The Rambouillet International Conference took place in two phases from 6 to 23 February and from 15 to 18 March 1999. The Rambouillet International Conference itself was of great importance to the Albanians, as the Kosovo Albanian issue was being addressed internationally. The aim of the Albanians in Rambouillet was for the crisis in Kosovo to receive not only political but also legal solutions, in order to achieve Kosovo's independence as soon as possible. What did the Rambouillet Agreement contain? Recognized international principles and human rights, did not infringe on the sovereignty and integrity of Yugoslavia, but expressed the need for self-government in Kosovo. The use of violence in Kosovo as a means of resolution was prohibited, and the withdrawal of Serb forces from Kosovo was demanded. It allowed refugees to return to their homes. Following the Serbian side's opposition to the Rambouillet Agreement, which provided opportunities for a peaceful solution to the conflict, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization warning of the need for a military intervention in the former Yugoslavia as the only option was already on the agenda as a human, legal and humanitarian obligation. Keywords: The Rambouillet International Conference, Kosovo Albanians, The international community, Kosovo delegation, Kosovo, Humanitarian intervention

TEACHING STRATEGIES WITH A FOCUS ON THE STUDENT-CENTERED APPROACH TO LEARNING

A key tactic is to provide high-quality education. The key drivers of high-quality education are instructors, particularly in colleges and universities. Teachers must therefore modify their teaching philosophies and techniques, develop new teaching ideologies, fulfill their own roles, and play their own roles. We should put a strong emphasis on education and enhance the effectiveness of instruction. While education is the goal, teaching is the technique. The amount and nature of learning for all kids can be influenced by the school and teachers. Awareness and enhancing educational processes requires an understanding of teachers' attitudes, actions, and beliefs. They are intimately related to the ways that educators deal with difficulties in their day-to-day work. Numerous elements that affect students' motivation, achievement, and behavior are under the control of educators. They are changing their strategy to put more of an emphasis on developing a supportive learning environment and classroom that is responsive as part of a comprehensive, high-quality education based on children's rights, where there is effective teaching and classroom management, thereby improving students' learning experiences. Because of this, our thesis will discuss the significance of student-centered teaching approaches by outlining their main characteristics in-depth and outlining how they might enhance the learning process. Keywords:  learner, teacher, instructional strategy, and methodologies

There are many works in the world of literature that have dazzled us with their fascinating stories; their specific way of using vocabulary and their magical ability to take us and lead us to an imaginary world where we can experience what the characters of that work are experiencing. Such literary masterpieces make us think deep, while trying to understand them given the context in which they have been written. The Catcher in the Rye is without a doubt one of those books that challenge the way we see the world around us; challenge that which we believe is true and what consider a lie. Therefore, it is no wonder why we have chosen this work so we can analyze it and try to find ways how we can inject it in our classrooms. Yes, it is true that the book has a very specific and “hard” language that many students may find it inappropriate; nevertheless, it represents a unique way of vocabulary usage and a particular style of reflecting human emotions. Keywords:  The Catcher in the Rye, Salinger, classroom, teaching, learning
