Ovo Fintech Application Analysis Using the System Usability Scale
Get PDFThe advancement of information technology has propelled payment systems from conventional methods to technology-based solutions, such as e-wallets and Financial Technology (Fintech). Fintech, a fusion of technology and financial services, has evolved into an online business model enabling fast and remote transactions. This research discusses the progress of information technology (IT) influencing payment systems, particularly in the realm of Fintech. The primary focus is on the Fintech application OVO and its impact on tenants at the International Plaza (IP) Mall in Palembang. This study employs the System Usability Scale (SUS) to evaluate the Usability of the OVO application, emphasizing aspects like effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The research is descriptive and quantitative, with a sample of 50 respondents from Mall IP tenants. Data is collected through SUS questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The evaluation indicates that the OVO application has high Usability , with an SUS score of 87.05 (Grade A), signifying an “Excellent” rating. It suggests that the OVO application provides a comfortable user experience, particularly in electronic financial transactions
Mengembangkan Keterampilan Literasi dan Berhitung dengan Hidroponik Siswa SMP Negeri 58 Palembang
Get PDFKegiatan layanan ini berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan literasi dan berhitung melalui penerapan teknik hidroponik sebagai metode pembelajaran. Hidroponik, metode bercocok tanam tanpa tanah yang menggunakan larutan nutrisi, menawarkan berbagai manfaat pendidikan yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum sekolah. Dengan menggabungkan teori dan praktik hidroponik, siswa tidak hanya belajar tentang pertanian modern tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan penting seperti literasi ilmiah dan keterampilan berhitung. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan hidroponik dalam pendidikan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep ilmiah, keterampilan analitis, serta keterampilan membaca dan menulis yang lebih baik. Selain itu, keterlibatan langsung dalam kegiatan hidroponik memberikan pengalaman praktis yang memotivasi siswa untuk belajar dan menerapkan pengetahuan mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini mengkaji literatur yang ada dan melibatkan aktivitas lapangan seperti di taman sekolah. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi hidroponik dalam proses pembelajaran memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan literasi dan berhitung siswa. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar sekolah mempertimbangkan penerapan hidroponik sebagai bagian dari program pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran
Anteseden dan Konsekuen Environmental Disclosure
Get PDFNowadays, companies need to carry out environmental conservation activities. CSR activities and environmental disclosure are closely related to environmental preservation. So, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of CSR implementation on environmental disclosure and the effect of environmental disclosure on firm value. The population used is the entire sector of companies listed on the IDX. The number of samples in this study was 31 companies in accordance with the 2021 sample selection criteria. The data collection technique of this research is purposive sampling. This study uses a simple linear regression method using SPSS 21. The result of this study is that CSR implementation has a positive effect on environmental disclosure. This result means that the more CSR implementation, the more disclosure in the sustainability report. Meanwhile, environmental disclosure has a negative effect on firm value. This negative effect means that more disclosure actually reduces the value of the company. These results prove that impression management theory is influential in supporting the hypothesis compared to stakeholder theory.

Abstrak
Perusahaan pada masa sekarang penting untuk melakukan kegiatan pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Kegiatan CSR dan environmental disclosure sangat berkaitan dengan pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh penerapan CSR terhadap environmental disclosure, dan pengaruh environmental disclosure terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh sektor perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 31 perusahaan sesuai dengan kriteria pemilihan sampel tahun 2021. Teknik pengambilan data dari penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap environmental disclosure. Artinya semakin banyak melakukan penerapan CSR maka semakin mengungkapkan dalam laporan keberlanjutan. Sedangkan, environmental disclosure berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Artinya, semakin banyak pengungkapan justru menurunkan nilai perusahaan. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa teori manajemen impresi berpengaruh dalam mendukung hipotesis dibandingkan teori stakeholder.

Dashboard Monitoring dan History Data Tegangan Listrik AC (Alternating Current)
Get PDFAbstract : The rapid development of information technology (IT) in the modern era has driven innovation, including through the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT technology is now applied to monitor critical infrastructure, including Data Centers. Bina Darma University, a private university in South Sumatra, faces challenges in managing Data Center electricity, such as voltage instability and frequent power outages that often damage equipment. This study uses Action Research to design and implement an IoT-based Monitoring Dashboard that monitors electricity voltage in real-time and is integrated with a Telegram notification system. The results show that this Dashboard effectively converts voltage data into useful information and enables quick responses to electrical incidents, thus enhancing oversight and operational efficiency in Bina Darma University\u27s Data Center
Komite Manajemen Resiko: Peran Corporate Governance dan Kepemilikan Institusional
Get PDFThe main activity of banks as financial intermediary institutions whose main source of income is interest income, which results from funding activities and providing credit to customers, is very high risk. Banks as agents of trust must be managed with the principle of prudence (prudential banking) because they have very high risks and the potential for systemic risk, especially in Indonesia\u27s banking industry and general economic conditions. This study aims to examine the role of corporate governance, which is proxied by the variables of the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, and auditor reputation and institutional ownership in forming a risk management committee. This study uses an explanatory quantitative method with secondary data and multiple linear regression tests. The sample used in the study was 52 obtained from 4 state-owned banks and nine national private commercial banks with total assets above 100 trillion listed on the IDX in the 2019-2022 observation period. The study results showed that the proportion of independent commissioners and auditor reputation (BigFour) encourage the existence of a risk management committee in the company. Meanwhile, the size of the board of commissioners and institutional ownership are independent of the existence of a risk management committee in the company.

Abstrak
Kegiatan utama bank sebagai lembaga intermediasi keuangan yang sumber pendapatan utama adalah pendapatan bunga yang merupakan hasil dari kegiatan pendanaan dan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah, maka memiliki risiko yang sangat tinggi. Bank sebagai agent of trust, bank harus dikelola dengan prinsip kehati-hatian (prudential banking), dikarenakan memiliki risiko yang sangat tinggi dan berpotensi risiko sistemik, khususnya di industri perbankan dan tidak terkecuali kondisi perekonomian Indonesia pada umumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran corporate governance, yang diproksi dengan variabel dewan komisaris, komisaris independen dan reputasi auditor serta kepemilikan institusional dalam pembentukan komite manajemen risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan data sekunder danmenggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penentilian sebanyak 52 diperoleh dari 4 bank persero milik pemerintah dan 9 bank umum swasta nasional yang memiliki toal aset di atas 100 triliun yang terdaftar di BEI dalam periode pengamatan 2019-2022. Hasil peneltian diperoleh bahwa, proporsi komisaris independen dan reputasi auditor (BigFour) mendorong keberadaan komite manajemen risiko. Sedangkan ukuran dewan komisaris dan kepemilikan institusional tidak mempengaruhi keberadaan komite manajemen risiko.

Ergonomics Analysis of Classroom Furniture
Get PDFOne of the University Campus in Semarang city provides two types of class facilities: regular classes and creative classes. The first type is equipped with traditional non-adjustable chairs with desks arranged facing the front of the room, while the second types are equipped with movable whiteboard desks, adjustable wheeled chairs, and interactive whiteboards. Both types of rooms are facilitated with a whiteboard and standard projector. In the creative class, the tables and chairs are easily moved to support the learning process. For the students, to be in a sitting position in long hours in the class using the furniture that doesn\u27t fit properly, can result in poor posture and even problems with the musculoskeletal system This study discusses the design of both classes based on anthropometric and ergonomic related to the furniture and the layout. Students’ comfort during the learning process and social interaction were captured using a questionnaire. Preferences and perceptions about the comfort of the classroom were analysis to determine opportunities for improvement that can enhance the learning environment

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN POE DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA
Get PDFThe learning process at UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Gunungstoli Alo\u27oa has experienced many obstacles. This research aims to find out what student learning outcomes are during the implementation of the POE learning model in Integrated Social Sciences subjects. Based on the research results, it is known that: (1) Observation results for teachers in the first cycle activities reached an average of 59%, while in the second cycle activities it reached 85%. (2) The results of student observations in the first cycle reached an average of 77.91% and in the second cycle it increased to 92.38%. (3) The learning evaluation results in the first cycle were 64.62%, and in the second cycle there was an increase of 81.03%. The percentage of completeness achieved in cycle I was 39.13%, while in cycle II it reached 95.65%. So it can be concluded that implementing this POE learning model provides improvement and understanding for students
FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE USED IN THE "FOREVER YOUNG" SONG LYRIC BY ALPHAVILLE
Get PDFFigurative language is widely used in literary works such as poems, short stories, and novels, enabling authors to convey their ideas in imaginative and creative ways. It goes beyond the literal meaning of words, encouraging readers to use their imagination to uncover deeper interpretations. This research aims to analyze the type of figurative language and to find out the dominant figurative language that is used in the song lyric "Forever Young" by Alphaville. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data analysis process involves several steps; listening to the song, identifying and categorizing the types of figurative language based on relevant theories, interpreting their meanings through contextual analysis, and finally drawing conclusions. The results are 6 types of figurative language. They are simile (11%), metaphor (32%), personification (14%), hyperbole (21%), alliteration (14%), and idiom (8%). The most dominant type used in the song is metaphor (32%). By understanding and using figurative language appropriately, readers can improve their ability to communicate in English more effectively and attractively
