MENELUSURI KONSEP GENDER DALAM AL-QUR’AN
This paper examines gender in an Islamic perspective. In Islam there are several controversy issues related to gender relations, including the origin of the creation of women, the concept of inheritance, witnessing, polygamy, reproductive rights, the rights of female divorces, and the public role of women. This fact will be very interesting if it is related to the Koran as the main source of Islamic teachings. Al-Quran does not deny the existence of differences (distinction) between men and women but these differences are not differences (discrimination) that benefit one party and harm the other party. By basing on the main sources of Islamic teachings, namely the Koran and Hadith, it was found some disclosures of the meaning of words related to gender such as al-rajul wa al-nisa, al-zakar wa al-untsa and al-mar'u and al-mar'ah. Various explanations in detail and globally regarding the position of men and women in accordance with their respective nature. PERAN PEREMPUAN PANDULUNG DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI PESISIR DI UJUNG LERO KABUPATEN PINRANG
This paper would like to publish the results of Partisipation Action Research-based service about Pandulung Women's Fishermen Community in Ujung Lero is a picture of people's lives that are marginal, marginalized, poor, helpless and unempowered. Their everyday life is colored by just wrestling with fish on the coast of Ujung Lero. The community of fishermen women makes the work of Pandulung as the main focus of family life. This community is interesting to be empowered and researched, because it has good potential, interests, and opportunities for the future. However, the great interest and opportunity to change from the economic downturn has not been matched by adequate knowledge and understanding. Therefore, as a recommendation, the involvement of various stakeholders in depth is needed to raise the problem of economic downturn towards better economic independence
SANKSI PIDANA BAGI ANAK YANG BERHADAPAN DENGAN HUKUM PERSPEKTIF FIQIH JINAYAH
This paper aims to determine the criminal acts of children along with criminal sanctions given as preventive measures. By using qualitative data and through juridical and theological normative approaches it was found the conclusion is criminal acts of children are acts carried out contrary to the Law contained in the Criminal Code. The cause of child delinquency is caused by internal factors, namely family and external, namely environmental conditions. In jurisprudence jurisprudence there is no criminal sanction against the child for the crime he committed, because he is considered not yet competent legally, but a judge is allowed to sanction educational actions so that the child can be better. Criminal violations committed by a child who is faced with the law should be charged to his parents or handed over to the state to be sanctioned in the form of guidance. This is because minors have not yet been forgiven

This paper attempts to provide a way out of disintegration between science, culture and religion. Where all three must look for a formulation so as to form harmonization and integration that is well established after the occurrence of distinctions which causes serious 'friction' in the three domains. From here the beginning of classifying two kinds of knowledge, namely al-ulum ad-diniyah and al-ulum ad-dunyawiyah (which includes science and culture). By finding a relationship that uses a dialogic-integrative paradigm, it will become a bridge that connects the points of equality of the three domains

The focus which studied about educational institution in establishment the character; scope of informal education connection with the character establishment; contribution of family educational institution in establishment of children character. Searching process shows that education institution of formal-informal-nonformal have an important responsibility and strategic in establishment of children character; and informal educational institution has the main responsibility and first one in establishment of children character. TANTANGAN PARENTING DALAM MEWUJUDKAN MODERASI ISLAM ANAK
The birth of X, Y, Z and Alpha generations cannot be denied, given the rapid development of technology. The formation of the character of Alpha Generation or Gen-A which was born in 2010 is a concern and a challenge for parents in shaping the personality of a civilized and humanitarian child. This article is motivated by a critical review of the conditions of intolerance among religious people. Where the soul of intolerance that arises in a person is due to the absence of a sense of humanity and civilized human elements in themselves. One of the main causes is the influence of misuse of technology which has led to the birth of the Alpha Generation that is enslaved by technology. A person's social life deteriorates so that he does not respect differences. The use of technology well can avoid the anti-tolerant nature and be able to form prospective generations who are civilized and humane in accordance with Islamic values. The provision of technological education for children of old age can not be separated from the role of parents as the first madrasa for children. The habit of children will be difficult to change when from the beginning parents do not do education in the family through parenting education. Parenting education is one of the efforts made by parents in educating, nurturing and teaching children
MEMBEBASKAN ANAK TUNADAKSA DALAM MEWUJUDKAN MASYARAKAT MULTIKULTURAL DEMOKRATIS
Crippled is a person who has a physical disability, body, and orthopedic defects. Because of the incompleteness of body functions, they face many obstacles, so they feel there is a crane that alienated in accessing public facilities. This paper will discuss the efforts that can be taken to liberate the children's crippled in order to realize a democratic multicultural society. This crippled liberate should start by: everyone has to change his paradigm about crippled children and must realize that basically every human being has flaws; school readiness in accepting crippled children should be noted; and provide special facilities for crippled people. Thus the crippled children can still socialize with the general public so that they do not feel alienated in accordance with the goals of democratic and multicultural education to realize equality
POLA PENGASUHAN DAN PEMENUHAN HAK DASAR ANAK BURUH MIGRAN PEREMPUAN
Parents, community, and goverment have a responsibility to make sure child’s right are respected, protected, and fulfilled. This needs to be supported with a good parenting. This paper aims to: analyse parenting of child of women migrant workers in Soppeng district and describe fulfillment of child’s right of women migrant workers in Soppeng district. This study was used qualitative and quantitative approach. A total 44 families of women migrant workers was used data in this study. Quantitative data was analyzed descriptively, and qualitative data was analyzed with 3 different plots (reduction, presentation, and make conclusion) at the same time. There are some factors that affect the parenting of child of women migrant workers, specifically parent’s education, family economic condition, sex of the child, number of children, children’s age, and the availability of a dependable caregiver. The result showed that women migrant workers families are divided into 3 stages in the family life cycle and there are 7 parenting patterns in the family of women migrant workers. Many families involve mother’s family than father’s family. However, not all parenting patterns can fulfill child’s rights. All stakeholders should be involved to upgrade the fulfillment of child’s right and improve their life

This article examines the effectiveness of career women in fostering young generation families. When he becomes a career woman, he considers that household harmony will not be realized especially in guiding his children especially to the people of Watansoppeng. The study found that career women in Watansoppeng played an active role in coaching young people through formal education by choosing the right school, intense communication with teachers and participation with children's social activities in school and through informal education such as sharing roles with husbands, being role models and application of discipline to family members. Increasing the role of career women in fostering the younger generation through formal and informal education in Watansoppeng through approaches to career women themselves, to husbands as heads of families, approaches to children approach to pengutan function and finally approaches through problem solving and approaches through religion and local culture
EKSISTENSI KOPERASI WANITA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT
The existence of women's cooperatives in Indonesia is significant even though there are not many large female cooperatives, but women's cooperatives are capable of assisting the government in overcoming national problems such as reducing unemployment, improving health, improving education and addressing gender issues. Cooperatives are a place for women to improve their family economy, self-actualization for women. Women are no longer just housewives but cooperatives have proven their superiority in empowering women as pioneers in helping micro-businesses in their region.
