ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN PIUTANG USAHA PADA PERUSAHAAN LOGISTIK DI KABUPATEN GRESIK
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of accounts receivable management in a logistics company located in Gresik Regency. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis involving the account receivable unit. The analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
The findings indicate that the company has implemented relatively structured accounts receivable management procedures, including invoicing control, payment due date monitoring, aging analysis, and staged collection processes. However, despite the existence of these procedures, significant challenges remain, particularly related to long-outstanding receivables exceeding 365 days. These issues are driven by internal factors such as administrative constraints, incomplete documentation, and system migration problems, as well as external factors including customers’ financial instability. The Effect of the Radec Learning Model Assisted by Assemblr Edu Media on Advertising Writing Skills in Junior High Schools: Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran RADEC Berbantuan Media Assemblr Edu terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Iklan di SMP
Penguasaan keterampilan menulis iklan masih dianggap sulit oleh siswa SMP, terutama dalam mengembangkan ide dan menggunakan bahasa persuasif secara menarik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi seperti penggunaan model pembelajaran Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create (RADEC) dengan bantuan media Assemblr Edu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model RADEC berbantuan Assemblr Edu terhadap keterampilan menulis iklan siswa SMP. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest–posttest control group. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pangenan, dengan sampel yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling: kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VIII B sebagai kelas kontrol, masing-masing berjumlah 32 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes menulis iklan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model RADEC berbantuan Assemblr Edu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menulis iklan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model RADEC berbantuan Assemblr Edu efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis iklan siswa SMP.Penguasaan keterampilan menulis iklan masih dianggap sulit oleh siswa SMP. Kesulitan tersebut berupa sulitnya mengembangkan ide dan penyajian bahasa persuasif yang kurang menarik. Untuk itu, diperlukan upaya dalam proses pembelajaran keterampilan menulis iklan. Salah satu caranya yaitu penerapan model pembelajaran RADEC dengan bantuan media Assemblr Edu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran RADEC berbantuan media Assemblr Edu terhadap keterampilan menulis iklan siswa SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen kuasi dengan pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Pangenan. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dan didapatkan sampel berupa kelas VIII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII B sebagai kelas kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes menulis iklan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran RADEC berbantuan media Assemblr Edu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan menulis iklan siswa SMP. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Selanjutnya, hasil uji N_Gain didapatkan nilai 0,41 > 0,3 sehingga pengaruh tersebut berada pada kategori ‘sedang’. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perbedaan selisih nilai kelas eksperimen dan kontrol pada pretest sebesar 1,29. Sedangkan, selisih nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen dan kontrol sebesar 10,22. Dengan perbandingan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran RADEC berbantuan media Assemblr Edu dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis iklan siswa SMP
Development of Mathematical Multiplication Board Game Media to Improve the Arithmetic Ability of 3rd Grade Elementary School Students
Mastery of multiplication is essential for third-grade students, yet learning often remains limited to memorization, resulting in low numeracy skills. This study aims to develop a Multiplication Board Game as an interactive learning medium to strengthen students’ conceptual and operational understanding of multiplication. Using the ADDIE-based Research and Development (R&D) method, the product was validated by material, media, and instructional design experts, and tested on 19 third-grade students at Kataan Elementary School. Expert validation results showed a feasibility score of 87% (very feasible). The use of this media also improved student learning outcomes, increasing the average score from 62.11 (pre-test) to 81.05 (post-test). Student and teacher responses were in the “very good” category, indicating that the media is engaging, easy to use, and supportive of active learning. Theoretically, the media reinforces constructivist principles by providing concrete, visual, and interactive learning experiences aligned with students’ developmental stages. Practically, the Multiplication Board Game offers teachers an effective alternative to enrich mathematics instruction and enhance students’ numeracy performance.Penguasaan operasi aritmatika dasar, terutama perkalian, merupakan fondasi penting bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas 3, tetapi pembelajaran sering menghadapi tantangan, termasuk ketergantungan pada hafalan yang menyebabkan rendahnya keterampilan berhitung. Observasi awal mengungkapkan bahwa 65% siswa kesulitan dengan soal perkalian dasar. Masalah ini berakar pada metode konvensional yang berpusat pada guru dan minimnya penggunaan media konkret yang inovatif, yang penting bagi siswa pada tahap operasional konkret. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan Permainan Papan Perkalian sebagai media pendidikan yang imersif dan interaktif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berhitung siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE: Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 19 siswa kelas tiga di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kataan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, kuesioner untuk pakar dan siswa, dan observasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif, baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif, melalui interpretasi naratif dan pengolahan skor penilaian. Tahap Pengembangan melibatkan validasi oleh para ahli materi, media, dan desain instruksional untuk memastikan efektivitas pedagogis dan kesiapan produk untuk pengujian
Transformasi branding UMKM Papua melalui pelatihan digital marketing dan desain label produk berbasis Canva
Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Distrik Walelagama, Papua Pegunungan menghadapi tantangan dalam pengembangan branding dan pemasaran produk, karena sebagian besar produk masih dipasarkan menggunakan kemasan polos tanpa label dan merek. Kondisi ini menghambat identitas produk serta mengurangi potensi pembelian ulang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelaku UMKM dalam digital marketing melalui media sosial Instagram dan pembuatan desain label produk menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk sosialisasi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta dari 22% sebelum pelatihan menjadi 94% setelah pelatihan. Selain itu, sebagian besar peserta telah mampu membuat desain label sederhana dan mempromosikan produknya secara digital. Faktor pendukung kegiatan ini adalah antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif peserta, sedangkan hambatan utama terletak pada keterbatasan jaringan internet. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi positif terhadap transformasi branding dan peningkatan daya saing UMKM lokal di era digital.
Transforming the branding of Papua’s MSMEs through digital marketing training and Canva-based product label design
Abstract: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Walelagama District, Highland Papua, face challenges in developing product branding and marketing, as most products are still sold in plain packaging without labels or brand identities. This condition limits product recognition and reduces repurchase potential. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of MSME actors in digital marketing through Instagram and product label design using Canva. The implementation method consisted of three stages: planning, training implementation, and evaluation. The training activities combined socialization sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding—from 22% before training to 94% afterward. Furthermore, most participants successfully created simple product labels and promoted their products online. Supporting factors included participants’ enthusiasm and active involvement, while the main obstacle was limited internet connectivity. Overall, this program contributed positively to the branding transformation and digital competitiveness of local MSMEs in the highlands of Papua
Digital Education for Household Waste Management Using Takakura Composting and Plastic Paving Blocks in Sorowajan Bantul
The problem of household waste in Bantul Regency remains a pressing environmental issue, characterized by high daily generation and limited self-management practices at the citizen level. This program aims to increase the literacy of Sorowajan residents regarding household waste management through digital education on the Takakura Compost method and the concept of plastic paving blocks. Activities, including interactive seminars and group discussions, were held on January 6, 2025, at the Sorowajan Mandiri Waste Network, with 40 participants comprising lecturers, students, community members, and residents of RT 08. The impact of activities was measured through observations, evaluation sheets, and participation documentation. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding from 37.5% to 87.5% after the material was delivered. Residents understand the application of Takakura Compost, the principle of recycling plastic into paving blocks, and support local waste bank activities. Digital education materials are submitted to JPSM administrators as an independent learning guide, accompanied by a follow-up training plan to enhance the program's impact. This activity has made a real contribution to increasing the knowledge and motivation of residents in supporting the Bantul Zero Waste 2025 target, and is recommended to be replicated in other community areas with a similar approach

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Geografi di sekolah menengah atas Islam Diponegoro Wagir. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu melalui desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design yang melibatkan pemberian pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes esai yang telah diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan independent sample t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), yang menandakan adanya pengaruh signifikan penerapan PBL terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas PBL dalam mendorong kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi melalui pembelajaran berbasis pemecahan masalah. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan bukti empiris penerapan PBL dalam pembelajaran Geografi di tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBL dapat dijadikan alternatif strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada keterlibatan aktif siswa.

A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, involving the administration of pre-tests and post-tests to both experimental and control groups. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and essay tests that had been validated and tested for reliability. Data analysis comprised normality testing, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing using an independent samples t-test. The results revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant effect of the PBL model on students’ critical thinking skills. These findings confirm the effectiveness of PBL in fostering higher-order thinking through problem-oriented learning activities. The novelty of this study lies in strengthening empirical evidence for the application of PBL in Geography instruction at the senior high school level. Keanekaragaman dan Potensial Musuh Alami Koloni Tetragonula leaviceps (Hymenoptera: Apidae: Meliponinae)
This study discusses the diversity of natural enemies of Tetragonula leaviceps (stingless) bees. The natural enemies obtained act as predators, honey thieves, and nest destroyers (intruders). This research was conducted from September to November 2020 at Caping Merapi Plantation Sleman, Yogyakarta. This research uses the random sampling method in collecting species. All natural enemies that have been identified were obtained as many as 11 species of natural enemies of Tetragonula leaviceps bees. These species were identified from 628 individuals consisting of Insecta, Arachnida, and Reptilia classes. All classes are potential predators, but those that act as honey thieves and nest destroyers are only from the Formicidae family. The results of this study are expected to increase knowledge in stingless bee farming so that it can further maximise nest boxes, nest areas or habitats, and supporting plants as a source of bee food.Penelitian ini mengenai keanekaragaman musuh alami dari lebah Tetragonula leaviceps (tanpa sengat). Musuh alami yang didapatkan berperan sebagai predator, mencuri madu, dan merusak sarang (pengganggu). Dilaksanakan selama bulan September hingga November 2020 di Perkebunan Caping Merapi Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode random sampling dalam pengambilan spesies-spesiesnya. Semua musuh alami yang sudah diidentifikasi didapatkan sebanyak 11 spesies musuh alami lebah Tetragonula leaviceps. Spesies-spesies tersebut teridentifikasi dari 628 individu yang terdiri dari kelas Insecta, Arachnida, dan Reptilia. Semua dari kelas tersebut merupakan predator yang potensial, tetapi sebagian yang berperan sebagai mencuri madu dan merusak sarang hanya ada pada famili Formicidae. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dalam budidaya lebah tanpa sengat sehingga bisa lebih memaksimalkan kotak sarang, area atau habitat sarang, dan tanaman pendukung sebagai sumber pakan lebah
Sulastri: A biographical study of a woman in the struggle to survive poverty and patriarchal culture
Poverty is a social reality that is difficult to resolve, especially for women. Due to systemic issues and patriarchal social constructions, women are more vulnerable to experiencing poverty. This study explores the connection between poverty and patriarchal norms in deepening the oppression of women, focusing on phenomena such as the double burden, arranged marriages, and early marriages that limit women's well-being. The combination of poverty and patriarchal culture not only exacerbates women's suffering but also profoundly shapes their life experiences. This research adopts a qualitative approach through a biographical study of Sulastri, a woman who lives under the shadow of these issues. Through her biography, key challenges emerge, including: 1) arranged marriages and early marriages that have far-reaching impacts on Sulastri's life; and 2) the double burden of domestic work and economic responsibilities. Despite these conditions, Sulastri demonstrates resilience and determination in overcoming difficulties, significantly impacting her life changes. Sulastri’s story illustrates both individual and collective struggles of women facing interconnected issues. This biographical study provides concrete insights into women’s resilience and their strategies for managing existing limitations. Furthermore, this research emphasizes the need for gender equality initiatives through social programs and policy reforms to address the dual impact of poverty and patriarchal culture
P Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Pedom Cah dengan Pendekatan Kontekstual pada Materi Pecahan
Changes in education are one of the major impacts of the development of information technology. Technology has transformed the learning process from conventional to modern approaches. One innovation that can be applied is integrating learning media with technology. One such innovation is "Pedom Cah", a contextual approach-based learning media for teaching fractions. This media combines technology in the form of e-books with physical teaching aids. This study aims to develop learning media that is feasible, effective, and practical for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Wonoharjo. The research follows the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data were collected through media validation, learning observations, student questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The results of media validation obtained an average score of 4.00, exceeding the feasibility threshold of >3.00. The learning implementation achieved an average score of 87.5%, student activity scored 80.07%, student learning tests scored 84%, and student responses reached 91%. Based on these findings, it is concluded that "Pedom Cah" is a feasible, effective, and practical learning media for teaching mathematics in the classroom. This research contributes to the development of innovative, technology-based learning media that enhances student engagement and learning outcomes in mathematics.Mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia khususnya pelajar aktif menggunakan internet, sehingga perlu adanya pengoptimalan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan. Salah satu inovasi yang dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar adalah media pembelajaran “Pedom Cah” untuk materi pecahan senilai dengan pendekatan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang layak, praktis dan efektif untuk siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Wonoharjo dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data dikumpulkan melalui validasi media, observasi pembelajaran, angket siswa, dan tes hasil belajar. Improving students' high order thinking skills through the application of the bridging analogy learning model
Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) are high-level thinking skills that include analytical, evaluative, and creative abilities. HOTS is essential in 21st-century education, where students are expected not only to recall information but also to think critically and creatively in facing various challenges. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' HOTS through the application of the Bridging Analogy learning model. The research design employed a quasi-experimental approach with one experimental class and one control class. The instruments used in this study were a HOTS test for Matrix material and a student learning activity questionnaire. Research data were analyzed using statistical analysis with SPSS. The ANCOVA results showed that the Bridging Analogy learning model significantly influenced students' HOTS. The data analysis also revealed that the average HOTS score of students in the experimental class (84.73) was higher than that of the control class, which used conventional learning (55). These findings indicate that the implementation of the Bridging Analogy learning model effectively enhances students' HOTS compared to conventional learning. This research contributes to the development of innovative learning models that support the improvement of students' higher-order thinking skills in mathematics education
