    Manajemen Pembelajaran PAUD dengan Pendekatan Senta di TK Aisyiyah Beran

    This study aims to describe (1) ECCE learning management in Aisyiyah Beran Kindergarten (2) To find supporting factors, obstacles and solutions about ECCE learning management with a central approach in Aisyiyah Beran Kindergarten.This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The sources of research data were the principal, 3 class teachers and 3 guardians. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Test the validity of the data using triangulation and source triangulation techniques.The results showed that (1) PAUD learning management in Aisyiyah Beran Kindergarten includes: a) Learning program planning and institutional development programs; b) The organization of the institution is made based on the main duties and functions of each member; c) Drive  the Institute's program based on plans that have been made and implemented; d) Control at the Institute is carried out internally by the principal. Meanwhile, external supervision is carried out by the Aisyiyah Foundation, a kindergarten supervisor from the Korwil Dinas Pendidikan dan Institutional Accreditation. The implementation of the learning center approach in Aisyiyah Beran Kindergarten has 4 types, namely the preparation center, nature center, beam center and acting and body processing center. (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning come from teachers and schools (3) efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles are to increase teacher creativity.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) manajemen pembelajaran PAUD di TK Aisyiyah Beran (2) Untuk menemukan faktor pendukung, hambatan dan solusi tentang manajemen pembelajaran PAUD dengan pendekatan sentra di TK Aisyiyah Beran.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui Teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam menganalisa hasilnya peneliti menggunakan Analisa dengan Teknik Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, 3 guru kelas, 62 anak  dan 3 komite sekolah. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan triangulasi sumber.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Manajemen pembelajaran PAUD di TK Aisyiyah Beran meliputi: a) Perencanaan (Planning) program pembelajaran dan program pengembangan lembaga; b) Pengorganisasian (Organizing)  Lembaga dibuat berdasarkan tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing anggota; c) Penggerakan (Actuating) program lembaga berdasarkan rencana yang telah dibuat dan dilaksanakan; d) Pengawasan (Controlling) di lembaga dilakukan secara internal oleh kepala sekolah. Sementara itu, pengawasan eksternal dilakukan oleh Yayasan Aisyiyah, pengawas TK dari Korwil Dinas Pendidikan dan Akreditasi Lembaga. Pembelajaran pendekatan sentra di TK Aisyiyah Beran memiliki 4 jenis, yaitu sentra persiapan, sentra alam, sentra balok dan kreatifitas serta sentra seni peran dan olah tubuh. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berasal dari guru dan sekolah (3) upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi hambatan adalah meningkatkan kreativitas guru

    This research aims to (1) determine the influence of education and training, years of service and teacher self-concept on the performance of public high school teachers in Bima Regency; (2) To determine the effect of education and training on the performance of public high school teachers in Bima Regency; (3) To determine the effect of work experience on the performance of public high school teachers in Bima Regency; (4) To determine the influence of teacher self-concept on the performance of State High School teachers in Bima Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research, using survey methods. The population in this study were State High School teachers throughout Bima Regency with a sample of 340 teachers from 4 schools determined using the Slovin formula. To analyze the data using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Data assumption tests consist of normality tests, linearity tests and multicollinearity tests. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that education and training, years of service and teacher self-concept have a positive and significant influence on the performance of State High School teachers throughout Bima Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study not only provide academic insight into the factors that influence teacher performance, but can also be used as a basis for decision making for schools and governments in improving the quality of education. Better training, richer work experience, and positive self-concept will produce more professional teachers and better-quality education.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan, masa kerja dan konsep diri guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Bima; (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Bima; (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh masa kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Bima; (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Bima. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Bima dengan sampel sebanyak 340 guru dari 4 sekolah yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Uji asumsi data terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan, masa kerja, dan konsep diri guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se-Kabupaten Bima, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan akademik tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru, tetapi juga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan bagi sekolah dan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Pelatihan yang lebih baik, pengalaman kerja yang lebih kaya, serta konsep diri yang positif akan menghasilkan guru yang lebih profesional dan pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas

    Manajemen Penanaman Karakter Melalui Strategi Pencegahan Bullying di SD Negeri 1 Garung Kabupaten Wonosobo

    This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Garung to 1) determine the management of character development in the framework of bullying prevention strategies, 2) to analyze the factors that cause bullying, 3) to analyze the impact of bullying on students, and 4) to determine bullying prevention strategies. This research is qualitative research with data sources from school principals, teachers, school committees, parents and students at SD Negeri 1 Garung using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using in-depth interviews, role observation and document analysis. Then the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Hubberman method which begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data was carried out by source triangulation. The result of this research is that character cultivation management is carried out through a process of planning, organizing, actuating and Controlling. Character cultivation activities are carried out using familiarization and are integrated in the implementation of teaching and learning activities in all subjects and extracurricular activities. This integrated character-building activity is a strategy for preventing bullying at SD Negeri 1 Garung.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 1 Garung bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui manajemen penanaman karakter dalam rangka strategi pencegahan bullying, 2) menganalisis faktor– faktor penyebab terjadinya bullying, 3) menganalisis dampak bullying terhadap siswa, dan 4) untuk mengetahui strategi pencegahan bullying. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah, orang tua siswa dan siswa SD Negeri 1 Garung dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, pengamatan berperan dan analisis dokumen. Kemudian Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Miles and Hubberman dimana diawali dengan pengambilan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Sedangkan pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah manajemen penanaman karakter dilakukan melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Kegiatan penanaman karakter dilakukan dengan cara pembiasaan dan terintegrasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar pada semua mata pelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler. Kegiatan penanaman karakter yang terintegrasi tersebut menjadi strategi dalam pencegahan bullying di SD Negeri 1 Garung

    The significant decline in student enrollment at private schools, particularly Christian-Catholic schools in Magelang City and Regency, serves as the background of this study. The purpose of the research is to identify the factors contributing to the decrease in student numbers, examine the efforts made to sustain school operations, and explore the involvement of alumni, parents, and the church in addressing the issue. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. Data were gathered from five Christian-Catholic schools and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, encompassing data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and verification. The findings reveal two main factors behind the decline in student enrollment: internal and external factors, both of which interact without one being dominantly influential. Various efforts have been undertaken to prevent further decline, including strengthening school management by principals and enhancing the active involvement of alumni, parents, and the church. The synergy among these stakeholders is crucial in ensuring the schools' sustainability amid ongoing demographic and social challenges.Penurunan jumlah siswa secara signifikan di sekolah-sekolah swasta, khususnya Kristen-Katolik di wilayah Kota dan Kabupaten Magelang, menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab penurunan jumlah peserta didik, mengkaji upaya yang dilakukan agar sekolah tetap beroperasi, serta mengeksplorasi peran alumni, orang tua, dan gereja dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Data dikumpulkan dari lima sekolah Kristen-Katolik, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua faktor utama penyebab penurunan jumlah siswa, yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, yang keduanya saling mempengaruhi tanpa ada dominasi salah satu faktor. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk mencegah penurunan lebih lanjut, antara lain melalui penguatan manajemen sekolah oleh kepala sekolah, serta peningkatan keterlibatan alumni, orang tua siswa, dan gereja. Sinergi seluruh pihak tersebut menjadi kunci dalam menjaga keberlangsungan operasional sekolah di tengah tantangan demografis dan sosial yang dihadapi.

    Education has an important role in forming a generation that has good character, ethics and morals. The important role of education in forming a generation of character is the main goal of education. Scout education is an effective program in improving character, developing leadership, moral ethics, personality formation, independence, self-confidence, and achieving student achievement. Scouting is one of the extracurricular education that can be implemented. This research explores how school management at SMP Negeri 1 Saptosari can improve student achievement and discipline through Scouting. The achievement that can be achieved from Scouting is becoming a Garuda Scout. Garuda Scouting is achieved through various tests so that students will obtain the highest Garuda Scout/Scout title. Using a qualitative case study method, the research involved interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results show that good management can make Scouting a superior program that can improve student achievement in achieving the Garuda Scout title, as well as having a big impact on the development of education at SMP Negeri I Saptosari.Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk generasi yang memiliki karakter, etika, dan moral yang baik. Peran penting pendidikan dalam membentuk generasi berkarakter merupakan tujuan utama dari Pendidikan. Pendidikan Pramuka adalah salah satu program yang efektif dalam meningkatkan karakter, pengembangan kepemimpinan, etika moral, pembentukan kepribadian, kemandirian, kepercayaan diri, dan siswa yang berprestasi. Pramuka merupakan salah satu Pendidikan ektrakurikuler yang bisa dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana manajemen sekolah di SMP Negeri 1 Saptosari dapat meningkatkan prestasi dan disiplin siswa melalui Pramuka, prestasi yang bisa diraih dari Pramuka adalah menjadi Pramuka Garuda. Pramuka Garuda ini dicapai melalui berbagai ujian sehingga peserta didik akan memperoleh predikat Pramuka garuda/ Pramuka tertinggi. Menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa manajemen yang baik dapat menjadikan Pramuka sebagai program unggulan yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa dalam meraih predikat Pramuka Garuda, serta memberikan dampak yang besar dalam perkembangan Pendidikan di SMP Negeri I Saptosari

    Implementasi Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter dalam Menangani Bullying di Sekolah Dasar

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education management in preventing bullying at SD Negeri Percobaan 3 Pakem Sleman. The research focuses on planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising character education as a preventive strategy against bullying in elementary school environments. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers, and school committee members. The findings indicate that character education is integrated into classroom instruction, extracurricular activities, and school culture through a collaborative approach involving all school stakeholders and the broader community. The primary strategy adopted is the Pola Asuh Pendidikan Karakter Keluarga 28 (Family-Based Character Education Model 28 or Pasukan Raga 28), which emphasizes values of collaboration, empathy, and social responsibility. Monitoring and evaluation are conducted multilaterally by the principal, teachers, and the school committee through continuous supervision and assessment of character development outcomes. This study contributes to the development of a structured and participatory model of character education management in the context of primary education.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter dalam mencegah tindakan bullying di SD Negeri Percobaan 3 Pakem Sleman. Fokus kajian meliputi aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pendidikan karakter sebagai bagian dari strategi preventif terhadap bullying di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter diintegrasikan ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, ekstrakurikuler, dan budaya sekolah melalui pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah dan masyarakat. Strategi utama yang digunakan adalah program Pola Asuh Pendidikan Karakter Keluarga 28 (Pasukan Raga 28) yang menekankan nilai-nilai kolaborasi, empati, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Pengawasan dilakukan secara berlapis oleh kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite melalui pemantauan proses dan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran karakter.     Trifekta Motivasi Kerja: Budaya Industri, Program Magang Guru Produktif, dan Komunitas Belajar dalam Konteks Pendidikan Vokasi

    The research was designed to analyze the influence of industrial culture, productive teacher internship programs, and learning communities on the work motivation of vocational high school (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, SMK) teachers across Kendal Regency, both partially and simultaneously. Employing a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, the study encompassed all public and private vocational high schools in Kendal Regency, Central Java Province, totaling 29 institutions. The population of this research comprised 315 productive teachers. A sample of 176 teachers was determined through the application of the Slovin formula. Proportional sampling was the technique utilized for sample selection. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that, on an individual basis, as verified by the t-statistic values with a significance level of p<0.05, industrial culture, productive teacher internship programs, and learning communities exert a positive and significant influence on work motivation. Furthermore, the research findings demonstrate that these three variables simultaneously affect work motivation, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.584. The most substantial contribution to work motivation in the simultaneous model originates from the productive teacher internship program as indicated by the value of β=0.433, p<0.001).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis trifekta motivasi kerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Kabupaten Kendal yang terdiri dari faktor-faktor budaya industri, program magang guru produktif, dan komunitas belajar, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori, penelitian ini mencakup seluruh SMK negeri dan swasta di Kabupaten Kendal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, yang berjumlah 29 institusi. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 315 guru produktif. Sampel sebanyak 176 guru ditentukan melalui penerapan rumus Slovin. Teknik proportional sampling digunakan untuk pemilihan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda.     Students’ Feedback on Vlogging as an Educational Tool in Probability and Statistics: A Qualitative Study

    This qualitative study explores students' feedback on the use of vlogging as an educational tool in Probability and Statistics. Using a phenomenological approach, the study gathered insights from Grade 12 students through semi-structured interviews, which were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results revealed that students faced cognitive and technical challenges, including pre-vlog preparation difficulties, editing constraints, limited access to high-quality gadgets, and time management issues. Despite these challenges, students reported that vlogging enhanced their appreciation of mathematics, fostered active learning, and developed their independence and problem-solving skills. Vlogging encouraged students to bridge mathematical concepts to real-world applications, shifting their perception of mathematics from a memorization-based subject to a meaningful and engaging learning experience. Additionally, vlogging promoted student autonomy, as learners took responsibility for structuring their explanations and overcoming technical difficulties. Given these findings, the study recommends integrating vlogging as an educational tool to complement traditional mathematics instruction. Educators should provide structured guidance, access to resources, and strategies for time management to maximize its benefits. Future research may explore the long-term effects of vlogging on mathematical confidence, self-regulated learning, and academic performance. Vlogging presents a promising pedagogical approach that enhances student engagement, conceptual understanding, and mathematics appreciation

    The Correlation between Distance Learning and the Independent Learning among University Students

    This study aims to determine the importance of technological literacy in supporting the independent learning of Elementary School Teacher Education students in the context of distance learning. With the development of information and communication technology, distance learning has become a commonly used method, facilitating access to various learning resources without time and place limitations. However, the implementation of distance learning faces challenges, including limited access to technology, readiness of teaching materials, and limitations in effective communication between lecturers and students. This study uses a quantitative correlational method with a total sampling technique on 44 distance learning students to analyze the relationship between online learning and independent learning. The analysis results show that although digital literacy is important, there is no significant relationship between online learning and student independent learning. This finding indicates the need to improve digital literacy to support optimal independent learning in an online learning environment

    Reading is a complex skill that involves a series of other smaller skills. The aim of this research is to determine the differences and influences on students' reading comprehension abilities through the use of the CIRC model assisted by comic literacy at SD N Wirogomo 01. The experimental research design that will be used in this research is the Quasy Experiment Design with the type The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this study was all class III students at SD Negeri Wirogomo 01 totaling 30 and SD Wirogomo 02 totaling 22 students. The results of the research show that there is a difference between students' reading abilities assisted by the CIRC model assisted by comics at SD Wirogomo 01. The results of the unstandardized coefficient are 7.232, that if there is comic media (x) then the reading comprehension consistency value (y) is 7.232. The regression coefficient figure is 0.385. This figure means that for every 1% addition of comic media (x), reading comprehension (y) will increase by 0.385. It can be concluded that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence between the CIRC model assisted by comics on the reading comprehension of class III students. Wirogomo 01 Elementary School.Membaca merupakan suatu keterampilan yang kompleks yang melibatkan serangkaian keterampilan yang lebih kecil lainnya. Tujuan Penelitian ini mengetahui perbedaan dan pengaruh kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa melalui penggunaan model CIRC berbantuan komik literasi SD N Wirogomo 01. Desain penelitian eksperimen yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasy Experiment Design dengan tipe The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Hasil dari unstandardized coefficients sebesar 7,232, bahwa jika ada media komik (x) maka nilai konsisten membaca pemahaman (y) sebesar 7,232. Angka koefisien regresi sebesar 0,385. Angka ini menggandung arti bahwa setiap penambahan 1% media komik (x), maka membaca pemahaman (y) akan meningkat sebesar 0,385, dapat disimpulkan bahwa HO ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara model CIRC berbantuan komik terhadap membaca pemahaman siswa kelas III SD Wirogomo 01
