    Mengungkap Praktik Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Investasi Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 dalam Kacamata Mental Accounting

    Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup merugikan bagi perekonomian suatu negara dan masyrakat yang ada di dalamnya. Dampak lain yang ditimbulkan adalah kondisi finansial pada masyarakat yang mengalami perubahan dimana dalam studi ini adalah masyarakat Kota Palangka Raya. Kondisi gaya hidup yang beragam namun lebih banyak berperilaku konsumtif adalah sumber permasalahan dalam mengatur keuangan.  Studi ini berusaha untuk mengungkap sejauh mana praktik pengelolaan keuangan dan investasi masyarakat Kota Palangkaraya dalam kondisi Pandemi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif studi fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode interview terhadap beberapa informan secara langsung. Hasil studi mengungkap bahwa fenomena Covid-19 mengubah cara masyarakat dalam penerapan pengelolaan keuangan, kondisi yang tidak diharapkan terjadi tersebut telah mengubah cara pandang masyarakat. Sebagian masyarakat merasakan Covid-19 sebagai sebuah kerugian dan adapula yang menganggap kondisi tersebut sebagai peluang untuk melakukan investasi. Keputusan masyarakat dalam penerapan pengelolaan keuangan dan investasi adalah bagian dari Mental Accounting. Penerapan mental accounting menunjukkan sejauh mana masyarakat melakukan perencanaan baik untuk keuangan dan investasi dengan lebih baik

    Analisis Strategi Latihan Atlet Tuna Rungu Pada Cabor Futsal Di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi latihan yang diterapkan pada atlet tuna rungu di cabang olahraga futsal di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara kepada pelatih futsal tuna rungu untuk menggali informasi terkait dimensi fisik, kognitif, sosial, dan emosional dalam program latihan mereka Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan fisik bagiatlet tuna rungu dilakukan menjelang kompetisi dan tidak rutin sepanjang tahun, dengan fokuspada peningkatan kekuatan fisik. Latihan taktik lebih banyak menggunakan metode visual untuk mengakomodasi keterbatasan pendengaran pemain, dan pengambilan keputusan cepat dilatih melalui drill berulang. Masalah komunikasi menjadi tantangan utama, yang diatasi dengan bantuan relawan penerjemah bahasa isyarat. Interaksi sosial antara tim futsal tuna rungu dan tim reguler juga memberikan dampak positif dalam perkembangan keterampilan dan rasa percaya diri. Selain itu, latihan fisik yang dilakukan juga turut mempersiapkan atlet secara psikologis untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam pertandingan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar program latihandiperbaiki dengan menambah frekuensi latihan fisik, meningkatkan penggunaanteknologi untuk penyampaian taktik, serta pelatihan bahasa isyarat bagi pelatih untuk memaksimalkan komunikasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasanuntuk meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan dan prestasi atlet tuna rungu dalam futsal

    Pharmaceutical installations manage and distribute drugs and health supplies. The success of hospital pharmacy services depends on adequate human resources. Syifa Medina Hospital often faces overwork due to a shortage of pharmaceutical personnel, increasing workload. This study analyzes the need for Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel (TTK) using the Workload Indicators Staffing Need (WISN) method. This qualitative research involves four informants: the Head of Pharmaceutical Installation (key informant), a Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel, a pharmacist assistant (main informants), and the Head of Human Resources (supporting informant). Data collection includes observation, interviews, document review, and WISN calculations. Results show that the available working hours total 141,600 minutes per year. The study finds that Syifa Medina Hospital requires nine TTKs for optimal pharmaceutical services, but currently, only six are available. This indicates a shortage of three personnel, leading to excessive workload. To enhance pharmaceutical services, the hospital should recruit additional TTKs

    This study aims to examine the influence of Product Variation, Content Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews on Purchase Decisions of Skintific products via the TikTok application in Bandung. A quantitative approach was used, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 98 respondents who are Skintific users and TikTok users residing in Bandung. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows version 25. The results show that Content Marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions, both partially and simultaneously. This indicates that the more attractive and consistent the content marketing is, the higher the likelihood of consumer purchase decisions. Meanwhile, Product Variation and Online Customer Reviews do not show a positive and significant influence when tested partially. These findings suggest that Skintific needs to evaluate its product variation and customer reviews in order to enhance their impact on consumer purchasing decisions in the future

    Evaluasi Kebijakan dalam Pembangunan Perkotaan (Studi Tentang Penataan Kota di Kota Tasikmalaya)

    This research aims to identify gaps in policy implementation and areas that need improvement in urban development in Tasikmalaya City. The methodology used is literature study. This research highlights key aspects such as land use regulation, public participation in planning processes, and the integration of environmental considerations into policy formulation. Despite strategic plans aimed at encouraging sustainable development, studies show that several factors contribute to the ineffectiveness of urban development policies in the City of Tasikmalaya, including inadequate stakeholder engagement, insufficient funding for implementation, and lack of coordination between various government agencies involved in urban planning. The research results show that communities affected by development policies are less involved in the decision-making process, which causes a mismatch between policy objectives and community needs. These gaps not only hinder effective implementation, but also reduce public trust in government.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan dalam implementasi kebijakan dan area yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pembangunan perkotaan di Kota Tasikmalaya. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur. Penelitian ini menyoroti aspek-aspek utama seperti regulasi penggunaan lahan, partisipasi publik dalam proses perencanaan, dan integrasi pertimbangan lingkungan ke dalam formulasi kebijakan. Meskipun terdapat rencana-rencana strategis yang bertujuan untuk mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan, studi menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor berkontribusi terhadap ketidakefektifan kebijakan pembangunan perkotaan di Kota Tasikmalaya, termasuk keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan yang tidak memadai, pendanaan yang tidak mencukupi untuk implementasi, dan kurangnya koordinasi antara berbagai lembaga pemerintah yang terlibat dalam perencanaan perkotaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan masyarakat yang terdampak kebijakan pembangunan kurang dilibatkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian antara tujuan kebijakan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kesenjangan ini tidak hanya menghambat implementasi yang efektif, tetapi juga mengurangi kepercayaan publik terhadap pemerintahan

    E-commerce menjadi tren yang memberikan kemudahan bagi konsumen dalam berbelanja termasuk belanja produk pertanian seperti sayuran. Meskipun sudah tersedia kemudahan dengan adanya teknologi dalam kegiatan jual beli berupa e-commerce, masih banyak konsumen yang belum memanfaatkannya dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya akan sayuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat pembelian konsumen terhadap sayur melalui e-commerce serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Purwakarta bulan Desember 2024 – Januari 2025. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel ditarik menggunakan metode insidental dengan ukuran sampel 100. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat pembelian konsumen terhadap sayur melalui e-commerce termasuk pada kategori sedang.     Pengetahuan dan frekuensi konsumsi fast food pada kelompok usia dewasa muda di Kepulauan Riau

    Fast food is defined as food with low nutritional quality, namely high in sugar, salt, fat and low in fiber and served with a fast process. The choice of food consumption in individuals is influenced by several factors, one of which is the knowledge possessed by the individual. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nutritional knowledge and the frequency of fast food consumption habits. The research design used an observational type with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples in this study was 158 people with a total sampling technique. The results of the study showed that subjects who had good knowledge were 95 people (60.2%) and less knowledge were 63 people (39.8%). Individuals who had a frequent frequency of fast food consumption were 82 people (51.9%) and rarely were 76 people (48.1%). There was no relationship between nutritional knowledge and the frequency of fast food consumption in the young adult age group in the Riau Islands

    Smartphone Selection Recommendation System for Streaming Needs Using the TOPSIS Method

    Choosing the optimal smartphone for streaming needs is a challenge for users amidst the rapid development of technology and the variety of choices on the market. The need for high performance in streaming, such as large battery capacity, adequate RAM, fast processor, high-quality screen, and stable network support, drives the need for an objective and measurable recommendation system. This study aims to develop a smartphone selection recommendation system using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method that focuses on streaming activity needs. The research process involves the stages of problem identification, collecting datasets from various trusted sources, preprocessing data to ensure completeness and consistency, and implementing the TOPSIS method through data normalization, weighting criteria, determining positive and negative ideal solutions, to calculating preference scores and alternative rankings. The dataset used includes 252 smartphones from popular brands in Indonesia such as Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Apple, Realme, and Xiaomi, with specifications relevant to streaming. The results of the TOPSIS method implementation show that smartphones such as the iQOO Z9 Turbo Endurance, Redmi Turbo4, and Neo7 SE are ranked at the top with high preference scores, indicating the best combination of price, battery capacity, RAM, and network connectivity. The recommendation categories are arranged based on market segments, such as flagship, mid-range, budget-friendly , and based on each brand, to provide flexibility in selection. In general, Vivo, Xiaomi, and Realme dominate the best category, while Samsung and Oppo remain competitive in the middle class, and Apple maintains its stability in the premium ecosystem. The recommendation system is expected to help users make faster and more precise decisions according to technical needs and budget constraints in choosing a smartphone for high-quality streaming activities

    PELATIHAN PENGINTEGRASIAN VIRTUAL REALITY SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK GURU SEKOLAH DASAR

    AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui Skema Program Penerapan Iptek Berbasis Masyarakat (PPIBM) Universitas Siliwangi dengan judul Pelatihan Pengintegrasian Virtual Reality sebagai Media Pembelajaran untuk Guru Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan Virtual Reality (VR) sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dan inovatif. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, yaitu SDN Mugarsari Tasikmalaya, mencakup keterbatasan pemahaman konsep VR, kurangnya keterampilan praktis, minimnya infrastruktur pendukung, serta kesulitan dalam merancang Modul Ajar berbasis VR. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pelatihan Pengintegrasian Virtual Reality (VR) sebagai Media Pembelajaran untuk Guru Sekolah Dasar, meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teori dan praktik, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan penyusunan Modul Ajar berbasis VR, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 35 guru dan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pertemuan luring selama dua hari serta pendampingan daring selama satu bulan. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman guru tentang VR, keterampilan menggunakan aplikasi VR, serta kemampuan menyusun Modul Ajar berbasis VR. Kegiatan ini berhasil menjawab kebutuhan mitra dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan diharapkan berlanjut secara mandiri di sekolah mitra.Kata Kunci: Guru Sekolah Dasar, Media Pembelajaran; Teknologi; Virtual Reality (VR)AbstractThis Community Service program was carried out under the Community-Based Science and Technology Application Scheme (PPIBM) at Universitas Siliwangi, entitled Training on the Integration of Virtual Reality as a Learning Media for Elementary School Teachers. The main objective was to enhance teachers’ knowledge and skills in utilizing Virtual Reality (VR) as an interactive and innovative learning medium. The partner, SDN Mugarsari Tasikmalaya, faced several issues, including limited understanding of VR concepts, lack of practical skills, insufficient infrastructure, and difficulties in designing VR-based lesson modules. The offered solutions included socialization, theoretical and practical training, technology implementation, assistance in developing VR-based lesson modules, and evaluation through pre- and post-tests. This program involved 35 teachers and was implemented through two days of offline sessions and one month of online mentoring. The outcomes indicated significant improvements in teachers’ understanding of VR, ability to operate VR applications, and skills in designing VR-based lesson modules.     Action Research in Information System and Internal Auditing Research

    Action research is a research design that has the potential to be used in information systems and internal auditing research because of its similarities in the framework. Action research was initially qualitative, but as its methodology developed, quantitative components were added as an integral part of both the data collection and its analysis and interpretation phases. Mixed methods are considered effective in leveraging the strengths and reducing the weaknesses of both quantitative and qualitative approaches in either parallel or sequential designs. The author supports the idea that, methodologically, action research in information systems and internal auditing can adopt mixed methods in either parallel or sequential designs while considering scientific stages and ethical values.Keywords: action research, quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods
