PENGARUH KOMBINASI METODE BUTTERFLY HUG DAN TERAPI MUSIK TERHADAP PERUBAHAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA REMAJA
Tujuan: Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi metode Butterfly Hug dan Terapi Musik terhadap perubahan tingkat kecemasan pada remaja. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif pre-eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pre-test post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 18 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner HARS (Hammilton Anxiety Rating Scale) untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Variabel yang diukur yaitu variabel independen berupa kombinasi metode Butterfly Hug dan Terapi Musik sedangkan variabel dependen berupa tingkat kecemasan remaja. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji marginal homogeneity. Hasil: Hasil analisis didapatkan nilai p value 0,002 (p ˂0,05) yang menyatakan bahwa hipotesis H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan demikian terdapat perubahan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pemberian intervensi kombinasi metode Butterfly Hug dan Terapi Musik terhadap perubahan tingkat kecemasan pada remaja Simpulan: Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka pemberian kombinasi metode butterfly hug dan terapi musik berpengaruh terhadap perubahan tingkat kecemasan pada remaja. PENGARUH PENERAPAN BUERGER ALLEN EXERCISE TERHADAP PENINGKATAN NILAI ANKLE BRACHIAL INDEX (ABI) PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE II
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Buerger Allen Exercise terhadap peningkatan nilai Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) pada pasien Diabetes Melitus tipe II Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi experiment dengan rancangan one grup pre-post test design. Jumlah responden sebanyak 20 pasien yang terdiagnosa Diabetes Melitus Tipe II, kemudian diberikan terapi Buerger Allen Exercise. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan nilai Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) pada pre test dan post test Hasil: Hasil uji statistik dengan uji paired t-test menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan nilai Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pterapi Buerger Allen Exercise dengan nilai p=0,001. Simpulan: Penerapan Buerger Allen Exercise secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan nilai Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) pada pasien Diabetes Melitus tipe II Kata Kunci: Angkle Brachial, Buerger Allen, Diabetes Mellitu

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Pollinators (bees, butterflies, beetles, flies) are an important part of our ecosystem because they are food for human, mammals, and other arthropods. Insect pollinators are now starting to be threatened due to cultivation that is not eco-friendly. Insect pollinators play an important role in increasing sustainable crop productivity. One third of all the food is produced on pollinators, 90% pollination is conducted by bees. Both honey bees (Apis mellifera) and stingless bees (Melipona quadrifasciata anthidioides) provided higher apple fruit production than supplementation with honeybees alone. A. mellifera increased 10% production of cucumber. A. mellifera also increased the quality of fruit length and girth of guava (Psidium guajava). Apis dorsata increased the coffee fruit production 50% more than by wind. Apis cerana could increase 42.29% pollination of mango (Mangifera indica) compared to open pollination (33.36%). Bumble bees, Anthophora urbana and Bombus vosnesenskii induced higher yield and fruit quality of Solanum lycopersicum. So, the quantity and quality of fruits could be enhanced by pollinators
Sumber Pakan yang Berbeda terhadap Kecerahan Ikan Mas Koki (Carrasius auratus)

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Goldfish often find problems in ornamental fish cultivation, namely in terms of color and morphology of ornamental fish produced in Indonesia which are very unattractive, bright and bright fish colors are one of the main attractions of ornamental fish in determining their selling value, to determine the growth rate, increase in color brightness and carotenoid content of goldfish (Carrasius auratus) after being given additional feed in the form of indigofera flour, carrot flour and water hyacinth flour. The method used is a literature study by comparing the three types of feed, namely indigofera flour, carrot flour and water hyacinth flour. The results showed that several sources of -carotene in the feed gave different results in increasing the color brightness of goldfish. The 5% dose of indigofera flour and carrot flour was the best dose for the color brightness of goldfish, while the additional dose of water hyacinth flour given was the 300 g dose that was the best dose to support the color quality of goldfish (Carassius auratus). So, with the results of the three types there is a significant difference in the brightness level of goldfish color
Penentuan Kawasan Hortikultura Menggunakan Pendekatan Komoditas Unggulan di Sumatera Selatan

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The implementation of horticultural development by regional governments in South Sumatra still has various obstacles, such as a large number of production centers with the same commodity, production adequacy, and budget constraints. Therefore, it is important to focus on the development of horticultural clusters. This study aimed to determine the horticultural clusters using the superior commodity approach in South Sumatra. We use horticultural production data series as data sources. We also use Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share analysis, and Klassen Typology as analysis methods. The results showed that each horticultural commodity tested had a comparative advantage and was spread over the districts/cities. The same conditions also occurred for competitive advantage. Another result showed that only 8 (eight) commodities simultaneously had comparative and competitive advantages in a district/city. Thus, it was determined that the district/city area where the two advantages are located is designated as a horticultural cluster. These clusters were the shallot clusters in Ogan Komering Ulu and Pagar Alam, the chili cluster in Ogan Komering Ilir, the potato cluster in Pagaralam, the duku clusters in Musi Rawas Utara, the durian cluster in Musi Rawas, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, and Musi Rawas Utara, the citrus clusters in Ogan Komering Ulu, Musi Rawas Utara, and Pagar Alam. mango cluster in Musi Rawas Utara and banana cluster in Muara Enim
Inventarisasi dan Identifikasi Lebah pada Terung (Solanum melongena L.) di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is one of the vegetable commodities with high economic value. One of the factors that affect the increase in crop yields is the presence of bees as pollinating insects. The purpose of this study was to identify bee species found in eggplant in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. Sampling methods include direct observation and hand picking. Observations and sampling were carried out 3 times in the villages of Tanjung Pering, Permata Baru, Palem Raya, and Timbangan, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The results of the observations showed that there were two species of stinging bees, Apis cerana and Nomia sp. Apis cerana has a black body, the clipeus on the head is black covered with brown hair. The thorax is black and covered with brownish-yellow hair. The propodeum (first abdominal segment) is brownish yellow. The third to the last segment of the abdomen is black. Nomia sp. has a black body measuring 12 mm. Clipeus on the black head there is brownish white hair. The thorax is black and covered with brownish-yellow hairs. The hind limbs are brown covered in brownish white hair. There is a green band on the belly. So, the bee species found in eggplant plants in Ogan Ilir Regency are Apis cerana and Nomia sp. Suggestions for research development can be by observing more than 2 eggplant varieties
Perubahan Pola Iklim dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Waktu Panen Duku (Lansium domesticum Corr.)

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Climatic factors are essential in the fruit formation and development process of seasonal fruits, such as duku (Lansium domesticum Corr.). This study aimed to determine changes in climate patterns and their relation to the harvest time of duku. This research takes climate study data from 2018 and 2021, the processing and analysis of data to see climate patterns. Observation the harvest time of duku took a case study on plantations located in three villages (Berkat, Kijang Awal Terusan, and Serdang Menang), Sirah Pulau Padang District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The results show that the climate conditions in 2018 and 2021 are not much different, but the climate patterns are very different. The harvest time under climatic conditions in 2018 is in January-February 2019, while the harvest time under climatic conditions in 2021 is in October-November 2021, January 2022, and March 2022. Observation of the harvest time in three villages under climatic conditions in 2018 looks the same, but the harvest time for 2021 climatic conditions is different. The harvest time in Berkat Village is in October and January, Kijang Awal Terusan in January and March, and Serdang Menang in November, January, and March. These results indicate that changes in climate patterns will affect the harvest time of duku

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The ladybug (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) is considered to have an influence on the cultivation of solanaceae crops because there are many types as biological control agents for plant pests and as phytophagous insects. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of ladybugs on Solanacae crops in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The sampling method used 2 techniques with insect nets swinging infinity on the plant canopy and direct collection techniques, namely taking directly by hand. Sampling of the ladybug in the field was carried out 3 times in each field. Sampling of the ladybug was carried out in the morning at around 07.00-10.00 am. Based on the results of sampling in the field, the beetles found were Coccinella sexmaculata, Verania discolor, V. lineata, C. repanda, and Epilachna admirabilis. This ladybug has different morphological characteristics, body size, and distribution between predatory ladybugs and phytophagous ladybugs. The species of ladybug that acts as a natural enemy is most commonly found in chili plantations. The predatory ladybug can control the attack of A. gossypii on eggplant and chili plantations. Coccinellidae phytophagous is a plant-eating ladybug that is commonly found in eggplant plantations. The conclusion in this observation is that there are 5 species of ladybug, 4 predatory ladybugs and 1 phytophagous ladybug. Research related to the identification and inventory of the ladybug (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) needs to be improved as information on the types of ladybug species is useful in the management of solanaceae cultivation in order to further increase solanaceae crop yields in Ogan Ilir Regency
Daun Sepejam adalah Mikrohabitat Sarang Tawon Kertas: Kasus Indralaya

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Sepejam is vernacular name for Hypolytrum nemorum, a member of Ceperaceae family, but their visual leaves looks like Pandanceae. This plant usually growth at swamp side or ponds side area. Survey on 26th June, 2022 at Sriwijaya University ponds, found a sepejam plant. Study on the top leaves of this sample plant, found the paper wasp (Ropalidia fasciata) nest hanged there. Ropalidia fasciata had reported usually made their nest at sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) and wild grass (Miscanthus sinensis) in Japan, but the nest commonly exist at Cocos nucifera in Taiwan, and often found hung at twigs and leaves of broadleaves tree in Sumatra. But now, it is found Ropalidia fasciata paper wasp, made their nest under Hypolytrum nemorum leaves, at pond side, Indralaya, Sumatra. The nest made at central vein of lining leaves, at the top of twig, close to the inflorescence. Leaves host was 15 cm length, 2 cm wide, 90 cm height from the ground surface. There are 5 individu of H nemorum clumped, and 10 inflerescences, which the pH of soil about 6.5–7 and light intensity 2000 lux at daylight, and soil humidity about 30-40 %. So, it is need to consider, protection of H nemorum in South Sumatra, as the nest habitat of pollinator paper wasp, R fasciata
Hubungan antara Beberapa Sifat Fisika Tanah Inceptisol Pasca Penambangan Tanah

The purpose of this study is to find out and observe changes in the physical properties of the soil after taah mining for the brick industry.Research is done by observing 4 soil profile that is (1) soil that is not is mined (control); (2) soil which have been mined and leaved more than 10 years; (3) soil which have been mined and leaved ± 5 year; (4) soil which have been mined and leaved between 1-3 years. Inceptisol soil has limited physical properties for the development of the root system and soil roots, has a thin effective depth for tillage, has a larger density due to some of the pores filled with dust particles. Based on the distribution of each soil order on the earth's surface, inceptisols have an area of about 15% of the earth's surface area. Classified as fertile land for agricultural land. Result of research indicates that Inceptisol experience change of morphology soil colour, structure, consistency, root, horizon boundary. Inceptisol which has been mined for brick base material experiences change of morphology and soil physical properties. The need of doing of research that is further about land rehabilitation technique so that serve the purpose of consideration in doing repair of area ex-mined
