesuai dengan tema yang telah ditentuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik akrostik dalam penulisan puisi merupakan metode yang efektif untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa
