How Do Japanese Youth View Social Networking Sites (SNS)? : Exploring Age and Gender Differences, and the Relationship between Negative Experiences on SNS and Attitudes toward Friendships
Full text link本研究の目的は，日本の若者がソーシャルネットワーキングサイト（SNS）をどのようにとらえているかを把握することである。また，若者の年齢段階や性別による違い，さらにSNSでの否定的体験や友人関係に対する態度との関連についても探索的に検討した。15歳から29歳の高校生，大学生，社会人を対象に調査を実施し（n＝600），SNSのとらえ方に関する因子分析を行った。その結果，「利便性や楽しさを与える存在」「苦痛をもたらすもの」「SNSの消極的受容」「SNSへの懐疑」の4因子で構成されるものと解釈された。年齢層や性別による有意な差が認められ，さらにSNSでの否定的体験と友人関係に対する態度との関連も示唆された。これらの結果より，日本の若者がSNSに対して肯定的，否定的，批判的な側面を含む多面的な見方を有していることが明らかにされた。The purpose of this study was to investigate how Japanese youth view social networking sites (SNS). In addition, exploratory analyses examined differences in attitudes toward SNS across age groups and gender within the youth demographic, as well as the relationships between negative experiences with SNS and attitudes toward friendships. Data were collected through a survey of high school students, college students, and young adults aged 15 to 29 (n＝600). Factor analysis of views on SNS identified four factors: convenience and enjoyment, source of distress, passive acceptance, and skepticism toward SNS. Significant differences were observed across age groups and gender, with high school students reporting higher levels of convenience and enjoyment while showing lower levels of source of distress and passive acceptance compared to older participants. These findings provide insights into how Japanese youth perceive and interact with SNS, highlighting the multifaceted views, including positive, negative, and critical aspects of SNS.departmental bulletin pape
Evaluation of the Period for Integrated Studies using the science learning assessment model
Full text link学習指導要領解説 総合的な学習の時間編（文部科学省，2018）では，学習評価の在り方の重要性が指摘されている。子どもの学習の様態を読み取り，教授方法として理論化することは急務である。本研究では，問題を解決していく学習である理科と類似している点が多い総合的な学習の時間において，理科学習評価モデルを援用して子どもの学習の様態を評価することができるかについて検討した。その結果，分析した実践の事例から，総合的な学習の時間における学習も理科と同様に社会情動的スキルと認知的スキルの相互作用の中で子どもの考えが構築されていることが解釈できた。理科学習評価モデルの視点から子どもの学習の様態を読み取ると，それぞれのスキルが関わり子どもの考えが構築されていることが示された。総合的な学習の時間の学習においても理科学習評価モデルが子どもの学習の様態を評価するものとして有用であると明らかとなった。The Courses of Study Explanation, Period for Integrated Studies (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology, 2018), highlight the importance of the way learning evaluation should be conducted. Determining the state of children’s learning and theorizing it as a teaching method is urgently required. We investigated whether the science learning assessment model can be used to examine the state of children’s learning in the Period for Integrated Studies, which is similar to science in many ways and a form of problem-solving learning. From the examples of the analyzed practices, we were able to interpret that, as in science, children’s ideas are constructed in the interaction of socioemotional and cognitive skills. Our results indicated that children’s thinking is constructed through the interaction of each skill when we read their learning from the viewpoint of the science learning assessment model. Hidenobu Ueno, a Man Who Cursed the System : The Look of Darkness that Sees Through the World
Full text link「記録文学」者・上野英信の描き出した筑豊の炭鉱に潜む闇は様々な「被差別」を内包しており，その検討に際しては人文科学のみならず社会科学的な視点も要される。第1章では上野自身が戦争で負った原爆症という闇を自己スティグマ化により「聖痕」に転ずることで，その闇が回復されていく過程を捉えた。第2章では制度に緊縛された炭鉱夫らの闇を「複合的差別」として論じ，そこに「インターセクショナルな状況」が折り重なるという「被差別」の様相を抽出した。第3章ではこの状況から炭鉱夫らを脱却させる拠点として設けられた「筑豊文庫」の意義を，対話による合意形成に向けた「文芸的公共圏」の場として分析した。以上を通し，上野の作品を分析する上での社会科学的視点の有効性を示すことができた。The darkness hidden in the coal mines of Chikuho, as depicted by Ueno Hidenobu, a writer of documentary literature, contains various forms of “discrimination” and requires perspectives from not only humanities but also social sciences. Chapter 1 presents the process of recovery from Ueno’s illness due to atomic bombing, which he suffered from during the war, by transforming it into a “stigmata” through self-stigmatization. Chapter 2 discusses the darkness of miners bound by the system as “compound discrimination” and presents the aspect of “discrimination” in which the “intersectional situation” overlaps with it. Chapter 3 analyzes the significance of the “Chikuho Bunko,” which was established as a base for miners to escape from the abovementioned situation, as well as a place of “literary public sphere” for consensus building through dialogue. Based on this study, we successfully demonstrate the effectiveness of analyzing Ueno’s works through social-scientific perspectives.departmental bulletin pape
Use of Parentheses in Children’s Literature : Focusing on Botchan
Full text link本稿は，児童書における読みやすさのためのカッコの利用に焦点を当てたものである。まず「坊っちゃん」を資料とした。「坊っちゃん」の定本，大人向け文庫本，複数の児童書におけるカッコの用法の違いを分析し，語の解説や思考を示すカッコの存在を確認した。次に，30種の児童書を対象に，カッコの用法を調査した。そして，削除可能なカッコ，他者の身振りや表情からの解釈を示す様態解釈のカッコ，人間以外の事物の発話であることを示すカッコ，用語提示のカッコがあることが明らかになった。This study focuses on the use of parentheses in children’s literature to enhance readability. First, the use of parentheses in Botchan is analyzed by comparing between the standard edition, which is an adult-targeted paperback, and multiple children’s books. Differences in their usage are examined, which confirmed the presence of parentheses used for word explanations and expressing thoughts. Next, a survey of parenthesis usage in 30 children’s books is conducted. The findings show parentheses that can be omitted, those indicating interpretive gestures or the expressions of others, those presenting speech from nonhuman entities, and those used for introducing terms.departmental bulletin pape
