Teori Hukum dan Filsafat Hukum: Membangun Responsivitas terhadap Perubahan Ekonomi dan Sosial
Ideally, legal theory and philosophy of law can shape a legal system that is responsive to economic and social changes. However, in reality, the implementation of law often lags behind the dynamics of change occurring in society. The purpose of this study is to analyze how legal theory and philosophy of law can build responsiveness to economic and social changes, as well as the challenges faced in their implementation. This article falls under library research with a qualitative approach. The method used is normative legal study, analyzing literature, regulations, and relevant documents. The research findings conclude that legal theory ensures that law can adapt to the needs of society and the evolving economy, while philosophy of law provides normative guidance to ensure that law reflects the values of justice, morality, and welfare. Both complement each other in creating regulations that are adaptive to global dynamics while remaining rooted in ethical principles.

A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method targeting respondents aged 18–25 who actively play online games and have made in-game purchases. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and statistically analyzed. The findings indicate that religiosity, awareness of gharar, and understanding of wastefulness have a significant negative effect on online gaming consumption behavior. QUR'ANIC INTERPRETATION IN PESANTREN: MECHANISMS AND AUTHORITY OF K.H. MAIMOEN ZUBAIR
This study aims to analyze the mechanisms and authority underlying K.H. Maimun Zubair's interpretations as reflected in Tafsir SafÄ«nah KallÄ Saya'lamÅ«n, a work documented by his student, Ismail Al-AscholÄ«y. Mbah Moen's interpretations are often perceived as deeply intertwined with contextual nuances, yet the factors influencing these interpretations and the processes involved in their formulation remain insufficiently examined. This research seeks to bridge this gap by uncovering the intricate processes behind his interpretative approach, particularly concerning contemporary themes. Employing qualitative methods with a literature-based analysis, the study reveals that multifaceted dimensions, including historical and psychological contexts shape Mbah Moen's interpretations. His engagement with a conducive intellectual environment fosters a contextual interpretative framework that aligns with modern phenomena. Furthermore, his interpretations are deeply rooted in the pesantren tradition, which significantly informs his intellectual orientation. Within this framework, the authority of the Qur'an, historical narratives, and classical exegetical works remains pivotal. Nonetheless, Mbah Moen adeptly integrates modern perspectives into his interpretations, demonstrating a capacity to contextualize Qur'anic texts in ways that transcend conventional exegetical paradigms
JEWISH AND MUSLIM COMMUNICATION PATTERNS IN THE QUR'AN
Judaism and Islam are two religions that were revealed by Allah to humans, both religions are equipped with holy books as a guide for their people, the Torah is the Jewish holy book and the Qur'an is intended as the holy book of Islam, both the Torah and the Qur'an are the same contains the word of Allah SWT. The original Torah text had reported the arrival of the Prophet Muhammad, complete with his physical characteristics, but when Rasulullah was sent as a prophet, the Jews actually denied it because he did not come from the Children of Israel as the Jews hoped. The rejection of Muhammad as the last prophet was the source of tension in communication patterns between Jews and Muslims. This communication tension is getting stronger due to the actions of Jews who are trying to commit apostasy against Muslims because they feel that their religion is the truest. The Koran explicitly states that Jews will not be happy with Muslims until Muslims follow the path of the Jewish religion. The Qur'an also reminds us that the group that is most hostile to Muslims is the Jews, so Muslims need to be careful in establishing communication with Jews

The Impact of Character.ai in Fostering Students Speaking Self-Confidence
This study investigates the impact of Character.ai (C.ai) on speaking self-confidence among Indonesian EFL learners in secondary school setting. Despite English’s global importance, EFL learners often struggle with speaking due to linguistic barriers (e.g., grammar, pronunciation) and psychological barriers (e.g., anxiety, low confidence). Leveraging AI’s potential, this quantitative study employs a pre-experimental one-shot case study design to evaluate Character.ai ‘s effectiveness. Data were collected from 37 eleventh-grade students at SMAN 01 Gunung Putri, Bogor, through post-tests assessing speaking skills (fluency, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension) and self-confidence (ability, assurance, engagement). The results revealed 41% students achieved of “Very Good” category, 43% students achieved of “Good” category, 11% students achieved of “Adequate” category. Statistical analysis (one-sample t -test, t (36) = 2.121, p = 0.041) confirmed a significant improvement in speaking confidence. However, challenges such as classroom noise and low-quality smartphone speakers affected the experience. While C.ai offers real-time feedback and personalized learning without teacher guidance, students’ confidence may also be influenced by other external factors. Thus, the findings highlight both the potential and limitations of using AI-based tools in language learning
Optimalisasi Penerapan Diversi dalam Penanganan Anak sebagai Kurir Narkotika; Revisi Regulasi dan Dukungan Sosial
This study aims to explore the optimization of the implementation of diversion in handling children involved as drug couriers, with a focus on the legal regulation revisions and social support required. The research uses a normative legal study methodology with a qualitative approach, relying on descriptive analysis of existing regulations and relevant scholarly journals. The primary data sources consist of laws and regulations on juvenile criminal justice, while secondary sources are derived from legal literature published in the last ten years. The findings conclude that diversion plays an important role in addressing cases of children involved as drug couriers, but its implementation in Indonesia is still hindered by insufficiently comprehensive legal policies and inadequate social support, thus requiring regulatory revisions and inter-agency coordination to ensure its effectiveness. Social support, such as rehabilitation programs, alternative education, and economic empowerment, is crucial to creating new opportunities for these children, while technology can strengthen monitoring and evaluation of the diversion process to ensure its continuity as a rehabilitation effort based on restorative justice principles
