Get PDFThe Qur'an, as a guide for human life, not only regulates the relationship between humans and Allah (habl min Allah), but also the relationship between humans with one another (habl min al-nas).Social ethics has become one of the important topics discussed in the verses of the Qur'an to create a harmonious social life, full of tolerance, and based on human values.This research aims to examine the concept of social ethics in the Qur'an in order to provide a comprehensive understanding for the community.The method in this research uses library research.The research results show that the Qur'an provides universal principles in social ethics that are relevant for all times and can be a solution to various social problems faced by modern society.Thus, this study is expected to contribute to the strengthening of social values based on the Qur'an amidst the dynamics of contemporary societal life.Thus, this study is expected to contribute to strengthening social values based on the Qur'an amidst the dynamics of contemporary community life
The Rhetoric of KH Jujun Junaedi in Developing Sufi Preaching at Pesantren Al-Jauhari
Get PDFThis research explores the role of KH Jujun Junaedi's rhetoric in the development of Sufism (Tasawuf) preaching at Pesantren Al-Jauhari. The study examines how KH Jujun Junaedi uses rhetorical techniques to deliver Sufism teachings effectively and persuasively, aiming to establish a deep connection with his audience. The research employs a qualitative approach, using phenomenology and rhetorical analysis to understand how the rhetoric affects the understanding and practice of Sufism among the santri and community at the pesantren. The findings indicate that his rhetorical approach, blending educational, recreational, and informative elements, is crucial in making the teachings accessible and impactful. The study also identifies supporting and hindering factors in the implementation of his rhetoric, such as his popularity, communication style, and physical challenges related to aging. This research contributes to the understanding of the intersection between rhetoric and religious teaching, particularly in the context of Sufism at Islamic boarding schools
The Relationship Between Family Support and Motivation to Recover in Clients at the Ar-Rahman Drug Rehabilitation Center Foundation, Palembang
Get PDFThis study is entitled The Relationship of Family Support with Motivation to Recover to Clients at the Ar -Rahman Palembang Narcotics Rehabilitation Center Foundation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with motivation to recover on clients at the Ar-Rahman Palembang Narcotics Rehabilitation Center Foundation. The method in this researcher is quantitative with the type of correlational research. The sample of this study totaled 45 respondents and sampling techniques in the form of purposive sampling. This study uses a prerequisite test consisting of a normality test, linearity and hypothesis test using SPSS assistance. Data collection methods using a questionnaire. The results show that the client rehabilitation has a moderate level of family support (69%) and the level of motivation to recover is moderate (65%). By using the Pearson Product Moment correlation, researchers found that the Rxy value = 0.303 with a significant 0.043 P = 0.043 (p <0.05). This means there is a positive relationship between family support and motivation to recover on clients at the Ar-Rahman Palembang drug rehabilitation center foundation. The relationship shows that the higher the family support, the higher the motivation to recover, the lower the family support, the lower the motivation to recover
Analysis of Causes and Strategies to Overcome Low Literacy Levels at Mts Al Hidayah
Get PDFLiteracy skills are an important foundation in character building and mastery of knowledge in the 21st century. According to a survey conducted by the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) in 2022, it was revealed that the literacy rate in Indonesia is still relatively low and is a major challenge, especially in the education sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems and determine the factors that cause low levels of student literacy and to develop strategies to foster reading literacy habits among students at MTs Al Hidayah. The research methods used include observation, interviews and literature reviews. The results of this study explain that internal factors such as lack of motivation and low interest in reading, as well as external factors such as technological advances and developments that divert students' attention and limited literacy facilities are the main obstacles to low student interest in reading. The solution is to overcome low student literacy by implementing the School Literacy Movement (GLS), optimizing library facilities, and the importance of the active role of teachers in cultivating reading, as well as synergy between families, schools, and communities in order to encourage the growth and development of literacy in the school environment and build a generation with more character. To follow up on the results of this study, recommendations are needed from various institutions
Problems of Hasad from the Perspective of the Qur'an (Review of Maqashidi Interpretation)

It is a spiritual disease that can lead to various forms of evil, such as slander, ridicule, humiliation, and persecution. This study examines the problematics of hasad from the perspective of the Qur'an using the Tafsir Maqashidi approach, a method of interpretation that emphasizes the objectives and wisdom (maqashid) behind Islamic teachings. The Qur'an highlights the roots, manifestations, and impacts of hasad, while also providing spiritual guidance for overcoming and preventing it. The central issues addressed in this research are: What forms of problematics arise from hasad in life according to the Qur'anic perspective? How does the concept of Maqashid Asy-Syari'ah in Qur'anic verses about hasad relate to the issues caused by it? The objectives of this research are to identify and analyze the various forms of problematics caused by hasad in daily life based on the Qur'anic perspective. Furthermore, the study aims to explain the concept of Maqashid Asy-Syari'ah in Qur'anic verses related to hasad and how this concept provides solutions to the issues arising from it. Additionally, the research seeks to reveal the relevance of the Qur'anic teachings in addressing the negative impacts of hasad, both at the individual and social levels
Sasak Language Interference in Santri Arabic
Get PDFThis study examines the form of Sasak language interference in Arabic language practice by students of Madinatul Ulum NW Mumbang Islamic Boarding School. Interference occurs in various aspects of language, including phonology and syntax as well as reduplication. This phenomenon is caused by the influence of the mother tongue (Sasak language) and the lack of mastery of Arabic vocabulary of students, as well as minimal understanding of Arabic language structure. This study uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenological approach, the data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that phonological, syntactic and reduplication interference dominated students' errors in speaking Arabic. To minimize the negative impact of this interference, the Islamic boarding school implemented several intensive programs, such as muhadasah, memorizing the muhawaroh book, drilling uslub and watching Arabic films as well as learning Nahwu science. This finding confirms that although mother tongue interference (Sasak language) is a real challenge. However, the application of the right learning method and a supportive learning environment can significantly improve the Arabic language competence of students
Ratio Decidendi of Judge's Decision in Marriage Annulment Case: Antinomy between Justice and Legal Certainty in Depok Religious Court
Get PDFIn this article, the author will analyze the ratio decidendi of the judge's decision in the case of marriage annulment which shows the existence of an antinomy between Justice and Legal Certainty based on decision Number 3617/Pdt.G/2021PA. Dpk, decision Number 36/Pdt.G/2022/PTA. Bdg and decision Number 811 K/Ag/2022. The results of the study show that in marriage annulment cases, the panel of judges of first instance, the panel of appellate judges and the panel of cassation have different ratios decidendi in their legal considerations, so that from the three decisions there is an antinomy (contradiction) between justice and certainty. The panel of judges of the first instance, which considers one legal fact, but ignores other legal facts, causes the lack of legal certainty. The Appellate Panel considered that Article 27 paragraph (3) of Law Number 1 of 1974 had fulfilled legal certainty, but ignored other legal facts so as to ignore the values of justice. On the other hand, the Cassation Panel in its ratio decidendi decision has considered various legal facts, both formally and materially, so that it has considered two legal ideals, namely justice and legal certainty in a proportionate and balanced manner.
Exploration of Constraints and Strategies to Increase Public Interest and Saving Experience in Bank Syariah Indonesia Financial Services: Case Study of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Medan, North Sumatra
Get PDFThe main objective is to explore the constraints and solutions in increasing public participation in sharia financial services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), particularly in Medan, North Sumatra. The proposed hypothesis is that sharia financial literacy and effective education can increase public awareness and interest in BSI services. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation from 115 BSI customers in Medan. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results indicate several main obstacles, namely the low level of sharia financial literacy (only 12.5% of respondents have a strong understanding of sharia financial principles), the limited effectiveness of promotions (50.9% feel the promotions are quite effective, while 23.7% find them less informative), and technical challenges such as difficulties in migrating the application to Beyond (37.5% of respondents) and the instability of the BSI Mobile application (59% of respondents). The recommended strategies include strengthening community-based education programs, collaborating with educational institutions, diversifying promotional media, and investing in technological infrastructure. The importance of financial and technological literacy in enhancing sharia financial inclusion is a key focus, while also providing strategic recommendations for BSI to expand its service reach. The results are expected to serve as a reference for the development of more inclusive marketing strategies and educational programs

In this case, an effort is needed to overcome it. One of them is that students' 21st century communication skills are very important for students at school, one of which is through Friday tausiyah activities. Friday Tausiyah is a religious activity at Telukjambe Islamic Middle School, which is held every Friday. The purpose of this research is to determine the planning of the Friday Tausiyah program on students' 21st century skills at Telukjambe Islamic Middle School. To find out the implementation of the Friday Tausiyah program at Telukjambe Islamic Middle School on students' 21st century skills. To find out the results achieved in strengthening students' 21st century skills. through the Friday tausiyah program at Telukjambe Islamic Middle School. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. This research was conducted at Telukjambe Islamic Middle School, data collection, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, for the analysis, researchers used descriptive analysis, namely in the form of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this research reveal that, (1) The planning of the Friday Tausiyah program for students' 21st century skills is what sparked the formation of the Friday Tausiyah program, namely the school principal and forming a religious team so that this activity could be implemented. (2) The implementation of Friday tausiyah in developing students' communication skills has been well pursued by the religious team and the school. (3) The results achieved in mastering students' 21st century skills are that students have more control over the stage, are brave and confident to speak in public
The Role of the Taqwa Mosque Community Service in Improving the Welfare of the Medan Community

The purpose of writing this journal is to study more deeply about how the efforts made by the BKM of the Taqwa Mosque in overcoming this problem include the Role of the BKM of the Taqwa Mosque in the Welfare of the People of Medan. The research method used is qualitative using a phenomenological approach, then the data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation and the analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn/verification. The results of the research found by the researcher are that there are several activities carried out by BKM Masjid Taqwa to support welfare for the community, including providing religious education, social and community programs, social assistance, economic empowerment, cleanliness and welfare, and environmental cleanliness, then the problems experienced by BKM Mosque in implementing all programs include missed communication and lack of funds and lack of facilities or infrastructure of the Mosque
