Juridical Review of Debtor Data Dissemination in Online Loan Default Cases
No full textIn general, in online loans, when a default occurs, the creditor will contact all of the debtor's contacts via telephone, SMS, or via the Whatsapp application by spreading the debtor's data. This may be valid if it refers to the legal terms of an agreement as set forth in POJK number 77/POJK.01/2016 because the debtor is considered to have violated the agreement or contract. However, Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (abbreviated as the ITE Law) prohibits anyone who intentionally and without rights distributes electronic information and/or documents containing threats of violence or intimidation. This is in accordance with the mandate of Article 28G paragraph (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which states that: "everyone has the right to personal, family, honor, dignity and property protection under his authority and has the right to feel safe and is entitled to protection from the threat of fear to do or not do something.
 
Integrated Marketing Communication Strategy at the South Sulawesi Culture and Tourism Service to Increase Tourist Visits in the New Normal Era
No full textOne form of alternative tourism that is based on nature conservation and empowerment of local communities is village tourism, where the tourism development process carried out is based on exploring the potential of existing resources in the village along with empowering local communities. On this basis, the Indonesian government has begun to intensify the development of tourist villages since the last decade to address alternative tourism activities. The existence of efforts to develop tourist villages is also motivated by the government's desire to empower and improve the economy of village communities where there are still many villages that have the status of underdeveloped villages. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This is because this research procedure produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. There is a suitability or link between integrated marketing communication strategies and the increase in the number of tourist visits to South Sulawesi after the Covid-19 pandemic. Steps to restore the number of tourist visits to South Sulawesi through organizing tourism events, direct marketing and targeted publications, are the leading steps for the South Sulawesi culture and tourism department to attract tourists to South Sulawesi. Synergy and collaboration from all tourism stakeholders starting from the government, media, business world, universities and communities/society are the keys to the revival of tourism in South Sulawesi

Most of the information systems developed do not take into account the resource limitations faced by small and medium businesses. This research aims to overcome this challenge with a simpler and more cost-effective solution. To expand market reach and promote products, the system will be integrated with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, which are widely used by Butiq Bilqis' target market. Testing is carried out to ensure all system features function properly, including product management, ordering, payment and stock management. By adopting this online sales system, Butiq Bilqis can run its operations more easily and efficiently, increase customer satisfaction and achieve better sales growth
Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru Sekolah Dasar di SD Inpres Bumi Bahari Kota Palu
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan implikasinya terhadap peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Sekolah Dasar Inpres Bumi Bahari Kecamatan Palu Barat Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terhadap informan kepala sekolah dan guru-guru. Data dianalisis secara interaktif dan dilaporkan secara naratif deksriptif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran kepala sekolah meliputi peran manajer, menjadi agen perubahan yang unggul, penentu arah organisasi yang memahami prioritas, menjadi pemimpin profesional, dan inovator bagi lembaga. Keberhasilan sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan tidak bisa lepas dari peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta sumber daya guru yang bermutu, kepala sekolah melalui kepemimpinannya harus dapat memastikan bahwa sumber daya manusia (guru) di dalamnya memiliki kompetensi yang baik sehingga dapat memenuhi visi dan cita-cita yang telah ditetapkan sekolah, oleh sebab itu, kepala sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam hal pengembangan kompetisi guru. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SD Inpres Bumi Bahari Kota Palu berimplikasi pada meningkatnya kompetensi guru-guru di sekolah tersebut.
This research aims to determine the implementation of the Principal's Leadership role and its implications for increasing the Competency of Inpres Bumi Bahari Primary School Teachers, West Palu District, Palu City. This research uses a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews with school principals and teachers as informants. Data is analyzed interactively and reported in a descriptive narrative. This research found that the role of the principal includes the role of a manager, being a superior change agent, determining organizational direction who understands priorities, being a professional leader, and an innovator for the institution. The success of a school in improving the quality of graduates cannot be separated from the leadership role of the principal and quality teacher resources. The principal through his leadership must be able to ensure that the human resources (teachers) within him have good competence so that they can fulfill the vision and ideals set by them. has been determined by the school, therefore, the principal plays an important role in developing teacher competition. Pengembangan Produk Industri Rumah Tangga Berupa Eco Enzym Di Dasa Wisma Perdos

Eco-enzyme is a solution of complex organic substances produced by the fermentation process of leftover organic waste, water and molasses. So that organic waste that has been thrown away and is no longer used can be used as an environmentally friendly product. This eco-enzyme solution has a dark brown color and a strong sour aroma. This research focuses on making eco-enzyme solutions from organic waste from fruit and vegetables.
The results of this research show that a good eco-enzyme has a dark brown color, a fresh sour aroma typical of fermentation and has a stable pH with a pH of 4.0, indicating that the eco-enzyme produced is acidic which has benefits such as preventing radiation, clearing water channels, cleaning floors, disinfecting organic etc.

An Exploration of Determinants of Anemia in Pregnant Women at Buakayu Community Health Center Tana Toraja Regency
No full textIntroduction: Anemia on pregnant women is a global health problem that has serious impacts on the mother and fetus. The objective of the study was to explore the determinants of anemia on pregnant women at Buakayu Community Health Center, Tana Toraja Regency.
Methods: The study used an observational study with a cross-sectional design. The sample was pregnant women who visited the Buakayu Community Health Center for antenatal examination using an accidental sampling technique for 11 days. The data was collected through structured interviews and laboratory examinations. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical methods (univariate), bivariate, and regression analysis to determine the variables most related to independent variables and anemia in pregnant women.
Results: The results of the study showed that diet (p=0.001), dietary restrictions (p=0.005), consumption of Fe tablets (p=0.000), and provision of additional food (p=0.000) were related to anemia incidence on pregnant women.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that diet, dietary restrictions, consumption of Fe tablets, and provision of additional food are factors that contribute to anemia incidence on pregnant women at the Buakayu Community Health Center area. It is hoped that the implications of the study can be used as a basis for designing appropriate interventions in dealing with anemia on pregnant women at the Health Center level
The Quality of Competence Through Nursing Career Paths Among Indonesian Nurses in Hospital Settings
No full textntroduction: Nurses play a pivotal role in the provision of healthcare services both within the Indonesian context and on a worldwide scale. The development of nursing competence is crucial in order to guarantee the provision of high-quality healthcare services. To examine the elements that are linked to the enhancement of nurse competence by means of the adoption of nursing career paths within hospital settings in Indonesia.
Methods: A descriptive analytical design, utilising a cross-sectional approach with a sample size of 197 nurses. The data was obtained by administering a meticulously evaluated questionnaire, designed by the researchers, to the participants. The questionnaire's validity (r=0.361) and reliability (r=0.933) were thoroughly assessed. The analysis of the research data was conducted utilising multiple linear regression tests.
Results: As established through the use of multiple linear regression tests, demonstrate a statistically significant positive association (p<0.05) between organisational loyalty, organisational support, guidance, and financing, and the implementation of nurse competence quality. The obtained coefficient of determination was 0.260, suggesting that the four independent variables considered in this study have the ability to collectively account for 26% of the variability observed in the implementation of nurse competence quality. It is important to note that the remaining variation is likely impacted by additional factors not included in the analysis. The guiding element has been identified as the primary determinant in the cultivation of quality competence within hospital settings while implementing nursing career routes.
Conclusion: The present study establishes that factors such as organisational loyalty, organisational support, mentorship for nurses, and financial resources for career advancement have a significant impact on the enhancement of nursing competency along the career trajectory within hospital settings. Perilaku Pola Makan dan Aktivitas Fisik terhadap Masalah Obesitas : Systematic Review: Dietary Behavior and Physical Activity on the Problem of Obesity: Systematic Review
No full textLatar belakang: Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), Indonesia menempati peringkat teratas di Asia Tenggara untuk tingkat obesitas, dengan lebih dari 30% populasi dewasa tergolong kelebihan berat badan atau obesitas. Kasus obesitas di Indonesia meningkat signifikan dalam 10 tahun terakhir, dari 10,5% pada 2007 menjadi 21,8% pada 2018. Prevalensi obesitas pada wanita ada di angka 32,9 persen, jauh lebih tinggi daripada pria di angka 19,7 persen. Obesitas telah menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan, dengan dampak besar terhadap individu dan masyarakat sebagai penyebab penyakit dan kematian secara global termasuk di Indonesia, antara lain penyakit kardiovaskuler, diabetes mellitus, hipertensi dan penyakit tidak menular lainnya. Oleh karena itu obesitas sebagai salah satu penyakit degeneratif penting dianalisis keterkaitannya dengan pola makan dan aktivitas individu.
Tujuan: Literatur review ini bertujuan dalam menganalisis pengaruh pola makan dan aktivitas fisik terhadap kejadian obesitas berdasarkan dari beberapa hasil studi 5 tahun terakhir.
Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah literatur review, dengan menggunakan diagram alir PRISMA. Terdapat beberapa kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dalam literatur ini. Kriteria inklusi dalam pemilihan artikel dalam literatur review ini adalah sampel dalam penelitian mencakup variasi pada remaja-dewasa, kualitas metodologi penelitian dengan data dan analisis statistik yang valid, dan berasal dari publikasi selama 5 tahun terakhir. Kriteria ekslusi pada literatur ini yaitu kualitas referensi dan relevansi artikel terkait topik penelitian yang dipilih, adanya duplikasi informasi dari artikel yang dipilih, serta pemilihan dari publikasi terkemuka.
Hasil: Hasil pencarian dari database PubMed, Google Cendekia, dan ScienceDirect didapatkan 9 artikel yang dipilih untuk ditelaah diterbitkan antara 2018 sampai 2023. Penelitian pada artikel-artikel tersebut dilakukan di berbagai negara. Sebanyak 7 artikel ditelaah dengan cermat untuk mengumpulkan informasi terkait keterkaitan antara pola makan dan aktivitas fisik dengan obesitas dalam literature review ini.
Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, hubungan antara perilaku diet dan aktivitas fisik memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan dan pencegahan obesitas. Diet seimbang dan sehat, yang dipadukan dengan aktivitas fisik secara teratur, menjadi kunci untuk menjaga berat badan yang sehat dan kesejahteraan secara keseluruha
Penerapan Health Belief Model Perilaku Merokok pada Mahasiswa : Application of Health Belief Model of Smoking Behavior in College Student
No full textLatar belakang: Merokok telah menjadi kebiasaan umum dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, bahkan menjadi komoditas yang terkait dengan budaya karena mudah ditemukan. Data dari Riskesdas menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi merokok pada usia 20-24 mencapai 27.2% dimana ini merupakan rentang usia mahasiswa. Kandungan bahan kimia dalam rokok memacu kerja susunan syaraf pada tubuh sehingga detak jantung dan tekanan darah bekerja semakin cepat. Selain itu, merokok menyebabkan munculnya penyakit mematikan lainnya. Salah satu teori yang digunakan untuk mengananlisis suatu perilaku adalah Health Belief Model. HBM digunakan untuk memprediksi perilaku kesehatan yang berfokus pada persepsi dan kepercayaan individu.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi kepada informan mengenai perilaku merokok pada mahasiswa dengan menerapkan teori Health Belief Model yang terdiri dari beberapa konstruk, meliputi persepsi kerentanan, persepsi keseriusan, persepsi manfaat, persepsi hambatan, dan persepsi keinginan untuk bertindak.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain case study dan teknik snowball sampling. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran secara mendalam terkait perilaku merokok pada mahasiswa yang dihubungkan dengan teori Health Belief Model. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 mahasiswa dari berbagai Jurusan di Politeknik Negeri Jember sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, menggunakan voice recorder untuk memastikan akurasi dan keutuhan data serta kemudahan dalam transkripsi, alat tulis dan juga buku catatan.
Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar informan merasa tidak rentan untuk terkena berbagai macam penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh merokok, sebagian besar informan menganggap bahwa rokok memberikan dampak yang serius dan berbahaya bagi kesehatan, seluruh informan menyatakan ketika berhenti merokok akan mendapatkan manfaat, sebagian besar informan menyatakan terdapat beberapa hambatan untuk berhenti merokok, dan sebagian besar informan memiliki keinginan untuk berhenti merokok dengan melakukan beberapa tindakan.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa seorang perokok masih kesulitan untuk menghentikan perilaku ini. Kesadaran bahwa efek negatif merokok tidak langsung terasa membuat beberapa informan belum sepenuhnya menyadari resiko kesehatan akibat merokok. Persepsi keseriusan yang rendah, adanya hambatan, dan minimnya keinginan untuk bertindak dapat menjadi penghambat dalam mengambil tindakan preventif dan mengatasi permasalahan kesehatan
Pelatihan Kader Kesehatan dan Guru untuk Pengeliminasian Tuberkulosis Anak di Pabean Cantian, Surabaya: Training for Health Cadres and Teachers to Eliminate Childhood Tuberculosis in Pabean Cantian, Surabaya
No full textLatar belakang: Tuberkulosis (TB) anak di Indonesia terutama di Kecamatan Pabean Cantian Surabaya memiliki tingkat kesakitan yang tinggi, meskipun begitu, banyak kasus TB yang tidak terdiagnosa dan tidak dilaporkan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, Geliat Unair, Unicef, dan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya bekerjasama dalam program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kader dan guru dalam penyuluhan dan skrining TB anak serta mendukung eliminasi TB anak.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan pengetahuan kader dan guru saat sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan pelatihan TB anak.
Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif observasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling yakni seluruh peserta pelatihan kader dan guru yang berjumlah 60 orang yang merupakan kader kesehatan dan guru (KB, PAUD, TK, SD, SMP, dan guru pondok pesantren) di wilayah Kecamatan Pabean Cantian Surabaya. Pengukuran pengetahuan dalam kegiatan ini diperoleh dari hasil pre-test dan post-test menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji statistik Paired T-test.
Hasil: Hasil statistik menunjukkan p-values: 0,00 (p < ?) sehingga ada perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan kader dan guru saat sebelum dan setelah diberikan pelatihan TB anak
