Blur Kernel Estimation by Using Bees Algorithm
Camera shake is a common source of degradation indigital images taken by an unmanned air vehicle (UAV).Usually, blur kernel is used to reduce the taken image. Blurkernel means the map of camera shake while photo is taken.Estimating an unknown blur kernel from a single input blurredimage is a severely ill-posed problem. Blind image deblurringmeans deblurring with an unknown blur kernel. Blind imagedeblurring algorithms have been improving continuously in thepast years. Most state-of-the-art algorithms still cannot performperfectly in most cases. In this paper, we focus on how toestimate a good blur kernel from a single blurred image byusing Bees Algorithm (BA). We become aware of using BA is agood way to estimate an unknown blur kernel. BA is firstly usedfor image deblurring in this paper
Development and Modeling of a Geographic Information Systemsolar Flux Inadrar, Algeria
Algeria is one of the important solar belt countries, withan enormous potential in solar energy. The exploitation andpromotion of these energy resources offers the opportunity oftackling energy-related and economic challenges, and tocontribute to a sustainable development in our countries.Theknowledge and assessment of the available solar energy resourcesis a critical part to renewable energy planning and sizing and canplay an important role in lessen the harmful impacts ofenvironmental problems associated with the recovery of fossilfuels and their use in power stations. However, the majorhandicap has always been the spatial density of radiometricstations which is inadequate. This study aimed to develop solarpotential data estimation in Adrar region located in the warmAlgerian desert region. The data delivered will be implemented inGeographic Information Systems (GIS) and used as support forTechnical analysis of solar potential in this region

Barriers To Using Technologies When Helping Saudi Primary Students' Difficulties With Mathematics
Despite the potential positive effects of usingtechnology with students who have difficulties in mathematics inthe Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the great efforts made by theSaudi Government to improve the education system of thenation, which has included a continuous rise in the educationalbudget, there still remain some obstacles for some teachers whenusing technology, and while some of these teachers overcomethese barriers, others do not succeed in this the challenge. Thispaper will investigate the barriers that teachers face when usingtechnology in their classroom in primary schools, and why someovercame obstacles while others did not. Semi-structuredinterviews and observations were used for the purpose of thisresearch, which were undertaken with three mathematicsteachers from school A which used technology, and the otherthree from school B, which did not use technology. I found thatthe major obstacle teachers face when using technology includedaspects of the teachers’ negative attitudes and beliefs aboutteaching mathematics using technology, the lack of training inusing technology, and the lack of technical support. The headteacher’s attitude was also an important influence on managingthe challenges teachers faced, which affected teachers’ decisionsto use or not use technology in school
The Impacts of E-Commerce as a Service upon Fog Computing
Fog Computing is a technology that extends cloud computing and services to the edge of the network. It provides data, compute, storage and application services to the users like cloud. From kitchen equipment to aeroplane, started getting an IP address which has also been a part of internet. In the past few years, the great transmission of theoretical concept of different industries such as E-commerce into real application has been used by cloud computing. Based on adopted fog features and characteristics those are encouraging small companies that providing their E-commerce products to adopt their development into fog computing. In order to assist the E-commerce small companies with the right way to start with the basic requirements and upgrading their computing resources as their fog user base grows with time, herewith the impacts of Ecommerce as the services upon fog computing is proposed
An Overview of Procurement Methods and Techniques for Effective Delivery of Construction Projects
Procurement processes in the construction industryare many and the choice of a suitable one depends on the typeof construction, volume of work to be done, availability ofresources and client experience. Each type of procurementprocess has its own peculiarity and the choice of the type liesmostly with the client who should be responsible for thesuccess of the project. This paper examines procurementstrategies for an effective project delivery with a view toprovide solutions to problems encountered in making selection. The Paper has found that traditional method of procurementprocess is mostly used by the clients irrespective of the type, methods and volume of work to be done
Kinetics and Thermodynamic Studies of Disperse Dyes Derived from 4-Amino-3-Nitrobenzaldehyde on Polyester fabrics.
Adsorption kinetics and thermodynamic studies of disperse dyes derived from 4-Amino-3-Nitrobenzaldehyde on polyester fabrics was carried out at various temperatures, pH, liquor ratios, time and carrier concentrations. The results showed the equilibrium adsorption isotherms of disperse dyes on polyester fabrics. The values of the thermodynamic parameters recorded and the adsorption isotherms deduced from the experiment suggests that the adsorption kinetics of the disperse dyes on polyester fabric is in agreement with a pseudo second-order kinetic model [11]. Van der Wa’als forces are thought to have played significant role in dye – fibre attraction and the adsorption of disperse dyes on polyester was an exothermic process. It was found that on application, the dyes had very good fastness to both wash and light and moderate fastness to perspiration
The Study of Electron Beam Irradiation on Eu2O3 Doped Pbf2 - Teo2 - B2O3 Glasses
We report here the combined structural, optical andthermal studies carried out for the prepared Eu2O3 doped PbF2-TeO2-B2O3 glass [built using melting molding technique] samplesbefore and after being subjected to electron beam of energy 7.5MeV [Dose: 150 kGy], containing 0-2.5 mol% of Eu2O3. Theincrease in densities of the samples both before and afterirradiation has been understood, mainly due to the UV-VIS-NIRdata, energy band gap (Eg) values and the characteristictemperatures obtained from Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) study. The decrement in the values of energy band gapand the shifting of the absorption cut-off wavelength of UV-VISNIRspectra towards red edge, proved the formation of colorcenters in the glass network after irradiation. The changes in thephysical appearance of the glasses from light yellow to deepyellowish color after irradiation were studied through colormeasurement. The change in Hunter L values after irradiation, through color measurement was a proof for the color centers orabsorption centers created in the glass sites. Glass transformationtemperatures [glass transition (Tg), onset of crystallization (Tx),crystallization (Tc) and melting temperature (Tm)] throughDifferential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), were analyzed to studythe thermal effects on amorphized borate glasses and check itsreaction on stability and vitreous network of the glass samplesboth before and after electron beam irradiation
