Marketing Communication Strategy of Certified Superior Seeds in the Oil Palm Seed Enlargement Industry (Elaeis guineensis) in CV. Tenera of Penajam Paser Utara Regency
This study aims to find out and analyze the marketing communication strategy of Certified superior seed CV. Tenera in the Oil Palm Seed Enlargement Industry (Elaeis guineensis) in Penajam Paser Utara Regency.
The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis using content analysis.
The results showed that out of eight marketing communication strategies, only two were implemented by CV. Tenera, which is direct marketing and word-of-mouth marketing. Meanwhile, advertising, personal selling, public relations and publicity have not been implemented The main inhibiting factors that affect the implementation of all strategies are limited advertising and promotion, limited personal selling and limited public relations, this is due to the pattern of planning and execution in marketing communication strategy CV. Tenera uses a top down marketing communication strategy. All control lies with the president director, Mr. Adi Paimanais. On the other hand, there are supporting factors that contribute to the success of CV. Tenera marketing communication strategies. Among others, budget availability, consumer readiness to buy products, the existence of competitors and media availability preferences. In addition, CV. Tenera is committed to providing a guarantee until harvest in addition to certified superior seeds. This research provides recommendations for CV Tenera Companies. to consider developing a more holistic and optimal marketing communication strategy in overcoming obstacles and utilizing the advantages of supporting factors that already exists
The Effect of Ease of use and Information Quality on Online Purchase Decisions at Garnier Men Official Store in Lazada
This study aims to see the effect of ease of use and quality of information on online purchasing decisions at the Garnier men official store at Lazada. The decision to buy online is currently determined by various things, one of which is ease of use. With the ease of use of the website or application, it will make it easier for consumers to buy products. A good quality website will be easy to use and accessible to consumers. The information content on the site includes text, images, graphics, layout, sound, motion and making the right content decisions is very important for the design of related sites to be made as effectively as possible. This study uses quantitative research with the nature of explanatory research. To prove the hypothesis, the writer uses descriptive method and causal method. The results of this method can be used to prove hypotheses and causation between two or more variables in this study.The coefficient of determination between ease of use and quality of information on impulse purchases is 0.512. The regression equation is Y = 3.661 + 0.473 X1 + 0.522 X2. The results of the descriptive statistics show that the average for hedonic shopping motivation agrees. The results of descriptive statistics show that the average for ease of use, quality of information is agreed and impulse buying is agreed. The conclusion of this study is that ease of use has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Information Quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Ease of use and quality of information have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions
Analysis of the Influence of Motivation, Human Resource Development, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Work Discipline at PT Panca Niaga Jaya Lestari Kisaran
This research aimed to investigate the influence of work motivation, human resource development, and job satisfaction on employee work discipline at PT Panca Niaga Jaya Lestari Kisaran. The population of this research comprised all non-managerial employees, totaling 89 individuals. The sample size was also 89 respondents, employing the saturated sampling technique. The research was conducted in the year 2024. This research used primary quantitative data collected through the distribution of questionnaires and processed using SPSS 24.0 with a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results indicated that work motivation, HR development, and job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, had a positive and significant effect on work discipline at PT Panca Niaga Jaya Lestari Kisaran. Work motivation emerged as the most dominant variable influencing work discipline, with a regression value of 0.459 and a t-value of 5.593. Approximately 90.4% of employee work discipline could be explained and derived from work motivation, HR development, and job satisfaction, while the remaining percentage was influenced by other factors. Work discipline had a very strong/close relationship with work motivation, HR development, and job satisfaction
Quality of Life of Elderly Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis Therapy in a Hemodialysis Unit
Patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy who have poor quality of life tend to have higher mortality rates compared to the normal population. Quality of life can be an important measure in evaluating the effectiveness of hemodialysis; therefore, improving quality of life is a significant goal in managing patients with Chronic Kidney Disease. Generally, the quality of life of the elderly declines due to decreased physical and psychological abilities. This study aims to assess the quality of life of elderly patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Hemodialysis Unit of GMIM Bethesda Hospital in Tomohon. A quantitative descriptive research method was employed with 20 respondents. The results indicate that 18 respondents (90%) reported good quality of life, while 2 respondents (10%) reported moderate quality of life. It is recommended that nurses in the Hemodialysis Unit provide increased support, especially for elderly patients, to enhance their quality of life during therapy
Internal Quality Control on Leukocyte Count at UPTD Health Laboratory, Sleman, DIY
Background: Hematology analyzers (HA) are used for automated leukocyte counts, but are subject to errors if nucleated erythrocytes, fibrin precipitation, or prolonged sample sitting are present. Quality control is required to ensure accuracy of results. The clinical laboratory of the UPTD Health Laboratory of Sleman Regency, DIY has carried out quality control but has not involved Levey-Jennings control charts and six sigma analysis. This study aims to determine the internal quality assurance of the analytical stage of the HA device in the examination of leukocyte counts in that laboratory.
Methods: This type of research is a descriptive study with the subject of the HA Sysmex XP-100 tool. The variables of this study are data from the quality control results of automatic leukocyte count examination in February-March 2024. Data analysis includes calculation of six sigma values, creation of Levey-Jennings control charts and evaluation using westgard rules.
Results: The results showed that the examination of the number of leukocytes with the HA tool had an accuracy of 99.45% and a precision of 98.49%, while for the evaluation of the Levey-Jennings graph with the westgard rule at the normal level control, there was a rule of 12s on day 3 and 13s on day 6. Six sigma analysis shows that the performance of the tool for examining the number of leukocytes is at world class level with an average sigma value of 12.42.
Conclusion: This Based on the results, it can be concluded that the examination of leukocyte counts with the HA Sysmex XP-100 at the Sleman Regency Health Laboratory UPTD, DIY has an accuracy of 99.45% and a precision of 98.49%. Evaluation of the Levey-Jennings control chart and Six Sigma analysis showed world-class performance, indicating that this tool provides excellent performance and meets international quality standards.

Basically, the Prosecutor's Office is a state law enforcement tool, protector and protector of society, obliged to maintain the rule of law. The Prosecutor's Office thus acts as a law enforcer. The prosecutor's office is the only state institution which is a government apparatus that has the authority to delegate criminal cases, prosecute perpetrators of criminal acts in court and carry out decisions and decisions of criminal judges. This power is a characteristic of the prosecutor's office that differentiates other law enforcement institutions or bodies. In the criminal justice system, there is a prosecution sub-system carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia. The prosecutor has an important role in the trial and it is the prosecutor who is authorized by law to carry out prosecutions as a public prosecutor who acts on behalf of the State in carrying out his duties and authority. In the realm of criminal law, the prosecutor's office has a very urgent role and also has a role and authority which is confirmed in Article 30C of Law Number 11 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Law Number 16 of 2004 concerning the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia
Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi Pada Pekerjaan Jalan Di Sulawesi Tengah Dengan Menggunakan Metode Regresi Linier Sederhana
Penelitian ini berdasarkan kepada latar belakang masalah bahwa Estimasi biaya adalah upaya yang dilakukan dalam memprediksi nilai suatu proyek melalui analisis statistik berdasarkan pengalaman serta informasi yang diperoleh pada proyek terdahulu dan bermanfaat bagi seseorang yang berperan sebagai estimator pada pihak pemilik proyek, kontraktor dan konsultan. Kesalahan dalam membuat estimasi biaya sering dilakukan seorang estimator, hal ini disebabkan oleh pengalaman serta informasi seorang estimator yang sangat sedikit. Ketidaktepatan di dalam melakukan estimasi biaya dapat mengakibatkan efisiensi proyek konstruksi jadi terganggu yang menjadi penyebab utama timbulnya kerugian dan hasil yang kurang optimal, bahkan siklus proyek dapat terhenti.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model persamaan regresi linier sederhana sehingga dapat membantu seorang estimator dalam menggunakan formulasi tersebut sebagai pembanding dalam estimasi yang dilakukan untuk memprediksi biaya pembangunan konstruksi jalan sehingga mendekati biaya yang sebenarnya dan mempercepat proses dalam menghitung estimasi biaya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana, korelasi dan uji linieritas. Korelasi digunakan untuk mengetahui keeratan hubungan antara variabel terikat dan variabel bebas, uji linieritas digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah garis regresi antara variabel X dan Y membentuk garis linier atau tidak sedangkan regresi linier sederhana digunakan untuk mendapatkan persamaan antara variabel bebas (X) dan variabel terikat (Y). hasil dari pemodelan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 18.582.772,26 + 2.11 X, di mana Y adalah variabel total biaya pekerjaan dan X3 adalah variabel item pekerjaan/divisi VI perkerasan aspal dengan tingkat akurasi 86.92%
Factors Affecting Treatment Adherence Among Patients with Tuberculosis in Indonesia: Literature Review
Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) is the leading cause of death from infectious diseases in the world and Indonesia is the second largest contributor to TB cases after India. Treatment adherence problems are a major obstacle to TB elimination. The purpose of this Literature Review is to determine the factors that affect treatment adherence among TB patients in Indonesia.
Methods: Literature obtained from Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar; published from 2018 – 2023, research from reputable international journals and from national journals at least with SINTA 3, located in Indonesia. Indonesian and English with full text of all types of research designs. Article selection was carried out using the method "Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques.
Results: A total of 225 articels were deemed appropriate for the topic, but only 15 articles were included based on inclusion criteria. It was found that there are several factors that affect treatment adherence in tuberculosis patients in Indonesia, namely: predisposing factors as many as 11 articles (age, education, occupation, knowledge, self-efficacy, concordance, health behavior, motivation, marital status, income level, drug side effects, already feeling cured, and duration of treatment). Reinforcing factors as many as 2 articles (family support). Enabling factors as many as 5 articles (the role of officers, reminder SMS messages from officers, health counseling, and distance of residence to health services).
Conclusion: The most dominant factor affecting treatment adherence among tuberculosis patients in Indonesia is the Predesposising factors, namely education and sefl-efficacy
Influence of Social Determinants of Health Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at Undata Hospital, Palu
Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the effect of social determinants of health service quality on patient’s satisfaction at Undata Regional Public Hospital.
Methods: The sample consists of 97 inpatients who were treated for at least 2x24 hours. The data analysis technique is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with data analysis tools using SmartPLS software version 3.
Results: The results show that the social dimensions of access and quality of education, access to quality health services, and economic stability have no significant effect on service quality. In the dimension of social and community, environmental development influences service quality. Service quality has a significant impact on satisfaction. Access and quality of education, access and quality of health services, social and community context, economic stability have no effect on satisfaction, and the dimension of environmental development influences satisfaction. In the dimensions of access and quality of education, access and quality of health services, economic stability through service quality as an intervening variable has no significant effect on satisfaction. The dimensions of social and community and the dimension of environmental development through the quality of service as an intervening variable have a significant effect on satisfaction at Undata Palu Regional Public Hospital. The level of patient’s satisfaction with health services with a community satisfaction survey value is 3,09 or with good service unit performance.
Conclusion: The findings suggest that while some social determinants like education and economic stability do not directly impact service quality or patient satisfaction, factors such as community context and environmental development significantly enhance service quality and satisfaction. These insights underline the importance of a holistic approach to improving healthcare services, focusing on broader social and environmental factors
Family Support for Short-Status Pregnant Women to Prevent Gestational Stunting : Phenomenological Studies
Introduction: Maternal short stature with a height < 150 cm are at risk of giving birth to short babies (body length < 48 cm) Then, so that they become small and small children. The purpose of this study was to analyze family support for short pregnant women in dealing with their pregnancies.
Methods: This study uses a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. The informants in this study were 12 short pregnant women and 9 village midwives. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using the Interpretation of Phenomenology Analysis (IFA).
Results: It is suggested that family support needs to be increased through the participation of community leaders and religious leaders, so that pregnant women can carry out their pregnancies happily and have support from those closest to them and have an impact on the health of the fetus.
