The Relevance of the Character of Khulafaurrasisyidin to the Education of Tengka Madura
Get PDFThis research aims to correlate the character of Khulfaurrasyidin with the Tengka education in Madura. This research uses the Library Research research method, namely a research method in which information is obtained by referring to books, journals, articles, newspapers, history books and so on. The results of this research state that firstly, the caliph Abu Bakar and his correlation to Tengka's education is his honest character in accordance with the caliph's nickname, namely "As-Shiddiq", secondly, the caliph Umar bin Khattab and his correlation to Tengka's education is his tough and firm character in fighting for the truth. in Islam, the three caliphs Ustman bin Affan and the correlation with Tengka's education are zun-nurain (two lights) because he married 2 daughters of the Prophet, the fourth caliph Ali bin Abi Talib and the correlation with Tengka's education is Babul 'Ilm (door of knowledge) which is related with Tengka education, Madurese people always prioritize science in all aspects

Get PDFThe current global monetary system is dominated by fiat currencies which depend on monetary policy and state trust, but this also presents challenges such as inflation, exchange rate instability and the potential for economic crises. As a more stable alternative and in accordance with sharia principles, the use of dinars and dirhams, which are based on the precious metals gold and silver, is gaining attention. Dinars and dirhams have a long history in Islamic civilization, starting from the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and have been proven to have stable intrinsic value and are free from the practice of usury. This currency can also reduce dependence on fiat currencies which are vulnerable to inflation and speculation. This research aims to explore the potential and challenges of implementing the dinar and dirham as a sharia-based monetary system in Indonesia, using a qualitative approach based on literature review. Dinars and dirhams offer advantages such as value stability, economic resilience to the global crisis, and simplicity in the financial system. Apart from that, they can also function as a tool to support sharia economic growth, strengthen transactions in society, and encourage the development of small and medium businesses. However, the main challenges in its implementation include the need for clear regulations, low levels of public understanding, and limited infrastructure to support the production and distribution of precious metals. With increasing public awareness of sharia economics and the support of digital technology, dinars and dirhams have great potential to be implemented as alternative monetary solutions that are sustainable and fair, supporting economic stability in Indonesia
Equality of Men and Women in the Perspective of Islamic Marriage Law and Article 16 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the fact that gender inequality in marriage is still an important issue in various countries, including from the perspective of Islamic marriage law and the provisions of Article 16 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). This research aims to analyse how the principles of gender equality are applied in Islamic marriage law and Article 16 of the UDHR, and to assess their relevance and implementation in the modern legal context. This research adopts a normative legal approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data was collected through document studies, including analysis of legal literature, legislation and international conventions, and then analysed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that both Islamic Marriage Law and Article 16 of the UDHR contain principles of gender equality, although there are differences in interpretation and implementation that are influenced by local culture and legal systems. The findings of this study suggest the need for harmonisation between religious norms and human rights principles to support the realisation of gender equality in marriage law

Islamic Law Perspective on Sharia Stocks in the Capital Market as an Investment Alternative for Investors
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze Islamic stocks as an alternative investment that aligns with Sharia principles in the Indonesian capital market. The primary focus of the study is to understand the mechanism of Islamic stock investments, the legal foundations supporting them, as well as the challenges and opportunities for their development. Given the increasing interest in Sharia-compliant investments, this research also seeks to provide a deeper understanding of the contribution of Islamic stocks to the Indonesian economy and the importance of financial literacy in the community. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative approach with a literature review, which includes analyzing primary sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and relevant literature on Sharia investments and the capital market. Additionally, this research examines the regulations governing the Islamic capital market in Indonesia, including the screening process for Sharia-compliant stocks by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The findings show that although the Islamic stock market in Indonesia has grown significantly, there are still major challenges regarding the lack of public understanding of the mechanisms and legal foundations of Islamic stocks. The strict screening process ensures that listed stocks comply with Sharia principles. The study also highlights the need for more comprehensive education and outreach regarding Islamic stocks to increase public participation in the Sharia-compliant capital market. This research is expected to provide insights for investors, regulators, and market participants in developing the Islamic capital market in Indonesia and enhancing financial literacy within the community.
