Patterns of Cultivating Customs Towards Students Using Social Emotional Learning Methods In Boarding School Modern Darussalam Gontor For Girls Third Campus Karangbanyu Widodaren Ngawi
A person's personality is reflected in noble morals, he will lead a person to high dignity. In the Boarding School Modern Darussalam Gontor For Girls third campus, many things have been instilled about adab to the students with supporting factors of habituation, example, facilities, and reward punishment. As well as efforts to handle the inhibiting factors. The results of the research obtained are, the planting pattern carried out in Boarding School Modern Darussalam Gontor For Girls third campus is through learning materials and behavior based on dhomir and escort from educators. Factors supporting adab cultivation are example, discipline, facilities, and reward punishment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the background of the students in terms of economic, social, cultural, lack of knowledge of religious science, lack of awareness of young teachers due to age factors that should be a role model for students. Looking at some of the problems above, researchers concluded that the main reason for the failure to instill good morals in children is because of the unsuccess of educators, from parents, teachers, and the environment where children interact in emphasizing the importance of planting adab, therefore, it is important to understand the pattern of adab planting that has been applied in this cottage hopefully can make a foundation for educators in instilling adab to children from an early age. So from the results of this study in the form of adab planting patterns in Gontor Putri Tiga, and knowing what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. From these results, researchers hope that the pattern of planting adab in Boarding School Modern Darussalam Gontor For Girls third campus can be applied in the wider community, so that the purpose of planting adab can be realized
The Position of Women in the Household from an Islamic Family Law Perspective in Indonesia
Injustice is felt by women in Indonesia in various fields of life including the family institution. Based on data from the Ministry of Empowerment and Child Protection that by the end of 2022 there were 18 thousand more cases of domestic violence. And from these data almost 80% of victims are women. With these conditions and facts, it can be concluded that women do not understand their position as wives in the family, so they are very vulnerable to domestic violence. The type of research that the writer uses is a juridical-normative type of research. In this study, the collection of legal materials was carried out through Library Research, in the form of documents and laws and regulations related to this research. From these discussions, it can be concluded that the existence of family law rules in Indonesia, if specifically reviewed, still contains points that contain gender bias. However, in general review, the materials contained in KHI seem to have shown an equal position between men and women. The binding rules between men and women can be considered fair in the context of Indonesian society which has its own cultural pattern with a society structure that tends to be pluralistic
Management of Improving the Quality of Education Through the 2013 Curriculum at Fadhilatul Qur'an Sampang High School
The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Fadhilatul Qur'an Sampang high school is managing to raise the standard of instruction using the 2013 curriculum. Qualitative research using a field study technique is the research methodology employed. The methods of gathering data include, interviews, and observation. The 2013 curriculum's management of raising educational standards is divided into three phases: planning, implementing, and evaluating. The study's findings demonstrate that, first, management planning for raising educational standards through the 2013 curriculum explains how to create learning implementation plans (RPP) that will help students learn successfully. Secondly, management is implemented for raising educational standards through the 2013 curriculum. The three management evaluations for increasing educational quality through the 2013 curriculum were conducted using three assessment criteria: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.
Islam as Science and Doctrine in Preventing the Emergence of Radicalism in Generation Z
Islam as a religion has two sides which can be understood as knowledge whose truth can be tested and on the other hand as a doctrine that must be believed and implemented with faith. These two sides have the potential to prevent the growth of radicalism which is often associated with an “offside” understanding of religion. The aim of this research is to explore the role of Islam as a science and doctrine in preventing the emergence of radicalism in Generation Z, especially among students at Serang Raya University. In the era of digital and rapidly developing globalization and the very massive dissemination of information, Generation Z, with its characteristics as a digital native, is vulnerable to exposure to a variety of diverse information, including content that contains radical ideology so that it can disrupt concentration to understand Islam more deeply. An approach based on a moderate and comprehensive understanding of the Islamic religion is crucial in facing this challenge. Through literature studies and qualitative research methods, this article analyzes how Islamic religious education based on the values of rahmatan lil'alamin and moderation can be an effective bulwark in fending off radicalism. This article concludes that the integration of comprehensive religious education and the use of appropriate information technology can prevent the spread of radical ideology among Generation Z
KH Ahmad Dahlan and KH Hasyim Asy'ari's Thoughts on the Relevance of Contemporary Islamic Education
In fact, there are two important figures in the history of Indonesian Islamic education, KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and KH. Ahmad Dahlan, each has a different way of making a big impact. Founder of Nahdlatul Ulama, KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, emphasized the importance of Islamic boarding school-based education that combines religious knowledge with classical Islamic traditions. He believed that strengthening morals and understanding of the Shari'a should be the main foundation of education, while remaining open to the development of modern science. On the other hand, KH. Ahmad Dahlan, founder of Muhammadiyah, has a more progressive view of education reform. He encouraged the modernization of the Islamic education system by adopting public school curricula and a rational approach to understanding religion. He also emphasized the importance of more systematic and organized teaching and general science as part of holistic Islamic education comparable to Western educational standards in force at that time. Even though they acted in different ways, these two figures were committed to improving the quality of education in Indonesia, with the main aim of creating a generation of Muslims who are intelligent, have morals and are able to contribute positively to society. They have formed two large organizations, NU and Muhammadiyah. These two organizations have become important pillars in the Islamic education system in Indonesia to date
Mechanism for Distributing Uninhabitable Home Assistance in Cileunyi Kulon Village Siyasah Dusturiyah Perspective
Poverty is often a serious discussion in overcoming it. The government has not found a glimmer of hope in overcoming poverty, even though the government continues to look for various ways so that poverty can be conquered. The purpose of this study is none other than to analyze how the mechanism of distribution of the uninhabitable house assistance program discusses the priority scale, benefits and review of siyasah dusturiyah in fulfilling the rights of the community in Cileunyi Kulon Village. One of the countermeasures carried out in Cileunyi Kulon Village is by running several assistance programs related to uninhabitable houses. With this program, it is hoped that it can be of benefit in the realm of society, and realize the government's desire to reduce poverty. Cileunyi Kulon Village has realized the uninhabitable house assistance program as one of the government's achievement targets in making the community prosperous, with the aim of maintaining human life in accordance with maqashid sharia, namely promoting maslahat, and leaving mudharat. The principle of siyasah dusturiyah which includes trust and justice makes how a leader exercises his power in accordance with Islamic law that refers to the Qur'an and Hadith. Therefore, the review of siyasah dusturiyah is used as an analysis knife in this research in Cileunyi Kulon Village because this research is considered in line with what is based on the principles of jurisdiction
Traditional Market Development Strategy in Kudus, Central Java According to Islamic Economic Perspective
Traditional markets are one of the cornerstones of life for people, especially small traders. However, the existence of traditional markets is currently decreasing due to several reasons, including the location of traditional markets close to modern markets, lack of infrastructure, safety and comfort of traditional markets, and so on. So this makes people slowly leave traditional markets and switch to modern markets. The aim of this study is to formulate strategies that are relevant to traditional market conditions in Kudus, Central Java and in accordance with sharia principles. The research method used is Analytic Network Processes (ANP). This study used 7 informants from academics, practitioners and regulators. The results of this study are that traditional market development strategies in the form of revitalization, infrastructure development and traditional market quality rank first as the most relevant strategies to use. This was followed by the next strategy, namely Locations that Support the Public Interest, followed by Increasing Trader Capacity and Skills, then Sharia-Based Government Policy and Improving the quality and Diversification of Halal and Tayyib Products
The Importance of Validity and Reliability in Research
Research is inseparable from research instruments. A good instrument is one that is valid and reliable. Validity means the instrument can be used to measure what it is supposed to measure. Validity refers to how well a test or tool measures what it is supposed to measure. Reliability refers to the extent to which the results of a measurement can be trusted. Validity and reliability are two crucial concepts that determine the quality of a measurement instrument. The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of validity and reliability in research for decision-making. This research method used library research from various materials such as reference books, previous similar research results, articles, and notes related to validity and reliability. The results showed that validity and reliability play a crucial role in research: improving the integrity of research results, ensuring proper data interpretation, being essential for decision-making based on research results, increasing confidence in research results, and without reliability, validity becomes questionable
Social and Religious Approaches in Marriage Counseling Due to Adultery: Strategies for Building Legal and Moral Awareness in the Al-Barakah Islamic Study Group
Promiscuity among young people often has negative impacts, such as early marriage or pregnancy out of wedlock. Pregnancy before marriage is a serious issue that confuses many parties, including parents, teachers and community leaders. In situations like this, parents often feel embarrassed and try to find solutions to save the family's good name. Marriage itself is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman, with the aim of forming a harmonious and eternal family based on divine values. According to some scholars, the legal origin of marriage is mubah (permissible) if it is related to al-ahkam al-khamsah. However, in practice, marriage is often seen as a way to fulfill one's physical or biological needs. This phenomenon occurs more and more often in modern life. Pregnancy out of wedlock is a consequence of sexual relations before marriage. In Indonesia, women who become pregnant out of wedlock are usually married off immediately. Such marriages, known as "pregnancy marriages," may be with the man responsible for the pregnancy or with another man. This article will discuss social and religious approaches in providing counseling about marriage due to adultery, with a focus on strategies to increase legal and moral awareness in the Al-Barakah Ta'lim Council
Socialization and Education on the Prevention of Bullying and Sexual Violence at the Al-Barkah Islamic Study Group
This research discusses socialization and education on the prevention of bullying and sexual violence at Majlis Taklim Al-Barkah. The main focus is to provide an understanding of the meaning, impact, and ways to prevent such behavior based on Islamic law, including the postulates of the Qur'an and Hadith. Education also includes Islamic legal sanctions against perpetrators, as well as efforts to build public awareness of the importance of a safe and inclusive environment. This community service activity succeeded in increasing participants' awareness of the issue through a participatory approach that included the delivery of materials, discussions, and questions and answers. The results of the activity showed that participants could understand the material well and actively participate, which is expected to produce positive changes in daily life
