Implementation of Inquiry Learning Strategy in Islamic Religious Education Learning
Get PDFThe ability to think is an important aspect in individuals that can generate extraordinary ideas or suggestions. Students need to be trained in thinking skills to enhance their intelligence. Therefore, teachers have knowledge of how to implement strategies or well-planned plans according to these goals to effectively develop thinking abilities. Thus, inquiry-based learning strategies are chosen as the most appropriate teaching method by teachers to enhance students' intellectual skills, as inquiry-based learning emphasizes critical and analytical thinking so that students can seek and find their own answers to the problems they face. In the subject of Islamic Education, research strategies are considered suitable for enhancing thinking abilities. This aims to develop understanding and increase students' intellectual knowledge of materials related to Islamic education.
Islamic Law and the Meaning of Men's Status in the Bajapuik Padang Pariaman Customs
Get PDFThis study explores the relationship between Islamic law and the meaning of male status in the Bajapuik custom in Padang Pariaman. The Bajapuik custom is a unique tradition in Minangkabau culture where the woman gives a sum of money to the man as part of the marriage process. This practice often raises debates about its appropriateness and implications in the context of Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze the perspectives of the Padang Pariaman community on the Bajapuik custom and the views of Islamic law on the practice. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The results show that although the Bajapuik custom is considered an integral part of the Minangkabau cultural identity, there are various views regarding its appropriateness with the principles of Islamic law. Some religious figures consider it not to be in conflict with sharia as long as it does not violate the principle of mahar (dowry) in Islam, while others argue that this practice needs to be adjusted to be more in line with Islamic teachings. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics between customary traditions and Islamic law and their implications for the social status of men in Padang Pariaman society
Implementation of Collaborative Learning Model to Improve Student Literacy at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bima City
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Collaborative Learning Model starting from the need to create a more interactive learning environment based on cooperation between students. Traditional learning that is more passive, where the teacher is the main source of information, is considered less effective in developing students' social skills, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities. Education is the key to an individual's success. Therefore, we as educators must be able to develop ourselves as whole individuals, as members of society and citizens of the nation. In other words, being able to know ourselves, the surrounding community, and our nation. This introduction process requires the development of cognitive, affective abilities, including imagination and inspiration (Hamid Hasan, 1993: 128). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the collaborative learning model can significantly increase student literacy, collaborative students have higher literacy, collaboration needs to be applied among students and students in schools. These collaborative learning methods further motivate or encourage students to be active and interactive and work together in completing academic tasks in class. Thus, collaborative learning is fundamentally different from the conventional-traditional approach that has been carried out so far, which is more direct-transfer or one-way transmission model. The conclusion is that learning model research can be used as an alternative to improve literacy. In this case, students become the only source of knowledge or skills. Collaborative learning views the learning process more as learner-centered and not teacher-centered
Analysis of the Causes of Divorce Suits From A Gender Perspective in the Religious Court of Selong, East Lombok
Get PDFThe increase in divorce reflects changes in society, which no longer considers divorce to be taboo, but rather a common phenomenon. This study aims to identify the factors causing divorce in the Selong Religious Court from a gender perspective and to analyze divorce rulings in the Selong Religious Court from the perspective of mubadalah theory. This study is a field study using a case study and legal-empirical approach, with primary data collected from court decisions and interviews with judges, as well as secondary data from legal references. The results of the study reveal that the factors causing divorce at the Selong Religious Court are economic problems, domestic violence, alcohol or drug dependence, neglect of one party, and prolonged disputes. The rulings in these cases align with the theory of mubadalah, encompassing five mutually supportive pillars: establishing a strong agreement as a trust from God, upholding the principles of partnership and reciprocity, regularly consulting with one another, treating each other with kindness, and creating comfort in interacting with one another

Get PDFThe distribution of inheritance for women in the Koran is still a topic of debate among scholars. This research aims to analyze the distribution of inheritance for women in the Koran from the perspective of Wahbah az-Zuhaili. The research results show that the distribution of inheritance for women in the Koran must be carried out based on the principles of justice and equality. The people in Ubar Village, Padang Bolak Julu District, North Padang Lawas Regency, still have a patriarchal view in the division of inheritance. The aim of this learning is to analyze Wahbah az-Zuhaili's views on the distribution of inheritance for women in the Koran, analyze the views of the community in Ubar Village regarding the distribution of inheritance for women, identify factors that influence the distribution of inheritance for women in Ubar Village. Learning Methods are research methods: qualitative research with a content analysis approach. Data source: The type of data used is primary data obtained through the interpretation of al-Munir books by Wahbah az-Zuhaili, interviews with people in Ubar Village. Data analysis techniques: content analysis and thematic analysis. The finding/learning result is that the distribution of inheritance for women in the Koran must be carried out based on the principles of justice and equality. The people in Ubar Village still have a patriarchal view in the division of inheritance. Get PDFيتركز هذا البحث في دراسة أنظمة المركز الشيخ ابن باز الإسلامي جوكجاكارتا التي تتعلق بالمجتمع المحيط به وهو سكان المجتمع قرية كارانجايام وما تأثيرها في تنمية اقتصادهم ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إعطاء الصورة الواضحة الواقعية في أن أنظمة المركز الشيخ ابن باز تنمي اقتصاد المجتمع كاراجايام في منظور المقاصد الشرعية وأنه مقبول في المجتمع فلا تحدث المشاكل بين المركز و المجتمع وهذا البحث ينهج منهجا دراسة تحليلية. والنتائج التي حصل عليها الباحث أن عدد الأنظمة المركز الشيخ ابن باز الذي يتعلق بالمجتمع ستة أنظمة وهي: خصم رسوم الدراسة و رسوم الدخول 50 % لأولاد سكان المجتمع لمن أراد أن يتعلم في المركز الشيخ ابن باز الإسلامي أن يتخلق الطالب بخلق حسن في أي مكان وأن يسلم أخاه المسلم إذا قابله في الطريق خاصة المدرس أو المجتمع، يمنع للطالب كلام فاحش الذي لا فائدة له، أو يغني أو رفع الصوت، أن يلبس الطالب بلباس التقوى ساتر العورة ولا يزعج المجتمع أثناء خروجه، و أن يخرج الطالب في أوقات المسموحة للخروج. وهي يوم الإثنين و الخميس و الأحد، وهذه الأنظمة تجعل المركز مقبولا لدى المجتمع و تفيد المجتمع المحيط به في تنمية اقتصادهم. فلا يحدث المشاكل بين المركز الشيخ ابن باز و المجتمع قرية كارانجايا

Get PDFThis article aims to analyze the implementation of principal strategies in MTs.S PP educational institutions. Darussalam Kunir in achieving superior accreditation. This research method was obtained from written sources related to management strategy. The research method used in this article is descriptive qualitative data. The data collection technique in this research is environmental observation, interviews. Environmental observations and literature studies collected books and journals related to strategic management, school principal leadership, and the keys to successful accreditation. This analysis technique is in the form of a narrative. Strategic management is a way for an institution or organization to achieve goals which also require the role of a leader with a leadership spirit who can influence the performance/behavior of other people. Implementation of accreditation is carried out through activities comparing the condition of schools in activities to meet the four standards set during the accreditation period which will be carried out in the 2023-2024 academic year. Therefore, the school principal plays a very important role in implementing a series of school principal strategies to implement strategic management to make accreditation successful at MTs.S PP.
