Keefektifan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Dimulai dengan Pertanyaan terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Matematika Peserta Didik
This study aims to assess the creative thinking skills of students in mathematics by investigating their engagement with the "learning start with a question" model and its effectiveness in enhancing their mathematical creative thinking abilities. The research utilizes an experimental approach, employing a one-shot case study research design. The study population comprises all 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Tasikmalaya, with a sample selected from 11 MIPA 7 students using a simple random sampling technique. The assessment instrument employed is a descriptive test measuring students' mathematical and creative thinking abilities. Data analysis involves descriptive statistics, including the analysis and measurement of students' mathematical creative thinking abilities using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 and manual calculations. The normality test employs the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, followed by the one-sample t-test for proper side testing. Based on the data analysis results, it can be concluded that students' mathematical creative thinking abilities, when using the "learning start with a question" model, fall within the "good" category. The utilization of this instructional model proves effective in enhancing students' mathematical creative thinking abilities
Pendekatan Kepribadian Florence Littauer dalam Menganalisis Proses Berpikir Peserta Didik dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Matematika
This study aims to explain how learners use their thinking process in solving mathematics problems by considering Florence Littauer's personality type. The research method used was qualitative with an explorative approach. Data were obtained through math problem solving tests, Florence Littauer personality type questionnaires, and unstructured interviews. The instruments used included the problem solving test questions and the Florence Littauer personality type questionnaire. The research participants were students who could solve problem solving problems by following the four stages, namely understanding the problem, developing a plan, implementing the plan, and checking back, according to the dominant personality type identified through the Florence Littauer questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that learners with sanguinis, melancholic, choleric, and phlegmatic personality types showed differences in their thought processes during formation, plan development, plan execution, and inference. For example, learners with melancholic and sanguinis types are able to take different approaches in solving problems
Analisis Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Matematis Peserta Didik Berdasarkan Minat Belajar
This research aims to analyze student’s mathematical creative thinking abilities based on learning interest in the high, medium, and low categories. This research is a type of qualitative research with explorative methods. The subject of this research was taken from 9th grade of students of SMP Negeri 1 Puspahiang in the 2022/2023 academic year with the criteria of being able to fulfill 5 indicators of the mathematical creative thinking abilities and be able to communicate clearly and fluently. In addition, research subjects were also taken from each category of interest in learning. The instruments used to collect data consisted of writers, mathematical creative thinking ability test questions, and learning interest questionnaires. The results of this research indicate that students with high (S16T), medium (S12S), and low (S04R) learning interest are able to fulfill the 5 indicators of mathematical creative thinking ability namely, fluency, flexibility, originality, elaboration, and evaluation. The difference lies in the indicators of fluency, originality, and elaboration. In fluency indicator, students with high learning interest (S16T) are able to more fluently and quickly make several alternative answers with a faster completion process. In the originality indicator, students with high (S16T) and medium learning interest (S12S) use coefficient tables in finding solutions while students with low learning interest (S04R) use a comparative approach in solving a problem. In elaboration indicator, students with high (S16T) and medium learning interest (S12S) are able to write detailed, complete, and systematic solutions to a problem. Whereas student with low learning interest (S04R) are relatively in a hurry in solving a problem so that, there are incomplete and detailed completion steps
Analisis kemampuan komunikasi matematis ditinjau dari kecerdasan linguistik
This study aims to describe the mathematical communication skills in Cartesian coordinates among students based on their linguistic intelligence. Conducted in class IX at Rajapolah Islamic Junior High School, the research utilized exploratory methods. Data were collected from class IX students living in Islamic boarding schools, selected based on their proficiency in one, two, or three indicators of mathematical communication skills and their levels of linguistic intelligence (high, medium, low). Five subjects were chosen: one with high linguistic intelligence, two with moderate, and two with low linguistic intelligence. Data collection involved mathematical communication ability tests, linguistic intelligence questionnaires, and interviews. The research instruments included the researchers, the test questions, and the questionnaires. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Results showed that S-3, with high linguistic intelligence, could fully articulate ideas using mathematical terms, present ideas graphically, and create mathematical models. Subjects with moderate linguistic intelligence, S-17 and S-19, showed varying abilities: S-17 could write ideas in their own words, present graphs, and create models but struggled with detailed explanations and conclusions; S-19 could convey ideas in writing and graphs but had difficulty with modeling. Subjects with low linguistic intelligence, S-29 and S-6, exhibited more challenges: S-29 could write ideas and make graphs but lacked completeness and struggled with modeling everyday events mathematically; S-6 could write ideas in their own words but had difficulties with graphs and modeling
Pengaruh Self Confidence terhadap Literasi Matematis Peserta Didik Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Flipped Classroom
This study aims to knows student’s self-confidence using the flipped classroom learning model; to knows student’s mathematical literacy using the flipped classroom learning model; and to determine the influence of self-confidence on students' mathematical literacy using the flipped classroom learning model. This research is quantitative research with experimental research methods. The population in this study were all eighth-grade students of SMPN 6 Rajadesa. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with cluster random sampling type. In this study, class VIII A was selected, which consisted of 17 students. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and tests. The instruments used in this study were self-confidence questionnaires and mathematical literacy test questions. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that 1) Self-confidence of students using the flipped classroom learning model is in the medium category. 2) The mathematical literacy of students using the flipped classroom learning model is in the good category. 3) There is an influence of self-confidence on the mathematical literacy of students using the flipped classroom learning model
META ANALISIS PENGARUH PENDEKATAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA PESERTA DIDIK
Studi meta analisis ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh dari pendekatan matematika realistik terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik. 10 item ditemukan dalam hasil pencarian setelah dikumpulkan dari publikasi yang berhubungan dengan pendekatan matematika realistik dan pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Dengan demikian dengan menggunakan pendekatan matematika realistik peserta didik dapat memahami bagaimana ide ide berhubungan satu sama lain dan bagaimana mereka menerapkannya pada situasi dunia nyata. Sepuluh publikasi yang berkaitan dengan metode matematika realistik digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Secara deskriptif menunjukan bagaimana pendekatan matematika mempengaruhi rata-rata dimana rata rata kelas kontrol 61,359 dan kelas eksperimaen 71,083. Dari data kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol bervariasi secara signifikan, ditetapkan bahwa pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh pendekatan matematika realistik
USER INTERFACE DESIGN APLIKASI LAUNDRY ONLINE BERBASIS ANDROID
Perkembangan teknologi informasi terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat dalam kehidupan termasuk dalam sektor bisnis pelayanan laundry. Jasa laundry merupakan sebuah bisnis dalam bidang jasa cuci pakaian. Mencuci pakaian merupakan salah satu pekerjaan rumah tangga yang paling umum dan membutuhkan air, listrik, cairan pembersih, dan waktu yang tidak sedikit. Di perkotaan yang padat aktivitas banyak orang yang sibuk dengan pekerjaannya, bahkan pulang dari tempat kerja hingga larut malam dan tidak sempat untuk mencuci pakaian sehingga memilih jasa laundry untuk menghemat tenaga dan waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini merancang user interface aplikasi laundry berbasis android dengan pendekatan low fidelity dan high fidelity. Setelah dilakukan penelitian ini, berhasil dibuat skenario penggunaan aplikasi, 20 user interface low fidelity dan 20 user interface high fidelity. Ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk tahap coding
Model Pencitraan Politik (Reification) dalam Institusionalisasi Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) Tasikmalaya tahun 2014-2020
Citra publik dibangun untuk melahirkan kesukaan konstituen Tasikmalaya yang melahirkan penyebutan sebagai partai kyai, partai pesantren, partai gerakan/dakwah. Citra ini memiliki pertautan dengan sosio-kultural masyarakat Tasikmalaya yang nota bene kental dengan kultur ke-Islaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang menyelidiki fenomena kontemporer dalam konteks kehidupan nyata, dalam penelitian ini fokus pada penelitian pencitraan politik dalam institusionalisasi Partai Persatuan Pembangunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pencitraan yang mengembangkan model pencitraan empat sel utama kekuatan politik Tasikmalaya, yakni mencitrakan sebagainya partainya Ulama Kharismatik, Partai Nahdiyyin, Partai Ormas dan Partai Dakwah. Diantara keempat pencitraan tersebut yang sangat diandalkan adalah PPP merupakan partai yang didukung kuat oleh para Ulama Kharismatik, dimana dalam konteks Tasikmalaya ulama kharisatik memiliki kekuatan politik sebagai aktor politik yang disukai dan diikuti oleh masyarakat. Dengan mengembangkan model pencitraan Kharisma Ulama Mainded sebagai aktor orang kuat dan berpengaruh di Tasikmalaya, maka PPP dapat berkembang dengan pesat dan karena mampu menjadi leaderdalam lembaga eksekutif dan legislatif PPP, maka menjadi tolok ukur survivalitas partai politik di Tasikmalaya
Pengetahuan Prosedural dan Korelasinya dengan Pengetahuan Konseptual Mahasiswa pada Topik Genetika Populasi Berbasis Molekuler
Procedural knowledge is one dimension of knowledge that has an important role, which is to help students acquire conceptual knowledge. Procedural knowledge helps students understand concepts in the Genetics Course, including "Molecular-Based Population Genetics." This topic discusses the molecular structure and function of DNA markers in population genetics research and the procedures carried out by scientists in conducting molecular-based population genetics research. This study aims to describe students' procedural and conceptual knowledge of molecular-based Population Genetics and analyze these variables' correlations. This study used a quantitative descriptive research method with Pearson Product Moment correlational design. The study sample amounted to 101 randomly selected students. The collection of student procedural knowledge data is carried out using test techniques. Test questions are essay questions developed based on students' procedural knowledge parameters. Students' conceptual knowledge is measured using short-fill, actual false, and essay questions. Data analysis was performed using correlational descriptive analysis using the SPSS program. Students' procedural and conceptual knowledge are in the deficient category. Students' procedural and conceptual knowledge has a reasonably strong positive correlation. Procedural knowledge contributes to students' conceptual knowledge with a determination score of 21.3%. Based on these findings, lecturers must create a learning process that empowers students' procedural knowledge to improve conceptual knowledge, ultimately improving learning outcomes in the Genetics course
Analisis Penerapan Pembelajaran Andragogy di PKBM Hanuba Medan
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran andragogy di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Hanuba di Jalan AH Nasution Medan, Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa PKBM hanuba telah menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran andragogy berbasis kontekstual, prinsip pembelajaran yang diterapkan seperti pembelajaran berbasis masalah, cara cara belajar, evaluasi diri, melibatkan perasaan dalam mengatur emosi serta bebas dari ancaman. asumsi belajar yang digunakan seperti kesiapan diri, motivasi dan gaya belajar andragogy yang diterapkan adalah gaya belajar visual dan audio visual. Pelaksanaan sudah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik namun terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi di PKBM hanuba adalah orientasi belajar warga belajar berpusat pada ijazah dan motivasi dalam diri warga belajar yang rendah. Solusi yang diberikan adalah membuat Pelatihan Kewirausahaan membuat JASUKE (Jagung Susu Keju) pada warga belajar kejar paket C di PKBM Hanuba Medan Sumatera Utara dengan tujuan meningkatkan skill dalam berwirausaha serta mengubah mindset warga belajar orang dewasa di PKBM Hanuba
