Studi Pemanfaatan Sumberdaya Air Permukaan Di Pulau Karimunjawa Dan Pulau Kemujan
Pulau Karimunjawa dan Pulau Kemujan merupakan dua pulau utama yang berada di area Taman Nasional Karimun Jawa. Pulau Karimunjawa memiliki luas 4624 Ha dengan jumlah penduduk 4946 jiwa, sedangkan Pulau Kemujan memiliki luas 1626 Ha dengan jumlah penduduk 3070 jiwa. Untuk keperluan hidup sehari-hari, penduduk di dua pulau ini memanfaatkan air tanah dangkal yang merupakan tangkapan air hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi pemanfaatan sumberdaya air yang ada di pulau tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan pemberian kuisioner terkait penggunaan sumberdaya air permukaan kepada penduduk di kedua pulau. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa untuk Pulau Karimunjawa, pemerintah setempat telah menyediakan saluran pipa air berlangganan ke rumah-rumah penduduk. Sedangkan masyarakat di Pulau Kemujan masih mengandalkan air sumur untuk memenuhi kehidupan sehari-harinya

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The purpose of this research was to find out the amount of agricultural tools and machinery and the invesment incurred to procure agricultural equipment and machinery required to improve the production of rice in the regency of South OKU, South Sumatra province. The research was carried out on Juni until October of 2019 at Department of Agriculture of South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, Food Security Service of South Ogan Komering Ulu, UPJA (Agricultural Equipment and Machinery Services Unit), Gapoktan (Farmer Groups Union) in BPR Ranau Tengah, Buay Runjung, and Muaradua Kisam sub-district of South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research used a descriptive method with tabulation presentation. The parameters used in this research were the number of Agricultural Equipment and Machinery, the level of Agricultural Equipment and Machinery sufficiency and the cost of investment. The result of this research has shown that the distribution of Agricultural Tools and Machinery was still very deficient and not evenly distributed. Two-wheel tractor and rice transplanter showed the percentage of 73% or in medium category, four-wheel tractor in percentage of 100% or in sufficient category and the agricultural tools and machinary in deficient category with percemtage under 40% includes combine harvester, power thresher and vertical dryer. Most sub-district in South OKU have not yet received any equipment, the sub-district that received it have insufficient number of equipment. The total investment cost to be incurred to satisfy agricultural equipment and machinery requirement in South OKU regency was 39,889,500,000 IDR
Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Bayam (Amaranthus sp) pada Berbagai Komposisi Nutrisi Alternatif Pengganti AB Mix dengan Sistem Hidroponik Deep Flow Technique

The high cost of AB Mix hydroponic nutrients, so there is a need for alternative growth nutrients that are cheaper and easily available. Aim of this research was to determine the hydroponic nutrition substitute for AB mix for the growth of spinach (Amaranthus sp). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with four hydroponic nutrition treatments with different ingredients. The treatments given were AB mix fertilizer, NPK-based nutrition, single fertilizer-based nutrition, and organic nutrients. hydroponic nutrient constituents are calculated based on the needs of leaf vegetable plants. Needs Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves, leaf greenery level, leaf area (cm2), root volume (ml3), plant fresh weight (g), plant dry weight (g), and nitrogen concentration (N) at leaf. Based on the observation of growth parameters, AB mix nutrition treatment showed the best results. However, the fresh weight parameter of the single fertilizer-based nutrient treatment showed results that were not significantly different from the ABmix treatment. In addition to providing the highest yield, the lowest cost requirement is 1 liter of concentrate at a cost of 44,302 IDR so that single fertilizer-based hydroponic nutrients can be recommended as an alternative to AB Mix nutrition

In the era of a pandemic that requires us to reduce mobility outside the home, people lose their activities and jobs. One alternative for activities in the pandemic era is growing vegetables using a hydroponic farming system. The hydroponic system is urban farming which is one of the extensification of agriculture and can prosper the community in the pandemic era. This study aims to determine the production of pakcoy plants using several slopes of gutters and water discharge in the NFT hydroponic system. The research method used was the Split Plot Design with two research factors, namely the water discharge (Q) as the main plot consisting of two treatment levels and the slope of the Talang (T) as a subplot consisting of three treatment levels with the combination treatments repeated three times. The parameters of this study were plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, and plant productivity. The conclusion of the study was that the water discharge and the slope of the gutters had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves and fresh weight of pakcoy plants. Pakcoy plant productivity was the greatest at 6% gutter slope with a water flow rate of 0.5 l/minute, which is 0.463 kg/m2. While the smallest was at 4% gutter slope with a water discharge of 1.3 l/minute 0.354 kg/m2. The growth of pakcoy plants at 6% gutter slope and 0.5 l/minute water flow tends to be better when compared to 4%, 6% and 8% gutter slopes and 1.3 l/minute water flow

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The Covid-19 pandemic has given impact on all aspects of life, including the social and economic aspects. This research aims to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of cooperatives and the member participation. The research was conducted by survey method, on the performance of cooperatives at 2019 (before pandemic) and 2020 (during pandemic period), with 90 respondents from the BMT Trans Mekar Sari Mandiri cooperative. There are five measurement indicators for cooperative performance. The results showed that cooperative performance before the pandemic had high criteria score of 42.21 (94%), and during pandemic the score was 40.61 (90.2%). Member participation before the pandemic had moderate criteria score of 32.98 (73%) and during pandemic was on high criteria score 40.07 (89%). There are no significance correlation between cooperative performance and member participation before pandemic (Rs = 0.17), but during pandemic the correlation was significant with a = 0,01 (Rs = 0,476). It was concluded the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on cooperative performance did not decrease criteria cooperative performance, but member participation was increased

Ragunan Wildlife Park is a conservation area, one of the existing fauna, is a butterfly. Butterflies are known to act as indicators of habitat change. This study aims to determine the correlation between butterflies and flowering plants. This study uses a descriptive method by determining the plot by purposive sampling, using insect nets and cameras. The study was conducted for three days, in three locations (location I at the west door. Location II at the east door, and location III at the south door). The research was conducted at 09.00-12.00. In this study, a total of 159 individual butterflies from 5 families were found, namely: Papilionidae, Pieridae, Nymphalidae, Lycaenidae, and Hesperiidae, and 24 species. The Nymphalidae family was found with a high number of species, while the Lycaenidae family was found with a high number of individuals. There were similarities in the composition of butterflies in locations I-II, and I-III. At locations II-III, there is no similarity in the composition of butterflies. The butterfly diversity index at locations 1 and II was moderate, with. evenness index is high. At location III the diversity index is low, with the evenness index being moderate. At locations I, and II, the light intensity was higher than at locations III. Butterflies were found with high importance index in Zizina otis, Ypthima philomela, Appias olferna, and Leptosia nina species. The abiotic data found at the three locations showed the optimum range for butterfly life. Based on the Pearson correlation, there is a strong relationship between flowering plants and the number of individual butterflies. A strong relationship is seen in the Zizina otis butterfly with Asystasia gangetica and Commelina virginica plants
Aplikasi Kapur Kalsit pada Tanah Gambut untuk Meningkatkan pH Air Media Pemeliharaan Ikan Patin

Application of calcite lime has been researched to be able to increase the pH of water and soil of catfish culture media. Application of lime is not only affected by soil and water pH but also affected by organic matter as in peat soil that have high carbon organic. This research aims to know the effect of calcite lime and various C-organic on water and soil pH for culture of catfish.This research was conducted from July to December 2019 at the Laboratory of Aquaculture Experimental Pond, Aquaculture Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This research use Factorial Completely Randomized Design. Thefirst factor is different dose of calcite lime that are 7000 kg/ha equivalent CaO (K1), 8000 kg/ha equivalent CaO (K2), 9000 kg/ha equivalent CaO (K3), 10000 kg/ha equivalent CaO (K4). The second factor is peat soil with different soil organic carbon that are 19.72% (C1) and 59.98% (C2). The results of this study indicated that K3C1(interaction of dosage of lime 9000 kg/ha equivalent to CaO and 19.62% C-organic) increased the initial soil pH from 3.2 to 7.43, and water pH from 3,2 to 7.33, and produces 100% survival of catfish, absolute growth of length 9.08cm and absolute growth of weight 4.60 g
KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR TINGKAT TINGGI PESERTA DIDIK SMA KELAS XII DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL HOTS MATA PELAJARAN KIMIA DI SMA NEGERI 2 UNGGUL SEKAYU
Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik di Indonesia melalui hasil penelitian PISA tahun 2015 menunjukkan Indonesia hanya mampu mengerjakan soal dimensi kognitif C1-C3 yang merupakan soal kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah, sementara soal kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi berada pada dimensi kognitif C4-C6. Akibatnya, yang terjadi adalah banyak peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal ujian baik yang bersifat nasional maupun regional karena memuat beberapa soal HOTS di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang dimiliki peserta didik untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kesiapan dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam hal berpikir tingkat tinggi. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian peserta didik di SMA Negeri 2 Unggul Sekayu. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tes secara daring selama 45 menit dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes pilihan ganda dengan jumlah 20 soal yang terbagi atas 10 soal dimensi kognitif menganalisis (C4) dan 10 soal dimensi kognitif mengevaluasi (C5). Hasil yang diperoleh untuk nilai keseluruhan dari masing-masing peserta didik dinyatakan bahwa kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik sebagian besar pada kategori baik (nilai 61-80) dengan persentase 38.33%. Sementara itu, untuk per-dimensi kognitif dinyatakan bahwa peserta didik lebih menguasai dimensi kognitif menganalisis (C4) dibandingkan mengevaluasi (C5) dengan persentase secara berurutan 61.17% dan 49.83%. Semayang Lake is utilized by fisher, located in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. This paper aims to find out the perspective of small-scale fisher regarding the utilization of Semayang Lake during the Covid-19 pandemic and the desired management strategy. Data were collected by interviewing used the questionnaires with closed and open answered to 100 fishers. Respondents are encouraged to express their opinion. The data is presented in graphs and descriptions, and then it is analyzed qualitatively. The results show that all respondents continue to carry out capture fisheries and aquaculture activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fishers understand the need to maintain fisheries sustainability. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on declining incomes. The strategy to increase revenue is the need for training on improving the selling value of fish. The role of local governments and fishery extension workers is needed widely to assist the wise use of aquatic resources
Inokulasi Silang Patogen Collectotrichum gloeosporioides pada Tanaman Karet, Cabai Merah, Pepaya, dan Pisang

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The aim of this study was to determine the relationship and the level of virulence of C. gloeosporioides on rubber, chili, papaya, and banana plants. The study used a factorial randomized block design consisting of two factors. The factors included 4 types of inoculum sources and 4 types of host plant factors. The results of observations on the growth of C. gloeospporioides on PDA media showed that C. gloeosporioides as a source of banana inoculum had the highest growth rate of 16.8 mm/day followed by papaya 14.29 mm/day, rubber 9.04 mm/day and chili 6.69 mm. /day. The fastest incubation period from the chili inoculum source was in the CbiPp 4 hsi treatment, from the rubber inoculum source was in the KiPp 6 hsi treatment, from the papaya inoculum source was in the PpiK 4 hsi treatment, and from the banana inoculum source was in the PsiK and PsiPp 4 hsi treatment. Observation of the number of spots showed not insignificant effect on the inoculum source factor, significant effect on the plant factor the interaction between the two factors. Observation of spot diameter showed a very significant influence on the inoculum source factor, plants and their interactions. Cluster analysis using hierarchical method showed that Ppi and Psi were very close, slightly far from Cbi and very far from Ki. The relationship of each plant could be seen in chili and banana which were very close, a bit far from rubber plants and very far from papaya plants. The closeness of C. gloeosporioides to the host indicated by the correspondence analysis was seen between Ki and papaya, Cbi to chili, Psi to rubber and Ppi closer to papaya
