This paper discusses Indonesian women since time immemorial has been active in various economic activities to support the household economy. In the current information age the gait of Indonesian women in careers is getting more advanced and has occupied various business sectors. Besides it also appears as a comrade is a general perception that tends to degrade women's dignity, such as violence, and deviations from the normative culture of the Indonesian nation. Therefore, to maximize the potential of women in social aspects, it is necessary to create a new social order for women through empowering women resources that are crippled in the formation of three attitudes: attitude and behavior towards God's, attitudes and behavior towards self, and attitudes and behavior toward values -Community values

Some experienced problems in its development are the aspects of law, lack of socialization of Syariah Bank, the operational constraints, and public's understanding toward Syariah Bank is still low. IDENTITAS GENDER DALAM PERSPEKTIF AGAMA KRISTEN
The fundamental concept offered by feminism to analyze society is gender. The concept of gender is an inherent trait of men and women formed by social and cultural factors, so there are some assumptions about the social and cultural roles of men and women. For example; the woman is known as a weak, beautiful, emotional and motherly creature. While the man is known as a strong, rational, male and powerful creature. But these traits are not permanent, because they can change over time. This study reinforces the view that gender is a social-forming being that can change with the times, while sex is the nature of God whose role remains (unchangeable). Therefore, the identity of women's behavior, there is always kaitanya with conflict that occurs, along with ethnicity ego, discrimination, and the issue of majority and minority relations. Gender is not the nature or the provision of God, therefore gender is concerned with the process of how men and women should act and act according to the structured values of society. Gender is a distinction between roles, functions and responsibilities between women and men

WACANA PEMIMPIN PEREMPUAN DALAM ISLAM
This paper discusses women's leadership in Islam. There are three spheres of leadership that are the focus of the study: women leaders in the domestic sphere, women leaders in the public sphere, and women leaders within the scope of worship. These three spheres are studied separately because they have different epistemological contexts and foundations. Through the normative approach and analysis of several legal propositions concluded that the discourse of leadership in the family and the scope of worship is more dominantly owned by men than women. The dominance of male leadership in this context is more due to the normative religious epistemological foundations and some laws that place men as heads of families. Women's leadership in worship is permitted within certain limits and conditions. Different in the context of leadership in the public sphere, women's leadership discourse has been able to place the same position with men even if in some circles rejects women's leadership
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PERENCANAAN DAN PENGANGGARAN YANG RESPONSIF GENDER DI PEMERINTAH KOTA PALEMBANG
In every current National Government policy, it explicitly makes women and children an integral part of the overall achievement of full human rights fulfillment in Indonesia. This is stated in the second priority agenda of Nawacita namely: increasing the role and representation of women in politics and development. Others are stated also in the eighth priority agenda of Nawacita: protecting children, women and marginalized groups. In this context, the strategic issues to be addressed during the 2015-2019 development period are: (1) improving the quality of life and the role of women in various fields of development; (2) protection of women against various acts of violence including TPPPO; and (3) enhancement of institutional capacity of PUG and institutional protection of women from various acts of violence. This paper attempts to highlight the existence of Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage which is gender biased. The position of the husband as the head of the household (leader) has the responsibility of living for his family, so that their duty is in the public sphere while the wife is a housewife serving in the domestic sphere, taking care of the child and husband, which is considered to imprison women's space into the public space. This paper examines the various issues of sexuality in Islamic discourse. The discussion in this study attempts to examine the discourse of female sexuality at the beginning of Prophet's prophethood and then evolves over the development of the age to give birth to various inequalities and injustices against women in the sexual realm. There are at least three issues concerning sexual injustice in women; first, the Islamic tradition in the post-Prophetical Jurisprudence which places women as 'male sexual needs ministers' and 'sexual generations'. Second, the tendency of female body consumerism in modern industrial civilization. Third, local traditions in certain cultures still attach stereotypes to women as 'passengers' of male social glory
