ANALYSIS DISSOCIATIVE AMNESIA OF ELLY CONWAY’S IN THE FILM ARGYLLE USING SIGMUND FREUD’S THEORY
Abstract: This research explores the portrayal of dissociative amnesia and the dynamics of the id, ego, and superego in the character of Elly Conway in the film Argylle using Sigmund Freud\u27s psychoanalytic theory. The study aims to describe how dissociative amnesia is depicted in Elly\u27s character and to analyze the development of her personality in terms of Freud\u27s structural model of the psyche. This study applies the qualitative descriptive analysis method. The findings indicate that Elly Conway suffers from dissociative amnesia, characterized by memory loss and disconnection from her past, resulting from the repression of traumatic memories. The study also reveals the evolving dynamics between the id, ego, and superego in Elly\u27s personality. Initially dominated by her superego, Elly faces significant internal conflicts as repressed id impulses emerge. However, as the story progresses, her ego begins to dominate, allowing her to mediate between the desires of the id and the moral constraints of the superego. This research contributes to the understanding of character development in film, particularly in characters with dissociative disorders, through the lens of psychoanalytic theory
Pendekatan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine dalam Menganalisis Tanggapan Terhadap Penutupan Tik Tok Shop
The development of information technology, especially in social media such as TikTok, has had a significant impact on people\u27s shopping behavior patterns. Sentiment analysis is aimed at understanding general views regarding the closure of the TikTok Shop, describing positive or negative opinions. The algorithms used are Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) to analyze responses to the closure of the TikTok Shop. The research methodology involves the process of crawling the Twitter dataset with the keyword "Tik Tok Shop", data cleaning, sentiment labeling, model building, and performance testing. The results of the sentiment analysis are parsed and analyzed to describe the general sentiment towards the closure of the Tik Tok Shop. The conclusion results show that the Naïve Bayes algorithm achieved an accuracy level of 97.91%, with positive recall of 100%, positive precision of 96.30%, negative recall of 95.42%, and negative precision of 100%. Meanwhile the SVM algorithm achieved an accuracy of 91.29%, with a positive recall of 100%, positive precision of 86.19%, negative recall of 80.92%, and negative precision of 100%. Overall, Naïve Bayes provides the highest accuracy results of 97.91%, while SVM provides an accuracy of 91.29%
Konsep Diri Dengan Resiliensi Pada Sandwich Generation
Carrying out the roles of both a child and a parent at the same time is certainly not an easy thing to do. There are many responsibilities that must be carried out as individuals with the sandwich generation. The various problems faced certainly have an influence on the resilience of someone with the sandwich generation. To be a resilient individual certainly cannot be separated from the influence of a positive self-concept so that individuals in the sandwich generation are able to overcome every problem they experience. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and resilience in individuals classified as the sandwich generation. The method used is quantitative with a correlational design. Participants in this research were 149 individuals from the sandwich generation. Research measurements used the Structure of the Personal Self-Concept (α = 0.879) and the Adiult Resilience Scale (α = 0.921). The analysis method uses the Sperm Rho correlation test. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and resilience in individuals classified as the sandwich generation (r = 0.477) and sig. = 0.001. In this way, it is hoped that individuals who are classified as the sandwich generation can maintain a positive self-concept so that they remain resilient individuals in carrying out their role as a sandwich generation
Analysis of Differences in Stock Trading Volume, Bid-Ask Spread, and Abnormal Returns Before and After a Stock Split: Empirical Evidence from Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange
A stock split is a company activity carried out in the capital market by splitting the number of shares when the share price does not increase to make it affordable for investors. The research objective is to analyze differences in stock trading volume, bid-ask spread, and abnormal returns before and after the stock split. The research population was all corporations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and practicing stock splits in 2018-2022, totaling 42 companies. The research sample included some corporations listed on the IDX and practicing stock splits in 2018-2022 and fulfilling the purposive sampling technique, namely not carrying out other corporate actions in the window period of 5 days before and 5 days after the stock split, totaling 36 companies. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The research results show (1) no difference in stock trading volume and bid-ask spread before and after the stock split; (2) there are differences in abnormal returns before and after the stock split.

Abstrak
Stock split merupakan sebuah aktivitas perusahaan yang dilakukan di pasar modal melalui pemecahan jumlah lembar saham pada saat tidak naiknya harga saham sehingga dijangkau investor. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis perbedaan volume perdagangan saham, bid-ask spread, dan abnormal return sebelum dan setelah stock split. Populasi penelitian semua korporasi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan mempraktikkan stock split tahun 2018-2022 sejumlah 42 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian sebagian korporasi yang tercatat di BEI dan mempraktikkan stock split tahun 2018-2022 serta memenuhi teknik purposive sampling yaitu tidak melakukan aksi korporasi lainnya pada periode jendela 5 hari sebelum dan 5 hari sesudah stock split sebanyak 36 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji beda wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan volume perdagangan saham dan bid-ask spread sebelum dan setelahstock split; (2) terdapat perbedaan abnormal return sebelum dan setelah stock split.

Kualitas Produk, Harga, Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Feminine Care Softex di Pamela Satu Yogyakarta
This research aims to determine whether product quality, price and brand image influence the decision to purchase Softex feminine care products in Pamela Satu Yogyakarta. This research is in the form of associative research with multiple-cross sectional analysis. The types of data and data sources in this research consist of direct data and indirect data. In obtaining direct data, it is in the form of a questionnaire to be filled out by respondents who have purchased and used Softex feminine care products at Pamela Satu Yogyakarta via Google form. The sample in this research was 100 respondents who had purchased and used Softex feminine care products in Pamela Satu Yogyakarta. Research was conducted from August to September 2022 at Pamela Satu Yogyakarta. The variables that the author uses in this research are divided into two types, namely independent variables, including product quality, price and brand image, and dependent variables, namely purchasing decisions. The results of the research that has been carried out can be concluded that the variables of product quality, price and brand image have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Feminine Care Softex in Pamela Satu Yogyakarta. The results of this research can provide input for PT Kimberly-Clark Softex as a producer of Feminine Care Softex to further improve product quality, price and brand image in order to improve purchasing decisions by consumers so that the main goals of the company can be achieved optimally.

Abstrak
Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek apakah berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Feminine Care Softex di Pamela Satu Yogyakarta. Riset ini berupa penelitian asosiatif dengan analisis multiple-cross sectional, jenis data dan sumber data dalam riset ini terdiri dari data langsung dan data tidak langsung. Dalam mendapatkan data langsung yaitu berupa kuesioner untuk disi para responden yang pernah membeli dan memakai produk Feminine Care Softex di Pamela Satu Yogyakarta melalui Google form. Sampel pada riset ini sebanyak 100 responden yang pernah membeli dan memakai produk Feminine Care Softex di Pamela satu Yogyakarta. Riset dilakukan dari Agustus sampai September 2022 di Pamela Satu Yogyakarta. Variabel yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu variabel independent (bebas), diantaranya adalah kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek, serta variabel dependen (terikat), yaitu keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Feminine Care Softex di Pamela Satu Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan masukan untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas produk, harga, dan citra merek agar dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.

Upaya Meningkatkan Kemajuan UMKM Kemplang Asrania di Pemulutan Ilir Melalui Peningkatan Kualitas SDM
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy but still require development, especially in improving the quality of human resources. Focusing on improving human resources in MSMEs, such as those of Ms. Asrania\u27s Kemplang Business in Pemulutan Ilir, is crucial to improving the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. The study aimed to investigate ways to enhance the advancement of Kemplang MSMEs by enhancing the caliber of their workforce. This endeavor seeks to offer deeper insights and a significant contribution to the field of science, particularly in the micro, small, and medium-sized economies, laying a foundation for future research in this domain. The MSME development program through improving human resources in Pemulutan Ilir Village lasted for two months and targeted the community around the village. "The techniques applied were participatory and action research, which involved the participation of students and villagers to address specific problems faced by MSMEs and play a role in advancing the local economy. Kemplang Asrania MSMEs improve employee skills through hands-on training, on-the-job methods, demonstrations, and examples. They also apply Coaching and Counseling as a short-term educational approach while still taking into account work experience when hiring the team. Training, coaching, and counseling have positively impacted the business\u27s sustainability and development while paying attention to Sharia\u27s values in improving the quality of human resources.

Abstrak
Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan penting dalam ekonomi Indonesia, tetapi masih memerlukan pengembangan terutama dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM. Fokus pada peningkatan SDM di UMKM, seperti yang dilakukan oleh Usaha Kemplang Ibu Asrania di Pemulutan Ilir, menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk mengeksplorasi upaya meningkatkan kemjuan UMKM Kemplang melalui peningkatan kualitas SDM, diharapkan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik dan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan terutama dalam konteks ekonomi mikro, kecil, dan menengah serta menjadi dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan di bidang ini. Program pengembangan UMKM melalui peningkatan SDM di Desa Pemulutan Ilir yang berlangsung selama 2 bulan dengan sasaran masyarakat sekitar desa. Teknik yang diterapkan adalah partisipatif dan penelitian aksi, yang melibatkan partisipasi penduduk desa untuk menangani masalah spesifik yang dihadapi UMKM, serta berperan dalam memajukan perekonomian lokal. UMKM Kemplang Asrania meningkatkan keterampilan karyawan melalui pelatihan langsung, metode On the Job, serta demonstrasi dan example. Mereka juga menerapkan Coaching dan Counseling sebagai pendekatan pendidikan jangka pendek, sambil tetap memperhitungkan pengalaman kerja saat merekrut tim. Training, Couching dan Counseling ini telah berdampak positif bagi keberlangsungan dan perkembangan usaha, sambil memperhatikan nilai-nilai syariah dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM.

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and service quality on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office. This research variable includes leadership style, service quality, and employee performance. This type of research is quantitative associative. The population has 44 employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 44 respondents, namely the entire population. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees. Data analysis techniques were simple regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and service quality have a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office. Simultaneously, the influence of leadership style and service quality significantly affects employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bulukumba Branch Office.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Variabel Penelitian ini terdiri dari gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif. Adapun populasi dengan jumlah 44 karyawan Pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 responden yaitu keseluruhan populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial pada kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba. Secara simultan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Bulukumba.

Work-life Balance Among Daily Worker Amid Covid-19: Differences Between Gender and Sector
This study aims to identify WLB in DW workers in the hospitality business during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palembang City. The hospitality business, which includes the lodging, travel and tourism, food and beverage (F&B), and recreation businesses affected by the pandemic, has changed the employment status of surviving workers to Daily Workers (DW). The reduced number of workers in this business has caused DW\u27s workload to be heavier. Several previous studies noted that the high workload will disrupt workers\u27 work-life balance. This study uses a causal-comparative study design to explore whether there are differences in WLB by gender and sectorally between the F&B and Lodging sectors during the pandemic. In this case, we saw WLB from the side of Time balance (TB), Involvement balance (IB), and Satisfaction balance (SB). Because the results of the normality test of the data indicate that the research data did not pass the test, We used the Mann-Whitney U Test non-parametric statistical to test the two samples in this study. Based on the test results, the WLB gender is different in the time balance variable, while from the sectoral side, WLB is different in the satisfaction balance variable.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (Worklife pada pekerja harian (Daily Worker/DW) di industri perhotelan selama pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Palembang. Industri perhotelan meliputi akomodasi, perjalanan dan pariwisata, makanan dan minuman (Food and Beverage/F&B), serta rekreasi, terkena dampak pandemi yang merubah status pekerja yang masih bertahan menjadi pekerja harian. Adanya pengurangan jumlah pekerja sebagai akibat kebijakan pembatasan mobilisasi selama pandemi menyebabkan beban kerja pekerja harian menjadi lebih berat. Beberapa studi sebelumnya mencatat bahwa beban kerja yang tinggi akan mengganggu keseimbangan kehidupan dan kerja tenaga kerja. Studi ini menggunakan disain komparatif kausal untuk mengeksplorasi apakah terdapat perbedaan dalam keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan antar sektor, yaitu sektor F7B dan akomodasi selama pandemi. Penelitian ini, WLB akan dilihat dari sisi Keseimbangan Waktu (Time Balance/TB) Keseimbangan Keterlibatan (Involvement Balance/IB) dan Keseimbangan Kepuasan (Satisfaction Balance/SB). Oleh karena hasil pengujian normalitas menunjukkan data yang tidak terdistribusi dengan normal, analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik non-parametrik Mann-Whitney U Test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa WLB berdasarkan jenis kelamin berbeda pada variabel keseimbangan waktu, sementara dari sisi sektoral, WLB memiliki perbedaan dalam variabel keseimbangan kepuasan.

ECOCRITICISM DISCOURSE IN CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS 2 MOVIE
The ecological theme in literary works is continuing become a popular discourse to increase public awareness about the importance of protecting earth. Animated films are one of the medias for introducing this theme to people, especially children, because it can educate them in an easier way and more interesting. This research endeavors to explore the ecological dimensions and ethical reflections intertwined within the animated film "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2." Employing a descriptive qualitative research methodology, this research contributes to the broader discourse on ecocriticism and cinematic narratives by unveiling the ecological and ethical facets woven into film. Through this exploration, the study seeks to illuminate the film\u27s role in shaping cultural attitudes towards nature, technology, and the delicate dance between humanity and the environment. Data were taken by watching the movie, citing the narrations and dialogues, as well as capturing scenes related to the environmental issue. Moreover, through the lens of eco-criticism perspective, the researchers interpret visual metaphors, character dynamics, and narrative layers to unravel the intricate ecological insights embedded within the film. The study contemplates the potential of animation as an eco-educational medium, discussing its impact on fostering environmental consciousness among audiences
Sosialisasi Rencana Bisnis Untuk Membantu Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM) Di Pempek Atok Semeru Palembang
Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan ergo-entrepreneurship dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup karyawan Pempek Atok Simeru Palembang dengan mengurangi keluhan muskuloskeletal, kelelahan, dan beban kerja, serta meningkatkan sikap kewirausahaan mereka. Studi ini menggunakan rancangan kelompok pre- dan post-tes (treatment by subjects design) dan melibatkan tiga puluh sampel yang dipilih secara acak bertingkat. Variabel bebasnya adalah pelaksanaan hasil pelatihan ergo-entrepreneurship, yang merupakan pelatihan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Variabel tergantungnya adalah (1) kualitas hidup, yang diukur dengan indikator kelelahan, keluhan muskuloskeletal, dan beban kerja; dan (2) sikap kewirausahaan karyawan Pempek Atok Simeru Palembang
