KAJIAN TENTANG EKSISTENSI GENDER DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM
This paper discusses the concept of gender in Islam. By using the normative approach through text analysis of Qur'anic and Hadith theology, gender in Islam highly upholds the value of justice regardless of gender. In the Qur'an are found several verses that become supporters and amplifiers that imply a difference, and each has a privilege. However, no verse has been found that describes such distinctions and differences. Thus, Islam has never taught the existence of differences between men and women because it really distinguishes only the level of piety of the Creator
KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN PADA MADRASAH ALIYAH DI KABUPATEN BONE
This study examines the leadership of women in Madrasah Aliyah in Bone District. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of women's leadership, the views of religious leaders and community leaders on women's leadership and the contribution of women's leadership as the head of Madrasah Aliyah. Women's leadership styles tend to be democratic. The obstacles faced by the female Madrasah Aliyah head in Bone Regency are two, namely internal barriers and external barriers. Internal obstacles come from within the madrasa itself. With capitalization and tenacity internal obstacles can be overcome. Whereas external barriers originating outside the madrasah, namely obstacles that come from the family environment of the head of the madrasah itself. The leadership of the female head of the Madrasah Aliyah received support from religious leaders and community leaders in Bone Regency. The female head of the Madrasah Aliyah contributes in the fields of education, religion and social life

PENDIDIKAN ISLAM INKLUSIF GENDER (Studi Kritis Ekofeminisme Vandana Shiva)
Vandana Shiva in her thinking of Ecofeminism, tried to deconstruct the paradigm of masculinity (its an ideology or principle that emphasizes more competitive, dominant, ambitious, vertical and fulfilling personal interests, it has hegemony many things, especially in terms of feminism and mainstream ecology, and also offers alternative understandings in the form of marriage between ecological thinking and feminism. Secondly, here I would like to discribe, the concept of ecofeminism. Vandana Shiva had been emphasized the need to restore feminine values (love, and nurturing), as a formulation or solution of the hegemony for masculinity that has been penetrated in many aspects. Third, the most important thing according to Vandana Shiva, is the restoration of the feminine values based on the overall principle, namely the creative existence and awareness in nature, women, and men. The implication for the nature is as a living organisms. For women, as a women productive and active beings. And finally the implication of the principle restoration of men is the transfer of life's actions, not to create a life-threatening society that had destroys the life
NILAI BUDAYA MAPPANO’ DALAM PELAKSANAAN AQIQAH PADA MASYARAKAT BULISU KECAMATAN BATULAPPA
This paper discusses the understanding of mappano culture values in the implementation of aqiqah in the Bulisu community of Kassa Village, Batulappa District in terms of Islamic theology. The aim of obtaining empirical data on the implementation of the mappano tradition and the cultural values contained in the implementation of the tradition by the Bulisu community. Using qualitative descriptive data in this paper concluded that the mappano tradition was implemented after the aqiqah event was finished. In practice, the mappano tradition 'on the one hand is in line with religious teachings that is to aim and return everything to Allah SWT. However, on the other hand some of which are carried out in the mappano' tradition are contrary to the teachings of religion by having the belief that the guardian of water is a temporary crocodile religious teachings that all that is in heaven and on earth is absolutely the property of Allah SWT

When socializing, every human being is in an environment whose behavior patterns have been formed, and face a norm system that is used as a basis for interaction. PARTISIPASI DAN PERAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PARTAI POLITIK
Participation of women in political parties is quite high in managerial, organizational meetings, voting, campaigns, political discussions and public meetings that have been carried out by many existing political parties. However, the main problem in woman’s political activities is the appearance of injustice as a result of the disparities between women's political rights and participation at one side and the political rights and roles of men on the other side. Recently, the role of women in political parties is just ordinary member of an organization. Several informants say that women who are members of an organization mostly do not have much experience in organizing and do not possess courageous characteristics as men generally do. For this reason, many working programs proposed by women are not accepted and implemented into the existing political world. The position of women in political parties is generally stereotyped. The factors that affect women's involvement in political parties are: the influence of their educational background, which mainly determines the activeness of women in their involvement as the member of political party, because all the tasks entrusted to women can be implemented due to the education possessed by these women. This means that there is a relevancy between their educational background and their duties. Some constraints experienced by women in political parties are based on several issues including educational background, jobs, gender equality and justice, domestic role, patriarchal culture, religion, and family relationships
PERAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PERKEMBANGAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI ACEH (Kajian Terhadap Kontribusi Wanita dalam Tinjauan Sejarah)
Acehnese women contribute significantly in the field of development of Islamic education. Among the well-known figures are Datu Beru and Tengku Fakinah. Datu Beru known as Judge women in the kingdom of Linge in Central Aceh. Although she did not have schools but she could become inspiration in the field of science, especially jurisprudence. Meanwhile, Tengku Fakinah was an educator, a woman scholar in Dayah Lam Diran which was a famous Islamic educational institution in that time. Students who studied at the Islamic boarding school come from various parts of Aceh. They are fully involved in the process of social transformation and intellectual transmission. It is proved that the public role of women in Aceh since in the past did not have social and cultural constraints. In addition, the woman clearly has a major contribution in the field of Islamic education

This article describes briefly about the political movements of Islamic civil society organizations as well as influencing the position of women in their political movements. Since Indonesia has not been independent, the emergence of community organizations (mass organizations) Islam gives the color of socio-political life, including law. It is not surprising that a number of regional heads include Islamic law in local regulations. With full support, religious figures, MUI, Islamic mass organizations and legislatures of a number of sharia laws are passed. Euforia PERDA syariah gained the right momentum since Law no. 31 of 2004 on Regional Government; and Law No. 33 of 2004 on Fiscal Balance between the Central Government and Local Government is enacted. However, there are articles in Islamic law that are gender biased. There is a negative stigmatization of women. It is as if women are triggering immorality and evil. In a legal state, stigmatization is against human rights. Where the rights of justice and equality before the law are enforced in state regulations, including sharia law
