Physical Activity Level and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus among Pregnant Women Visiting Public Healthcare Facilities
The aim of this study is to assess the prevalence of physical activity among pregnant women during early pregnancy, which is during their first trimester, and to investigate the determinants of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) related to sociodemographic and physical activity level. This cross-sectional study focused on pregnant women aged between 18–45 in their second or third trimester of pregnancy and visiting selected public healthcare facilities. Questionnaires including sociodemographic, anthropometric, medical history, and the Pregnancy Physical Activity Questionnaire (PPAQ) were distributed. About 123 mothers were enrolled in this study. About 86.2% of them are physically active during early pregnancy, whereas just 13.8% are physically inactive. There was no statistically significant difference between pregnant mothers with and without GDM in physical activity level. Women aged 30 and older are three times more likely to acquire GDM (AOR=3.363, 95% CI: 1.314‒8.609), while women with a pre-pregnancy BMI of overweight or obese are 2.622 times more likely to develop GDM (AOR=2.622, 95% CI: 1.170‒5.875). In conclusion, even though both pregnant women with and without GDM have a high level of physical activity, the length of time spent in sedentary activities is notable. However, no significant relationship was observed between physical activity and GDM development, as most individuals were found to be following the suggested physical activity duration, yet advanced age and obese pre-pregnancy BMI were found to be determinants of the GDM occurrence

The Politics of Land Grabbing: Dispossession and Depeasantization in A Coastal Village of Bali
This study aims to reveal the existence of land grabbing that leads to depeasantization, taking a case study in a village on the southern coast of Tabanan District, Bali Province called Pangkung Tibah Village. In this village, investors have transferred ownership of the productive peasants\u27 land with plans to develop an integrated tourism area. This study is interesting because most studies on agrarian affairs focusing on Bali only focus on land conversion. This study will contribute to the topic of depeasantization. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. There are three informants involved in this study: the primary informant being the Head of Pangkung Tibah Village and two first-generation peasant who were subak administrators. Data analysis in this study combines in-depth interview data collection, observation, and spatial data analysis. Triangulation of the three techniques helps researchers process data and present it into research themes. The results of this study indicate that the land grabbing process occurred in the 1990s, marked by the massive transfer of land ownership to investors. Peasant was thrown from their subsistence production methods and experienced semi-proletarian conditions. The changing culture of peasant households also contributed to depeasantization

The development of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of banking services toward mobile platforms. However, the quality of Bank Jatim\u27s JConnect Mobile service still needs improvement to achieve optimal user satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality on the satisfaction of JConnect Mobile Bank Jatim users. The aspects of service quality examined include physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. A quantitative approach was employed, using multiple linear regression and descriptive statistical analysis. The sample consisted of 80 respondents who were JConnect users in the Surabaya area. The results of the study indicated that all service quality variables had a significant influence on user satisfaction. Physical evidence (t-count = 0.041), reliability (t-count = 0.039), responsiveness (t-count = 0.023), assurance (t-count = 0.004), and empathy (t-count = 0.014) were found to have significant partial effects. Simultaneously, the analysis showed a significance value of 0.000, which is lower than the alpha value, indicating that all service quality variables—physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—collectively had a significant effect on user satisfaction. It can be concluded that service quality is an important factor that determines the satisfaction level of JConnect Mobile Bank Jatim users
Peningkatan Pertumbuhan Anggrek Phalaenopsis amabilis (L.) Blume secara In Vivo setelah Pemberian Thidiazuron (TDZ)

Overexploitation and slow vegetative growth make this species a target for ex-situ conservation efforts, which can be supported through the application of nutrients and plant growth regulators, such as Thidiazuron (TDZ). This study aimed to examine the effect of TDZ application and determine the optimal concentration of TDZ for the growth of P. amabilis. The research was conducted from November 2023 to January 2024 in Tembalang, Semarang, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor, namely TDZ concentration (0.25, and 50 ppm). The observed parameters included the length and width of existing leaves, the number and emergence time of new leaves, leaf color, the number and emergence time of new roots, and stomatal density. Data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The results showed that TDZ significantly enhanced the length and width of existing leaves, the number and emergence time of new leaves, and stomatal density in P. amabilis. Thidiazuron (TDZ) also affected leaf color. The best concentration for promoting leaf growth was 25 ppm TDZ.

Production Shock Phenomenon: An Overview of (Scomberoides sp; Megalaspis sp; and Decapterus sp) Production in Sunda Strait-Indonesia
In the last decade, fishery production has decreased (production shock) due to causes such as excess effort, climate change, and implications of inappropriate policies. The consequences of the policy also increase the risk and vulnerability of fish stocks and affect food security. This research was conducted in the Sunda-Indonesia Strait in 2019 using production data, efforts, and the results of interviews with fishers in Lempasing Landing Port-Lampung. The analysis carried out included the CPUE trend as an indicator of productivity, MSY analysis, and prediction models of changes in effort patterns in 3 species of Decapterus, Scomberoides, and Megalaspis sp. The results obtained during 2010-2019 show that the three fish species\u27 production has decreased, including efforts. Efforts to catch Decapterus decreased 27.3% per year, Scomberoide decreased efforts by 18.8% per year, and Megalaspis decreased rates of efforts by 14.32% per year. The productivity assessed from CPUE appears to be increasing, which is influenced by a decrease in the effort. Stock potential with the three species\u27 Fox model shows an under fishing status, which means the high stock or low effort. The production that decreases during under fishing indicates a production shock due to reduced fish stocks or decreased fishing capacity. The potential for production shock can increase due to natural disasters and inappropriate policies
Digital Innovation in Predicting Live Body Weight of Female Ongole-Grade Cattle Using Pixel Area and Morphometric Analysis
This study is the first to validate digital morphometric analysis combined with linear, quadratic, and allometric regression models for predicting body weight (BW) in Ongole-Grade cattle under smallholder field conditions, focusing on productive-age females as breeding stock. The objective was to develop and validate regression-based predictive models using digital image-derived traits and to compare their accuracy with conventional measurements and existing formulas. A total of 204 female Ongole-Grade cattle were measured manually and with ImageJ-based morphometrics. All measurements were standardized to a reference age of 12 months using an allometric adjustment. Traits assessed included BW, body length (BL), withers height (WH), chest girth (CG), chest depth (CD), rump height (RH), and rump width (RW). BW showed strong positive correlations with morphometric traits (r=0.80–0.91), with CG as the strongest predictor. Conventional and image-derived measurements were comparable for WH, BL, CG, CD, and RH (p>0.05), while RW differed significantly (p=0.01). Mean differences were small (≤0.8 cm), and the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) ranged from 1.76% to 4.89%, confirming the reliability of digital imaging. The quadratic regression model (CG² + BL²), which outperformed the linear, allometric, and pixel-area–based approaches (MAPE=4.68%; R²=0.93). In contrast, the Schoorl formula substantially overestimated BW (MAPE=37.76%), while the pixel-area model showed only moderate accuracy (R²=0.63). Overall, digital morphometric analysis provides a novel, non-invasive, and cost-effective tool for cattle monitoring, with refinement of pixel area-based features recommended
Natural Disinfectant Emulgel Associated with Antimicrobial Photodynamic Therapy for Prevention Bovine Mastitis
Conventionally, disinfectants based on iodine, hypochlorite, or lactic acid are used in post-dipping for teat hygiene on dairy farms. As a natural alternative for the prevention of bovine mastitis, jurema-preta (Mimosa tenuiflora), copaiba oil (Copaifera martii), and Chlorella vulgaris have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Associated with antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (PDT), these substances inhibit Staphylococcus aureus. This study developed two natural emulgels containing these extracts and evaluated their stability, bioadhesiveness, texture, and cytotoxicity for post-dipping to prevent mastitis. The emulgel was developed using Carbopol 934 P (0.25% w/w), jurema extract (12.5% w/w), and Chlorella extract (0.2% w/w), which was dissolved in copaiba oil (4% w/w). Twelve Holstein and Jersey cows were treated with: T1 - control with the use of iodine, T2 - application of emulgel with black jurema and copaiba oil without lighting, and T3 - application of emulgel with black jurema, copaiba oil, and C. vulgaris with lighting. The data obtained in vitro and in vivo were submitted to analysis of variance. For the texture parameters of the emulgel, the formulations showed stability, pseudoplastic behavior, and elastic nature, with no cytotoxic effect. The in vitro study showed that the treatments using light were effective in reducing S. aureus and the extracts were also effective in breaking up pre-formed biofilm by this bacterium. In the in vivo test, there was no significant difference between treatments for somatic cell counts and Staphylococcus in milk and teat swabs. The emugel has antimicrobial potential and can replace iodine for use as post-dipping without cytotoxic effects
