The Influence of Education Level and Accounting Understanding on the Quality of Financial Reports of MSMEs in Negeri Katon District
This research examines the influence of education level and understanding of accounting on the quality of UMKM financial reports. This research was conducted in Nageri Katon District using data on the number of UMKM in Negeri Katon District. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, namely using certain criteria to determine the number of samples to be studied. The relationship or influence between variables is explained using descriptive statistical test methods. The research results show that the level of education and understanding of accounting have a significant effect on the quality of UMKM financial reports in Negeri Katon District
Strategy for Instilling Islamic Education Values on Migrant Family Students: A Case Study of SDN Ponjanan Timur 2
The instillation of Islamic educational values is an important thing that must be applied to students, but its application to students of SDN Ponjanan Timur 2 is still relatively low due to the lack of supervision from parents who are immigrant workers so that strategies and materials for Islamic educational values are needed to overcome this. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy and material for instilling Islamic educational values in students from migrant families. This study uses a qualitative method of the case study approach, data sources are obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, where the informants of this study are teachers, students and families of students. The results of the study show: first, the strategy for instilling Islamic educational values in students from migrant families is carried out using the strategy of using lecture methods, discussions, demonstrations, habits, role models, advice, and punishment. Second, some materials for instilling Islamic educational values in students from migrant families applied by the school are materials on faith, worship and morals
Liquid Religiosity of Muslim Immigrants: Transformation of Halal Consumption Identity
This article introduces the dimension of fluid religiosity, where fluid consumption is defined as temporary, flexible, and adaptive to the environment. Liquid religiosity is conceptualized by the consumption pattern of individuals with immigrant identity, which causes consumption to be fluid or not. The relevance of liquid religiosity refers to the bauman concept of liquid modernity, as an individual's connectedness to the social environment, identity, and accessibility to mobility networks, and the type of uncertainty experienced. This article highlights the flexible consumption orientation and adaptability of Muslim immigrants. The implication is that some Muslim immigrants reside in minority countries, such as Japan, Germany, Australia, and the UK. This becomes a discussion between the transformation of halal consumption identity and consumption compliance. Individuals will have their own meaning of religiosity, with their background and social pressure. However, individuals still feel they have leeway from the country of origin, namely Indonesia
تطبيق التكنولوجيا المالية في الزكاة
في البداية كان دفع الزكاة تقليديا جدا, كان الناس يعطون الزكاة مباشيرة إلى الجمعية الخيرية المحلية. وهذه الطريقة تطلب وقتا كثيرا وجهدا غير قليل, مما جعل صعوبة على بعض المسلمين الالتزام بواجباتهم الزكوية. مع مرور الزمان بدأت بعض المؤسسات الخيرية تنظم جمع الزكاة وتوزيعها بطرق أكثر كفاءة. هذه المؤسسات كانت تعتمد على النظام البدوي والسجلات الورقية لتتبع الزكوات. ولكنها قدمت مستوى أعلى من التنظيم والتنسيق. كان في بداية الألفية الجديدة، بدأت بعض المؤسسات الكبيرة تدرك أهمية التكنولوجيا في تحسين عمليات جمع وتوزيع الزكاة. هذا التحول تضمن استخدام البرامج البسيطة لجمع البيانات وإدارة الأموال. ومما سبق من ذكك وسائل دفع الزكاة يمكن القول أن استخدام التكنولوجيا في دفع الزكاة في إندونيسيا قد شهد تطورًا ملحوظًا على مر السنين، مما ساهم في زيادة كفاءة وشفافية هذه العملية الهامة
Netiquette of Gen Z Students: A Phenomenological Study of Gen Z Students in the 4.0 Era of the University Of Mataram
This research explores the understanding and application of netiquette among Gen Z students at Mataram University. In the 4.0 digital era, it is important for the younger generation to understand online communication ethics. Using a phenomenological approach, this research identifies students' experiences related to netiquette and the challenges they face. The results show that students are aware of the importance of digital ethics, but many are not familiar with the term netiquette. The lack of socialization and formal education is the main factor behind this lack of understanding. This research aims to contribute to the development of a more structured digital literacy program, so that students are expected to interact positively and productively in the online world
Management of the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliah Education Development Strategy (Quantitative Description Research Study in Suranenggala District, Cirebon)
Management strategies in the development of education in madrasas play an important role in improving the quality of educational institutions and their relevance in facing the challenges of globalization and modernization. This research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by madrasas in developing education, including improving the curriculum, competency of teaching staff, and improving the welfare of teaching staff. The research was carried out with a quantitative approach that focused on collecting and analyzing numerical data to identify patterns, relationships or comparisons within certain populations in the Diniah madrasah in the Suranenggala sub-district, Cirebon Regency. The research results show that the development of education in madrasas is carried out through several main strategies: first, improving the quality of the curriculum by integrating religious material; second, recruitment and development of teacher competency to increase the professionalism of teaching staff; and third, strategies to improve the welfare of teaching staff and physical madrasa facilities. However, there are several obstacles, such as limited teacher educators who are competent in their fields, financial support and parental support for early madrasah education, which hinder the implementation of this strategy. This research recommends continued support from the government and community to maximize strategic efforts in developing quality madrasah
The Influence of Psychological Factors on Teacher Performance at the Persatuan Islam 40 Sarongge Islamic Boarding School
This research investigates the influence of psychological factors on teacher performance and job satisfaction at Pesantren Persatuan Islam 40 Sarongge. It emphasizes the critical role teachers play in education and how their effectiveness is affected by both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. The study identifies challenges such as lack of support and rapid technological changes that hinder teachers' ability to adapt to new teaching methods. By employing a quantitative approach through surveys, the research aims to establish correlations between psychological factors and various aspects of teacher performance, including task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive work behavior. Ultimately, it seeks to provide insights that can enhance educational practices and policies aimed at improving teacher satisfaction and effectiveness
The Concept of Competency-Based Islamic Religious Education Curriculum Planning in Schools and Madrasas
This article is focused on describing the concept of competency-based Islamic religious education curriculum planning in schools and madrasas. This competency curriculum planning discussion aims to direct students towards the expected behavioral changes. The planning process involves determining goals and making decisions that will be realized in the form of activities or actions that focus on the future. This study uses a literature study design with a philosophical approach. The data analysis technique used is analytical technique, namely drawing conclusions about objects, both from thoughts, systematic images and factual in nature. The results of this study indicate that competency-based curriculum planning for Islamic Education (PAI) focuses on achieving students' competencies comprehensively, encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This curriculum not only emphasizes mastery of subject matter but also fosters tangible behavioral changes and the development of relevant life skills. The expected competencies include critical thinking skills, social abilities, and the internalization of spiritual and moral values. Moreover, competency-based curriculum planning is characterized by clear concepts, a holistic approach, and a systematic framework. Learning objectives are formulated as observable and measurable behaviors, enabling accurate evaluation of educational outcomes. This study also highlights the importance of involving all components of the learning process, including educators, students, materials, methods, evaluations, institutional managers, and other educational resources. Therefore, competency-based curriculum design provides clear direction for PAI learning, ensuring the achievement of educational goals that support the development of students’ character as individuals who are faithful, knowledgeable, and morally upright
Analysis of Methods of Discovery of Islamic Law: A Critical Study of Qiyas, Al-Maslahah Al-Mursalah, Istihsan, and Al-Urf in a Contemporary Context
This research aims to evaluate the application of Islamic legal research methods, namely qiyas, al-maslahah al-mursalah, istihsan and al-'urf, in responding to contemporary legal issues in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature review by analysing classical and modern sources of Islamic law, including books, scholarly journals, and relevant fatwas and legal regulations. The results show that the four methods can be flexibly applied to resolve modern legal issues such as early marriage, the status of children in Siri marriages and domestic violence. The contribution of this research is to provide an integrative and dynamic approach to the development of Islamic law, so that it can provide relevant solutions to contemporary legal challenges and support the integration of Islamic law into the national legal system
Socialization of Marriage Law During the Iddah Period and Efforts to Increase Public Understanding of Islamic Law at the Nurul Iman Cikarang Pusat Ta'lim Assembly
This iddah period legal socialization activity aims to increase public understanding, especially the congregation of the Central Cikarang Taklim Nurul Iman Council, about the importance of obeying Islamic law. The material presented includes the meaning, legal basis, types of iddah, prohibitions during the iddah period, as well as legal sanctions for marrying a woman during the iddah period. The method used is a simple lecture with support in the form of modules as learning media, which makes it easier to deliver material to congregations with diverse educational backgrounds. Group discussions are an important part of this activity, which encourages active congregational participation through questions and responses to the material presented. The results of the activity showed that this socialization was successful in increasing the congregation's understanding of the laws of the iddah period, which could be seen from their enthusiasm in participating in discussions and asking questions. Factors supporting the success of this activity include moral support from the surrounding community, adjustments to the regular weekly recitation schedule, the congregation's trust in the assembly, and the contribution of a solid implementation team. This activity not only supports the achievement of the implementing team's academic goals, but also has a positive impact in building awareness of the congregation regarding the importance of complying with Islamic law as a guideline in social life
