PENERAPAN TEKNIK HIPNOSIS LIMA JARI DAN AROMATERAPI LEMON PADA PASIEN KANKER OVARIUM PRO KEMOTERAPI DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN NAUSEA
Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran penerapan teknik hipnosis lima jari dan aromaterapi lemon pada pasien kanker ovarium pro kemoterapi dengan masalah keperawatan nausea.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap 3 pasien kanker ovarium pro kemoterapi yang mengalami nausea. Pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, penetapan diagnosis keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah pemberian hipnosis lima jari dan aromaterapi lemon secara inhalasi selama 3 hari berturut-turut dengan durasi selama 10 menit.Hasil: Ketiga pasien kelolaan memiliki masalah keperawatan berupa nausea. Setelah dilakukan intervensi hipnosis lima jari dan aromaterapi lemon, hasil post intervensi didapatkan ketiga pasien mengalami penurunan skala mual, yang pada awalnya kategori mual saat pre intevensi yaitu mual muntah sedang dan setelah intervensi didapatkan post intervensi sama-sama dalam kategori mual muntah ringan.Simpulan: Pemberian hipnosis lima jari dan aromaterapi lemon efektif sebagai terapi komplementer dalam mengurangi nausea pada pasien kanker ovarium pro kemoterapi.Kata kunci: Aromaterapi lemon, Hipnosis lima jari, Kanker ovarium, Kemoterapi, Nause
PENERAPAN TERAPI PIJAT I LOVE YOU (ILU) SEBAGAI TERAPI NONFARMAKOLOGIS DENGAN MASALAH KONSTIPASI PADA BAYI
Tujuan: Memaparkan pelaksanaan praktek asuhan keperawatan dan menerapkan pijat I Love You (ILU) pada neonatus dalam mengatasi masalah konstipasi.Metode: Deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada tiga pasien neonatus dengan masalah konstipasi.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan 9 masalah keperawatan pada ketiga pasien kelolaan dengan masalah keperawatan utama adalah konstipasi. Hasil evaluasi terhadap masalah konstipasi pada ketiga pasien kelolaan setelah diberikan terapi pijat I Love You (ILU) selama 2-3 hari berturut-turut didapatkan megalami penurunan konstipasi yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penilaian skala Brussels Infant and Toddler Stool Scale (BITSS).Simpulan: Penerapan terapi pijat I Love You (ILU) sebagai terapi nonfarmakologis berpengaruh terhadap penurunan konstipasi pada neonatus, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terapi pijat I Love You (ILU) efektif dalam menurunkan konstipasi pada neonatus.Kata kunci: Terapi Pijat Bayi, Pijat I Love You (ILU), Konstipas
SIKAP, NORMA SUBJEKTIF, KONTROL PERILAKU, DAN INTENSI MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN DALAM PENERAPAN PENCEGAHAN EKSASERBASI PPOK
Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku, dan intensi mahasiswa keperawatan dalam penerapan pencegahan eksaserbasi PPOK.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan purposive sampling terhadap 100 mahasiswa profesi ners di salah satu universitas di Sumatera Selatan. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert berisi 14 pernyataan. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan disajikan dalam distribusi frekuensi.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berusia 22–24 tahun (79%) dan berjenis kelamin perempuan (91%). Mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki sikap baik (94%), norma subjektif baik (96%), kontrol perilaku baik (75%), serta intensi baik (96%) dalam penerapan pencegahan eksaserbasi PPOKSimpulan: Penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa mahasiswa keperawatan cenderung memiliki kesiapan yang positif dalam mendukung pencegahan eksaserbasi PPOK sehingga institusi pendidikan keperawatan dapat memperkuat pengetahuan dan praktik klinik terkait pencegahan eksaserbasi PPOK agar semakin optimalKata kunci: eksaserbasi, mahasiswa keperawatan, PPOK, theory of planned behavio
EDUKASI PENGETAHUAN DIET 3J MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA LEAFLET PADA PASIEN DM TIPE II DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN DEFISIT PENGETAHUAN (JADWAL, JUMLAH DAN JENIS MAKANAN)
Tujuan: Penderita diabetes mellitus memiliki kepatuhan yang kurang baik terkait diet diabetes mellitus karena kurangnya terpapar informasi, kurang minat, dan tidak mau mengubah gaya hidup. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi risiko komplikasi pada pasien diabetes mellitus adalah dengan edukasi pengetahuan diet 3J untuk mendukung penderita diabetes mellitus agar mau dan mampu mengubah gaya hidup dan menjalani diet diabetes mellitus, sehingga dapat mencapai kualitas hidup yang lebih baik. Media yang dapat digunakan dalam edukasi kesehatan yaitu leaflet. Leaflet dapat membantu pemahaman pasien mengenai penyakit diabetes melitus dan manajemen diet. Leaflet menjadi alat edukasi yang dapat digunakan karena efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan. Mengaplikasikan asuhan keperawatan dengan masalah keperawatan pada pasien diabetes mellitus dengan fokus pemberian edukasi pengetahuan diet.Metode: Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap 3 pasien diabetes mellitus tipe II. Pasien diberikan edukasi kesehatan melalui ceramah dan tanya jawab.Hasil: Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga pasien mengalami defisit pengetahuan. Terdapat empat masalah keperawatan lainnya yang ditegakkan yaitu ketidakstabilan kadar glukosa dalam darah, nyeri akut, gangguan integritas kulit/jaringan dan perfusi perifer tidak efektif. Sebelum intervensi diberikan pasien mengisi pre test terlebih dahulu untuk membuktikan pengaruh pada pengetahuan pasien. Intervensi pada diagnosis defisit pengetahuan yaitu menggunakan edukasi pengetahuan diet pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe II, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan yang dibuktikan dengan pasien mampu mengulangi dan menjelaskan mengenai materi yang telah disampaikan perawat serta pasien mengisi kuesoner post test.Simpulan: Asuhan Keperawatan pada ketiga pasien diberikan selama tiga hari dan intervensi edukasi pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pada ketiga pasien diabetes mellitus tipe II di RSUP Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.Kata kunci: Defisit pengetahuan, Diabetes Mellitus, Edukasi pengetahuan diet D
Bobot Relatif Organ Limfoid Ayam Broiler dengan Kepadatan Tinggi Akibat Penambahan Mikroenkapsulasi Ekstrak Buah Parijoto-Lactobacillus plantarum pada Ransum

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).This study aimed to evaluate the effect of adding microencapsulated Parijoto fruit extract–Lactobacillus plantarum (MEBPLp) to the diet on the relative weight of lymphoid organs in broiler chickens reared under high stocking density. A total of 308 unsexed Ross strain broilers aged 8 days with an average body weight of 208.42 g were used. The Parijoto fruit extract served as a phytobiotic containing bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, while Lactobacillus plantarum acted as a probiotic to support intestinal health and immune function. The basal diet was composed of ground corn, rice bran, soybean meal, fish meal, limestone, premix, lysine, and methionine. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments and seven replications, resulting in 21 experimental units. The treatments consisted of T0 (normal density 10 birds/m² without MEBPLp), T1 (high density 17 birds/m² without MEBPLp), and T2 (high density 17 birds/m² with 0.6% MEBPLp). Parameters measured included the relative weights of the bursa of Fabricius, spleen, and thymus. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a 5% significance level, and significant results were further tested using Duncan’s multiple range test. The results showed that the addition of 0.6% MEBPLp significantly (p0.05) on the spleen. It can be concluded that the inclusion of 0.6% MEBPLp in the diet improved the relative weights of immune organs such as the bursa of Fabricius and thymus in broilers reared under high stocking density, indicating a synergistic effect of phytobiotics and probiotics in enhancing poultry immune responses

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Disease caused by fusarium disease in acacia is typified by the yellowing and wilting of leaves until the plant dies as a result of fungal assaults that interfere with the flow of nutrients and water. Industrial forest plants (HTI) like acacia plants have the potential to be used as pulp, the primary raw material for everyday products. Direct observation of sick plants was used as the study method in this field practice. Sample plants inside the observation plots were examined in order to conduct direct of the A. crassicarpa plants. Then, utilizing pre-made questions, direct interviews were carried out with the nursery's team. It is crucial to make observations prior to implementing control measures. Evaluating the degree of attack and the illness's effects on the plants, the observation provides crucial details regarding the disease's spread, damage severity, and signs of Fusarium wilt disease assault on Acacia plants. In Sungai Beyuku Block A, observations of the incidence and severity of Fusarium wilt disease revealed a very low incidence of 0.62% and an equally low intensity of 0.62%. In Sungai Beyuku Block B, on the other hand, the sickness rate was a little higher at 3.93%, while the intensity was 3.96%. Identifying Fusarium wilt disease symptoms on A. crassicarpa plants at the Air Sugihan and Sungai Beyuku nurseries, assessing the severity and frequency of the disease at the Air Sugihan nursery, and the Sungai Beyuku were the goals of this field

Bananas are spread across almost the entire region of Indonesia, including South Sumatra Province. A common pest that attacks banana plants is the leaf roller caterpillar (E. thrax L.). The purpose of this research was to determine the intensity of the leaf roller pest attack on Kepok banana cultivars (Musa sp.) caused by E. thrax L. in several regencies of South Sumatra Province. This research was conducted in 13 cities/regencies in South Sumatra. This research was carried out from May to October 2023. The method used in this research is a purposive sampling method directly in the field by determining a central point and creating an imaginary circle with a diameter of 100 meters. The results of this study show that each regency/city has a varying number of Kepok banana clumps and stems. The percentage of E. thrax attack on Kepok banana plants was obtained by looking at the number of healthy and attacked stems using the formula listed in the methodology. The highest percentage of leaf roller pest attack on the Kepok banana cultivar was in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency with a percentage reaching 50.97%, while the lowest percentage of leaf roller pest attack on the Kepok banana cultivar was in 3 regencies: Banyuasin, Palembang, and North Musi Rawas with an attack percentage of 0

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Dye Sensitized Solar Cell is a solar cell technology composed of a TiO₂ semiconductor, dye as a light absorber, an electrolyte as an electron donor, and a counter electrode, arranged in a sandwich-like structure. One of the main factors influencing the efficiency of DSSC is the type of dye used, as each dye can only absorb light within a specific wavelength range. This limitation can be overcome by mixing two or more types of dye with different absorption spectra, thereby broadening the light absorption range and enhancing the performance of the solar cell. This study aimed to investigate the effect of combining natural dyes derived from anthocyanins in senduduk fruit and butterfly pea flower at various ratios 1:1, 1:3, and 3:1 on DSSC efficiency. The research process consists of three main stages: DSSC structure preparation, DSSC layer assembly, and electrical characteristic measurements. The observed parameters include the generated voltage and current, maximum power output, Fill factor, and cell efficiency. The results show that the use of mixed dyes yields better performance than a single dye, with the best result achieved at a 1:3 ratio, producing Voc of 611 mV, Isc of 67,7 µA, Vmax of 275 mV, Imax of 0.0547 mA, Pmax of 15,0425 µW, and an efficiency of 0.0541%

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Rubber (Hevea brasiliensis) is an important commodity that farmers in the plantation sector widely cultivate, but with the implementation of the European Union Deforestation-Free Regulation (EUDR), farmers face new challenges related to the export of products that are at risk of deforestation and degradation. The research used a survey method. Information was obtained from questionnaires and information from rubber farmers. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling method. This study aimed to evaluate the readiness and constraints of natural rubber farmers in Panca Desa, Banyuasin I, facing the regulation. The study was conducted in October-November 2024 and showed that most farmers (80%) did not understand the EUDR policy, while only 20% had a basic understanding. Nonetheless, 92% of farmers support the implementation of EUDR. The main constraint faced is the lack of socialization, with 100% of farmers reporting not getting any information related to this policy from the government or stakeholders. These findings indicate the need for increased socialization and mentoring to prepare rubber farmers for global sustainability demands

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The polyculture of perennial and horticultural crops, such as chili (Capsicum frutescens), beneath the canopy of sugar palm (Arenga pinnata) can yield positive ecological outcomes, particularly by enhancing arthropod diversity and contributing to ecosystem balance. This study aimed to investigate the diversity of arthropods associated with chili plants (Capsicum frutescens) cultivated under sugar palm (Arenga pinnata) canopies within a polyculture system. The research was conducted in Ulak Segelung Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, from June to December 2024, using sweep nets, yellow sticky traps, and light traps. Arthropod diversity was assessed through purposive random sampling, supported by questionnaires and direct interviews with local farmers. Observations recorded 274 individual arthropods representing 47 species across 9 orders, with Odonata being the most dominant. The diversity index was H’ = 3.22 (high category), evenness index E = 0.84, and dominance index D = 0.06. Additionally, chili plants exhibited an average height of 13 cm, 11 leaves, and produced a total of 48 fruits. The results indicate that cultivating chili under the canopy of sugar palm in a polyculture system promotes high arthropod diversity and contributes to maintaining ecological balance
