    The aim of this research is to develop media to know the feasibility, student response, and effectiveness of the learning media assisted by Ispring Suite 11 on Geometry material to explore numerical and mathematical connection abilities. The research method used is Research Development (RD) by applying the ADDIE model. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaires, and tests of numerical and mathematical connection abilities. The instruments used include interview grid sheets, questionnaires to assess feasibility and student response, and ability test questions to evaluate effectiveness. The data sources consist of two media experts and two material experts to assess the technical quality, content, and objectives of the learning media, as well as eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 9 Tasikmalaya to assess the response and effectiveness of the learning media. The result of this research is a learning media application that can be accessed via Android smartphones under the name "Dunia Geo-Metrical." The feasibility assessment of the learning media was conducted based on content quality and objectives by material experts, receiving a feasible rating, and technical quality by media experts, receiving a very feasible rating. The learning media received positive feedback regarding its use from the students. Additionally, the effectiveness of this media falls under the “Strong effect” criterion, with an effect size of 3.25 1.00 for numerical ability, 2.24 1.00 for mathematical connection ability, and 3.06 1.00 for the overall results of both.Keywords:   ADDIE, Ispring Suite 11, Instructional Media Development, Research Development

    This study aims to develop an Android-based interactive mathematics learning media on rectangular and triangular material using software construct 2 and determine its feasibility. The method used is the Research Development (RD) method with the Assessment/Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation Evaluation (ADDIE) model. Analysis, users are class VII students in quadrilateral and triangular material which contains the discovery concept of the nature, area and perimeter of quadrilaterals and triangles and is presented in an android application made with construct 2. Designed in navigation structures, flow diagrams, storyboards, and design materials learning. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument uses a preliminary study interview grid and assesses the quality of learning media. The data for this study came from two material experts, two media experts, one instructional expert and eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya. This research produces android- based applications with the names Quadrilateral and Triangle Applications. This product is assessed from the feasibility of using the media which is measured based on the quality of the content and objectives, technical quality, instructional quality and student responses. In assessing the quality of the content and the objectives of the material expert, the learning media is in the very feasible category. In the technical quality assessment by media experts, media learning is in the very feasible category. In the assessment of instructional quality, instructional experts state that media learning is in the very proper category. The results of students' responses to media learning after being validated by experts, in the group trials the response results were in the very practical category, and in the field trials the response results were in the practical category. Then learning media can be used in the learning process

    This study aims to determine the metacognition process of students related to metacognitive skills and knowledge in solving mathematical problems. The subjects in this study were students of class XI SMAN 2 Tasikmalaya. This research is a qualitative research with exploratory research method. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of tests and interviews. Subject selection is done by taking 1 person each from each category of academic ability. The data analysis technique used in this study is data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study are (1) the metacognition process related to metacognitive skills in solving mathematical problems for each subject is different, at the stage of stating the problem the subjects S8 and S14 experience all three metacognitive skills. namely planning, monitoring and evaluation, while S20 has not experienced evaluation metacognition skills. At the solution search stage only subjects S8 and S20 experienced all three metacognitive skills while S14 only experienced one metacognitive skill, namely planning. At the stage of implementing the solution, only S8 experienced all three metacognitive skills, while S20 experienced planning and monitoring skills, namely writing the formula correctly, and S14 only experienced planning metacognition skills. (2) the metacognitive process related to metacognitive knowledge in solving mathematical problems of S8 and S20 subjects is almost the same, namely the subject experiences all three metacognitive knowledge at each stage of problem solving, in contrast to S8 and S20, at the stage of finding solutions and implementing solutions, S14 subjects do not yet know the initial knowledge he has and relates it to the question which means that S14 has not experienced metacognition in declarative knowledge

    The majority of sendaren kite craftsmen in the village Serang, Cipari Subdistrict, Cilacap Regency does not know the mathematical concepts contained in the process of making a sendaren kite. This study aims to determine what mathematical concepts are contained in the process of making a sendaren kite, and to determine the aesthetics contained in a sendaren kite. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach. The results showed that in the process of making a sendaren kite there were mathematical concepts such as the concept of points and lines, plane geometry, circles, congruence, folding symmetry, and comparisons. Sendaren kites also produce aesthetic values such as perfect shape, balance, brightness in color aspects, attractive appearance, and contain the benefits of sound produced by sendaren including to repel pest

    The purpose of this research is to describe the results of the ToSM level A1 Mathematics Seconds score on the student’s readiness to learn mathematics and the results of the student’s ToSM level A1 Mathematics Seconds scores. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research design. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires, tests and interviews. Supporting instruments used are student learning readiness questionnaires and ToSM level A1 Mathematics Seconds on android devices. The selection of research data sources is based on certain considerations, namely based on consideration of the results of the questionnaire on readiness to learn mathematics and the willingness to take tests and interviews. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The results showed that S1 and S2 subjects with very good learning readiness, S3 and S4 subjects with good learning readiness categories, and S5 and S6 subjects with fairly good learning readiness categories were only able to reach the total count stuttering category based on the results of the scores of four arithmetic operations addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The subject of S1 achieved the yellow counting stuttering completeness category in addition operations, red counting stuttering categories in subtraction operations and dark counting stuttering categories in multiplication and division operations. Furthermore, the S2 subject reached the black count stuttering completeness category in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division operations. S3 subjects achieved the red count stuttering completeness category in addition operations and dark count stuttering categories in subtraction, multiplication and division operations. Subject S4 was only able to achieve the dark count stuttering completeness category in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division operations. Subject S5 reached the red count stuttering completeness category in subtraction operations and dark count stuttering categories in addition, multiplication and division operations. Subject S6 achieved the red count stuttering completeness category in addition operations, but was only able to achieve dark count stuttering categories in subtraction, multiplication and division operations

    This study aims to analyze the adaptive reasoning ability of students in terms of learning styles according to Honey and Mumford which consists of 4 types of learning styles, namely activist type, reflector type, theoretical type, and pragmatic type. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection techniques are in the form of adaptive reasoning ability test on social arithmetic material, learning style questionnaire according to Honey and Mumford, namely Learning Style Questionnaire, and unstructured interviews. The research subject was taken purposively, namely students who answered all indicators of adaptive reasoning ability without seeing right or wrong on social arithmetic material.  The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study describe that students with activist, reflector, theoretical, and pragmatic learning styles have differences in solving adaptive reasoning ability test questions. Activist-type learners in working on test questions tend to act directly and pay less attention to something that is structured. Learners with the reflector type work carefully and are fully prepared based on things that have been observed. Learners with the theoretical type work on problems based on the material they have learned, so it is necessary to study the material related to the problem that is being studied.     This study aims to analyze students' misconceptions on the one-variable linear inequality system materials through a two-tier test and analyze the possible causes of students' misconceptions in the one-variable linear inequalities materials. This research is qualitative research with an exploratory method. The data collection technique uses a two-tier test. The data are collected through one variable linear inequality test and unstructured interviews. The instruments used are in the form of one variable linear inequality test questions and interview guidelines. The research subject was taken in a purposive way. The results showed that (1) students' misconceptions on each indicator of one variable linear inequalities were characterized by subjects who did not understand the differences between variables, coefficients and constants, subjects who did the summation between variables and constants, subjects who did not understand the concepts related to the stories question on linear inequalities of one variable, and subjects who do not understand in making mathematical models related to one variable linear inequalities ; (2) factors causing students' misconceptions include the lack of understanding of students on the concept of linear equations and inequalities of one variable, learning the topic of One Variable Linear Equations becomes the starting point of learning the topic of One Variable Linear Inequalities, students lack of practicing questions that contain algebra which has coefficients in the form of decimal numbers, the study does not explain how the rule "change the sign of the inequality when multiplying or dividing both sides of the inequality with negative numbers" can be obtained, and contextual problems are only given as an application of the topic of One Variable Linear Inequalities

    The purpose of this study was to determine the mathematical reasoning ability of students in solving trigonometric problems in terms of Carl Gustav Jung's personality type. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used were filling Carl Gustav Jung's personality questionnaire and tests of mathematical reasoning ability. The instruments used were Carl Gustav Jung's personality questionnaire and mathematical reasoning ability test questions. Place of research in SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja, subjects in this study were taken from extroverted and introverted personalities until saturated data was obtained, namely as many as two students to represent each extroverted or introverted personality drawn from class X MIPA 5 with the consideration that the students has the highest PTS value that exists in each type of extrovert or inttrovert personality, the activity in this study is the activity of the subject in filling out Carl Gustav Jung's personality questionnaire and working on mathematical reasoning ability test questions. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions / verification. The results showed that: between the two subjects were able to master the indicators of deductive reasoning but not yet fully mastered inductive reasoning, while the difference in the indicators was that SI had not been able to master the indicators of manipulating mathematics and SE had not been able to master the indicators of presenting allegations and manipulating mathematic

    ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KONEKSI MATEMATIK DITINJAU DARI SELF REGULATED LEARNING

    This study aims to determine the mathematical connection ability of students who have self regulated learning is good, sufficient and lacking in the material of building a flat side space. The method used in this study is qualitative research methods. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Rajapolah class VIII-B, amounting to 31 students. The subjects of this study were taken purposively, namely 3 students of class VIII-B of SMPN 1 Rajapolah. Data collection techniques consist of self regulated learning questionnaires, mathematical connection ability tests, and interviews. The research instrument used was the researcher as the main instrument then assisted with a self regulated learning questionnaire and a test of mathematical connection ability. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data display, and verification. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) Students who have good self-regulated learning, are able to find equivalentrepresentations of the same concepts and procedures, are able to understand the relationships between mathematical topics, and are able to use mathematics in other fields of study or daily life 2) Students who have sufficient self regulated learning are able to find equivalent representations of the same concepts and procedures, are able to understand the relationships betweenmathematical topics, and are able to use mathematics in other fields of study or daily life. However, not working on the test questions in mathematical connection skills in detail, (3) Students who have lacking self regulated learning is not yet able to find an equivalent representation of the sameconcepts and procedures, has not been able to understand the relationship between mathematical topics, but is able to use mathematics in other fields of study or everyday life

    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Untuk Mengeksplor Kemampuan Abstraksi Matematis Pada Materi SPLDV Berbantuan ISpring Suite 10

    The aims of this research is to develop, test the feasibility, student responses and effectiveness learning media assisted by ISpring Suite 10 on SPLDV material to explore mathematical abstraction abilities. This research uses Research Development (RD) with ADDIE model as research method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical abstraction abilities test. The instruments used were interview grid sheets, questionnaires for assessing feasibility and student responses as well as ability test questions for evaluating effectiveness. The data sources of this research were two media experts and two material experts, as well as class VII students of SMP Negeri 13 Tasikmalaya to find out student responses and the effectiveness of learning media. The results of this research produces learning media aplications that can be used on smartphone called OWL. This learning media was declared very appropriate by media experts and material experts, also students gave a very good response to the use of this learning media in the matter of a two-variable linear equation system in learning activities has a very strong effct in exploring students’ mathematical abstraction abilities
