Sharia Insurance For Hajj And Umrah Trip PT. Tri Pakarta Insurance Perspective of DSN-MUI Fatwa
Get PDFHajj and Umrah travel insurance plays a very important role in providing a sense of security and comfort to pilgrims travelling to the Holy Land. The importance of this insurance is not only related to the financial aspect, but also has a great impact on the aspects of health, safety and peace of mind of the pilgrims. The purpose of this research is to examine the Shariah insurance for Hajj and Umrah trips managed by PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta from the perspective of the fatwa of the National Shariah Council-Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI). This study is a descriptive qualitative field research. Data were collected through interviews with representatives of PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta, analysis of DSN-MUI fatwa documents, and literature review related to Sharia insurance for Hajj and Umrah trips. The findings showed that, firstly, the adoption of Sharia principles in the preparation of Hajj and Umrah travel insurance products has provided a strong legal basis for the company. PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Jakarta ensures that its insurance products comply with the provisions of Fatwa DSN-MUI, which allows the use of insurance while avoiding elements of usury and speculation. Additionally, the implementation of sharia-compliant insurance for Hajj and Umrah trips by PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Jakarta fulfils the needs of pilgrims in facing certain risks that may arise during the journey. Protection against risks, such as trip cancellation, delay, or loss of valuables, provides a sense of security and comfort for pilgrims. This allows them to focus on the implementation of worship without the burden of excessive worry
Qirā’at In Tafsīr Al-Jalālain Book; A Descriptive Study of Ṣighat Wafi Qira`Atin in the 30th Juz.
Get PDFThe differences in dialects owned by the Arabs result in differences in the way the Qur'an is recited or often known as differences in qirā'at. When Muslims began to develop, the study of religious sciences also developed, such as the study of the verses of the Qur'an to be interpreted, when interpreting the verses of the Qur'an, many mufassirs have attention to differences in qirā' at, such as in the book of Tafsir al-Jalâlain. Problems arise when encountering the phrase wa fī qirā'atin in the book of Tafsīr al-Jalālain because it does not explain who is referred to in the phrase so that it does not know the status of the validity of the qirā'at, whether it is mutawatir, ahad or even syadz. This paper uses library research, while the data collection technique used is document review technique, then analyzed using descriptive analytical method, with a deductive mindset, namely looking for lafadz wa fī qirā'atin in the book of Tafsīr al-Jalālain in 30th Juz then looking for the status of qira`ah. The benefits of this research include introducing the imams of qirā'at and their positions, especially those contained in the memorization of wa fī qirā'atin in the book of Tafsīr al-Jalālain in juz 30. As for the results of this research paper, the author found the phrase wa fī qirā'atin in the book of Tafsīr al-Jalālain in the 30th Juz. imams who contained in it are imams of qira`ah arba`ah asyrah. Meanwhile, when viewed from the status of the authenticityof the qirā'at, it has a mutawatir status because in each lafadz it contains the name of one or more of the imams of the qira`ah sab`ah

No full textيتطلب تعلم اللغة العربية فهم أربع مهارات: مهارات الاستماع والتحدث والقراءة والكتابة. بوندوك دار السلام الحديثة جونتور هي مؤسسة تعليمية ذات منهج كوليات المعليمين الإسلامي الذي يدرس اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. وجد الباحثون صعوبات لدى طلاب الصف الأول في الحرم الجامعي الثاني لـ PMDG في مادة اللغة العربية. أهداف البحث: 1) معرفة الصعوبات التي يواجهها طلاب الصف الأول KMI PMDG الحرم الجامعي 2 في مادة تمرين لوجاه، 2) معرفة جهود المعلم في التغلب على الصعوبات التي يواجهها طلاب الصف الأول في مادة تمرين لوجاه في حرم PMDG 2. يستخدم هذا البحث أساليب البحث النوعي الوصفي. مع طرق جمع البيانات: المقابلات والملاحظات والتوثيق. تم الحصول على مصادر البيانات من طلاب الصف الأول KMI ومعلمة المواد تامرين لوغاه الصف الأول KMI. تكمن الصعوبات التي يواجهها طلاب الصف الأول عمومًا في أربع مهارات لغوية: الاستماع والتحدث والقراءة والكتابة. وفي محاولة للتغلب على هذه الصعوبات، يبذل المعلمون الجهود التالية: أ) التغلب على صعوبات السمع: جمع الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، باستخدام أساليب مختلفة في التدريس، وتقديم التوجيه الفردي. ب) التغلب على صعوبات الكلام: جمع الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص، وتقديم التوجيه الفردي. ج) التغلب على صعوبات القراءة: جمع الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وتقديم التوجيه الفردي. د) التغلب على صعوبات الكتابة: جمع الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وإعطاء الواجبا
Al-Ghazali's Dhikr Theory: An Analysis of the Treatment of Psychological Problems in Islam
Get PDFModern human life is full of rapid development, mobility, and adjustment tendencies. Human life is filled with problems caused by various expectations that do not match reality. Dhikr is one of the therapies in psychology that helps individuals believe that all conflicts or life problems can be faced properly with the help of Allah SWT. This study aims to explore the theory of dhikr and analyze the treatment of psychological problems in Islam from the perspective of al-Ghazāli. The results of this study are da'wah therapy according to al-Ghazāli by using the descriptive-analytical method this study found several important conclusions. First, al-Ghazāli divides the principle of muāmalah in dhikr into four, namely, dhikr with the tongue, dhikr with the heart, dhikr with the secret, and dhikr with the spirit. Second, for al-Ghazāli Dhikr in addition to being a means of relationship between creatures and khāliq (creator) also contains high values and usability to be a solution to psychological problems that occur in humans. Third, Al-Ghazali in his psychotherapy in the treatment of psychological problems has applied treatment taken from Islamic law. Fourth, to improve psychological well-being and happiness, dhikr is needed because dhikr means that individuals always remember their God
Comparative Analysis of Student Learning Outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith Lessons Based on Learning Media
Get PDFIn the era of technological advancement, technology-based media such as online flipbooks and PowerPoint presentations can potentially enhance the effectiveness of students' learning outcomes in Quran and Hadith studies. However, there is currently no research comparing the differences in learning outcomes based on the use of these two media. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is a significant difference in students' learning outcomes based on the use of flipbook and PPT as learning media. This research is a quantitative research with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The target of this research is the students of class XA and XB at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Batu, with a population sample of 50 students. The analysis in this study utilizes quantitative descriptive statistical methods and the One-Way ANOVA test. The research findings indicate that the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the class that uses flipbook media and the class that uses PPT
The Role of Character Education in Building Students' Ethics and Morals Through Learning The Quran and Hadith
Get PDFThis study aims to understand the role of character education in shaping students' ethics and morals through the perspective of hadith in elementary schools, especially in the context of the times. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted in grade IV at a Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Sleman during the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Data were collected through observation and interviews with a teacher of Qur'an and Hadith subjects, as well as utilizing primary and secondary data. The results showed that MI in Sleman consistently develops a strong character culture, in accordance with the school's vision and mission that emphasizes strong creed, independence, noble character, and environmental insight. Character education is applied thoroughly in various school activities, although it is not specifically integrated in every subject. Teachers use storytelling methods to convey moral values to students. However, the study also identified some challenges, especially related to student behavior that does not always conform to the values taught. Overcoming these challenges requires open communication between teachers, students, and parents, as well as the establishment of clear boundaries and consistent application of consequences. The role of teachers as role models and parental involvement in children's education is very important in shaping student character. With an integrated approach and good cooperation between all parties, character education in MI in Sleman can be effective in building students' ethics and morals despite the challenges faced
Applicative Construction of Malay Sorkam Dialect
Get PDFThis research examines applicative constructions in Sorkam Dialect Malay, which include benefactive, instrumental and locative types, and compares them with previous research to fill gaps in knowledge about regional language typology. Through qualitative descriptive methods, data is collected from daily conversations of native speakers, research articles, and data from other researchers. The results of the analysis show that benefactive applicative constructions are marked with the suffixes -kan and -i on transitive verbs, while instrumental applicative constructions mark instruments with the suffix -kan, and locative applicative constructions mark locations with the suffix -i. These findings confirm the importance of morphological changes in conveying the relationship between subjects, objects, and events in language. In addition, this research validates previous findings, showing that applicative constructions in Sorkam Malay Dialect remain relevant to previous research in the context of applicative constructions in other languages

Addressing Revenge Porn Through Islamic Ethics and Cyber Ethics: An Analysis from A Fiqh Sunnah Perspective
Get PDFThis study delves into the phenomenon of revenge porn in Indonesia, examining it through the lenses of Islamic ethics, cyber ethics, and Fiqh Sunnah. In 2023, revenge porn and sextortion constituted a troubling 40% of gender-based violence against women in the country. Employing a mixed-method approach, which combines library research with interviews of Indonesian victims aged 18 to 36, the findings reveal a stark contradiction with Islamic ethics. Revenge porn violates principles of privacy, decency, trust, and mutual consent, and it neglects reputation protection, endangering individuals. Notably, the study sheds light on the absence of justice in addressing revenge porn, a significant deviation from Islamic principles of justice and fairness. Additionally, the research underscores how revenge porn contradicts cyber ethics, where perpetrators disregard online responsibility, privacy protection, and respectful online behavior. The study advocates for comprehensive measures to uphold ethical standards, providing support for victims, and fostering a secure digital environment that respects individual dignity and rights. A particular emphasis is placed on the significance of cyber ethics in combating revenge porn and addressing the perpetrators' failure to adhere to responsible online behavior
The Role of Teamwork, Interpersonal Communication and Work Motivation in Teacher Performance
Get PDFThe aim of this study was to determine the effect of teamwork of teachers, interpersonal communication and work motivation on their performance. This research was conducted at a private high school in Pamekasan Madura, Indonesia. This research applies the Survey Method using a questionnaire to collect data from these research variables. The research hypothesis was tested with the Path Analysis Technique used to investigate the direct and indirect influence of these variables on Teacher Performance. This research has several findings that Teacher Teamwork, Teacher Interpersonal Communication and Teacher Work Motivation have a direct positive effect on Teacher Performance while Teacher Teamwork and Teacher Interpersonal Communication also have an indirect positive effect on Teacher Performance through Teacher Work Motivation. This research recommends that improving Teacher Performance will be more effective by directly strengthening Teacher Teamwork, Teacher Interpersonal Communication and Teacher Work Motivation
