Panel Data Analysis Study: The Impact of Indonesian Sharia Bank Financing on MSME Output Value 2021-2023
This study aims to analyze the effect of Bank Syariah Indonesia financing on the output value of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia during the 2021-2023 period. Using a panel data approach, this study evaluates the effectiveness of Islamic financing in two main categories: working capital and investment. Data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the annual reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results show that working capital financing has a significant positive effect on MSME output value, while investment financing shows a lower effect. Control variables such as Third Party Funds (DPK) and labor also have significant contributions. With a coefficient of determination of 93.04%, this study emphasizes the importance of a more inclusive Islamic financing policy focused on working capital to support MSME productivity. These results provide implications for Islamic banking and policymakers to enhance MSME development through a strategic financing approach
Nurcholish Madjid and the Concept of Inclusive Islam in Indonesia: A Study of His Thoughts and Influence on Moderate Islam
Nurcholish Madjid (Cak Nur) is one of the most influential Islamic thought reformers in Indonesia. His ideas on inclusive and moderate Islam have played an important role in encouraging the transformation of religious views in Indonesia, especially in facing the challenges of pluralism, democracy and modernity. This article examines Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts that focus on the concept of inclusive Islam, an Islam that respects diversity, is open to interfaith dialog, and is in harmony with the principles of democracy. Through a qualitative approach based on literature review, this article examines Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts on the concept of pluralism, religious moderation in Indonesia and the implications of these thoughts for interfaith relations, social stability, and strengthening democracy in Indonesia
Protection of Citizenship Status in National Law as a Human Right is Linked to Article 15 Paragraph 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
This research aims to analyse the protection of citizenship status in Indonesian national law as part of human rights, with a focus on the implementation of Article 15(2) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), which prohibits arbitrary deprivation of citizenship. The method used is a normative approach by analysing the laws and regulations governing citizenship in Indonesia and comparing them with the international principles in the UDHR. The results show that although Indonesia has regulated citizenship as a protected right, there are challenges in the implementation of these protections, such as administrative problems of citizenship, dual citizenship, and non-transparent loss of citizenship. The contribution of this research is to provide insight into the importance of protecting citizenship as a human right in the context of national and international law, and to suggest reforms to the administration of citizenship in order to guarantee this right more effectively
Relationship between Levels of Religiosity and Nomophobia in UIN Raden Fatah Palembang Students
This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of religiosity and anxiety about being away from smartphones (nomophobia) among students at Raden Fatah State Islamic University, Palembang. This research uses quantitative methods and there are 90 samples used. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation and questionnaires to determine the relationship between the level of religiosity and nomophobia. The results of this research are that the correlation value r_(calculate) between the level of religiosity and anxiety about being away from smartphones (nomophobia) shows a figure of -0.226, thus the value of r_(calculate) < r_(table) at a significance level of 5% (0.207). This shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a negative and significant relationship between the level of religiosity and anxiety about being away from smartphones (nomophobia) in students at UIN Raden Fatah Palemban
Cultural Intelligence as a Support for Work Performance in National Company Employees and Multinational Company Employees
Cultural intelligence is an important thing to have in every individual in today's globalization era where intercultural interaction situations cannot be avoided, including in the context of the world of work. This study aims to determine whether the level of cultural intelligence in employees of national companies and employees of multinational companies has differences. The research subjects totaled 115 people with purposive sampling as a research technique. with the criteria of employees who are working in national companies or multinational companies. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the results of cultural intelligence between employees of national companies and employees of multinational companies
Ethics in Islamic Markets: Exploring Their History and Impact on Islamic Civilization
Islamic markets have played a key role in the history of Muslim civilization, not only as economic centers but also as venues for the application of Islamic ethics in transactions. This article examines ethical principles such as honesty, fairness, and the prohibition of usury (riba) in the context of Islamic markets, from the early Islamic era to the golden age of the caliphate. Furthermore, it addresses the challenges of Islamic markets in the modern era, including the application of Sharia principles in the global and digital economy. This study uses a literature review method to collect, assess, and integrate various relevant literature sources, with the aim of gaining deeper insights into the topic discussed. These findings demonstrate the importance of maintaining ethical values in markets to achieve social justice and economic sustainability in the future
Planning Models and Their Implications for the Development of Islamic Educational Institutions
Educational planning is a crucial aspect of developing Islamic educational institutions. This article discusses holistic, adaptive, and flexible educational planning models and their implications for the development of Islamic educational institutions. This research employs a library research method by gathering data from relevant literature. The findings indicate that planning involving active stakeholder participation, integrating technology, and guided by visionary leadership can enhance educational quality, resource management efficiency, and institutional adaptability to global challenges. The article identifies several planning models, such as comprehensive, target setting, and PPBS models, which are relevant for application in Islamic educational institutions. These findings emphasize the importance of participatory and structured planning patterns in improving the overall quality of educational institutions
Bintang Supermarket's Strategy in Maintaining Customer Loyalty through the Ukhuwah Insaniyah Approach
Customer loyalty is key to long-term success for any company, including Bintang Swalayan. This study examines the strategies implemented by Bintang Swalayan to maintain customer loyalty by integrating the principles of Ukhuwah Islamiyah, which include honesty, fairness, and caring. This approach focuses on transparent service, quality halal products, and fair prices. Furthermore, the supermarket offers loyalty programs that accommodate Islamic values, such as special discounts on Islamic holidays. In this way, Bintang Swalayan successfully builds strong and emotional relationships with customers, creating a shopping experience that is not only satisfying but also meaningful. The methodology used is qualitative with a focus on a literature review to explore the applied principles of Islamic economics. The results show that service quality, customer satisfaction, and an effective loyalty program play a significant role in building loyalty. By implementing the principles of Ukhuwah Islamiyah, Bintang Swalayan not only increases customer satisfaction but also strengthens social bonds within the Muslim community. Through this strategy, Bintang Swalayan strives to create a fair and prosperous business environment, while strengthening its position in a competitive market
Critical Analysis of the Musnad of Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi: Perspectives from Classical to Contemporary Scholars
This study analyzes Musnad Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi, the oldest compilation of hadith compiled by Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi (133–204 AH/750–819 AD) with the musnad method, which is the grouping of hadiths based on the companions of the prophets. The purpose of this study is to explore the contribution of this book to the development of hadith science, analyze the structure of sanad and its narration, and assess its relevance in the study of modern hadith. The method used is a literature study with a historical-critical approach, including verification of sanad, evaluation of the validity of hadiths, and comparison with other hadith compilations. Musnad al-Tayalisi is recognized by classical scholars such as Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal as an important reference. The book is also appreciated in modern studies by scholars such as Jonathan Brown and Fuat Sezgin as an important transition from oral tradition to written documentation. This study shows the relevance of Musnad Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi in the study of contemporary hadith and the need for critical analysis to maintain scientific validity
The Role of Information Technology in Zakat Management at the National Zakat Collection Agency
Although technology and information in Indonesia have been widely used in various aspects such as zakat management, it is known that there are still obstacles during implementation. The obstacles faced include low public awareness in knowing about the use of technology in the process of managing zakat, the lack trained human resources in managing information technology systems, especially in the field of zakat, and limited technological infrastructure in certain areas. The purpose of this writing is to provide an analysis of the role of information technology in managing zakat at the national zakat collection agency. The writing method uses a qualitative type. The results and conclusions drawn are that Baznas (National Zakat Collection Agency) in distributing, managing, or collecting zakat can be assisted by the existence of technology such as AI, IoT etc. In managing zakat, Baznas uses two types of software, namely SIMBA (Baznas Information Management System, in this application, financial report printing, distribution and operations, zakat collection, muzakki and mustahik management will presented. Second software used by Baznas is ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) intended for Baznas in managing finances through cooperation with Financial Information System
