Implications of the Free Curriculum and PMM Digitalization Policy on the Decline of Teacher and Student Quality (A Study using Max Horkheimer's Critical Social Theory Approach)
This study aims to gather information on the decline in the quality of teachers and students as a result of the Free Curriculum policy, using Max Horkheimer's critical social theory approach. The methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, which will elaborate on data through descriptive statements. Data is obtained through a literature review of previous studies and informants who have implemented this Free Curriculum policy. The findings of this research indicate that the Free Curriculum is part of modernity in the educational aspect. Modernity is a state where all traditionally oriented societal systems are released into an order that implies rationality. The essence of modernization fundamentally encourages embracing change towards improvement in line with the capacity of the surrounding community conditions. Differentiated learning poses new problems and burdens for teachers due to time constraints. The standards to be achieved become biased and unclear. The impact of this policy is that students experience a decline in the quality of understanding the material because it is challenging to meet achievement standards maximally due to diversity in potential and interests. Teachers are not maximally able to provide standardized teaching but are more focused on organizing and designing strategies for this diversity. The role of teachers as facilitators allows limited room to maximize the inculcation of values. Discrimination against teachers through the "teacher mover" program resulting from the Free Curriculum policy has an impact on the opportunities provided, creating discrimination and generating barriers and comparisons between participating and non-participating teachers

This research is a type of quantitative research. The respondents in this research were 100 consumers who shopped at PT Segar Harum Kalimantan Bontang Branch. Data was processed using SPSS version 16.0. The results were tested using multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and R2 test. In multiple linear regression testing, it was obtained that Y= 20.179 + 0.176X1 + 0.270X2. F calculation shows a value of 148.349 with a significance level of 0.000. Meanwhile, the F table value is 3.09. This shows that the calculated F value is > F table, namely 148.349 > 3.09 and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05. Testing the tcount value for the price perception variable (X1) is greater than the ttable value (9.395 > 1.984) with a significance level below 0.05, namely 0.000. Meanwhile, the tcount value for the product completeness variable (X2) is greater than the ttable value (13.955 > 1.984) with a significance level below 0.05, namely 0.000. The obtained value of R Square = 0.754 = 75.4%. This means that the independent variables price perception and product completeness together influence the dependent variable sales of goods by 74.9% and the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.

The Relationship of Exposure to PM 10 and PM 2.5 Dust with Respiratory Disorders in Lime Stone Mining Workers: Literature Review
Introduction:Karst areas are natural formations formed from carbonate rocks such as limestone and chalk over thousands of years, storing biological and non-biological resources. Although limestone quarries provide an economic source of income, their impact on the environment and health is often negative, especially through air pollution by particulates such as PM10 and PM2.5. Lime dust can cause lung problems, eye irritation and respiratory system problems, especially for lime mine workers. The limestone industry generally operates informally, often ignoring health and safety protections.
Objective: To analyze the relationship between exposure to PM 10 and PM 2.5 dust with respiratory disorders in limestone mining workers.
Method: Literature review from various studies and journals relevant to the research objectives over the last 10 years.
Results: There is a relationship between length of work, age, smoking, and history of illness with respiratory disorders in limestone mine workers.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between exposure to PM 10 and PM 2.5 dust and respiratory disorders in limestone mining workers
