Manajemen Pemupukan Tanaman Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) di Kebun Bekri Lampung
Kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan unggulan Indonesia. Produktivitas kelapa sawit sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan budidaya, termasuk pemupukan sebagai salah satu faktor utama dalam mempertahankan kesuburan tanah dan hasil panen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pemupukan tanaman kelapa sawit sebagai upaya peningkatan produktivitas di Kebun Bekri. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari–April 2020 dengan fokus pada evaluasi penerapan prinsip 5T (tepat waktu, tepat dosis, tepat tempat, tepat cara, dan tepat jenis) serta prestasi kerja tenaga pemupuk. Pengamatan dilakukan melalui penilaian langsung di lapangan, pencatatan data pemupukan, dan perbandingan dengan standar operasional perusahaan. Hasil pengamatan dianalisi menggunakan uji t-student pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pelaksanaan pemupukan telah menerapkan prinsip 5T dengan baik. Aspek tepat waktu, tepat tempat, tepat jenis, dan prestasi kerja telah sesuai dengan target perusahaan. Namun, pada aspek tepat dosis dan tepat cara, tingkat ketepatan masih di bawah standar optimal sehingga perlu ditingkatkan hingga >95% pada pemupukan berikutnya. Pemupukan yang efektif memerlukan perencanaan yang baik, pengawasan intensif, serta penyesuaian dosis berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan hara tanaman.

Manajemen Pengendalian Gulma Kelapa Sawit (Elais guineensis Jack.) di Kebun Langga Payung Estate, Sumatra Utara
Pengendalian gulma sangat penting dalam mengupayakan peningkatan produksi kelapa sawit. Pengendalian gulma yang baik dan efektif dapat menghasilkan produksi tandan sawit yang bermutu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Langga Payung Estate, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari Januari hingga Mei 2023. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis gulma serta pengendalian gulma secara efektif di lapangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gulma dominan pada tanaman 2020 adalah Cyperus killingia dengan nilai SDR sebesar 25.53%. Gulma dominan pada tanaman 2015 adalah Urena lobata dengan nilai SDR sebesar 23.12%. Gulma dominan pada tanaman 2011 adalah Panicum brevifollium dengan nilai SDR sebesar 27.68%. Nilai koefisien komunitas Divisi III Kebun Langga Payung Estate menunjukkan gulma yang beragam karena nilai persentase yang diperoleh kurang dari 70%. Pengendalian gulma di Kebun Langga Payung Estate dilakukan secara manual dan kimiawi. Dosis 0.25 glifosat dan metil metsulfuron serta 0.025 fluroxipir. Estimasi biaya pengendalian gulma sebesar Rp578.38.00 per hektar per tahun untuk kebutuhan herbisida dengan 3 kali rotasi semprot dan sebesar Rp357.261.00 untuk tenaga kerja. Nilai persentase tingkat penggunaan APD tenaga kerja penyemprot sebesar 75.6%.

Diacerein: Struktur, Biosintesis, dan Aktivitas Biologis
Diacerein merupakan turunan antrakinon yang memiliki aktivitas farmakologis luas, terutama sebagai agen antiinflamasi, antioksidan, dan antidiabetik. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakter kimia, biosintesis, hubungan struktur–aktivitas (structure–activity relationship, SAR), serta prospek pemanfaatannya dari sumber alami seperti kulit kopi Arabika (Coffea arabica L.). Metode yang digunakan berupa literature review dengan menelaah publikasi nasional dan internasional dalam 10 tahun terakhir melalui basis data Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa diacerein memiliki gugus asetoksi, hidroksil, karbonil, dan metoksi yang berperan penting dalam aktivitas biologisnya. Gugus asetoksi meningkatkan lipofilisitas dan aktivitas antiinflamasi, sedangkan gugus hidroksil memperkuat kemampuan antioksidan dan stabilitas redoks. Sementara itu, potensi bahan alami seperti kulit kopi yang mengandung senyawa prekursor rhein dan chrysophanol membuka peluang biosintesis diacerein melalui pendekatan bioteknologi hijau. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa diacerein merupakan model senyawa multifungsi yang dapat dikembangkan untuk terapi berbasis bahan alam berorientasi keberlanjutan
Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Kinerja UMK Pempek Di Kota Palembang
Pempek Palembang merupakan contoh sukses makanan tradisional yang telah menjadi makanan nasional. Namun, UMKM kuliner pempek di Palembang masih memiliki daya saing rendah, dengan tingkat penjualan yang tidak stabil, yang berdampak pada kinerja bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor eksternal dan internal terhadap kinerja UMKM pempek di Palembang. Sebanyak 200 pelaku UMKM menjadi responden, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan faktor eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap faktor internal (peningkatan 1% faktor eksternal meningkatkan faktor internal sebesar 94,9%) dan kinerja usaha (peningkatan 1% faktor eksternal meningkatkan kinerja sebesar 25,8%). Faktor internal juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha (peningkatan 1% faktor internal meningkatkan kinerja sebesar 62%). Penelitian ini menjadi yang pertama menggunakan metode SEM PLS untuk mengkaji pengaruh faktor eksternal dan internal terhadap kinerja UMKM pempek di Palembang.Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are vital to the national economy due to their role in labor absorption and poverty alleviation, with the pempek industry in Palembang City serving as a prominent sector that faces challenges such as limited capital, low innovation, and traditional management. This study aims to identify the characteristics of these SMEs and analyze the influence of internal and external factors on their business performance within the specific context of Palembang City. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected from 200 purposively selected SME actors through surveys and interviews, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) to examine variables including human resources, finance, marketing, government policy, and socio-economic support. The findings reveal that both internal and external factors significantly impact performance; specifically, stronger internal capabilities in HR and finance lead to better growth, while external factors provide essential support both directly and indirectly. Although the sector in Palembang City is dominated by educated, productive-aged women with high development potential, weaknesses in financial access and technological utilization persist. The SEM-PLS model successfully explains the variations in business dynamics, demonstrating that a synergy between internal management and institutional support is crucial for the sustainability of pempek businesses. This research provides a comprehensive framework for stakeholders to strengthen the local culinary industry by addressing specific operational and capital needs in Palembang City
Peran Inovasi dan Teknologi dalam Manajemen Rantai Pasok Berkelanjutan pada Industri Agrifood: Tinjauan Literatur
The agrifood industry faces complex challenges in creating a sustainable supply chain. Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) serves as a strategic approach that integrates economic, environmental, and social aspects in supply chain governance. This study analyze the contribution of innovation and digital technologies to the sustainability dimensions of SSCM within the agrifood industry using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 67 recent scientific publications (2020–2025) from the Scopus and ScienceDirect databases. The findings show that sustainability-oriented innovations such as precision farming, green technologies, and collaborative approaches play a crucial role in transforming conventional supply chains into more efficient, inclusive, and adaptive systems. Technologies such as blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have proven effective in enhancing operational efficiency, traceability, resource management, and food safety. Innovation strengthens collaboration among supply chain actors and accelerates the adoption of environmentally friendly practices. However, challenges remain regarding infrastructure readiness, resistance to technology adoption, and collaboration. Therefore, the strategic utilization of innovation and technology holds potential to accelerate digital transformation and enhance the resilience and sustainability of the agrifood system. This study highlights that the utilization of technology and innovation in supply chain management drives sustainability transformation in the agrifood industry. However, the success requires improved human resource capacity, adequate infrastructure, and strong synergy among actors. Supportive policies, increased investment in infrastructure—particularly in rural areas—and strengthened collaboration are essential to ensure an inclusive and sustainable digital transformation within SSCM.Industri agrifood menghadapi tantangan kompleks dalam menciptakan rantai pasok yang berkelanjutan, termasuk kerusakan produk, tingginya tingkat limbah pangan, dan tekanan terhadap sumber daya alam. Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) menjadi pendekatan strategis yang mengintegrasikan aspek ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi inovasi dan teknologi digital terhadap dimensi ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial dalam implementasi SSCM pada industri agrifood melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 67 publikasi ilmiah terkini (2020–2025) dari database Scopus dan ScienceDirect. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inovasi berorientasi keberlanjutan seperti pertanian presisi, teknologi pertanian hijau, dan pendekatan kolaboratif berperan penting dalam mentransformasi rantai pasok konvensional menjadi lebih efisien, inklusif, dan adaptif. Teknologi seperti blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, ketertelusuran, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan keamanan pangan. Inovasi juga memainkan peran penting dalam memperkuat kolaborasi antar pelaku rantai pasok dan mempercepat adopsi praktik ramah lingkungan. Ketiga dimensi keberlanjutan ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial mendapatkan manfaat nyata dari penerapan teknologi dalam SSCM. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan dalam hal kesiapan infrastruktur, resistensi adopsi teknologi, dan kebutuhan kolaborasi lintas sektor. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan teknologi dan inovasi secara strategis berpotensi mempercepat transformasi digital yang mendukung ketahanan dan keberlanjutan sistem agrifood
Perceived Value and Purchase Intention Among Young Adults Perfume Consumers: A Mixed-Method Exploration
Background: The cosmetics industry including perfume was one of the industries that contributed to the economy in Indonesia (3.83% in the first quarter of 2023). This made the perfume industry a worthy field to discuss. Purpose: The objective of this study is to see the influence of dimensions of perceived value on the intention to purchase perfume X in young adults. Design/methodology/approach: The research design used was a mixed method. The online survey was conducted with 217 early adulthood (18-25 years). Quantitative data analysis used PLS SEM. Qualitative data was obtained by interviewing 24 respondentsFinding/Result: In study 1, it was found that social and emotional perceived value have an influence on the intention to buy product X. Based on study 2, it was found that the emergence of certain memories or nostalgia and the influence of friends and praise from people closest to them were important. Conclusion: In the context of teenagers and non-luxury perfumes, emotional and social perceived value are important because they will be related to purchase intentions. Originality/value (State of the art): In this study, it was found that social and emotional perceived value are important things related to purchase intention, while quality and price have no influence.

Exploring The Role of The Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Fostering Innovation in Youth Entrepreneurship in South Africa: A Literature Review
Background: Heightened by the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), innovation was increasingly becoming significant in entrepreneurship. Moreover, according to Schumpeterian entrepreneurship, innovation was equivalent to a profit. Thus, it was imperative to investigate the extent to which entrepreneurial ecosystems promoted innovation in youth entrepreneurship.Purpose: This study investigates the role of entrepreneurial ecosystems in promoting innovation in youth entrepreneurship in South Africa.Design/methodology/approach: A literature review study based on a collection of relevant literature from online databases was conducted. Literature from 2015 to 2025 was considered to analyze and synthesize the literature on youth entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Findings/Result: Findings from the review of literature indicate that inadequate infrastructure development and funding, gaps in policy implementation and entrepreneurship education hinder innovation in youth entrepreneurship.Conclusion: This study recommends creative entrepreneurship education, a National Youth Innovation Fund, local innovation hubs, and local government intervention to enhance innovation in youth entrepreneurship in South Africa. Drawing from the Triple Helix model, the government, industry, and universities should collaborate to fund innovative business ventures, mentor creative youth entrepreneurs, and offer innovative entrepreneurship education. This study recommends empirical research on the South African entrepreneurial ecosystem, focusing on rural and township areas.Originality/value (State of the art): This article synthesizes the literature on youth entrepreneurship and innovation to inform diverse stakeholders of the current state of knowledge, key trends, research gaps, and directions for future research.

Developing a Decision Tree Algorithm for Detecting Agroforestry and Monoculture Coffee Plantations Using Landsat 8 Imagery: A Case Study inBandung Regency, Indonesia
Kopi arabika merupakan komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia, yang memiliki potensi pengembangan yang besar dengan menggunakan sistem penanaman agroforestri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan algoritma pohon keputusan dengan mengkombinasikan variabel spektral yang berasal dari citra Landsat 8 dan variabel sosio-geo-biofisik. Variabel yang dikaji meliputi citra sintetis dan faktor sosio-geo-fisik, seperti elevasi, kemiringan lereng, jarak dari jalan dan sungai, jarak dari permukiman, kepadatan penduduk, jarak dari desa, dan peta tutupan lahan yang ada. Algoritma decision tree machine learning (DTML) dikembangkan untuk mendeteksi distribusi spasial penanamn kopi agroforestri dan kopi monokultur di Kabupaten Bandung. Parameter pohon keputusan yang diuji untuk mengidentifikasi bobot masing-masing variabel adalah gain ratio, information gain, dan gini indeks. Sementara itu, metode brute force diterapkan untuk memilih variabel yang paling signifikan dalam model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling signifikan untuk mengidentifikasi agroforestry dan monokultur kopi adalah kombinasi dari variabel spektral, biogeofisik, dan tutupan lahan, dengan kriteria terbaik adalah information gain. Penggunaan peta penggunaan dan tutupan lahan yang ada merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam model. Dalam konteks ini, akurasi keseluruhan (OA) yang diperoleh adalah 84,65%, dengan akurasi kappa (KA) sebesar 82,60%.Data on the potential of coffee commodities in Bandung Regency is still mixed with data on other commodities. Therefore, the study aims to develop an algorithm that provides accurate spatial information through maps for both coffee plantations in agroforestry and monoculture systems. This study integrates the data derived from remotely sensed data and data derived using socio-geobiophysical aspects, such as elevation, slope, distance from the road and rivers, proximity of the settlements, population density, proximity of villages, and a visually-based land-use-land cover map. The importance value for each variable was computed using several criteria, such as information gain, Gini index, and gain ratio. Meanwhile, the brute force method was applied to select the most significant variables in the model. The study found that the most significant variables for identifying coffee agroforestry and monoculture were ARVI, EVI, GARI, NRGI, and VDVI, as well as DEM, slope, proximity to roads, and visual-based LULC, using the criterion of information gain. The use of existing land-use and cover maps was the most influential variable in the model. The algorithm achieved an overall accuracy (OA) of 84.65% and a kappa accuracy (KA) of 82.60%. Based on overall accuracy and high kappa accuracy, the maps produced facilitate local governments and cooperatives in planning specific interventions for coffee-producing areas, supporting policies related to sustainable agriculture, climate-smart agroforestry expansion, and supply chain traceability
Pemberdayaan Komunitas Wanita Tani dalam Mendukung Desa Songgon sebagai Sentra Durian di Kabupaten Banyuwangi
Songgon is known as a favorite durian-producing village in Banyuwangi Regency. However, in the last 3 years, durian farmers have been suffering because they failed to experience a bumper harvest. The purpose of this service is to initiate the restoration of the image of Songgon Village as the center of Banyuwangi durian through the provision of quality local Songgon durian seeds. The partner of this community service is the wives of farmers in the village or also called Wanita Tani. Community service methods was using counseling and educational methods, along with training in seedling cultivation skills, followed by assistance in seedling care. A series of activities carried out include: 1) Increasing financial literacy to Women Farmers so that in the future they can face crises if crop failure recurs in the future; 2) Empowerment of farm women in terms of producing rootstocks (durian seedlings from seeds) for side income of Farm Women during the service activities; 3) Grafting training with rootstocks that have been produced and the scion comes from the local durian of each farmer\u27s garden; The results of the activity are introduction people about financial literacy for the target group; Increased skills in the form of the ability to produce seeds independently; As well as the formation of a community with one of the inventories in the form of a planting hole maker that can be rented out to durian farmers in Songgon Village. Penerapan Teknologi Pengering Terowongan Hohenheim Aceh pada Kelompok Wirausaha Adee Thoe Ajee
The business of processing simplicia and dried spices has challenged prospects to be developed in Aceh. Simplicia can be used as herbal medicine while dried spices are always needed in various daily cooking recipes by the community. This community service aimed to build a business for a group of young women in Ajee Cut Village, Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency, named UKM Adee Thoe Ajee (UKM ATA) for producing simplicia and dried spices with the application of solar tunnel dryer type Hohenheim Aceh. The methods applied were focus group discussion, preparation, field school, dissemination, and ongoing assistance. The outcomes of the program were 1 unit of Hohenheim Aceh tunnel dryer, 1 unit of Android thermal printer, 1 unit of grinder at capacity of 500g, 1 package of production facilities, and raw materials for production. About 2 trainings were conducted including digital business management training, and production management training with the application of technology which were held in form of field school and dissemination. Those activities have also been published on YouTube channel of university (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGmw-XMhjII&t=51) as well as through daily newspaper Serambi Indonesia in both offline and online version on 23 December, 2024 (https://aceh.tribunnews.com/2024/12/23/usk-bantu-ukm-ata-mesin-pengeringan). The products produced by UKM ATA were simplicia, and various powders of ginger, curcuma and red chili. Mentoring is carried out during the program and evaluation is carried out through the Qasir application.
