Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan video pembelajaran berbasis teknologi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel frekuensi penggunaan, jenis video, serta durasi dan interaktivitas video memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dalam konteks penelitian ini, kemudahan akses teknologi dan lingkungan belajar tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, khususnya penggunaan video, dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan minat siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya perancangan konten video yang berkualitas dan penggunaan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mengoptimalkan hasil belajar siswa. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan praktik pendidikan dan kebijakan yang mendukung penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan

No full textTujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Financial Literacy, Personal Interest, dan Faktor Lingkungan terhadap kesadaran Mahasiswa dalam Berinvestasi di pasar Modal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada mahasiswa jurusan manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas Muhammadiyah palu. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 responden. Penelitian ini dibantu dengan alat statistik berupa software SPSS 20. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, validitas, dan reliabilitas. Metode Analisis Menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. No full textStrategi digitalisasi program siaran merupakan langkah penting bagi stasiun radio untuk tetap relevan dan bersaing di era digital saat ini. Penelitian ini mengkaji “Strategi Digitalisasi Program Siaran I Radio 98.3 FM Medan Dalam Mempertahankan Pendengar”. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan strategi digital program siaran I Radio 98.3 FM Medan dalam era digital. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan teori Peter K. Pringle. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi digitalisasi program siaran I Radio 98.3 FM Medan dalam mempertahankan pendengar di Kota Medan. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik analisis data interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajidan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa I Radio 98.3 FM Medan telah berhasil mengimplementasikan beberapa strategi digitalisasi yang efektif, termasuk interaksi aktif dengan pendengar melalui media sosial, pengawasan rutin serta evaluasi kinerja program siaran sehingga dapat mempertahankan pendengarnya di Kota Medan
Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance on Business Performance at PT Delitech Indojaya Lestari Medan
No full textCorporate social responsibility has become integrated into business practices now as firms need corporates social responsibility if they want to keep up with the competition around them. The implementation of corporate social responsibility policies could then be argued to be a give and take act, where firms need to give something to society around them if they wanted to be able to take the benefits that are associated with them. The development of business competition today is very sharp and complex, therefore the management of a company must have a better strategy in a more complete, faster way so that management can make decisions quickly and accurately. In achieving company goals and attracting consumer buying interest to use production from the company, companies need to hold various promotional policies that are considered to support the sale of these products. In order to generate a sustainable profit, companies have to first complete their basic obligations which is obligations towards the stakeholders. This is because generating sustainable profit is only possible when a good corporate image is built. It makes companies more accountable and transparent to investors and gives them the tools to respond to stakeholder concerns. Corporate governance also contributes to development by helping facilitate new investment, access to capital, and long-term sustainability for firms, leading to economic growth and increased employment opportunities across markets. Corporate governance frameworks benefit firms through greater access to financing, lower cost of capital, better performance and more favorable treatment of all stakeholders. Regression analysis is used to perform regression on the relationships between the variable so as to understand the relationship between variable. In the regression model, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance are determined to predict business performance in equation Y= 3.568 + 0.380 X1 + 0.294X2. These results describes that a unit increase in corporate social responsibility has impact for maintaining business performance in amount of 0.379 unit and a unit increase in corporate social responsibility has impact for maintaining business performance in amount of 0.294 unit. In Z test, the Z count is 8.46. The alternative hypothesis is accepted and null hypothesis is rejected because Z count (8.46) is higher than Z table (1.96). This means that the corporate social responsibility has significant impact on business performance in PT Delitech Indojaya Lestari. It can be concluded from z test that the corporate social responsibility will significantly explain business performance. In Z test, the Z count is 8.45. The alternative hypothesis is accepted and null hypothesis is rejected because Z count (8.45) is higher than Z table (1.96). This means that the corporate governance has significant impact on business performance in PT Delitech Indojaya Lestari. It can be concluded from z test that the corporate governance will significantly explain business performance
Empowerment of Religious Values in Controlling Divorce Rates in Parepare City (Analysis of the Role of Religious Institutions)
No full textThe aim of this research is to describe the factors that influence the high divorce rate in Parepare City. Next, it provides an analysis of religious relations in response to the high divorce rate and the role of religious institutions in minimizing the occurrence of divorce in Parepare City.
This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research with a field research style with a phenomenological approach which is useful for exploring the factors that influence the high divorce rate in Parepare City as well as religious relations and the role of religious institutions in minimizing the divorce rate in Parepare City. The primary data source for this research was obtained from direct interviews with religious institutions in Parepare City.
The research results show: 1). Several factors for the high divorce rate in Parepare City are due to domestic violence, then other factors are also due to a person's level of education in married life, and the factor of not fulfilling a living both physically and mentally and a factor in the occurrence of divorce is a person's low religious values. 2). Divorce law is something that requires clear causes and conditions regarding the time the divorce occurred. Because if a divorce is carried out without any particular reason and without paying attention to the conditions or time of the divorce, the divorce may not be carried out. Divorce from a religious perspective is something that can definitely happen as a result of marriage, but divorce is the thing that is most hated by Allah and His Messenger. 3). The role of religious institutions in Parepare City in reducing the high divorce rate is by optimizing the function of the BP4 institution which plays a role as an educational, consultative and marriage empowerment institution. Apart from that, the BP4 institution also provides competent staff such as expert advisors and religious instructors who are expected to be able to carry out their roles in broadcasting religious messages in accordance with the beliefs of those they train

No full texthis research aims to determine the application of the TGT strategy in Islamic Religious Education learning. To determine the increase in student learning outcomes in class VIII Islamic Religious Education learning at SMP IT Wildan Mamuju. And to find out the effectiveness of the TGT strategy in improving student learning outcomes in class VIII Islamic Religious Education learning at SMP IT Wildan Mamuju. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used is quasi experimental design research. The population in this study was all 63 class VIII students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was class VIII B which was divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 16 people and the control group of 13 people. The research instruments used were observation and tests (pre test and post test) with data collection techniques being observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the application of the TGT strategy can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII PAI learning at SMP IT Wildan Mamuju. This is proven by the Paired Samples T Test (T test), which obtained a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the pre-test and post-test data. Judging from the results of descriptive statistics in the Paired sample t test, the average (mean) value of the pre-test learning results was 52.5000, while the average (mean) value of the post-test learning results was 78.1875. This shows that the post test learning results are greater than the pre test learning results in the experimental group, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the TGT type cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class VIII PAI Learning at SMP IT Wildan Mamuju

Zakat, which is not at all an act of charity or a voluntary act with good intentions on the part of the giver, is an obligation on the person who pays it. It is the right of the people who need it. By giving zakat, a Muslim and Muslim woman means cleaning up their income and wealth. When the poor take it, they know that they bear no obligation to the giver. The aims and objectives of this research are to provide benefits both theoretically and practically theoretically, namely to enrich and develop the study of legal science in general and especially in Islamic science. Providing references for further researchers and additional library materials for anyone who needs them. Meanwhile, in practical terms, this is to be able to increase knowledge as well as one of the requirements for passing Master's studies and getting an MH degree. And it is hoped that they will be able to understand the legal position of online zakat from a fiqhi perspective. The results of this research show that Zakat is an obligatory worship for Muslims who have assets that meet the mandatory zakat requirements. If the management of zakat payments is carried out optimally, it can become a social instrument to overcome the problem of poverty and unequal income distribution in Indonesia. No full textRegulation of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance at the Ministry of Religion Number 379 of 2018 instructs that every man and woman who wishes to get married must follow marriage guidance organized by the Ministry of Religion and accredited Islamic religious organizations. Certain laws will be replaced by new laws in the future, which will then be known as Nasakh Mansukh. This thesis discusses the implications of Nasikh Mansukh for the implementation of the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 379 of 2018 concerning Marriage Guidance to Prevent Divorce. The results of this research show that the implementation of marriage guidance (Bimwin) in Panca Rijang District, Sidrap Regency for prospective brides and grooms in creating a sakinah family. Nasikh Mansukh's implications for the implementation of Islamic Guidance Regulation No. 379/2018 regarding marriage guidance does not have Nasikh Mansukh, but rather complements and strengthens the previous regulations and can be said to be bayan taqrir
Investigating English Teachers’ Understanding of English Language Assessment at UPT SMA Negeri 1 Parepare
No full textThere are instances where teachers encounter confusion when distinguishing between the terms of assessment, test, evaluation and examination. Moreover, the teachers' understanding of these terms also plays a critical role for students. Based on the reasons above, this research aimed to describe the English teachers’ understanding of English language assessment and how the teachers assess the students’ work.
The research was conducted at UPT SMA Negeri 1 Parepare. There were five English teachers as research subjects. The research method used qualitative design. The data collected through interview. The interview results were transcribed, then analyzed qualitatively by reducing data based on the research questions. The data that has been reduced is then converted into narrative text, making it easy to understand. The last was making conclusion and suggestion based on the data obtained.
The research findings revealed that, there were differences and similarities in the understanding. Four teachers showed differences, with only one teacher had relevant understanding toward the assessment understanding. The other four teachers, in addition to assessment understanding, also had understanding relevant to instructional, subject matter, and pedagogical. The data indicated that Assessment understanding was the most dominant among the five teachers, suggesting that all the teachers were able to differentiate testing, examination, and evaluation. Furthermore, the teachers prioritized their assessment in learning to students by using a variety of assessment methods such as daily tests, semester exams, attitude assessments, as well as group activities and projects to enhance students confidence and encourage active learning in the classroom
