    Culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting Indonesia’s economy, particularly in Bogor and Depok as buffer cities of Jakarta with highly competitive market dynamics, yet their business sustainability remains challenged by limited networking capacity, low digital literacy, and insufficient external support. This study aims to examine the influence of partnership, information technology utilization, external support, and open innovation on the sustainability of culinary MSMEs by developing an integrated model grounded in the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities theories to explain how internal and external factors shape business resilience. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0, based on survey data collected from 289 culinary MSME owners in Bogor and Depok through both online and offline questionnaires. The research instrument consisted of 21 indicators representing five main constructs. The findings reveal that partnership, information technology utilization, and external support have a positive and significant effect on business sustainability, with partnership emerging as the most dominant factor, while open innovation shows no significant influence due to the limited collaborative capacity and networking among local MSMEs. The model explains 64.1 percent of the variance in business sustainability, indicating strong predictive power. These results highlight the importance of strengthening strategic partnerships, accelerating digital adoption, and ensuring adaptive policy support as the foundation for long-term competitiveness and sustainability. Practically, this study offers strategic recommendations for MSME actors, local governments, and supporting institutions to enhance the resilience of the culinary sector in navigating market dynamics and digital transformation

    Indonesia\u27s economic transformation in the endemic adaptation era creates complex investment dynamics for millennials and Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and financial literacy on investment interest and its impact on investment decisions of the younger generation in Bandung City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verification design on 100 respondents through purposive sampling technique. The research instrument is a Likert scale structured questionnaire that has been validated and tested for reliability. Data analysis uses path analysis to identify causal relationships between variables. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on investment interest with greater dominance compared to motivation. Both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on investment interest. Investment interest is proven to be a significant mediator of investment decisions. Indirect effect analysis reveals that financial literacy through investment interest contributes more to investment decisions than motivation. Empirical findings confirm the crucial role of financial literacy in shaping the investment behavior of the digital generation. Cognitive components are proven to be more dominant than motivational aspects in driving investment decisions. The research implications emphasize the importance of strengthening financial education as a priority strategy in increasing the participation of the younger generation in the Indonesian capital market

    The Effect of Selenium Biofortification on The Growth and Biochemical Responses of Two Microgreen Species

    Microgreens are a type of vegetable crop that may be grown at a young age (7−14 days) and have a high nutritional value. Microgreens from the Brassicaceae family, such as red radish and broccoli, contain a variety of antioxidants. Selenium biofortification improves microgreen quality and selenium content. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of selenium levels and the differences between microgreen species. This study was carried out in November−December 2023 at a housing development on Kudan Street in Semarang City, Central Java. Chlorophyll and carotenoid analyses were performed at the Plant Physiology and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, the Waste Treatment Laboratory at the Faculty of Engineering conducted the phenol analysis, while the Cendekia Nanotech Hutama Chemical and Biological Analysis Laboratory in Semarang City performed the antioxidant analysis. This study utilized a randomized complete block design with a factorial pattern of 5×2 and four replications. The first factor was selenium concentration, which had five levels: 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 mg/L. The second factor was microgreen species, which consisted of two components: red radish and broccoli microgreens. The study found that treating broccoli microgreen with selenium at a concentration of 4 mg/L increased total chlorophyll content and antioxidant capability.     Physical and Chemical Characteristics of Combined Polyherbal Yogurt

    Yogurt has become a popular dairy product and is considered a promising candidate for functional food intake. Innovations in yogurt production continue to develop, increasing public interest in yogurt consumption by using herbal plants. The combination of active ingredients from multiple herbal plants may provide higher effectiveness compared to single herbal plants. Lactic acid fermentation in herbal plants significantly increases phenolic and flavonoid levels. This study aims to analyze the effect of polyherbal (green tea, fenugreek seed, and cinnamon) on yogurt with physical and chemical parameters. This study was conducted with the stages of making polyherbal extract, preparing polyherbal yogurt, and analyzing physical (viscosity) and chemical (pH, total titrated acid (TTA), total phenolic content, and total flavonoid content using a completely randomized design with four different polyherbal levels (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%) in triplicates. Physical and chemical characteristics data were summarized using analysis of variance. The lactic acid fermentation process in yogurt form on polyherbal had a significant effect on chemical characteristics, such as pH, TTA, total phenolic and flavonoid contents. The best treatment level in this research is 3% polyherbal extract addition because it contains the highest total phenolic and flavonoid.     Stakeholder Analysis of Livestock Beef Demand in Samarinda City

    Stakeholder analysis is required to determine the roles of each stakeholder in satisfying the meat supply needs of Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Province. The purpose of this study was to assess and categorize the influence and interests of stakeholders in the beef cattle supply chain. Primary data was collected via a survey method, involving questionnaires and interviews with 49 respondents representing farmers, slaughterhouses, government officials, traders, and consumers. A stakeholder analysis was carried out utilizing an influence−interest matrix. The results indicated two main groups: Farmers and traders are major stakeholders in the meat supply chain, with enormous power and interest. In contrast, the mob, which includes customers, the government, and slaughterhouses, has significantly less power and interest. Farmers, as primary producers, and traders, as mediators between customers, play critical roles in guaranteeing meat availability and quality. While the government has regulatory power, its role as a facilitator must be expanded to encourage stakeholder participation. This study provides collaborative solutions for aligning stakeholders\u27 views and objectives with the goal of enhancing beef availability and quality in Samarinda City.     Effect of Seed Size and Kombucha Soaking on Soursop Germination and Seedling Growth

    The purpose of this study was to look into the influence of long-term soaking seeds in kombucha and seed sizes on seed viability and seedling growth of soursop. The experiment was place between March and July 2024 at Screenhouse and the Undip Plant Physiology and Breeding Laboratory. The experiment followed a completely randomized factorial design with three replications. The first factor was the duration of seeds soak in kombucha (quick dipping, 2 h, 4 h, and 6 h). The second factor was varying seed sizes according on diameter. Seeds from local fruit varieties were removed, picked, and steeped in kombucha according to treatment, before being planted in a germination box and put into polybags for seedling growth. Germination time, vigor index, germinability,germinating speed, sprout wet and dry weight, seedling height, number of leaves, stem diameter, and seedling wet and dry weight were the parameters measured. The data were analyzed using ANOVA, with an honest significance difference at the 5% level. The results showed an interaction between the treatment and sprout dry weight parameter. Soaking seeds in kombucha with a quick dipping approach influenced germination speed and number of leaves; soaking seeds in kombucha for 4 h produced the maximum sprout dryweight. Different seed size had a substantial influence, with large seeds showing the greatest values for sprout wet and dry weight and stem diameter. Large seeds steeped in kombucha for 4 h produced the highest viability and growth of soursop seedlings. Keywords: kombucha, seedsize, seed soaking time, seedling, sourso

    CV. Putra Putri Jaya Sidoarjo is a company that produces macaroni chips. The problem that occurs in the company is the non-achievement of the production plan caused by several factors such as lack of sales, marketing, and the use of poor quality raw materials. The purpose of this study is to map the flow structure of the macaroni chips supply chain in CV. Putra Putri Jaya Sidoarjo. analyze supply chain management performance, and provide improvement recommendations to improve supply chain management performance. The methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) analysis, and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Descriptive analysis was used to describe the flow structure of the macaroni chips supply chain consisting of the flow of goods, financial flow, and information flow. SCOR and AHP analysis were used to measure and evaluate the performance of macaroni chips supply chain management in CV. Putra Putri Jaya Sidoarjo. The results of this study show that the product flow includes the procurement of raw materials from suppliers, the process of converting raw materials from raw macaroni into macaroni chips, and the process of sending macaroni chips to distributors such as agents, retailers, and wholesalers, to consumers. Financial flows include a variety of financial transactions, such as payments for product purchases, setting credit limits, and scheduling payments. The flow of information includes a variety of information such as raw material inventory, customer preferences, market trends, production and delivery schedules, and product prices. The performance value of supply chain management performance is 90.87 which is included in the excellent category.Putra Putri Jaya Sidoarjo merupakan perusahaan makanan ringan yang memproduksi keripik makaroni. Masalah yang terjadi di perusahaan adalah tidak tercapainya rencana produksi yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kurangnya pemasaran dan penggunaan bahan baku yang kurang baik yang berdampak pada kualitas produk makaroni. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memetakan struktur aliran rantai pasok produk keripik makaroni di CV. Putra Putri Jaya Sidoarjo. menganalisis kinerja manajemen rantai pasok produk keripik makaroni di CV. Putra Putri Jaya Sidoarjo, dan merekomendasikan solusi perbaikan kinerja manajemen rantai pasok produk keripik makaroni di CV. Putra Putri Jaya Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis SCOR ( Supply Chain Operation Referrence ) dan AHP ( Analytical Hirearchy Process ). Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur manajemen rantai pasok produk keripik makaroni yang terdiri dari aliran barang, aliran finansial, dan aliran informasi.     STRATEGI BISNIS KOPICENTRUM DI DRAMAGA BOGOR

    A survey conducted in 2024 showed that coffee consumption reached more than 300 thousand tons with the majority of consumers coming from the younger generation. One of those who took advantage of these opportunities and chances was Kopicentrum in Dramaga Bogor. However, until now the absence of a comprehensive strategic guide has become one of the obstacles in winning market competition. This study aims to overcome the chalenges that occur by identifying internal and external factors and exploring alternative business strategies through IE matrix analysis. This research is a case study research at Kopicentrum Dramaga Bogor with data collection through interviews, observations, and questionnaires to management, employees, and customers, which are analyzed using the IFE, EFE, and IE Matrices. The results of the study indicate that Kopicentrum has high internal strength (IFE score 3.68) and moderate external responsiveness (EFE score 2.90), pacing it in Quadrant IV in the IE Matrix with the right strategy in the form of Grow and Build, including maintaining market position, product enhancement, internal efficiency, and strategic alliances with local farmers. This study has implications for the importance of flexibe and context-based strategies, art, and needs to be adjusted to the unique conditions of each business to maintain competitiveness in a dynamic market.Survei yang dilakukan pada tahun 2024 menunjukkan konsumsi kopi mencapai lebih dari 5 juta kantong (setara 300 ribu ton) dengan mayoritas konsumen berasal dari generasi muda. Salah satu yang memanfaatkan peluang dan kesempatan tersebut adalah Kopicentrum di Dramaga Bogor. Namun hingga saat ini belum adanya panduan strategi yang komprehensif menjadi salah satu kendala dalam memenangkan persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang terjadi dengan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal serta menggali alternatif strategi bisnis melalui analisis matriks IE. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus di Kopicentrum Dramaga Bogor dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner kepada manajemen, karyawan, dan pelanggan, yang dianalisis menggunakan Matriks IFE, EFE, dan IE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kopicentrum memiliki kekuatan internal tinggi (skor IFE 3,68) dan respons eksternal moderat (skor EFE 2,90), menempatkannya pada Kuadran IV dalam Matriks IE dengan strategi yang tepat berupa Hold and Maintain, meliputi menjaga posisi pasar, peningkatan produk, efisiensi internal, serta aliansi strategis dengan petani lokal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya strategi yang fleksibel dan berbasis konteks, karena strategi bisnis bersifat seni (art), seperti dijelaskan Mintzberg (1994), dan perlu disesuaikan dengan kondisi unik tiap usaha untuk menjaga daya saing di pasar yang dinamis

    Evaluation of Visitor Loyalty to Technology-Based Attractions for Sustainable Tourism at Taman Safari Indonesia after COVID-19

    Taman Safari Indonesia (TSI) merupakan salah satu tempat wisata dan lembaga konservasi yang terkena dampak COVID-19. TSI adalah lembaga yang berdedikasi pada konservasi ex-situ dengan penekanan pada lingkungan. Pandemi tahun 2020 menyebabkan penurunan jumlah wisatawan di TSI sebesar 53% dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019, yang berarti dana sangat dibutuhkan untuk keberlangsungan TSI. Atraksi wisata berbasis teknologi telah dikembangkan, terutama yang menggunakan aplikasi Augmented Reality (AR), sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan pengalaman pengunjung. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya kekhawatiran pihak pengelola akan isu zoonosis dan kekhawatiran wisatawan akan kesehatan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pengalaman wisatawan di destinasi pariwisata berbasis teknologi mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas mereka terhadap TSI.  PLS-SEM adalah metodologi yang digunakan, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 384 orang. Setelah mencoba aplikasi augmented reality pada perangkat yang diberikan, responden mengisi kuesioner yang menyertainya berdasarkan kesan mereka terhadap atraksi AR. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung akan lebih mungkin untuk kembali ke TSI jika mereka lebih puas. Program augmented reality memungkinkan responden untuk mendapatkan pengalaman baru, belajar tentang hewan, dan merasa nyaman saat menggunakannya. Hal ini membuat mereka senang, setia, dan cenderung menggunakan AR di TSI di masa depan.Taman Safari Indonesia (TSI) is an organization dedicated to ex-situ conservation. The pandemic caused a 53% decline in visitor visits to TSI in 2020 compared to 2019, creating an urgent need for funds to ensure the institution\u27s sustainability. In response, various technology-based visitor attractions have been developed, focusing on Augmented Reality (AR) applications to enhance both the quantity and quality of visitor experiences. This study examines how visitors\u27 experiences with technology-driven attractions influence their satisfaction and loyalty to TSI. The SEM-PSL method was used to analyze data using structural equation modeling. After using the AR features, they completed a questionnaire based on their impressions of AR-based visitors\u27 attractions. The results showed that the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty was significant, with a path coefficient of 3.760, greater than the t-table value of 1.96 at a 95% confidence level, indicating statistical significance. The findings suggest that higher satisfaction levels lead to greater visitor loyalty, with satisfied visitors more likely to return to TSI, especially with the enhanced AR experience. Visitors\u27 interactions with AR features improved their overall experience and strengthened their emotional connection to the TSI, suggesting the potential for sustained engagement. These results imply that integrating advanced technologies such as AR can play a key role in fostering visitor loyalty. Future tourism strategies should integrate immersive AR experiences with ecological education and conservation efforts to promote environmental sustainability.&nbsp

    Kemandirian Pangan Berbasis Padi Lokal di Area Rawan Banjir Kabupaten Katingan, Kalimantan Tengah

    Sumber daya lahan sebagai penyedia sumber pangan yang tak tergantikan. Kebutuhan pangan yang meningkat menuntut kebutuhan akan lahan untuk memproduksi pangan semakin meningkat. Kabupaten Katingan memiliki potensi sumberdaya alam tinggi terutama pangan lokal namun menghadapi tantangan banjir dan penurunan produksi pangan. Penilaian kesesuaian lahan sangat penting dalam merencanakan penggunaan lahan kedepannya untuk mencapai Sistem Pangan Berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengevaluasi kesesuaian dan ketersediaan lahan untuk kawasan padi lokal di Kabupaten Katingan. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu Evaluasi Kesesuaian Lahan dengan mengintegrasikan Multi Criteria Decesion Making (MCDM) dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Perhitungan bobot kriteria menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP) menghasilkan peta tingkat kerawanan banjir dan kelas kesesuaian lahan untuk pangan lokal.  Kemudian, pertimbangan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah untuk memperoleh ketersediaan lahan sesuai dengan peruntukannya.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar wilayah Katingan, sekitar 76% dari total luas wilayah, cocok untuk pertanian padi lokal. Lahan yang termasuk kategori sangat sesuai (kelas S1) untuk padi lokal mencapai 7% atau 1.361,3  (102) ha, dengan area yang aman dari banjir mencapai 389,3 (102) ha.  Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam penyusunan peraturan penggunaan lahan yang efisien untuk meningkatkan produksi pangan lokal dengan tetap menjaga keanekaragaman hayati. Selain itu,  memberikan landasan langkah-langkah strategis yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan produksi pangan lokal secara berkelanjutan, mendukung ekonomi lokal, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten KatinganLand resources are the fundamental matrix for providing indispensable food sources. The increasing demand for food necessitates the expansion of land dedicated to food production. Katingan Regency has sufficient land resource potential for local food development but faces natural challenges such as flooding and declining food production. Land suitability evaluation is crucial for planning land use to achieve a sustainable food system. This study aims to identify, analyze, and evaluate the suitability and availability of land for local rice areas in Katingan Regency. The approach used is land suitability evaluation, which integrates multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) and geographical information systems (GIS). The criteria weights were calculated using the Analytic Network Process (ANP), producing flood risk maps and land suitability classes for local food. Spatial Planning considerations were employed to obtain land availability according to its designation. The study results show that approximately 76% of Katingan Regency area is suitable for local rice farming. Land classified as highly suitable (S1) for local rice accounts for 7% or 136,130 hectares, with shallow flood-prone level areas reaching 3,890 hectares. According to food balance projections, Katingan Regency ies expected to face a rice deficit by 2050. This research is expected to help formulate efficient land use regulations to increase local food production while preserving biodiversity. Additionally, it provides a foundation for strategic measures that can be taken to ensure long-term resilience, environmental conservation and ecological sustainability in Katingan Regency
