NEW DATA ON THE WHITEFLIES (INSECTA: HEMIPTERA: ALEYRODIDAE) OF MONTENEGRO, INCLUDING THREE SPECIES NEW FOR THE COUNTRY
Collection data on nine species of whitefly collected in the coastal and central regions of Montenegro during October 2012 are presented. Three species are recorded from Montenegro for the first time: Aleuroclava aucubae (Kuwana), Aleurotuba jelinekii (Frauenfeld) and Bemisia afer (Priesner & Hosny) complex. Two of the species, A. aucubae and B. afer complex were found in Tološi, on Citrus sp. and Laurus nobilis, respectively. Aleurotuba jelinekii was found in Podgorica on Viburnum tinus.
A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE MIRIDAE (HEMIPTERA) FAUNA IN SABZEVAR AND ITS COUNTIES (RAZAVI KHORASAN, IRAN)
A faunal study was carried out on plant bugs (Heteroptera: Miridae) from different sites and habitats in Sabzevar and its counties (Razavi Khorasan Province, IRAN) on various host plants. CONTRIBUTION TO KNOWLEDGE OF THE FAUNA OF BARK BEETLES (COLEOPTERA, CURCULIONIDAE, SCOLYTINAE) ON DECIDUOUS WOODY PLANTS IN SERBIA
Not much information has been published about the distribution and hosts of bark beetles on deciduous woody plants in Serbia. The present paper gives the localities and hosts in Serbia of 23 species of these insects from seven tribes and 10 genera (Scolytus, 10 species; Ernoporicus, two; Hylesinus, two; Taphrorychus, two; Xyleborus, two; Ernoporus, one; Pteleobius, one; Trypodendron, one; Xyleborinus, one; and Xylocleptes, one)
New research on the fauna of Heteroptera in Bosnia-Herzegovina
Data on 77 species of Heteroptera collected in 2013 and 2014 from 21 localities in Bosnia-Herzegovina are presented.Eight new species are recorded in Bosnia-Herzegovina for the first time: Gerris costae costae (Herrich-Schaeffer),Myrmecoris gracilis (Sahlberg), Pithanus maerkeli (Herrich-Schaeffer), Aradus obtectus Vásárhelyi, Rhopalus subrufus(Gmelin), Stictopleurus punctatonervosus (Goeze), Leptoglossus occidentalis Heidemann and Trochiscocoris rotundatusHorváth
CONTRIBUTION TO KNOWLEDGE OF THE CYNIPID GALL WASP (HYMENOPTERA: CYNIPIDAE) FAUNA OF MT. RTANJ (SERBIA)
Cynipid gall wasps on Mount Rtanj were faunistically investigated during the period from 2012 to 2015. In the course ofthese investigations, a total of 30 species were recorded, belonging to two tribes (Cynipini and Diplolepidini) and eightgenera (Andricus, 19 species; Cynips, 3; Diplolepis, 2; Neuroterus, 2; Aphelonyx, 1; Dryocosmus, 1; Biorhiza, 1 andPseudoneuroterus, 1). For all of the recorded species, the localities, dates and hosts on which they were found on Mt.Rtanj are given
EVOLUTIONARY PLACTICITY OF HIGHLY SPECIALIZED ORGANISMS: EVOLUTION OF ERIOPHYOID MITES (ACARIFORMES: ERIOPHYOIDEA) ON PLANTS
Eriophyoids are highly specialized plant-feeding acarifom mites. As a result of miniaturization and adaptation to phytoparasitism they lacked III and IV pairs of legs and acquired elongated vermiform body, unique structure of gnathosoma and peculiar anatomy. Despite the high degree of specialization eriophyoid mites demonstrate remarkable evolutionary plasticity which manifests itself in numerous morphoilogical reversia, parallelisms and modifications associated with occupying of a variety of niches, processes of gall formation, transitions to new groups of hosts and various adaptations to climate change
New data on the hoverflies (Diptera: Syrphidae) of Serbia and Montenegro
The results of a survey on the hoverflies (Syrphidae) collected by the members of the pre-conference trip of the 5th International Symposium on Syrphidae are presented. Fieldwork took place from 8-22 June 2009 and involved 18 localities (12 in Serbia and 6 in Montenegro). The sites visited are described and short notes are given on some rare species. During the 15 days of fieldwork about 5600 specimens were collected representing 59 genera and 249 species. Seven species are recorded for the first time for Serbia: Epistrophe obscuripes, Merodon equestris, Merodon haemorrhoidalis, Microdon miki, Platycheirus angustipes, Rhingia borealis and Sphegina verecunda; and 19 species are recorded for the first time for Montenegro: Cheilosia crassiseta, Cheilosia lasiopa, Cheilosia pubera, Cheilosia rufimana, Cheilosia subpictipennis, Eumerus clavatus, Eumerus sogdianus Lejogaster tarsata, Merodon haemorrhoidalis, Merodon serrulatus, Myolepta dubia, Neoascia interrupta, Neoascia tenur, Platycheirus aurolateralis, Platycheirus occultus, Platycheirus tatricus, Sericomyia silentis, Sphaerophoria laurae and Trichopsomyia flavitarsis. The threat category of the endangered species according to VUJIĆ et al. (2001) is given for the species treated in the result section. For the records of new species additional data from the collection of Department of Biology an Ecology of Novi Sad, Serbia (FSUNS) are also presented. Some morphological characters useful to differentiate Anasymyia femorata ŠIMIĆ, 1987 from A. transfuga (LINNAEUS, 1758) and Merodon haemorrhoidalis SACK, 1913 from M. constans (ROSSI, 1794) are given. The female lectotype of M. haemorrhoidalis is studied and shows that it is a distinct species similar to M. constans

HALYOMORPHA HALYS (STÅL, 1855) (HETEROPTERA: PENTATOMIDAE) A NEW INVASIVE SPECIES IN SERBIA
Halyomorpha halys (Stål, 1855) or the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB) is an invasive species native to East Asia which was initially noted outside its native range about twenty years ago in the United States (Hoebeke & Carter, 2003). This species is present in Europe for more than a decade (Haye et al., 2014b), but the first published record on H. halys is from 2004 in Liechtenstein (Arnold, 2009). Since then, the species was recorded in 8 other European countries: Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Austria and Romania (Haye et al., 2015; Lee, 2015; Macavei et al., 2015; Rabistch & Friebe, 2015) and first specimens were intercepted in England during border inspections (Malumphy, 2014). Worldwide, H. halys is recognized as pest of dozens of agricultural and ornamental plants, and a serious household nuisance. Damages caused by the species are mostly documented in the mid-Atlantic region of the USA (Leskey et al., 2012), but for the last few years it became a problem in a few European regions as well (Haye et al., 2014b, 2015). Aforementioned reasons rapidly accelerated researches and publishing of papers on species biology, distribution and management, which are briefly reviewed by Haye et al. (2014a, 2015) and Lee (2015)
PARASITOIDS (HYMENOPTERA: CHALCIDOIDEA) OF THE SEED EATER WEEVIL, OXYSTOMA OCHROPUS (GERMAR) (COLEOPTERA: APIONIDAE) IN NORTHWESTERN IRAN
To study Oxystoma ochropus (Germar, 1818) parasitoids on grass pea (Lathyrus sativus), weekly sampling was done inNamin, Ardabil Province, Iran, during 2011, and samples were transferred to laboratory conditions. In this study, fourparasitic wasps of three chalcidoid families were determined. These parasitoids were Eupelmus microzonus Förster,1860 (Eupelmidae), Eurytoma laserpitii Mayr, 1878 (Eurytomidae), Pteromalus chlorospilus (Walker, 1834) andPteromalus sequester Walker, 1835 (Pteromalidae). The species P. chlorospilus is a new record for Iranian fauna. Inaddition, all established trophic associations of the analyzed parasitoids with O. ochropus as their host are new for theinvestigated territory
