Attitude and the Mediating Role in Online Food Delivery Continuance Intention
Background: The online food delivery (OFD) sector has grown rapidly in Indonesia, necessitating scholarly examination of consumer behavior beyond initial adoption to understand continuance patterns in technology-enabled consumption.
Purpose: This research aims to analyze the effects of food safety risk perception, social influence, price savings, and time savings on consumers\u27 continuance intention toward OFD services, with attitude as a mediating variable.
Method: A quantitative survey of 384 OFD users in Batam City, Indonesia, who had used the services three times in three months was conducted, and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM.
Findings: Social influence, price savings, time savings, and food safety risk perception significantly affect attitude and continuance intention through the mediation of attitude. Food safety risk exhibits dual effects of direct negative and indirect positive effects through attitude.
Conclusions: Attitude serves as a critical mediator consistent with the Theory of Planned Behavior. OFD providers should strengthen food safety assurances, leverage social influence, emphasize efficiency benefits, and enhance positive attitudes to sustain consumer loyalty and long-term engagement.
Research implication: OFD service suppliers should strengthen consumer confidence by addressing food safety concerns, leveraging social influence, and emphasizing time and cost efficiency. Marketing and operations also improve positive consumer attitudes to support long-term engagement
Genetic Engineering of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) IPB CP2 Variety with OsGERLP Gene: Genetic Transformation of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) IPB CP2 Variety with OsGERLP Gene
High dissolved aluminum (Al) content in acidic soil can inhibit root elongation, especially in plants sensitive to Al. The OsGERLP gene is known to be an Al tolerance gene in rice, but the role of this gene in other plants is not yet known. Introduction of the OsGERLP gene to potato cv. IPB CP2 mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens has been succesfully conducted. When using leaf explant, the transformation and regeneration efficiencies were 72.62 and 17.24%, respectively. However, transgene introduction using internode explant increased transformation and regeneration efficiencies to 71.3 and 87.65%, respectively. PCR-based transgene integration analysis showed that all transgenic clones contain the OsGERLP gene under the control of the 35ScaMV promoter, which was indicated by the formation of 1500 bp amplicons. Transgenic clones have been in vitro tested for Al stress using liquid MS medium with different pH and Al content. The result showed that all transgenic clones have higher tolerance to Al compared to non-transgenic plant. Morphological analysis showed that transgenic clones performed better in all parameters including plant height, total root length, number of roots, shoot and root fresh weight, shoot and root dry weight. Analisis Transformasi Kelembagaan Ekonomi Peternak Kambing Menjadi Badan Usaha Milik Petani (BUMP) (Studi Kasus Kelompok Ternak di Kecamatan Borobudur – Kabupaten Magelang)
The capacity of farmer group institutions in Indonesia is expected to be increased to become FarmerOwned Business Entity (BUMP) in order to further empower the farmer group members. This study aimed to analyze the institutional level of goat farmer groups in Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, and the relationship between group business entity indicators and the preparation for BUMP Establishment. The data were enumerated with the Likert scale, with three levels of scoring, using a questionnaire, and the accumulation of the total score was classified into low (120 to 200), moderate (200 to 280), and high (280 to 360). Subsequently, the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis and path analysis were performed. The results of the study indicated that the institutional level of goat farmer groups in Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, was at a moderate level, and there were 2 (two) variables that influence the establishment of BUMP at a 95% confidence level (P<0.05), namely the farmer group’s institutional performance and the farmer group’s institutional organizational management variable. Corrective programs to elevate the farmer business institutional levels in Magelang should emphasize the institutional performance and organizational management aspects as final counsel.Kelembagaan kelompok ternak di Indonesia diharapkan ditingkatkan kapasitasnya menjadi Badan Usaha Milik Petani (BUMP) agar lebih memberdayakan para peternak yang menjadi anggotanya. Badan Usaha tersebut diantaranya Koperasi, Asosiasi, Perseroan Terbatas (PT), maupun Commanditer Venootschap (CV). Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis level kelembagaan kelompok ternak kambing di Kecamatan Borobudur, Kabupaten Magelang, serta hubungan antara indikator kelembagaan kelompok terhadap persiapan Pembentukan BUMP. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu perhitungan skala likert serta analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa level kelembagaan kelompok ternak kambing di Kecamatan Borobudur, Kabupaten Magelang berada pada level sedang, serta terdapat 2 (dua) variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan BUMP pada derajat kepercayaan 95% (P<0.05), yaitu Variabel Performa Kelembagaan Kelompok Ternak dan Variabel Manajemen Organisasi Kelembagaan Kelompok Ternak.

Physical Properties and Sensory Quality of Roasted Meltique Beef Injected with PalmOil
Meltique beef was created by injecting vegetable oil emulsions into regular beef, but the high cost andoxidation susceptibility of canola oil limit its practicality. Palm oil, characterized by higher stabilityand local availability, was explored to improve physical properties and sensory qualities. The aim ofthis reserach was to analyze physical properties and sensory quality of roasted meltique beef injectedwith palm oil emulsion. Brahman cross sirloin cuts were injected with emulsions comprising oil, water,and soy protein isolate, prepared with different concentrations. The injected meats were grilled for 10minutes and assessed for pH, texture, cooking loss, and sensory attributes. Results showed that palm oilsignificantly enhanced texture and sensory properties, with palm oil at higher concentration being themost similar to Wagyu beef in marbling, tenderness, and flavor. The findings indicate that palm oil wasa cost-effective and stable alternative to canola oil for producing high-quality meltique beef, offering aviable solution for enhancing local beef products.Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penggunaan minyak sawit sebagai alternatif minyak kanola dalam produksi daging meltique, yaitu produk yang meniru marbling dan tekstur daging Wagyu. Daging meltique dibuat dengan menyuntikkan emulsi minyak nabati ke dalam daging sapi biasa. Namun, tingginya biaya dan kerentanan oksidasi minyak kanola membatasi penggunaannya. Minyak sawit yang lebih stabil dan mudah diperoleh secara lokal dieksplorasi untuk meningkatkan sifat fisik dan kualitas sensori. Potongan has luar sapi Brahman cross diinjeksi dengan emulsi yang mengandung minyak, air, dan isolat protein kedelai pada berbagai konsentrasi. Daging yang telah disuntik kemudian dipanggang selama 10 menit dan diuji untuk nilai pH, tekstur, susut masak, serta atribut sensori. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa minyak sawit secara signifikan meningkatkan tekstur dan kualitas sensori, dengan konsentrasi tertinggi menghasilkan karakteristik paling mirip dengan daging Wagyu dalam hal marbling, keempukan, dan cita rasa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa minyak sawit merupakan alternatif yang lebih ekonomis dan stabil dibandingkan minyak kanola untuk menghasilkan daging meltique berkualitas tinggi, serta berpotensi meningkatkan nilai produk daging lokal
Karakteristik Fitokimia dan Antioksidan dari Madu Trigona Fermentasi yang Berasal dari Nektar Tropis Indonesia
Madu Trigona merupakan produk hasil ternak lebah yang kaya akan metabolit sekunder seperti alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, dan tanin, serta dikenal memiliki sifat antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi profil fitokimia dan aktivitas antioksidan madu Trigona yang difermentasi selama tujuh hari. Madu ini berasal dari lebah yang mengumpulkan nektar dari pohon pala (Myristica fragrans), manggis (Garcinia mangostana), dan durian (Durio zibethinus). Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi pH, kadar air, kadar alkohol, profil gula, total fenolik, saponin, dan aktivitas antioksidan. Fermentasi menyebabkan penurunan pH akibat produksi asam oleh mikroba serta peningkatan kadar air. Kadar glukosa dan sukrosa menurun dari 6,13% dan 4,83% pada hari ke-4 menjadi 3,99% dan 1,47% pada hari ke-7. Kadar alkohol meningkat hingga 6,21% b/b, menandakan aktivitas metabolisme Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Total fenolik menurun dari 1,508 menjadi 0,541 mg TAE/g pada hari ke-4 dan sedikit meningkat menjadi 0,707 mg TAE/g pada hari ke-7. Kandungan saponin turun dari 573,16 menjadi 147,66 mg KOH/g pada hari ke-4, lalu meningkat menjadi 429,84 mg KOH/g pada hari ke-7. Aktivitas antioksidan meningkat signifikan dari 3,17% menjadi 24,36%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa fermentasi selama tujuh hari dapat meningkatkan aktivitas antioksidan sekaligus memodifikasi sifat fitokimia madu, sehingga berpotensi menjadi produk fungsional dari Indonesia tropis.

Pineapple also contains bioactive phytochemicals. Therefore, their combination throughfermentation has the potential to produce a functional product. This study aimed to evaluate thephytochemical profile and antioxidant activity of Trigona honey fermented with pineapple for seven days.The honey originated from nectar nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana), anddurian (Durio zibethinus). Analyses included pH, moisture, alcohol content, sugar profile, total phenolics,saponins, and antioxidant activity. Fermentation decreased pH due to microbial acid production andincreased moisture. Glucose and sucrose declined from 6.13% and 4.83% on day 4 to 3.99% and 1.47%on day 7, respectively. Alcohol content rose to 6.21% w/w, indicating active Saccharomyces cerevisiaemetabolism. Total phenolic content decreased from 1.508 to 0.541 mg TAE/g on day 4 and rose slightlyto 0.707 mg TAE/g on day 7. Saponin content dropped from 573.16 to 147.66 mg KOH/g on day 4,increasing to 429.84 mg KOH/g on day 7. Antioxidant activity rose significantly from 3.17% to 24.36%.These results show that seven day fermentation enhances antioxidant activity while modifying honey’sphytochemical properties, making it a potential functional product from tropical Indonesia
Anoplasti untuk atresia ani tipe III dengan fistula yang disertai komplikasi megakolon pada anak anjing
Congenital anorectal malformations, including atresia ani, are uncommon conditions in small animals that cause gastrointestinal dysfunction. This case report describes the surgical management and outcomes of type III atresia ani in a juvenile dog. A one-month-old female mixed-breed puppy presented with severe tenesmus, progressive abdominal distension, and complete absence of normal faecal passage. Clinical examination identified an anal dimple lacking a functional opening, accompanied by a small ventral perineal fistula. Radiographic assessment confirmed type III atresia ani, characterised by a blind-ending rectal pouch located more than 1 cm cranial to the anal dimple and associated with marked megacolon. Surgical intervention was performed via anoplasty, combined with manual evacuation of the impacted faeces and temporary anal stenting using a 1-cc syringe port to maintain luminal patency. Postoperative management included broad-spectrum antibiotics, lactulose, analgesic therapy, and meticulous wound care. Although normal defaecation was restored, the patient developed tenesmus, incomplete evacuation, and faecal incontinence. These complications are associated with irreversible megacolon and anal sphincter dysfunction. Conservative therapy failed to achieve improvement, indicating the need for surgical intervention.Malformasi anorektal kongenital, termasuk atresia ani, adalah kondisi yang jarang terjadi pada hewan kecil yang menyebabkan disfungsi gastrointestinal. Laporan kasus ini menggambarkan penanganan bedah dan hasil atresia ani tipe III pada anjing muda. Seekor anak anjing betina ras campuran berusia satu bulan menunjukkan tenesmus parah, distensi abdomen progresif, dan tidak adanya pengeluaran feses normal sama sekali. Pemeriksaan klinis mengidentifikasi lesung anus yang tidak memiliki lubang fungsional, disertai dengan fistula perineal ventral kecil. Penilaian radiografi mengkonfirmasi atresia ani tipe III, yang ditandai dengan kantung rektal buntu yang terletak lebih dari 1 cm di bagian kranial lesung anus dan terkait dengan megakolon yang nyata. Intervensi bedah dilakukan melalui anoplasti, dikombinasikan dengan evakuasi manual feses yang tersumbat dan pemasangan stent anus sementara menggunakan port jarum suntik 1 cc untuk menjaga patensi lumen. Penanganan pascaoperasi meliputi antibiotik spektrum luas, laktulosa, terapi analgesik, dan perawatan luka yang teliti. Meskipun buang air besar normal telah pulih, pasien mengalami tenesmus, evakuasi tinja yang tidak tuntas, dan inkontinensia tinja. Komplikasi ini dikaitkan dengan megakolon ireversibel dan disfungsi sfingter anus. Terapi konservatif gagal memberikan perbaikan, menunjukkan perlunya intervensi bedah
DISEMINASI INOVASI IPB DAN PENGUATAN KELOMPOK WANITA TANI KELURAHAN KEBALEN KABUPATEN BEKASI
Kelurahan Kebalen sebagai wilayah peri-urban memiliki potensi pertanian perkotaan yang masih berkembang melalui kegiatan urban farming, salah satunya oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Mutiara 19. Namun, keterbatasan akses modal, pasar, dan kelembagaan menjadi tantangan dalam penguatan ekonomi komunitas. Program Dosen Pulang Kampung (Dospulkam) IPB University tahun 2025 dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas KWT melalui metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan rangkaian pelatihan budidaya pertanian, literasi keuangan, branding, dan dasar-dasar perkoperasian. Kegiatan ini juga mendiseminasikan inovasi IPB, termasuk benih hortikultura unggul dan modul RUPIKO sebagai sarana edukasi koperasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta mengenai mutu dan legalitas benih (60–78%), penguatan identitas produk melalui brand SARALI, serta peningkatan kesiapan kelembagaan KWT menuju pembentukan koperasi. Program ini tidak hanya memperkuat kapasitas teknis dan manajerial komunitas, tetapi juga membangun kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi, komunitas, dan pemerintah daerah, serta berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDGs 5, 11, dan 17
RELATIONSHIP ANALYSIS BETWEEN CRAB CARAPACE WIDTH AND WEIGHT CAUGHT USING FOLDING TRAPS IN GEBANG MEKAR WATERS
The blue swimming crab (Portunus pelagicus) is a high economic importance marine species and serves as a primary target for local fisheries employing collapsible traps in Gebang Mekar, Cirebon Regency waters. This study aimed to examine the sex ratio and growth pattern based on variations in carapace width and body weight of crabs captured in the area. Fieldwork was conducted from April to May 2023 in Gebang Mekar Village. Data collection involved measuring the carapace width and body weight of crabs obtained from 30 fishing trips. A total of 2,191 individuals were recorded, comprising 638 males (29.2%) and 1,553 females (70.8%), resulting in a male-to-female ratio of 1:2.4. Carapace width ranged from 6 to 16 cm, while body weight varied between 21 to 338 grams. The analysis of the width-weight relationship yielded a regression coefficient (b) of 2.923, indicating a negative allometric growth pattern, where carapace width increases faster than body weight. The results also demonstrated a positive correlation between carapace width and body weight, suggesting that larger individuals tend to be heavier.

PENGARUH PERBEDAAN KONSENTRASI PENAMBAHAN TEPUNG TALIPUK (Nymphae pubescens WILLD) TERHADAP SIFAT FISIK DAN KIMIA PRODUK BIHUN
Tingginya penggunaan beras dalam pembuatan produk makanan mengakibatkan kurangnya ketersediaan beras nasional menjadi permasalahan yang melatarbelakangi penelitian. Talipuk merupakan biji dari teratai spesies Nymphae pubescens WILLD yang ketersediaannya melimpah di rawa Kalimantan Selatan. Penambahan tepung talipuk dalam pembuatan bihun diharapkan mampu mengurangi penggunaan tepung beras dalam pembuatan produk bihun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung talipuk terhadap sifat fisik dan kimia bihun. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen denga pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain rancangan acak lengkap dengan mengkombinasikan kadar tepung beras dan tepung talipuk. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji one-way ANOVA untuk melihat ada tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan antar perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perbedaan perlakuan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sifat fisika bihun yaitu daya serap air, derajat keutuhan dan daya tahan. Perbedaan perlakuan memengaruhi sifat kimia meliputi kadar protein kasar, serat kasar namun tidak memengaruhi kadar air, kadar abu, dan kadar karbohidrat.
 
AUTONOMY-SUPPORTIVE OR AUTONOMY-THWARTING: THE ROLE OF PARENTING PROFILE IN PREDICTING SELF-REGULATED LEARNING IN INDONESIAN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: Autonomy-Supportive or Autonomy-Thwarting: Peran Profil Pengasuhan sebagai Prediktor Regulasi Diri dalam Belajar Mahasiswa Indonesia
For the past three decades, self-regulated learning (SRL) has been a key focus in educational psychology, with both parenting and teaching strategies playing crucial roles. This study aims to examine the role of Helicopter Parenting (HP) on Indonesian college students’ SRL.Sampling was conducted using a non-probability approach, specifically employing a convenience sampling technique. A survey method was used to measure the perceptions of 256 Indonesian college students regarding their parents’ parenting profiles using the Helicopter Parenting Instrument – Short Version (HPI-S) and their SRL using the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). The results indicate that HP significantly contributes to the development of SRL among Indonesian college students. This finding contradicts most previous studies. However, further analysis suggests that a significant portion of SRL variability remains unexplained by HP and may be influenced by other factors. Culture emerges as a crucial factor deserving attention and is discussed as a key influence on the outcomes of this research
