PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MEKANISME KATUP BERBASIS ANDROID PADA MATA PELAJARAN PEMELIHARAAN MESIN SEPEDA MOTOR KELAS XI DI SMK PIRI SLEMAN: PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MEKANISME KATUP BERBASIS ANDROID PADA MATA PELAJARAN PEMELIHARAAN MESIN SEPEDA MOTOR KELAS XI DI SMK PIRI SLEMAN
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1)apakah ada materi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mata pelajaran perawatan mesin sepeda motor kelas XI. (2) mengetahui kelayakan produk media pembelajaran pemeliharaan mesin sepeda motor. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data analisis kuantitatif untuk mengetahui persentase kelayakan media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi untuk mata pelajaran perawatan mesin sepeda motor. (2) Pengembangan media pembelajaran dinyatakan baik untuk digunakan berdasarkan uji kelayakan ahli materi dengan skor 82,9%, ahli media dengan skor 95,5%, dan hasil uji coba siswa yang digunakan siswa untuk uji keefektifan media pembelajaran, dengan skor 95,1%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut media pembelajaran perawatan mesin sepeda motor berbasis android sangat layak untuk pembelajaran.
 
Pengaruh Jenis Ban dan Tekanan Angin terhadap Efisiensi Pengereman pada Kendaraan Isuzu TBR 54: Pengaruh Jenis Ban dan Tekanan Angin terhadap Efisiensi Pengereman pada Kendaraan Isuzu TBR 54
The braking system is a critical component in ensuring the safety of motor vehicles. Braking effectiveness is influenced by the condition of the braking components and supporting factors such as tire type and air pressure. Inappropriate selection of tires or incorrect air pressure can reduce tire grip on the road surface, leading to decreased braking efficiency. Based on this background, this study aims to analyze the effect of variations in tire type (bias and radial) and tire air pressure on the braking efficiency of the Isuzu TBR 54 vehicle. The research was conducted at the Motor Vehicle Testing Unit of the Department of Transportation in Magelang City using an experimental method. A Certus 2023 brake tester was employed to collect data. The variables tested included two types of tires and five different air pressure levels (25, 30, 32, 35, and 40 psi). Braking force data on both vehicle axles were collected and analyzed using SPSS software through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests to determine the significance of each variable’s influence. The results showed that tire type and air pressure significantly affect braking efficiency. Radial tires demonstrated better braking performance than bias tires across all pressure levels. Excessive air pressure reduced braking efficiency due to a decrease in the tire’s contact area with the road surface. The most optimal combination for braking efficiency is achieved with radial tires at an air pressure of 25–30 psi, which results in braking efficiency above 75%. These findings highlight the importance of selecting the appropriate tire type and maintaining proper air pressure to enhance vehicle safety and braking performance.Sistem pengereman merupakan komponen krusial dalam menunjang keselamatan kendaraan bermotor. Efektivitas pengereman tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kondisi komponen rem itu sendiri, tetapi juga oleh elemen pendukung seperti jenis dan tekanan angin ban. Ketidaksesuaian dalam pemilihan ban maupun tekanan angin dapat mengurangi daya cengkeram ban terhadap permukaan jalan, sehingga menurunkan efisiensi pengereman. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi jenis ban (bias dan radial) serta tekanan angin ban terhadap efisiensi pengereman kendaraan Isuzu TBR 54.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Unit Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Magelang menggunakan metode eksperimen. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah brake tester merk Certus tahun 2023. Variabel yang diuji mencakup dua jenis ban dan lima variasi tekanan angin (25, 30, 32, 35, dan 40 psi). Data yang dikumpulkan berupa gaya pengereman pada dua sumbu kendaraan, kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji t untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh masing-masing variabel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik jenis ban maupun tekanan angin memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi pengereman. Ban radial menunjukkan performa pengereman lebih baik dibandingkan ban bias pada seluruh variasi tekanan. Tekanan angin yang terlalu tinggi menyebabkan penurunan efisiensi pengereman karena mengurangi luas bidang kontak ban dengan permukaan jalan. Kombinasi paling optimal untuk efisiensi pengereman diperoleh pada ban radial dengan tekanan angin 25–30 psi yang mana menghasilkan efisiensi pengereman diatas 75%. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pemilihan ban yang tepat serta pemeliharaan tekanan angin sesuai standar guna mendukung keselamatan dan performa kendaraan.

Exploring work-family conflict among married Muslim women: A qualitative case study
Work-family conflict (WFC) is a common phenomenon experienced by women who undergo dual roles as workers and family members. This study aims to explore the experiences and contributing factors of WFC among married Muslim women who undertake dual responsibilities in work and family domains. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The participants in this study were ten Muslim women who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique. The results showed that participants experienced difficulties dividing time between work and family, psychological pressure due to high work demands, and the influence of work stress on family interactions. Despite facing the challenges of WFC, participants showed adaptation strategies, such as effective time management, separation of roles between work and family, and utilization of technology to support work and family life balance. Support from spouses and family also played an essential role in helping participants navigate their dual roles. In addition, the motivation to keep working is not only based on economic aspects but also on fulfilling psychological and social needs. Rekontruksi Manual Book Berbasis Etnosains tentang Kadar Sianida dan Kandungan Nutrisi Lemea Terintegrasi Bioteknologi untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Siswa SMP
This study aims to develop an ethnoscience-based guidebook by integrating lemea fermentation as a local context in biotechnology learning to improve junior high school students' science process skills. The development model used is ADDIE with a quasi-experimental design of non-equivalent control groups. The research subjects consisted of 48 ninth-grade students from SMPN 02 Lebong, divided into experimental and control groups. Research instruments included observation, expert validation, pretest, posttest, and questionnaires. Validation results indicated product feasibility of 92% (very feasible category). Effectiveness testing using an independent t-test showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with an average N-Gain of 0.43 (moderate) in the experimental group and 0.17 (low) in the control group. The effect of media use on science process skills was moderate. Student and teacher responses to the media were very positive, particularly in terms of appearance, content, and usefulness. These results indicate that the integration of local culture into science is effective in developing students' scientific skills in a contextual manner.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi media pembelajaran dalam bentuk buku panduan berbasis etnosains dengan mengintegrasikan kebijaksanaan lokal, yaitu fermentasi Lemea, makanan tradisional Suku Rejang, ke dalam materi bioteknologi guna meningkatkan keterampilan proses ilmiah siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan desain quasi-eksperimen kelompok kontrol non-ekuivalen. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 48 siswa SMPN 02 Lebong yang dibagi menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, validasi ahli, pretest, posttest, dan kuesioner tanggapan. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan memperoleh skor kelayakan 92% dengan kategori sangat layak. Uji efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan proses ilmiah siswa dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,43 (kategori sedang) di kelas eksperimen dan 0,17 (kategori rendah) di kelas kontrol. Pembelajaran menggunakan buku panduan terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan proses ilmiah siswa. Tanggapan siswa dan guru terhadap media tersebut sangat positif dalam hal tampilan, konten materi, dan manfaatnya. Integrasi budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran sains tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan ilmiah siswa, tetapi juga menumbuhkan rasa kepedulian terhadap budaya regional dan membuat pembelajaran lebih bermakna dan kontekstual
Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dalam Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Guru: Studi Kualitatif di SMAN 1 Pabelan
This research aims to find out how sustainable professional development is implemented at SMAN 1 Pabelan, find out the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence sustainable professional development, find out what the Principal has done as a supervisor in supporting continuous professional development for teachers, find out the results of the role The principal has acted as a supervisor for teachers in implementing CPD. The type of research is qualitative. The research subjects were the principal and 20 teachers. Using triangulation of data sources, through interviews, observation and documentation, the data analysis technique that will be used is interactive model analysis. The results of the research were that the principal carried out several stages, namely planning supervision, implementing supervision, and evaluating supervision. The supervision approaches used are direct and indirect approaches. The supervision techniques used are class visits, individual conferences, teacher/staff council meetings, inter-school visits, inter-class visits, meetings in working groups\MGMP, and seminars. Supervision results increase teacher professionalism in pedagogical competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan di SMAN 1 Pabelan, mengetahui faktor pendukung maupun penghambat yang mepengaruhi pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan, mengetahui apa yang telah dilakukan Kepala Sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam mendukung pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan bagi guru, mengetahui hasil dari peran yang sudah dilakukan kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor bagi guru dalam pelaksanaan PKB. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitiaannya, Kepala Sekolah dan 20 orang guru. Menggunakan triangulasi sumber data, melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data yang akan digunakan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian Kepala sekolah melaksanakan beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan supervisi, pelaksanaan supervisi, dan evaluasi supervisi. Pendekatan supervisi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan langsung dan tidak langsung. Teknik-teknik supervisi yang digunakan adalah kunjungan kelas (classroom visitation), pertemuan pribadi (individual conference), rapat dewan guru/staff, kunjungan antar sekolah, kunjungan antar kelas, pertemuan dalam kelompok kerja\MGMP, dan seminar. Manajemen Pembentukan Karakter Gotong Royong Untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Di SDN Golo Umbulharjo Yogyakarta
This study aims to analyze the management of character-building focused on mutual cooperation (gotong royong) in improving the quality of education at SD Negeri Golo. The research focuses on: (1) managerial processes including planning, organizing, implementation, control, and evaluation; (2) supporting and inhibiting factors as well as innovative solutions in fostering gotong royong character; and (3) the contribution of character management to improving education quality. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving the school principal, teachers, students, and the school committee as research subjects. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation, with data analysis comprising data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the management of gotong royong character-building was carried out systematically through: (a) planning aligned with the school’s vision and mission, (b) the formation of an implementation team, (c) habituation-based implementation and guidance, and (d) evaluation and control by the school principal. Key supporting factors included school community enthusiasm and the principal’s motivational leadership. Innovative efforts encompassed internal-external collaboration, teacher training, practice-based approaches, and an integrative planning system. The gotong royong character management proved to contribute positively to creating a conducive school environment and significantly enhancing the overall quality of education.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pembentukan karakter gotong royong dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri Golo. Fokus kajian meliputi: (1) proses manajerial yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, dan evaluasi; (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta solusi inovatif dalam pembentukan karakter gotong royong; dan (3) kontribusi manajemen karakter terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan komite sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data mencakup reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembentukan karakter gotong royong dilaksanakan secara terstruktur melalui: (a) perencanaan selaras dengan visi-misi sekolah, (b) pembentukan tim pelaksana, (c) pelaksanaan melalui habituasi dan pendampingan, serta (d) evaluasi dan pengendalian oleh kepala sekolah. Faktor pendukung utama adalah antusiasme warga sekolah dan kepemimpinan inspiratif kepala sekolah. Upaya inovatif mencakup kolaborasi internal-eksternal, pelatihan guru, pendekatan berbasis latihan dan pembiasaan, serta sistem perencanaan yang integratif. Manajemen karakter gotong royong terbukti berkontribusi positif dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara menyeluruh
Perencanaan Pembiayaan Pendidikan Untuk Peningkatan Mutu SD Negeri Dadapayam 02
Dadapayam 02 Public Elementary School received the BOS Performance Award for two consecutive years despite its suboptimal accreditation. This was due to the school's improved performance, demonstrated by its improved educational report card scores. Based on this, a study was conducted to describe educational financing planning to improve the quality of elementary schools. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Participants in this study were the principal, vice principal, BOS treasurer, teachers, and school committee representatives. The results showed that financing planning at Dadapayam 2 Public Elementary School had been carried out through the stages of needs analysis, priority setting, and budget preparation. However, several challenges arose, such as limited BOS funds as the primary source and the lack of active participation from external parties. Nevertheless, the school successfully prioritized improving teacher competency, followed by improving infrastructure and developing curriculum and extracurricular programs. The conclusion of this study is that structured financing planning can significantly improve the quality of education at Dadapayam 02 Public Elementary School, especially when the budget is allocated to programs that directly impact the quality of teaching and learning. Suggestions for further research are to develop a more innovative and effective funding source diversification model..SD Negeri Dadapayam 02 mendapatkan BOS Kinerja dua tahun berturut-turut meskipun akreditasinya belum maksimal. Hal ini disebabkan kemajuan kinerja sekolah yang ditunjukkan dari peningkatan nilai rapor pendidikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, bendahara BOS, guru, dan perwakilan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembiayaan di SD Negeri 2 Dadapayam telah dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, penetapan prioritas, dan penyusunan anggaran. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan dana BOS sebagai sumber utama dan kurangnya partisipasi aktif dari pihak luar. Meskipun demikian, sekolah berhasil menetapkan prioritas utama pada peningkatan kompetensi guru, diikuti oleh perbaikan sarana prasarana dan pengembangan kurikulum dan program ekstrakurikuler. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan pembiayaan yang terstruktur dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD Negeri Dadapayam 02, terutama ketika anggaran dialokasikan untuk program yang berdampak langsung pada kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah mengembangkan model diversifikasi sumber pendanaan yang lebih inovatif dan efektif
Implementasi Program Jurnal Cerdas dalam Meningkatkan Minat Baca Siswa Sekolah Dasar di SD Negeri Rejowinangun 1
Rendahnya minat baca siswa sekolah dasar masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam dunia pendidikan Indonesia. Salah satunya Upaya inovasi yang diterapkan di SD Negeri Rejowinangun 1 adalah program Jurnal CERDAS (Cinta Literasi dan Numerasi Anak Sekolah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan implementasi program Jurnal CERDAS serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan minat baca siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data deperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru, siswa, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Jurnal CERDAS mampu menciptakan suasana literasi yang menyenangkan dan konsisten, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam aktivitas membaca, serta membangun kebiasaan literasi sejak dini. Kesimpulannya, implementasi program ini efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa melalui pendekatan yang terstruktur, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan. PENGEMBANGAN MODUL DIGITAL ELEKTRONIKA DASAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN TEKNOLOGI DASAR OTOMOTIF DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 YOGYAKARTA
This study aims to determine the feasibility of a good and quality basic electronic digital module. This research is development research. The research model has 4 stages in the research, namely define, design, develop and desseminate. Educational materials (learning modules) for Basic Automotive Technology subjects were validated by 2 material experts and 2 media experts, then tested on 42 students of class X majoring in Light Vehicle Engineering at Vocational High School (SMK) Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Collecting data using a 4-preference Likert scale questionnaire/questionnaire. The results of the module expert assessment are 3.09 from the optimal score of 4 so that they are listed in the "decent" category, the average total score from the results of the media expert assessment is 3.33 from the optimal score of 4 so that it is listed in the "decent" category, the average the average total score from the results of the field test is 3.14 from the optimal score of 4 so that it is listed in the "good" type, so that the average totality of the results of the assessment by module experts, media experts, and field tests gets an average score of 3.19 from a maximum score of 4 so that it is listed in the "decent/good" category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan modul digital yang baik dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan model penelitian tersebut memiliki 4 tahapan dalam penelitian, yakni define, design, develope, serta dessemenate. Materi pendidikan (modul pembelajaran) mata pelajaran Teknologi Dasar Otomotif di validasi oleh 2 ahli materi serta 2 ahli media berikutnya diujicobakan pada 42 siswa kelas X jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data memakai angket/kuisioner Skala Likert model 4 preferensi. Hasil penilaian materi sebesar 3,09 dari nilai skor optimal 4 sehingga tercantum dalam kategori "layak", rata-rata skor total dari ahli media sebesar 3,33 dari hasil skor optimal 4 sehingga tercantum dalam kategori "layak", rata-rata skor total dari hasil uji lapangan sebesar 3,14 dari nilai skor optimal 4 sehingga tercantum dalam kategori "layak", sehingga rerata totalitas dari hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan uji lapangan mendapat rata-rata skor sebesar 3,19 dari nilai skor maksimal 4, sehingga tercantum dalam kategori "layak/baik"
Adoption of Family Financial Management Strategy Towards Financial Resilience
Purpose Family financial management as a process of managing income, expenses, savings, and investments related to financial resources so as to improve family welfare. The higher the income, the better the quality of family life. However, in reality, the amount of money owned does not necessarily guarantee financial resilience. Families with healthy financial conditions have the potential to achieve more. This community service activity raises the problems faced by Principal Teachers from kindergarten to junior high school levels at a private foundation in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province in facing increasingly complex economic challenges, where not only is there a lack of financial management knowledge but also an inability to plan savings, debt management, lack of understanding of investment, and limited access to information related to finance. Therefore, the adoption of a family financial management strategy is important so that it can improve family financial resilience. This counseling activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of adopting a family financial management strategy as the main pillar so that sustainable financial resilience can be achieved.
Methods - This outreach activity was carried out with a holistic approach that combines educational, participatory, and collaborative aspects regarding the adoption of family financial management strategies for Principal Teachers from Kindergarten to Junior High School levels at a private foundation in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province so that they can achieve sustainable financial resilience. The method is designed to ensure in-depth understanding and real application in everyday life.
Result and discussions - The results of the counseling are expected to improve the understanding of adopting family financial management strategies for Principal Teachers from Kindergarten to Junior High School levels at a private foundation in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province.
