Analysis of Geographical Conditions against Socio-Political and Legal Dynamics in Pre-Islamic Mecca and Medina: A Historical and Critical Approach
This research is motivated by the fact that geographical conditions played an important role in shaping the social, political and legal dynamics in pre-Islamic Makkah and Madinah. This research aims to analyse how geographical factors influenced the development of social structures, political systems and legal norms in the two cities before the advent of Islam. This research adopts a normative legal approach and a descriptive method of analysis. Data was collected using literature review techniques from historical, legal and social sources related to the pre-Islamic period. The data was then analysed using qualitative data analysis techniques to understand the relationship between geographical conditions and the dynamics that occurred. The results of this study show that the geographical conditions of Makkah and Madinah, such as their strategic location on trade routes and challenging geographical environment, contributed to the formation of a hierarchical social structure and a political system based on clan power. The legal system also evolved according to the pragmatic needs of the local community to maintain social and economic stability. The findings of this study suggest the need for a deeper understanding of the relationship between geography and socio-political dynamics as a basis for studying the transformation of law and community structure, especially in areas that have experienced significant historical change

Correlation Analysis of Spiritual Intelligence on Physics Learning Outcomes
One of the biggest challenges faced by students is the ability to understand the essence and purpose of the learning process, including in physics subjects. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and physics learning outcomes. The research method is a causal-correlational quantitative method. The data collection technique uses a spiritual intelligence questionnaire (SISRI-24) and physics learning outcomes in the form of mid-semester exam results. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, namely the entire 12th grade population which is used as a research sample of 140 people. The instrument validity test uses product moment correlation and instrument reliability uses Cronbach's alpha. Spearman test statistical data uses SPSS version 27. The research findings show a positive correlation between spiritual intelligence and physics learning outcomes (r = 0.359). Analysis of the four dimensions of spiritual intelligence reveals that spiritual awareness has the most significant contribution (r = 0.396), followed by Critical Existential Thinking (r = 0.366), discovery of personal meaning (r = 0.226), and the conscious development (r = 0.210)

Criticism and the Concept of Sharia Deconstruction in the Thoughts of Abdullah Ahmed Naim
Thoughts about Sharia in Islam have experienced a significant evolution from its early days to the current contemporary era. Abdullah Ahmed Naim, a leading thinker in contemporary Islamic studies, offers a provocative perspective through his deconstruction of Sharia. An-Naim argues that Sharia should be seen as a product of human history and culture, not a static divine law. With a deconstructive approach, An-Nuaim highlights the importance of contextualizing Islamic law, emphasizing that the interpretation of Sharia must be adapted to continuously developing social needs and realities. This view invites in-depth discussion about the relevance and application of Sharia in the modern world. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library study approach, where data is collected through collection from various academic sources, including books, journal articles and An-Na'im's own works. The analysis was carried out by reducing data, presenting the data, and continuing with drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that it can be seen that this approach is not only relevant for legal reform but also has significant implications for Islamic studies and society's understanding of pluralism in the legal context. Through the deconstruction of sharia, there is hope to create an Islamic legal system that is more just, inclusive and responsive to the challenges of the times
Implementation of the Competency-Based Curriculum Development Model at MTs Plus Al-Azhar Wlingi Blitar
The rapid advancement of technology, the Industrial Revolution 4.0, and ongoing social changes demand that education become more responsive and adaptive to contemporary challenges. In an authentic hadith narrated by Bukhari and Muslim, it is stated that every child is born in a state of fitrah. It was his parents who allowed him to become a Jew, Christian, or Magian.
