Analysis and Evaluation of Control System of Higher Education in Modern Conditions in Kazakhstan
Abstract-This research paper seeks to study the status of higher education in Kazakhstan, experiencing a process of reform of the system, which is caused by internal and external causes. Internal causes related to the adaptation to market conditions of operation and development, external - with integration into the world educational space. Kazakhstan's education is associated with the development of the profound changes of the intellectual, cultural and economic potential. Education System Management - one of the most pressing problems, having a direct relation to the quality and efficiency of the educational institutions. The forms and methods of education management is largely dependent on the characteristics of the country's economic and cultural traditions, the specifics of government and, above all, related to the market economy. Optimization of educational innovation management requires a scientific and methodical study. In the study, there is the need to implement the following types of resources: information, technological, legal, financial, human, social [1].
However, the focus on foreign models of educational process management excessively performed in the higher education system of Kazakhstan, there is a weak focus innovation on solving urgent problems of higher education, the lack of an integrated approach to the creation of educational innovation, which would provide them with the necessary resources, formed the optimal internal and external innovation environment that does not allow to create a balanced mechanism in the process of reforming the higher education system. The results of innovative practices show that higher education everywhere manifest social insecurity innovation. This is reflected in the growing gap in the interests of the major participants in the innovation process - the initiators, organizers and perpetrators; weakened by motivational resource of educational innovations, in particular, because of the unjustifiable expectations of the changes taking place; It is also seen social and technological insecurity educational innovation. This actualizes the problem of optimization of social management innovation in higher education [2].

The Mediation Effect of Effective Leadership Behavior on the Relationship between Leadership Self-Efficacy and Managerial Job Performance
Background: The study on leadership and what makes it effective can never be over emphasized, it was observed that since the beginning of the 19th century, there was proliferation of research studies on the leadership phenomenon aimed at enhancing the ability to predict effective leadership in organizations
Aims: - This study attempts to examine the relationship between leadership self-efficacy and managerial job performance and whether effective leadership behavior mediates the relationship.
Methods: Quantitative data using questionnaire was collected among the branch managers of the banks.
Results: The result shows that LSE influences the managerial performance. The result shows that hypothesis H1 is hereby supported. The result of the mediation test shows that LSE is significantly related to managerial job performance. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted using the Baron and Kenny (1986) method (four steps of mediation analysis). And the result shows partial mediation had occurred.
Conclusions: The findings of this study on the relationship between LSE and managerial job performance are in concord with previous studies. Further, future studies should consider the other dimensions of interest
Consumption Behavior and Household Economies of Scale An Analysis of Variations across Rural-Urban Regions of Pakistan
The study attempts to explore the expenditure elasticities of various food items across the provinces of Pakistan while taking in to account the rural and urban regions separately. Household Integrated Income and Consumption Survey (hereafter HIICS) data for the year 2015-2016 is utilized. In addition, the household economies of scale towards the consumption are also being focused on the same lines. The study has made use of double log specification of Engel curve. The included 20 food items are appeared as normal commodities having expenditure elasticity less than one. All the expenditure elasticities have positive signs and are less than one which shows that all the food commodities are necessities and normal goods i.e. as income increases their expenditure will increase at a decreasing rate. The negative sign of the household size depicts that there is a negative relationship with consumption i.e. supports the notion that households with higher family size enjoy the economies of scale towards the consumption of food
Interoperability between Islands and Smart Concentrator Unit
The paper deals with the problematic of the interoperability island smart renewable sources with smart concentrator unit. These sources are built up on smart regulators and communication module. It is focused mainly on the island localities without direct electrical connection, which should be interconnected with central concentrator unit. The theory contains little bit about regulator algorithm, block diagram of both power regulation and communication part and a few about fundamentals. There is shown how should be smart concentrator unit developed and what is the important for online monitoring of these island systems. Evaluation and measured electrical, communication parameters and results follows the papers
Perceptions of Female Drivers Using Mobile Driving- Aided Applications in Saudi Arabia
Although is highly inadvisable for drivers to use their smartphone while driving, certain mobile applications provide driving assistance. These apps may come in the form of intelligent surrounding awareness apps that can alert the driver of anything amiss, for example by way of detecting potential hazards and providing collision warnings. Such apps are particularly useful for new and unexperienced drivers, as applicable to most women in Saudi Arabia where the ban on driving has just been lifted. The views and perceptions on the use of this kind of application provides valuable insight into its potential value and efficiency. Regrettably, there is a lack of studies on the user perception of mobile driving-aided applications in general and that of Saudi Arabian women drivers in particular. As a result, this study undertakes an exploratory survey to investigate the readiness of Saudi Arabian women to use mobile driving-aided applications and their perceptions. 329 respondents participated in the survey. The result indicates that a considerable number of respondents welcome the use of mobile driving-aided applications
Assessment: ICT Infrastructure in Support for E-Learning Environment at Isabela State University System: Management, Learning and Improvement
This is a study on the assessment of e-learning services and how it is learned, managed and improved in order to gain enriching ICT e-services of the Isabela State University (ISU) system aided by its ICT Infrastructure. It aimed at determining the status of ICT Infrastructure of ISU Campuses in terms of peopleware, hardware, software and network; it also assessed the quality of the ICT infrastructure in terms of efficiency, reliability, speed and accuracy as per assessment of the respondents; and it identified innovative plans than can strengthen the ICT infrastructure. The researcher used the descriptive correlation research method. It is in this method that demographic data of the deans, chairmen, and ICT faculty members of the nine campuses of ISU and the data on the leveling of ICT infrastructures and e-learning environment are considered and correlated and took the form of survey questionnaires and actual inventory to verify the infrastructure. Considered in the assessment of the e-services are factors for the success of e-learning or flip classroom such as finance, executive support, readiness of the lecturers and students, readiness of technicians and evaluation and follow-up (as cited in Rueangprathum A.(2005). As per result of the study, it revealed that ISU System's ICT Infrastructures to e-learning services had the above standard but with minor issue as to licensed software; below standard in hardware; and above standard in peopleware. Likewise, there is a well-established local area network at ISU Systems even without the connection of internet. Conversely, the main server used the two-layered characteristic of the CISCO network model. Additional findings revealed that ISU system had already acquired servers and CISCO routers and switches and ready for deployment to other mother cluster. However, it was found that interconnectivity for the nine (9) campuses is NOT POSSIBLE due to a weak internet provider
Examining the Effects of Advanced Cutting Methods on Surface Porosity of Aluminum Foam Material
Abstract—In this study, the aluminum foam material having two different pore structures was obtained. These materials were cut using advanced cutting methods (waterjet and wire erosion). And then, the porosity levels of the cut surfaces were examined depending on the cutting method applied. In order to ensure the equal measurement, the rate of feed was set to 40m/min. The porosity measurements were repeated for 6 times in parallel and vertical to cutting surface, and the mean value of those measurements was calculated. There were also problems with the two cutting methods. Both methods require additional processing. In terms of continuity of the cutting process, water jet is more advantageous. Water jetting in high and medium pore specimens yielded better results in places parallel to the cutting surface. It was the result of water jetting better at places that are perpendicular to the cutting surface.
Key words: Aluminumfoammaterial, Advanced cuttingtechniques, Pore, Surfaceroughness
A Critical Analysis of the Literature in Women’s Leadership in Saudi Arabia
Abstract--The presence of women in various fields of employment and aspects of public life in Saudi Arabia has been increasing continuously, with the last 10 years witnessing considerable growth in the participation of women in senior management positions and in the decision-making process in public and private sectors. In response to this trend, this paper attempts to explore women leadership opportunity in the Saudi environment. The paper highlights the fact that although there are many obstacles for Saudi women who are seeking to lead, there is still considerable scope for them to be appointed as leaders in the social, political and economic spheres. Women first joined the consultative assembly in 2013; in the same year women were appointed as deputy chairpersons of related committees. In 2015, women voted and ran for office in the municipal elections. Such developments indicate considerable progress in terms of the willingness of organisations to grant Saudi women the chance to occupy managerial positions
Analysis and Design of an Accounting Information System
This paper discusses an Accounting Information System (AIS) that is developed in-house by the German Jordanian University (GJU). The AIS is a web-based distributed application that is comprised of three separate tiers: the client, web (application), and business (data) tiers. The three tiers are designed and developed such that the system is easy to use, effective, fast, accurate, reliable, and scalable. The AIS mainly enables accountants to manage (i.e., record, view, edit, and delete) the daily financial transactions such as payments, refunds, and adjustments. Furthermore, it allows managing fees (e.g., services and tuition fees) and student data (e.g., academic information, schedules, transcripts, holds, registration invoices, and statement of account). Moreover, it allows specifying sponsors and supports the definition of complex scholarship tuition fees coverage combinations related to the GJU as well as most of the Jordanian universities. Besides that, it enables the quick generation of financial statements and accounting reports (e.g., daily summary, daily journal, and student balances) at the click of a button. The generated reports can be used by the staff and management of the financial department for auditing, financial accounting, and decision making purposes. The system was successfully deployed in the first 2015/2016 academic semester and since then it accurately recorded and processed thousands of accounting transactions
Health and Its Impact on Labour Productivity and Labour Market
Abstract-The paper examines the impact of the various parameters of health on the labour market. It is ultimately the health condition of the workforce which affects labour productivity which in turn is an important determinant of the growth rate of an economy. The paper deals exclusively with the developing and emerging nations which are lower in the rank of human development and examines the extent to which health indicators affect the labour market. The results of the estimated equation reveals that infant mortality rate, child malnutrition, death due to malaria and tuberculosis and diarrheal cases emerge as the chief factors which affect the different components of the labour market such as the output per worker, vulnerable employment and also the work participation rate
