PENGARUH WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT DAN WORKLOAD TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DENGAN STRES KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
This study aims to analyze the influence of work-family conflict and workload on nurse performance with job stress as a mediating variable among nurses at RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik. Nurses who are married and have children often face dual role conflicts and excessive workloads, both of which can reduce their job performance and service quality.
This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). A total of 122 nurses were selected using purposive sampling technique. The variables measured include work-family conflict, workload, job stress, and nurse performance, with data collected through a structured questionnaire.
The findings show that both work-family conflict and workload have a negative and significant impact on nurse performance, either directly or indirectly through job stress. Job stress is proven to mediate the relationship between the two independent variables and performance. These results highlight the need for hospital management to implement adaptive work policies, align workload with nurse capacity, and provide professional and emotional support through training and counseling to maintain optimal healthcare service quality
THE CONTRIBUTION OF WORK ENVIRONMENT, DISCIPLINE, AND COMPENSATION TO THE PRODUCTIVITY OF EMPLOYEES WORKING FROM HOME (WFH)
The COVID 19 pandemic has significantly altered work patterns across various sectors, including the widespread adoption of Work from Home (WFH) systems. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance during remote work. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. The sample consisted of 110 employees of CV. Cahaya Mandiri selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that the three independent variables work environment, work discipline, and compensationhave both simultaneous and partial significant effects on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.216, indicating that 21.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables. These findings underscore the importance of fostering a supportive work environment, enhancing employee discipline, and providing fair compensation to improve employee productivity in remote work settings
PENERAPAN STRATEGI DIGITAL MARKETING MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL PADA UMKM LUP DUP INDONESIA
Dalam era disrupsi teknologi dan informasi yang semakin berkembang, lingkungan tempat bisnis beroperasi secara global telah mengalami transformasi fundamental. Strategi pemasaran digital telah menjadi keniscayaan bagi berbagai skala usaha, memungkinkan mereka untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas, membangun brand awareness, dan meningkatkan penjualan secara lebih. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang digunakan UMKM "Lup Dup Indonesia". Dengan menggunakan strategi STP dan marketing mix. Selain itu adanya pemanfaatan media sosial dalam meningkatkan promosi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dari wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi terkait aktivitas promosi dan interaksi pelanggan. Hasil penelitian, dengan mengandalkan platform seperti Instagram dan WhatsApp Business, LUPDUP mampu membangun komunikasi yang lebih dekat dengan pelanggan, mempermudah akses informasi produk, serta menjalankan promosi secara efisien dan tepat sasaran. Konten visual yang menarik, promo yang kreatif, serta interaksi langsung dengan konsumen menjadi kekuatan utama dalam membentuk loyalitas pelanggan
Memahami konsep persaudaraan dan persahabatan dalam Ritual Bu’a Bazar dan relevansinya dengan Ensiklik Fratelli Tutti
Cultural ritual as a manifestation of human action to live in harmony within the bonds of norms and values contained in the ritual carried out by society. One of them is the Bu'a Bazar ritual which is still carried out in the life of the Lewobele adat community. This study aims to determine the understanding of the Lewobele adat community about the concept of brotherhood and friendship in the Bu'a Bazar ritual and its relevance to the Encyclical Fratelli Tutti. The research method used is qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study found that the Bu'a Bazar ritual contains meanings that are contained as a concept of brotherhood and friendship, namely; (1) Attitude of mutual respect and appreciation, seen in the meaning of Ede Howek, and Hape Manuk, not only in relation to God but also in interpersonal relationships in society. (2) Supporting unity, which is seen in the meaning of toto dulak, bu'a mukang, and gelia mei because community members actively participate in its implementation, strengthening community ties and solidarity. As a sign of strong brotherhood and friendship. (3) Emphasizing justice, reflected in the meaning of napa muko lolo and bu'a mukang which treats individuals with the same dignity and honor, guided by rational and moral principles. This is fair in distributing food evenly without any differences and loving each other as fellow beings who are just.Ritual kebudayaan sebagai manifestasi dari tindakan manusia untuk hidup secara harmonis dalam ikatan norma-norma, nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam ritual yang dijalankan oleh masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah ritual Bu’a Bazar yang masih dijalankan dalam kehidupan masyarakat adat Lewobele Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman masyarakat adat Lewobele tentang Konsep persaudaraan dan persahabatan dalam ritual Bu’a Bazar dan relevansinya dengan ensiklik Fratelli Tutti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa di dalam ritual Bu’a Bazar memiliki makna-makna yang terkandung sebagai konsep persaudaraan dan persahabatan, yakni; (1) Sikap saling menghormati dan menghargai, tampak dalam makna Ede Howek, dan Hape Manuk, tidak hanya dalam hubungannya dengan Tuhan tetapi juga dalam hubungan interpersonal dalam masyarakat. (2) Mendukung persatuan, yang tampak dalam makna toto dulak, bu’a mukang, dan gelia mei karena anggota masyarakat berpartisipasi aktif dalam pelaksanaannya, memperkuat ikatan dan solidaritas masyarakat. Sebagai tanda adanya persaudaraan dan persahabatan yang kuat. (3) menekankan keadilan, tercermin dalam makna napa muko lolo dan bu’a mukang yang mana memperlakukan individu dengan martabat dan kehormatan yang sama, dipandu oleh prinsip-prinsip rasional dan moral. Hal ini adil dalam membagikan makanan secara merata tanpa ada perbedaan serta saling mencintai sebagai sesama yang adil. Relevansi temuan ini dengan Ensiklik Fratelli Tutti menggarisbawahi pentingnya persaudaraan dan persahabatan sosial secara universal dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih berbelas kasih dan adil
Developing a green-oriented curriculum for vocational high schools in housing and construction: addressing skill gaps through tyler’s theory
This study develops a green-oriented curriculum for vocational high schools (SMK) in Jakarta, specifically in the housing and construction field, in response to global trends in sustainable building. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach, combining curriculum analysis with expert interviews to identify gaps between existing competencies and the skills demanded in green construction projects. Tyler’s curriculum development model served as the guiding framework to translate industry needs into learning objectives, outcomes, and structured subjects. Findings show that while the current curriculum provides a strong foundation in conventional hard and soft skills, it lacks coverage in minor hard green skills and general green knowledge. To address these gaps, the study proposes the integration of two new main hard skill subjects, six minor hard green skill subjects, five green soft skill subjects, and four general green knowledge subjects. This increases the curriculum from 84 to 101 subjects, ensuring graduates are better prepared to meet international standards for green building and contribute to climate change mitigation. The results suggest that curriculum modification does not require a complete restructuring but rather strategic additions that align vocational education with labor market demands in the green economy. This study offers a pioneering framework for bridging vocational education with global sustainability goals, with implications for future implementation, pilot testing, and collaboration with industry stakeholders
Pengembangan media picto guru berbasis metode sariswara sebagai sarana berpikir kritis siswa kelas III SD Negeri Pingit Yogyakarta
The objectives of this study are to: 1) explain how Picto Guru media, which is based on the Sariswara method, was developed as a tool to improve students' critical thinking abilities; 2) explain whether Picto Guru media, which is based on the Sariswara method, is feasible as a tool to support students' critical thinking; and 3) explain how students react to using Picto Guru media. The five steps of the ADDIE development model—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation—are used in this study in conjunction with the Research and Development (R&D) technique. Six students participated in this study, which was carried out at SD Negeri Pingit Yogyakarta. This study employed questionnaires, interviews, and observation as data gathering methods. Questionnaires for media experts, material specialists, classroom teachers, and student answers were among the tools utilised. A Likert scale with percentage values was used in the data analysis method. The study's findings indicate that: 1) Picto Guru media has been developed through the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation; 2) the material expert's validation of the media yielded a 90% percentage score, the media expert's second validation yielded an 81.43% percentage score, and the classroom teacher's third validation yielded an 86.67% percentage score. Ultimately, the three validators' average score for Picto Guru media came out to 86.03%, which is in the "Highly Feasible" range; and 3) students' direct interview responses after utilising Picto Guru media demonstrated incredibly favourable and enthusiastic responses. Consequently, it can be said that using Picto Guru media as a teaching tool and to encourage students' critical thinking is quite possible. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Menjelaskan pembuatan media Picto Guru yang didasarkan pada metode Sariswara sebagai alat untuk membantu siswa berpikir kritis; 2) Menjelaskan bagaimana Picto Guru, yang berbasis metode Sariswara, dapat membantu siswa berpikir kritis; 3) Menjelaskan reaksi siswa terhadap penggunaan media Picto Guru. Penelitian ini melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang terdiri dari lima tahap: analisis, desain, pengembangan, penerapan, dan evaluasi. Studi ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Pingit Yogyakarta, dan subjeknya adalah enam siswa. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pengumpulan data adalah angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Selain itu, instrumen yang digunakan termasuk angket yang ditujukan kepada ahli materi, ahli media, guru kelas, dan tanggapan siswa. Analisis data menggunakan skala likert yang memiliki nilai persentase. (1) Media Picto Guru telah dikembangkan melalui proses analisis, desain, pengembangan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil penelitian; (2) Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan kelayakan media Picto Guru sebesar 90%, validasi ahli media kedua menunjukkan hasil 81,43%, dan validasi guru kelas ketiga menunjukkan hasil 86,67%, serta perhitungan akhir rata-rata penilaian ketiga validator terhadap media Picto Guru sebesar 86,03%, yang menempatkannya dalam kategori "Sangat Layak". (3) Siswa yang menggunakan Picto Guru untuk melakukan wawancara langsung setelah belajar menerima tanggapan yang sangat positif. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Picto Guru adalah alat yang sangat layak untuk pembelajaran berpikir kritis
Gamifying Vocabulary Learning: Students’ Perceptions of Kahoot! in a Junior High School Context
This study explores students’ perceptions of Kahoot! as a tool for vocabulary learning in a junior high school context, focusing on how it fulfills their motivational needs and enhances its acceptance. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews, observations, and closed questionnaires to collect data from 20 seventh-grade students who used Kahoot! for vocabulary learning. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics for the Likert scale questionnaire and content analysis for qualitative responses. The findings reveal that Kahoot! creates an enjoyable, interactive, and engaging learning environment, fostering positive experiences. Its gamified features, including competitive elements, sustain students’ motivtion and encourage active participation. Furthermore, students reported improved vocabulary retention facilitated by Kahoot!’s repetitive and manageable design. The platform’s intuitive interface enhances ease of use, allowing students to focus on learning without technological challenges. This study highlights Kahoot!’s potential to enhance vocabulary learning through gamified, student-centered experiences.
 
PENGARUH ROA, ROE, DAN NPM TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR TBK PADA BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2021-2023
The aim of this study is to assess the simultaneous impact of ROA, ROE, and NPM on stock prices, determining whether these variables have a positive and significant effect. The findings of the research indicate that: (1) The partial test results demonstrate that ROA has a positive and significant impact on stock prices, with a calculated t-value for ROA of 2.450 > t-table value of 2.262 and a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. (2) The partial test results reveal that ROE has a positive and significant influence on stock prices, with a calculated t-value for ROE of 3.022 > t-table value of 2.262 and a significance value of 0.029 < 0.05. (3) The partial test results show that NPM does not have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, with a calculated t-value for NPM of 0.938 < t-table value of 2.262 and a significance value of 0.391 > 0.05. (4) The results of the simultaneous test indicate that the independent variables, which include ROA, ROE, and NPM, collectively have a positive and significant impact on stock prices, with a calculated F-value of 43.421 > F-table value of 3.633 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. (5) The coefficient of determination test results show an adjusted R-squared value of 0.941 or 94.1%, meaning that the independent variables collectively explain 94.1% of the variance in stock prices, while the remaining 5.9% is influenced by other unexamined variables
DAMPAK KUALITAS PRODUK, PELAYANAN PELANGGAN, HARGA, DAN INOVASI PROMOSI TERHADAP LOYALITAS UMKM DI WILAYAH JAKARTA UTARA
The goal of the study is to comprehend how these independent factors affect customer loyalty, the dependent variable, both individually and collectively. A significant focus is placed on the potential role of artificial intelligence in enhancing promotional strategies and service personalization, thereby strengthening customer relationships. The findings are intended to provide actionable insights for MSME owners to develop effective marketing strategies, improve competitiveness, and ensure long-term business sustainability in a competitive local market.
A quantitative approach is employed, utilizing a survey method for data collection. The population comprises 16,982 MSME owners in North Jakarta, from which a sample of 150 respondents is selected through purposive samplingThe data analysis will be conducted using SPSS version 25, involving validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality and multicollinearity), and multiple linear regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses (H1, H2, H3, H4) both partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test).
The anticipated results are expected to confirm that product quality, customer service, price, and promotion innovation each have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty among MSMEs in North Jakarta. The study is expected to provide empirical evidence supporting the integration of AI-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, offering practical recommendations for MSMEs to build a loyal customer base and secure a competitive advantage in the local economic landscape
Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Digitalisasi Pembelajaran: Kajian Sistematis
In the rapidly evolving era of digital transformation, education faces both challenges and opportunities in integrating technology into the learning process. The role of school principals is a key factor in supporting the success of educational digitalization. This article presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on school leadership strategies in implementing digital learning. The review focuses on identifying effective leadership strategies, the application of transformational leadership models, the challenges faced, and their impact on the effectiveness of technology-based learning. This study employs the SLR method through systematic stages of searching, selecting, and analyzing 45 relevant scholarly articles obtained from databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and Garuda, published between 2015 and 2023. The findings reveal that strategies emphasizing the enhancement of teachers’ digital capacity, the development of a collaborative culture, and the adoption of adaptive transformational leadership approaches significantly influence the success of digital learning implementation. Common challenges include limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among educators, and resistance to change. These findings contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of a digital leadership framework aligned with 21st-century educational needs and can serve as a reference for policymakers and education practitioners.Di era transformasi digital yang pesat, pendidikan menghadapi tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendukung keberhasilan digitalisasi pendidikan. Artikel ini menyajikan kajian literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) mengenai strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam implementasi digitalisasi pembelajaran. Fokus kajian mencakup bentuk strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif, penerapan model kepemimpinan transformasional, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Kajian ini menggunakan metode SLR melalui tahapan pencarian, seleksi, dan analisis terhadap 45 artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh dari database seperti Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, dan Garuda, yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2023. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang menekankan pada penguatan kapasitas digital guru, pembentukan budaya kolaboratif, dan pendekatan kepemimpinan transformasional yang adaptif sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan digitalisasi pembelajaran. Tantangan yang umum ditemui mencakup keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital pendidik, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam membangun kerangka kepemimpinan digital yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidikan abad ke-21 dan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pemangku kebijakan dan praktisi pendidikan
