The Concept of Developing Teacher and Lecturer Professionalism in Educational Institutions in Serang Regency
Teachers and lecturers are educational personnel who have an important role in improving quality in the world of education. Although both have differences in carrying out their duties at the educational level. However, they have the same goal of improving and educating the nation's children through their role as educators. This research uses a qualitative research method based on a systematic literature review known as a literature review. With this method, research subjects related to the concept of professional development of teachers and lecturers at educational institutions in Serang district can be explained more clearly and easily and convey the main points of the research. The research data sources were obtained from journals and articles and writings related to the research subject via mendeley.com, the publish or perish application and Google Scholar. So the research results show that becoming an educator is not an easy thing. However, when faced with obstacles and challenges, teaching staff are able to develop their abilities and knowledge. So this can improve skills and mastery of material through special training for educators, in order to achieve success in carrying out their role as educators
Classroom Management Strategies to Increase Students' Interest in Learning in Elementary Schools
This research is a qualitative description with data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and literature studies regarding classroom management to increase students' interest in learning. The aim is to describe the supporting factors, strategies, obstacles, and effectiveness of classroom management to increase elementary school students' interest in learning. The data used is secondary data. The research results show that classroom management does not only focus on technical or strategic aspects, but also pays attention to the individual characteristics of the students who attend the class. Therefore, it is important for teachers to continue to improve their skills in classroom management to ensure that an optimal learning environment can be created, thereby fostering students' interest in learning and facilitating better academic achievemen
Strengthening Madrasah Teachers' Competence in Enhancing Religious Moderation Understanding in West Nusa Tenggara
Understanding religious moderation is an important basis for instilling a sense of tolerance among Indonesian society, especially students. In this context, strengthening the understanding of religious moderation for madrasa teachers in NTB (West Nusa Tenggara) can be valuable additional knowledge in facing the contemporary era. The research used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and through an interview process involving the Director of teachers and education staff, the Head of the MI/MTS GTK Development Sub-Team, madrasah principals and madrasah teachers in NTB. This research was carried out directly in the implementation of activities in NTB, precisely one of the programs organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. The main aim of this research is to strengthen the understanding and motivation of madrasa teachers in implementing religious moderation in the school environment. The findings in this research show that there are many cases that occur among NTB students which become the main problem in religious moderation, especially in terms of maintaining the values of tolerance. The understanding obtained from this research becomes additional motivation for madrasa teachers in implementing religious moderation in the school environment. By increasing the understanding and strengthening the competency of madrasa teachers in religious moderation, it is hoped that they will be able to teach better values of tolerance to their students. This will have a positive impact in building a society that is more harmonious, respectful of each other, and has an inclusive attitude towards differences in religion and belief. 
Development of Flipbook-Based PAI Modules on the Material of Belief in Allah and His Messenger for Grade IV in Elementary Schools
Problems of learning activities in educational institutions are influenced by several factors including the use of teaching materials, conventional learning methods, and low student interest in learning. The learning process that feels boring makes it difficult for students to receive the material presented, because the learning only focuses on information from one side (Teacher Center). In addition, the world of education today has the development of information and communication technology that has a very large influence, including on digital learning sources that are easy to access. Therefore, the learning system becomes easier with the existence of digital-based learning modules that can be accessed anywhere and anytime and become teaching materials in explaining learning materials. This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing a flipbook-based PAI module on the material of believing in Allah and His Messenger for grade IV in elementary schools. This study is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research and development with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research data sources consist of the results of observations and interviews and questionnaires with experts, principals, Islamic Religious Education teachers and students. Meanwhile, statistical data were obtained from the results of questionnaires from experts, practitioners and students analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of this study obtained a flipbook-based PAI module on the material of faith in Allah and His Messenger for grade IV with decent and very good results, based on suggestions/input and assessments from experts and practitioners. Thus, the flipbook-based PAI module can be used as teaching materials for teachers and students in the learning process at school
Human Nature and Calamities According to the Interpretation of M. Quraish Shihab (Thematic Interpretation Study of Tafsir Al-Misbah)
This research discusses human nature and disasters and the phenomenon of disasters. As the news of disasters that hit almost every region in the world, including Indonesia, was widely reported, and how these topics were discussed. The method in this research is library research, for which the author carries out the steps of identification, collection, processing and study of existing data related to the problem of the kauniyyyah verse, both in the form of primary data and secondary data accurately and factually. Meanwhile, the secondary data referred to is other literature in the form of books, research results and other articles which are of course related to the issue of the correlation between human nature and disasters in the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Al-Misbah. The study concludes that the Qur'an describes disasters using various terms, highlighting that these calamities are not solely decreed by Allah SWT but also linked to human behavior. The Qur'an identifies human actions such as environmental degradation, denial of faith, injustice, immorality, and hedonism as causes of disasters. While humans contribute to causing disasters, they also have the ability to prevent and respond to them through certain actions, introspection, and remembering Allah SWT. The Qur'an depicts different human reactions to disasters based on their character and emphasizes that despite the negative impacts, disasters offer lessons for future human behavior if approached with reason and clear thinking
Integration of Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profiles in the Madrasah Aliyah Curriculum
This study aims to describe the integration of the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum. This type of research is a qualitative research with a library study method. Data sources in this study include primary data sources and secondary data sources from various reliable references such as scientific journals, books, and other sources that support the research. Data analysis in this study includes data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the integration of the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum can be done through co-curricular, intracurricular, and extracurricular activities. The implementation model of the integration of the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum is broadly divided into three, namely integration within one discipline or subject (within single disciplines), integration across several disciplines, and integration between and between (internal) learners (within and across learner). Factors that support and hinder the process of integrating the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile values into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum are closely related to the understanding of educators, commitment and cooperation between the entire madrasah community, support for facilities and infrastructure, support and cooperation between educators and parents, and the diverse backgrounds of students

It involves the formation and implementation of public policy, the division of power, and the interaction between individuals, groups, and institutions.Political dynasty refers to a situation in which power is inherited from generation to generation in a particular family.The purpose of this research is to take Ahmad Ibn Hambal and Ibn Taymiyyah's thoughts on democracy in the shadow of political dynasties.This research uses quantitative methods with collection and uses literature studies. Democracy in the shadow of political dynasties can create a concentration of power and limit access and political opportunities for others in society
Implementation of Principal Leadership in Improving the Quality of Education Based on Iasp 2020 at MIN 2 Bandung City
This article is written to see the leadership of the principal in improving the quality of education. The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through: first, in-depth interviews; second, participant observation and third, documentation. While the data collected through the three techniques above are then checked for validity by checking credibility. The results of the study of the type of principal leadership in improving the quality of education at MIN 2 Bandung City use namely by prioritizing cooperation in implementing leadership. The obstacles faced in improving the quality of education are the lack of educational facilities and infrastructure. These educational facilities and infrastructure greatly affect the learning process. Efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out by developing teacher competencies, meeting the needs of school stakeholders and getting used to working together in solving problems
Strategy of Integrating Pluralism Values in The Development of Inclusive Curriculum in Educational Institutions

The research method employed is qualitative research with a literature study approach. This approach involves in-depth analysis of relevant literature sources such as academic journals, books, and scholarly articles related to pluralism, inclusive curriculum, and strategies for integrating pluralism values in the educational context. The findings indicate that incorporating pluralism values into an inclusive curriculum positively impacts shaping students' attitudes, values, and understanding of cultural diversity and differences. Concrete steps such as selecting learning materials that reflect diversity, involving stakeholders, teacher training, and utilizing technology effectively support efforts to create inclusive learning environments. In this context, teacher training plays a key role in the successful implementation of an inclusive curriculum, while the use of technology serves as an innovative tool to enhance learning flexibility and accessibility. The conclusion of this research reflects that integrating pluralism values into an inclusive curriculum not only has a strong moral and ethical foundation but also represents a strategic investment in creating equitable and relevant education for all students. This research contributes to a deep understanding of adaptive strategies for developing inclusive curriculum, detailing the role of pluralism values as key drivers in shaping a generation ready to face the increasing complexity of a diverse global society
Implementation of Religious Moderation at SDN Karangasih 13, Cikarang Utara, Bekasi
This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation at SDN Karangasih 13, Cikarang Utara, Bekasi. Religious moderation refers to a balanced approach that promotes tolerance, respect for diversity, and rejection of extremism in practicing religious life. Implementing religious moderation in elementary schools plays a strategic role in shaping students' character from an early age to live harmoniously in diversity. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study include teachers, students, the principal, and educational staff at SDN Karangasih 13. The results show that the implementation of religious moderation in the school is carried out through three main aspects: (1) Integration of religious moderation values into the curriculum, particularly in Religion and Pancasila Education subjects; (2) School activities that promote tolerance and inclusivity, such as joint celebrations of religious holidays; and (3) Instilling moderation values through school culture, such as mutual cooperation, respect for others, and dialogue among school members. However, challenges remain, such as differing understandings of religious moderation among parents and limitations in providing learning resources that support these efforts. In conclusion, the implementation of religious moderation at SDN Karangasih 13 has been well-executed through a holistic approach involving the curriculum, school culture, and extracurricular activities. Nevertheless, strengthening collaboration with external parties is needed to achieve more optimal outcomes
