A Consideration of Managemant Systems from the Viewpoint of Continual Improvement
Get PDFThe ISO standards should not be seen as standards of quality assurance or environmental protection in the narrow sense, but should be used as tools of quality management or environmental management to raise the overall quality of business administration, and thus can be expected to increase competitiveness. Besides TQM and ISO, other management tools which increase management quality, such as the Japan Quality Award, Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard and so on have been receiving much attention over the past few years. Although all of these tools have basically the same aim, they differ in the way of thinking and technique, and each has its own merits. In order to raise the quality of management, it is necessary to implement a continual cycle of improvement. As we know, other public organization named TLO (Technology Licensing Organization) has dealt in the intelligent resources since 1998, too. I confirm significance of certification of ISO 9000s for the small business (10-30 persons) while paying attention to the flexibility and characteristic. Construction and Evaluation of an Artificial Market by Agent Approach
Get PDFIn recent years, market structure is changing quickly and intricately. It is recognized as man's psychology and actions being indispensable to arbitration of a price. Therefore, in a traditional economic theory, it is extremely ideal and sufficient prediction has not been completed. In this paper, vegetable and fruit markets are simulated as an artificial model, and multi-agents predicted market prices with genetic algorithms.
