Punishment of economic crimes - illegal activities with financial instruments and means of payment , money laundering
No full textBakalaura darba tēma ir “Soda noteikšana par ekonomiskajiem noziegumiem – nelikumīgas darbības ar finanšu instrumentiem un maksāšanas līdzekļiem, noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizēšana”. Darba ietvaros autore pēta ekonomisko noziegumu veidus, analizē tos, pēta soda veidus un piemērošanu saistībā ar izvēlētajiem noziedzīgajiem nodarījumiem. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot sodu piemērojamību attiecībā uz ekonomiskajiem noziegumiem, kas ietverti Krimināllikuma (turpmāk - KL) 195. un 193.pantā, konstatēt visbiežāk piemērotos soda veidus, veikt to analīzi un izvirzīt secinājumus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, kopsavilkuma un izmantoto avotu saraksta. Ievadā izskaidrota bakalaura tēmas aktualitāte un nozīme, mērķis, mērķa sasniegšanai izmantotie līdzekļi un izmantotās pētniecības metodes. Pirmajā nodaļā sniegts vispārīgs ekonomisko noziegumu raksturojums, kā arī sniegts noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizācijas un negodīgu darbību ar finanšu instrumentiem un maksāšanas līdzekļiem raksturojums; otrajā nodaļā apskatīti ekonomisko noziegumu sodu veidi; trešajā nodaļā pētīta sodu piemērošana attiecībā uz noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizāciju un negodīgām darbībām ar finanšu instrumentiem un maksāšanas līdzekļiem. Darba kopsavilkumā sniegti autores secinājumi un priekšlikumi par bakalaura darba tēmu un izvirzīto mērķi.The topic of the bachelor thesis is “Punishment of economic crimes – illegal activities with financial instruments and means of payment, money laundering”. Within the framework of the thesis, the author examines the types of economic crimes, analyses them, and studies the types of punishment and its application in relation to the selected offences. The goal of the thesis is to determine the applicability of punishments in relation to economic crimes covered by Articles 195 and 193 of the Criminal Code, to identify the most frequently applied types of penalties, to analyse them and to draw conclusions. The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a summary and a list of sources. The introduction explains the relevance and importance of the bachelor thesis topic, the aim, the means used to achieve the aim, and the research methods used. First chapter provides a general description of economic crime, as well as a description of money laundering and illegal activities with financial instruments and means of payment; second chapter examines the types of penalties for economic crime; third chapter examines the application of penalties to money laundering and illegal activities with financial instruments and means of payment. Exploring Novel Synthesis Methods For Transition Metal Dichalcogenides and Investigating Their Properties
Full text linkElektroniskā versija nesatur pielikumusPārejas metālu dihalkogenīdi (TMDs) rāda solījumu elektronikas un optoelektronikas jomā, taču mērogojama izaugsme ir šķērslis. Šis darbs pēta jaunas sintēzes metodes liela laukuma TMD plānu kārtiņu izveidei. Impulsu lāzera nogulsnēšana piedāvā precīzu kontroli heterostruktūru ražošanā. Apvienojot magnetrona izsmidzināšanu un ķīmisko tvaiku transportēšanu (CVT), var iegūt augstas kvalitātes TMD plānas kārtiņas. Vakuuma noslēgta ampulu palīdzības konversija, nevis CVT, uzlabo šo plāno kārtiņu kristāliskumu. Raksturošana ar rentgenstaru difrakciju (XRD), Ramana spektroskopiju un mikroskopiju novērtē kārtiņu īpašības. Elektriskās un optiskās analīzes nosaka to pielietojuma potenciālu. Šis pētījums tiecas uzlabot TMDs sintēzi, paverot ceļu nākamās paaudzes elektronikai un paātrinot to komercializāciju.Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs) show promise in electronics and optoelectronics, but scalable growth is a hurdle. This work explores new synthesis methods for large-area TMD thin films. Pulsed Laser Deposition offers fine control for producing heterostructures. Combining magnetron sputtering and chemical vapor transport (CVT) enables high-quality thin films of TMDs. Vacuum sealed ampoule-assisted conversion instead of CVT enhances crystallinity of these thin films. Characterization via XRD, Raman spectroscopy, and microscopy assesses film properties. Electrical and optical analyses determine their application potential. This research aims to advance TMDs synthesis, paving the way for next gen electronics and accelerate their commercialization

Analysis of profitability indicators and opportunities for improvement in SIA "AUTOCINETICA"
No full textRentabilitātes rādītāji ir būtiski finanšu analīzes instrumenti, kuri var analizēt uzņēmējdarbības peļņas gūšanas veicinošos faktorus, jo sniedz informāciju par uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli, analizējot daudzus uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības procesus izmantojot uzņēmuma bilances un peļņas – zaudējuma aprēķina finanšu datus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorētiskām atziņām, novērtēt uzņēmuma SIA “AUTOCINETICA” rentabilitātes līmeni, identificēt iespējamās negatīvās tendences, kā arī sniegt priekšlikumus rentabilitātes rādītāju paaugstināšanai. Analizējot uzņēmuma SIA “AUTOCINETICA” rentabilitātes un citus finanšu rādītājus, autore secina, ka uzņēmums ir finansiāli stabils, maksātspējīgs un likvīds, bet pašu kapitāls finansē uzņēmuma darbību. Tomēr ir novērojamas negatīvas tendences – izmaksu pieaugums, krājumu aprites palēnināšanās, uzņēmuma pārdošanas apgrozījuma samazināšanās, kas ietekmē bruto un neto peļņu, un atspoguļojas uzņēmuma rentabilitātes rādītāju vērtības samazinājumā. Analysing the profitability and other financial indicators of the company SIA “AUTOCINETICA”, the author concludes that the company is financially stable, solvent and liquid, but the equity funds the company's operation. However, there are negative trends - increase in costs, slowing down of inventory circulation, decrease in the company's sales turnover, which affects the gross and net profit and is reflected in the decrease in the value of the company's profitability indicators. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir - pamatojoties uz teorijas avotiem un finanšu pārskatiem, veikt uzņēmuma SIA “Pārdevēju Tilts” vairāku gadu finanšu pārskatu analīzi un izstrādāt ieteikumus uzņēmuma ekonomisko rādītāju uzlabošanai un maksātspējas saglabāšanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā darba autore apraksta finanšu analīzes būtību, mērķus, informācijas avotus un lietotājus, finanšu analīzes metodes un veidus, bankrota prognozēšanas teorētiskos aspektus. In the second chapter, the economic activity of LLC "Pārdevēju Tilts" and the horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and profit or loss calculation. In the third chapter, the financial indicators of LLC "Pārdevēju Tilts" were analyzed. The work consists of 58 pages, 10 images, 21 tables, 21 formulas, 29 sources of used literature, 3 appendices. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt plašāku finanšu pārskatu un rādītāju analīzi uzņēmumā RSEZ SIA "LATSTAB" un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālās darbības uzlabošanai.
