Implementation of Integrated Curriculum in Improving Islamic Religious Education Learning Outcomes at Peacesantren Welas Asih Junior High School In Garut
The integrated curriculum is an interdisciplinary approach, combining various disciplines into one learning experience to create a holistic education. This curriculum has been applied since the establishment of the Islamic Boarding School to improve the quality of education to remain relevant to the needs of the community. This study uses qualitative research methods which include data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study aims to determine the integrated curriculum system of Welas Asih Islamic Boarding School, how the application of curriculum integration in improving PAI learning outcomes at Welas Asih Islamic Boarding School and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving learning outcomes at Welas Asih Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study show that Welas Asih Islamic Boarding School integrates the curriculum by making a separate module book that contains various disciplines. The implementation of an integrated curriculum has a positive impact on improving the knowledge and skills of students. Supporting factors for the implementation of this curriculum include the competence of teachers who have met academic qualifications, training every three months to improve the competence of teachers and the involvement of parents through the ABWA community (father mother Welas Asih) which supports the learning process. However, obstacles such as the difficulty of some students in socializing and inadequate facilities such as a mosque that can accommodate all students

State policy in terms of regulating income and expenditure is what is meant by fiscal policy. The state must regulate fiscal policy instruments in order to maintain economic stability and encourage economic growth. Islamic economics has its own philosophy which is fundamentally different from economic philosophy in terms of epistemology, ontology and axiology. These differences will have an impact on carrying out practical aspects of Muslims which include all economic aspects including fiscal policy
Family Dispute Settlement In Islam: A Study of the Novel “Ipar Adalah Maut”
This article aims to provide an overview to all interested parties in solving problems in the family and analyze the resolution of family disputes from an Islamic perspective through the study of the novel "Ipar Adalah Maut". This research method uses a literature study (Library Research) with a Folklor approach and content analysis to identify the themes, and describe the phenomenon of disputes in the novel. The results of the study show: 1). The family conflict in this novel starts from the forbidden love committed by Aris and Rani even though Aris is still tied in marriage with Rani's older sister named Nisa. The conflict continued with adultery between aris and rani where the adultery was known by Nisa 2). Family conflict occurs because the character in this novel violates the boundaries of association with his brother-in-law who is not a muhrim. The resolution of conflicts that occur can be resolved in two ways, namely: religiously, the wife has the right to complain to the judge and the judge isallowed to separate due to harm. Meanwhile, the State Law of the wife can file a divorce lawsuit against the husband and sue criminally on charges of adultery
Criticism of Maudhu'i's Interpretation of the Term 'Prank' in the Context of the Qur'an
The prank phenomenon has become a rampant trend among the millennial generation, especially in the realm of social media. Pranks are often thought of as a form of entertainment and humor, but in some cases, the practice can have a negative impact, including harming the other party both physically and psychologically. In Islam, there are limits to joking that emphasize honesty, ethics, and not harming others. This research aims to criticize various academic studies that discuss the phenomenon of prank in the perspective of the Qur'an. Pranks as a social phenomenon that develops in the digital era are often studied from various perspectives, including Qur'anic interpretation, hadith, psychology, and Islamic law. Using the library research method, this study evaluates the weaknesses and advantages of previous studies related to prank, especially in terms of methods, sources of interpretation used, and the relevance of the study in the modern social context. The results of the analysis show that most of the previous research is still limited to certain interpretations, lacks consideration of psychological and sociological aspects, and is minimal in discussing legal regulations related to pranks on social media. This study is expected to provide new insights in examining the phenomenon of pranks more comprehensively, taking into account a broader perspective in Islamic studies and social sciences
Implementation of the Sidogiri Qur'an Method in Improving the Fast Way of Reading the Qur'an at the Zainul Anwar Islamic Boarding School
This research explains the implementation of the Sidogiri Qur'an Method (MQS) in improving the fast way of reading the Al-Qur'an at the Zainul Anwar Islamic Boarding School. The Sidogiri Qur'anic method is an integrated approach to learning the Koran which has received widespread attention in the world of Islamic education. The Zainul Anwar Islamic boarding school in Alassumur Kulon utilizes the application of reading the Koran using the Sidogiri Qur'an method which was pioneered by a Salaf Islamic boarding school located in Pasuruan with the name "Sidogiri Islamic boarding school". The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a case study type. The data collection techniques used in this research include three methods, namely, observation, interviews and documentation. The research objectives of this article are as follows: First, Implementation of the Sidogiri Qur'an method in improving how to quickly read the Qur'an. second, What are the steps for learning the Sidogiri Qur'an method at the Zainul Anwar Islamic boarding school. third, What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in learning the Sidogiri Qur'anic method at the Zainul Anwar Islamic boarding school. The results of this research confirm that learning the Koran by applying the Sidogiri Qur'an method at the Zainul Anwar Islamic boarding school is on target in accelerating the fluency of students so that they can read the Koran quickly and accurately, including the pronunciation of the letters and the recitation. The implementation of learning the Sidogiri Qur'ani method at the Zainul Anwar Islamic boarding school is carried out in accordance with the Sidogiri Qur'an method guidebook. This method uses two learning systems, including pure classical reading and classical listening reading. There are weaknesses in implementing the Sidgiri Qur'ani method at the Zainul Anwar Islamic boarding school, such as student delays and short time. Meanwhile, the advantages of using the Sidogiri Qur'an method are that it is taught simply, practically, does not add material before the students are completely fluent, is always alert, and reprimands the students if they read the wrong reading

Public Relations Strategy in Increasing the Number of New Students at SMK Al Ikhsan Blu'uren Sampang
Facing the competition of institutions in increasing the number of new students is certainly a challenge for institutions. The strategy carried out by SMK Al-Ikhsan is to manage its public relations management. The purpose of this study is to reveal the role and strategy of public relations management at SMK Al-Ikhsan Sampang to increase the number of new students. The method used in this research uses a field-based curriculum approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of public relations is to create excellent programs including industrial cooperation, entrepreneurship programs, and scholarship and award programs. The public relations management strategies carried out include maintaining effective communication and building a positive image, institutions involving parents and the community, conducting promotions, holding events and activities, providing scholarships to outstanding students and finding scholarship information for those who want to continue to college. The conclusion of this study shows that the strategies carried out to increase the number of new students are considered effective as seen from the number of student statistics per year that have increased
Contradictions of Marriage Confirmation in Siri Marriage at the Pangkalan Kerinci Religious Court (Comparative Study of Determination Number 44/Pdt.P/2023/Pa.Pkc and Determination Number 117/Pdt.P/2021/Pa. Pkc)
Research with this title starts from the problem that the existence of marriage isbat is caused by unregistered marriages. At the Pangkalan Kerinci Religious Court, not all marriage isbat requests are granted by the judge, but there are marriage isbat requests that are rejected or not granted. The research problem is how the judge considers when deciding on marriage isbat cases in unregistered marriages at the Pangkalan Kerinci Religious Court based on Determination Number 44/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Pkc and Determination Number 117/Pdt.P/2021/PA. Pkc. And why do contradictions arise between the settlement of marriage isbats in unregistered marriages? To answer this problem, the author uses a normative juridical legal research method, with a case approach and data collection methods using documentation or literature studies. After the data is obtained, data analysis is carried out based on the main problem using descriptive analysis. The research results show that the reason the judge accepted the petition for case 44/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Pkc regarding marriage isbat was because the marriage fulfilled the marriage requirements and did not conflict with Law No. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Meanwhile, in case petition Number 117/Pdt.P/2021/PA. The judge's reason for rejecting the application was based on Article 2 Paragraph (1) of Law No.1 of 1974, jo. Article 40 letter (b) Compilation of Islamic Law, so the marriage is considered invalid. This is a contradiction between case Number 44/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Pkc and case Number 117/Pdt.P/2021/PA. Pkc is because there are different legal interpretations or assessments of the evidence presented in the two cases. So there are different determinations, namely the marriage isbat in unregistered marriages which are granted and which are rejected
