Get PDFNetwork intelligence and modularity are the emerging terms that emphasize interactions among broadband, Internet and knowledge management. As Mohanbir Sawhney et. al (2001) point out, network intelligence is the Rosetta Stone that can enable executives and entrepreneurs to decipher many of the phenomena shaping the future of business. They also define network intelligence by its functionality ; its ability to distribute, store, assemble, or modify information. The objectives of this paper are firstly to create a systemic framework that is broad enough to represent a wide range of possible factors that may impact value trends in the network age. Secondly, this paper will explain how, within the framework the adoption of a modular approach to product and process architectures can greatly improve performance and power for knowledge management, especially focussing on the knowledge creation process in which tacit, explicit and morphogenic knowledge circulate spirally. A study of the widowhood Position in the Ch'ing Dynasty Era
Get PDFThis paper aims to distinguish the common opinion from Prof. Susumu Fuma's view on the widowhood position in the Imperial China and to compare the former with the latter. Through this effort the author further develops the new hypothesis concerning the enforced remarriage customs in the Ch'ing dynasty era. According to the common opinion, in this era, the widow manages the family assets on behalf of her deceased husband. In the case of the absence of the son, she has the right of adopting the son. When she remarriages, this right disappears. Whether she remarriages or not is supposed to be the matter of her own decision in which nobody should interfere. Recently Prof. Fuma has objected against this understanding. He asserts that the widow in the Sung dynasty enjoys the above mentioned right but that the counterpart in the Ming and Ch'ing dynasty era has the very limited execution of the right, so that she is generally forced to remarriage regardless of her will.7KJ00000203023研究論文GENERAL STUDYjournal articl

The very different degrees of success, or rather lack of success, of la riforma agraria, were due to the fact that the various reform boards implemented expropriation in different regions according to three different laws : legge Sila, legge stralcio and legge siciliana. Therefore, there is no general idea of the effects of la riforma agraria.
