Hyperstructures in Lie-Santilli Admissibility and Iso-Theories
Get PDFIn the quiver of hyperstructures Professor R. M. Santilli, in early 90'es, tried to find algebraic structures in order to express his pioneer Lie-Santilli's Theory. Santilli's theory on 'isotopies' and 'genotopies', born in 1960's, desperately needs 'units e' on left or right, which are nowhere singular, symmetric, real-valued, positive-defined for n-dimensional matrices based on the so called isofields.These elements can be found in hyperstructure theory, especially in -structure theory introduced in 1990. This connection appeared first in 1996 and actually several -fields, the e-hyperfields, can be used as isofields or genofields so as, in such way they should cover additional properties and satisfy more restrictions. Several large classes of hyperstructures as the P-hyperfields, can be used in Lie-Santilli's theory when multivalued problems appeared, either in finite or in infinite case. We review some of these topics and we present the Lie-Santilli admissibility in Hyperstructures
An Overview of Topological and Fuzzy Topological Hypergroupoids
Get PDFOn a hypergroup, one can define a topology such that the hyperoperation is pseudocontinuous or continuous.This concepts can be extend to the fuzzy case and a connection between the classical and the fuzzy (pseudo)continuous hyperoperations can be given.This paper, that is his an overview of results received by S. Hoskova-Mayerova with coauthors I. Cristea , M. Tahere and B. Davaz, gives examples of topological hypergroupoids and show that there is no relation (in general) between pseudotopological and strongly pseudotopological hypergroupoids. In particular, it shows a topological hypergroupoid that does not depend on the pseudocontinuity nor on strongly pseudocontinuity of the hyperoperation
Teaching Least Squares in Matrix Notation

The weighted least squares equations are first derivedin matrix form; equivalence with the standard results obtained by standardalgebra are then given for the weighted average and the simplest linear re-gression. No full textWe propose the organization of a process of expansion of the Euclidean model for teaching. In the last national instructions and guidelines, relating to geometry, it just makes some confused nod to structures which are the basis of modern physics (geometry on curved space), art and Architecture (projective and descriptive). The study and the results of the Nuclei of Research Education established in Italian universities over the past sixty years instead lead to several considerations that we analyze in this paper. La Geometria oltre Euclide: L'evoluzione della geometria negli ultimi 150 anni ha modificato la nostra cultura. Lo sa la Scuola?Si propone l'organizzazione di un percorso di ampliamento del modello euclideo per l'insegnamento. Nelle ultime Indicazioni nazionali e Linee guida, relativamente alla geometria, si fa solo qualche confuso cenno allo studio di geometrie che sono alla base della Fisica moderna (geometrie sullo spazio curvo), dell'arte e dell'Architettura (proiettiva e descrittiva). Cultural Genocide in International Law (Il Genocidio Culturale nel Diritto Internazionale)
Get PDFThe aim of this study is to analyze the role assumed by the international law about the protection recognized to the bond among a people and his cultural heritage inside the discipline of a specific crime: the genocide. The existence of the cultural genocide as autonomous crime, in fact, is and has been over the time, as will be seen in the course of the discussion, a highly debated theme in doctrine. Despite in the last years more voices have been raised for its recognition, the prevailing position is that the crime of genocide doesn’t constitute if the behaviors that mine the culture of the protected groups are not accompanied by actions of physical or biological aggression. The paper therefore provides a definition of the concept also through the reconstruction of the genesis of its first theorization by the undisputed father of this specific crime Raphael Lemkin. SuntoScopo di questo studio è analizzare la posizione assunta dal diritto internazionale circa la tutela che si è ritenuto di dover accordare al legame tra un popolo ed il suo patrimonio culturale nell’ambito della disciplina di un crimine specifico: il genocidio. La sussistenza del genocidio culturale come fattispecie autonoma, infatti, è ed è stata nel tempo, come si vedrà nel corso della trattazione, un tema assai dibattuto in dottrina. Nonostante negli ultimi anni più voci si siano levate per il suo riconoscimento, la posizione che si è affermata quale prevalente è quella per cui non possa configurarsi il crimine di genocidio qualora siano perpetrate delle condotte che minano la cultura di uno dei gruppi protetti di cui si intende perseguire la distruzione, prescindendo però da forme di aggressione fisica o biologica nei confronti dei suoi membri. To enjoy this benefit, the applicant's family will have to attend a personalized social and employing activation project, through a pact between services and families, aimed to overcoming poverty and gradually regaining autonomy.SuntoI valori che sono alla base del servizio sociale guidano e orientano il lavoro dell’assistente sociale che quotidianamente opera, all’interno di contesti sia istituzionali che non istituzionali, con le persone e per le persone per il superamento delle situazioni di fragilità e povertà, mettendo in atto strategie d’intervento sempre più innovative e rispondenti ai reali bisogni dell’individuo, del sistema familiare e, in termini più generali, della comunità locale.In quest’ottica il SIA (sostegno per l’inclusione attiva) è una misura di contrasto alla povertà che prevede l’erogazione di un beneficio economico alle famiglie in condizioni economiche disagiate.
