Peran Financial Technology (FinTech) dalam Meningkatkan Inklusi Keuangan di Indonesia: The Role of Financial Technology (FinTech) in Increasing Financial Inclusion in Indonesia
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran Financial Technology (FinTech) dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan di Indonesia pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik studi literatur, mengacu pada berbagai sumber akademik, laporan resmi, serta data dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Asosiasi FinTech Indonesia (AFTECH). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FinTech memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan dengan memperluas akses terhadap layanan keuangan, terutama bagi masyarakat yang belum terjangkau oleh sistem perbankan konvensional. Layanan seperti: P2P lending, pembayaran digital, investasi online, dan asuransi digital telah membantu meningkatkan akses keuangan dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi digital. Data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 101 perusahaan P2P lending berizin OJK dan 366 perusahaan FinTech yang beroperasi di berbagai sektor keuangan di Indonesia. Namun, masih terdapat berbagai tantangan yang perlu diatasi, termasuk rendahnya literasi keuangan, infrastruktur digital yang belum merata, serta keamanan data pengguna. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, diperlukan regulasi yang ketat, peningkatan edukasi keuangan, serta kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan pelaku industri. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa FinTech memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung inklusi keuangan di Indonesia. Dengan regulasi yang tepat dan edukasi yang lebih luas, FinTech dapat menjadi solusi utama dalam membangun ekosistem keuangan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan
Penanganan Data Integrity Dalam Object Relation Database Management System
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan teknologi ORDBMS dalam manajemen integritas data serta implikasi dari implementasi teknologi tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, fakta sebagai pertimbangan dasar dalam implementasi teknologi ini dikumpulkan. Pendekatan ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerapan teknologi ORDBMS dengan membandingkannya dengan RDBMS. Aspek perbandingannya adalah perbedaan pada manajemen integritas data dan pengaruh implementasi ini terhadap waktu eksekusi. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa ORDBMS memiliki beberapa angka yang tidak sesuai dengan peran normalisasi seperti atribut multinilai, tabel bersarang, tipe data yang ditentukan pengguna, dan pewarisan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pengaruh penerapan angka-angka ini terhadap integritas data dan kinerja basis data
The Phenomenon of Unregistered Marriages Due to Rejection of Marriage Dispensation: Study of the Enrekang Religious Court and KUA Kec. Baroque
The general aim of this research is to find out the reality/phenomenon of unregistered marriages in the district. Baroko, To find out the judge's considerations in rejecting requests for marriage dispensation at the Religious Court and KUA District Determination. Baroko, and to find out legal responsibility for marriage dispensations in Kec. Baroque. This type of research is qualitative research carried out at the Enrekang Religious Court and KUA District. Baroque. The main instruments of this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research results show that first; The reality/phenomenon of marriage is not recorded in Kec. Baroko, namely unregistered marriages in Baroko District, illustrates a complex social phenomenon, where a number of couples choose not to officially register their marriages. This phenomenon reflects various factors, ranging from a lack of understanding of the importance of marriage registration, administrative obstacles, to economic and social factors that influence individual decisions. The consequences of unregistered marriages can impact the legal rights of spouses and their children, as well as hinder access to public services and legal protection, secondly; The judge's consideration in rejecting the application for marriage dispensation in the Religious Court and KUA District Determination. Baroko, namely the judge's considerations in rejecting requests for marriage dispensation at the Religious Court and KUA District. Baroko is based on the insufficiency of legal reasons, evidence, and fulfillment of the requirements stipulated by law. The judge assesses whether the application meets the best interests of the child and is in accordance with applicable legal norms, and thirdly; Legal responsibility for marriage dispensation in Kec. Baroko, namely legal responsibility for marriage dispensation in Baroko District includes the obligation to comply with legal requirements stipulated by statutory regulations. Marriage dispensation must be carried out on the basis of strong reasons and compliance with correct administrative procedures. Failure to comply with these provisions can have legal consequences for the parties involved, including protecting children's rights and enforcing legal norms
Ethnopedagogy in the Light of the Philosophy of Science of Islamic Education
Ethnopedagogy is an educational approach that integrates local values, traditions and cultures in the teaching and learning process. It aims to make education more relevant to people's lives and strengthen learners' cultural identity. Relevance to Islamic Education In Islamic education, ethnopedagogy helps connect local cultural values with Islamic teachings. Shaping learners' Islamic character through local traditions, such as gotong royong and deliberation. Instilling spiritual and moral values in the cultural context of the community. Contributions to ethnopedagogy character building in Islamic education are increasing awareness of cultural and Islamic identity. Integrating local wisdom that is in line with Islamic principles, such as harmony with nature and manners. Strengthening Islamic character through cultural and religious role models. Implementation Challenges Indonesia's cultural diversity is complex and diverse. Lack of teacher understanding of the concept of ethnopedagogy. The dominance of the national curriculum which lacks flexibility for local content. Conflict between certain local traditions and Islamic values. Community resistance to the integration of local culture in education. Research Methods This research uses a qualitative approach and literature review, relying on observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and local culture-based data analysis in Islamic education. Conclusion Ethnopedagogy and the philosophy of science of Islamic education complement each other in shaping education that: Values cultural diversity. Build learners' identity based on Islamic values and local culture. Make education more relevant, meaningful and contextual. This approach requires policy support, teacher training, local culture-based teaching materials, and collaboration between stakeholders

In the digital age, resolving copyright disputes has become essential to creating a system that safeguards authors' rights and promotes the expansion of the creative sector. The purpose of this essay is to examine the legal ramifications of settling copyright disputes in the digital age creative business, as well as to pinpoint the difficulties encountered and workable remedies. This study examines the current dispute settlement procedures under Indonesian law using an analytical legal methodology. The study is anticipated to shed more light on how the law handles copyright disputes and make suggestions for enhancing copyright protection online
Evaluation Over the Implementation of the No-Smoking Policy in Pariaman City Transportation Office: A Qualitative Study
Introduction: The Pariaman City Government has tried to reduce the number of smokers and the number of people exposed to cigarette smoke by issuing several policies, one of which is the policy regarding the No Smoking Area (KTR) which is contained in the Pariaman City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2017 concerning No Smoking Areas. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the implementation of the No Smoking Area at the Office of the Transportation Agency of Pariaman City.
Methods: This research uses a qualitative study, with data collection through in-depth interviews and observations with an evaluation study design. The informants of this study were 7 people, namely 2 from the Health Office of Pariaman City and 5 from the Transportation Office of Pariaman City, taken using purposive sampling method.
Results: The result of this study is that the implementation of the implementation of the No Smoking Area (KTR) at the Pariaman City Transportation Office is still not going well. As there are still employees who smoke in the room, there has been uneven socialisation and monitoring from the Health Office for KTR at the Pariaman City Transportation Office, to the lack of strict sanctions for those who violate the rules in the No Smoking Area (KTR).
Conclusion: In conclusion, our study contributes to evaluating implementation of No Smoking Area (KTR) at the Pariaman city Transportation Office. This research provides insights into the implementation of No Smoking Area (KTR) is still not good enough, so it’s necessary to improve the monitoring and evaluation of this program in the the Pariaman city Transportation Office. Future studies should expand the scope of the research site so that it can describe boarder conditions, which in turn will advancing knowledge in the field of health
The Role of Fingerprint-Based Forensic Laboratories in Supporting the Disclosure of Firearms Misuse Cases in the North Sumatra Regional Police Area
The Indonesian National Police Forensic Laboratory plays a crucial role in supporting the disclosure of firearms abuse oriented towards firearm fingerprint analysis. Fingerprints on firearms are one of the most important forensic evidence in criminal investigations. In the context of firearms abuse, fingerprints found on weapons can provide critical information about who has held or used the weapon. This study aims to analyze the role of fingerprint-based forensic laboratories in supporting the disclosure of firearms abuse cases in the North Sumatra Regional Police. The research method uses a qualitative method with a normative legal approach, and data collection is done by conducting interviews with laboratory officers, as well as reviewing documents and case reports. The results of this study conclude that fingerprint analysis on firearms, bullets, and cartridges allows for the identification of perpetrators in a scientific and accurate manner. Then, there are several obstacles that affect the role of firearm fingerprint-based forensic laboratories in the North Sumatra Regional Police, namely the challenges in managing evidence that may be damaged or contaminated, as well as the need for technological and technical updates even though the facilities at the North Sumatra Regional Police Bidlabfor are complete. In addition, the lack of coordination between the forensic laboratory and the investigation unit can slow down the examination and analysis process
The Effect of Simulation Education on Knowledge About Basic Life Support (BLS) Skills in the Amateur Football Player Community in Donoyudan Village
Basic Life Support (BLS) is the initial treatment for patients who experience cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest or airway obstruction. BLS includes several skills that can be taught to anyone, namely recognizing sudden cardiac arrest, activating the emergency response system, performing initial cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). The aim of the research was to analyze the effect of simulation education on knowledge about basic life support skills (BLS) in the amateur football player community in Donoyudan Village. This research was quasi-experimental research. The research design used was a one group pre-test-posttest pre-experiment design. The population was all amateur football players in Donoyudan Village totaling of 22 people using a total sampling technique and the instrument used was a questionnaire with the Wilcoxon test data analysis technique. The results showed that the majority of the adult category was 12 respondents (54.5%), the majority had a high school education as many as 20 respondents (90.9%), unemployed as many as 10 respondents (45.5%) and 10 respondents (45.5%) had sufficient knowledge before and had good knowledge about Basic Life Support (BLS) after. It can be concluded that there is an effect of simulation education on knowledge about basic life support skills (BLS) in the amateur football players community in Donoyudan Village with a p value of (0.000)
Emotional Burnout and Mental Health Predictors Among Female Preschool Teachers
Introduction: Preschool teacher profession with the work demands of preschool female teachers with diverse characters is a challenge and a source of pressure that can lead to poor mental health and job burnout. This study was conducted to analyse factors associated with mental health and subjective job burnout.
Methods: A cross-sectional study involving 37 female early childhood teachers in Semarang. Data were collected using a structured Google Form-based questionnaire containing questions regarding work capacity, such as age, weight, height, tenure, and marital status and analysed with descriptive statistics and chi-square test.
Results: Most preschool female teachers experienced mental health 59.5% and subjective job burnout 37.8%. The results of the relationship test explained that there was a relationship between tenure and mental health (p=0.013).
Conclusion: We showed that tenure of preschool female teachers is significantly associated with mental health. The provision of mental health management and fatigue prevention education are needed for both new and experienced teachers
METODE CERAMAH DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM (KEUNTUNGAN DAN KETERBATASANNYA)
Metode ceramah merupakan salah satu pendekatan klasik yang paling sering digunakan dalam praktik pendidikan Islam, baik di lembaga formal seperti madrasah dan pesantren, maupun dalam pengajian non-formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara kritis efektivitas penggunaan metode ceramah dalam pendidikan Islam dengan menyoroti keuntungan dan keterbatasan yang melekat pada metode ini. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa metode ceramah memiliki sejumlah keuntungan, antara lain efisiensi waktu, penyampaian materi secara sistematis, serta kemampuan menjangkau peserta didik dalam jumlah besar. Namun demikian, keterbatasan juga muncul, seperti minimnya partisipasi aktif siswa, potensi kejenuhan dalam proses belajar, dan kesulitan dalam mengukur pemahaman peserta didik secara langsung. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode ceramah perlu dipadukan dengan strategi pembelajaran aktif lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam yang holistik. Dengan demikian, pendidikan agama Islam perlu mempertimbangkan konteks, karakteristik peserta didik, serta tujuan pembelajaran dalam menentukan pendekatan yang tepat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai keuntungan dan keterbatasannya dalam penggunaan metode ceramah dalam pendidikan agama islam
