Ideally, the dispensation of marriage for urgent reasons is expected to provide a solution for couples caught in difficult situations, especially in the context of legal norms that protect individual rights. However, the implementation of marriage dispensation often faces challenges, particularly regarding the criteria and limitations set forth in Supreme Court Regulation No. 5 of 2019, leading to injustice for prospective brides and grooms. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of marriage dispensation at the Mojokerto Religious Court and assess the extent to which this regulation meets public expectations. This article is categorized as qualitative literature research, employing normative legal studies and comparative studies between classical scholars' thoughts and modern regulations. This research concludes two things: First, from a legal perspective, although challenges remain in its implementation in the field, Supreme Court Regulation No. 5 of 2019 provides clear guidelines for the dispensation of marriage. Second, the comparison between classical thought and modern regulations indicates a shift in focus from socio-cultural aspects to a more comprehensive protection of individual rights, reflecting the need for legal adaptation in response to evolving social dynamics

The analytical methods used are the Almant Z Score method and the Zmijewski method. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. VERNACULARIZATION IN MALAYSIAN TAFSIR: A STUDY OF TAFSIR NUR AL-IHSAN BY MUHAMMAD SA'ID AL-KEDAHI
This article discusses vernacularization in Malay-Language Tafsir by examining Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan by Syaikh Muhammad Sa'id al-Qadhi al-Kedahi as an analytical study. This oldest tafsir was written in 1344H/1926M during the reign of the 21st Sultan of Kedah by a Qadhi in Kedah Malaysia, as well as the first Malaysian mufassir who interpreted the Qur'an in Javanese with Arabic alphabet letters. This research focuses on three main problems: how vernacularization is applied in the book of Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan in the linguistic, writing, and interpretation aspects. Through the theory of vernacularization, this research explains the implementation of vernacularization related to the phenomenon and the facts of the text that developed in the book of Tafsir Nur al-Ihsan. By using a qualitative approach through the literature study method, the results of this study show that; First, vernacularization in the linguistic aspect through the use of local languages commonly used by the local community in the use of the word "sembahyang" and the designation "lembu" for naming surah al-Baqarah. Second is vernacularization in Malay writing using the Arabic-Jawi script (pegon). Third, vernacularization is found in the interpretation of QS. al-Maidah verse 38 and QS. Al-Baqarah verse 17, which dominantly reflects aspects of locality such as the expression, morality, and character of the Malaysian Muslim community, as well as the lives and habits of Malaysian Muslims, especially in the Kedah area
WRONG WRITING IN THE QUR'AN: PALEOGRAPHIC STUDIES AS A CRITIQUE OF THE LUXENBURG THESIS
The purpose of this study is to answer the thesis presented by Luxenberg. He states that the Qur'an is not Arabic. He assumes that the Qur'an has errors in its writing. The letters develop and are not by the beginning of its revelation. The tradition that changed from memorized tradition to written tradition also has a high possibility of being wrong, according to Luxenberg. This research uses the theory of interpretation criticism because what Luxenberg states as an orientalist is very different from the Islamic scientific tradition. The data analysis in this research uses literature data. Luxenberg's statement was analyzed and criticized using Islamic science and Palaeography. By using the theory and data analysis, it is established that Luxenberg's thesis is erroneous because the wrong writing of the Qur'an will never happen, either with the paleographic study presented by Luxenberg or with the study of the History of the Qur'an from the time of the Prophet until codification
