Managing Educational Costs at SDIT Insan Cermat
This research is based on the condition of education financing management at Insan Cermat Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT), which is the main support for the sustainability of educational activities at the school. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of school-owned financial resources, the level of responsibility and transparency in financial management, minimize errors in fund management, and understand the contribution of school finance to improving the quality of learning in the classroom. The approach used is a qualitative method with a single case study type that focuses on the management of education financing at SDIT Insan Cermat. Data were collected through documentation and interviews. The results showed that SDIT Insan Cermat does not experience financial difficulties in obtaining education funds, and their use is directed for educational purposes. The principal works optimally with the treasurer, so that a number of school programs can run well. The accountability system implemented reflects the school's responsibility, while transparency is realized by displaying the report on the use of funds on the notice board so that it can be accessed by all parties. The utilization of school finances is also proven to support the improvement of the quality of learning in the classroom, marked by the fulfillment of various important facilities and infrastructure. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the management of education financing at SDIT Insan Cermat has been implemented according to good procedures
Guidance on Islamic Counseling from the Perspective of the Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Imran Verses 159-160
Islamic counseling guidance has the goal of helping individuals to solve the problems they are facing through the approach of the Qur'an or Hadith. This research focuses on finding the values of Islamic guidance and counseling contained in Surah Al Imran verses 159-160. This research is a type of library research (library research), namely research that focuses discussion on the literature in the form of books, journals, papers, and other writings. Which is done by reading books related to Islamic guidance and counseling. Data collection techniques use documentation of book studies. The data analysis technique is to examine objects that are qualitative in nature using the Maudhu'i method. This discussion resulted in the existence of Islamic counseling guidance values in Surah Al Imran verses 159-160, including: Gentle, forgiving, deliberative and trustful, where these values need to be applied during the counseling process

Reviewing the Three-Sentence Story Writing Training Program (Tatika) in Raising Literacy Interests of Middle School Students
The low literacy rate of Indonesians was the background for the government to launch the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program in 2016 with the hope of improving students' literacy culture in schools. This study aims to determine the impact of one of the School Literacy Movement programs at SMPN 39 Bandung, namely the Three-Sentence Story Writing Training (Tatika) on the reading and writing interests of SMPN 39 Bandung students. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were interviews with the principal and teachers as the implementing committee for the Tatika program, distributing questionnaires, and field observations. Based on the results of the study, with the holding of the "Three-Sentence Story Writing" training at SMPN 39 Bandung, there was an increase in the reading and writing interests of SMPN 39 Bandung students as seen from the increasing number of library visitors and the enthusiasm of SMPN 39 Bandung students in participating in writing competitions. Although there was an increase in the literacy of SMPN 39 Bandung students, students' reading and writing interests must be increased again as seen from the results of the student reading interest instrument
The Values of Moral Education in the Qur'an and Their Implications for the Process of Character Formation of Children or Students (Analysis Study of Surah Luqman Verses 14-15)
The problem of moral decline has plagued several young generations recently, including widespread incidents of profanity, crime, violence, hate speech and other deviant behavior. Moral or character education is seen as an alternative way out of these various problems. This study of Luqman's letter is an example for parents to return to their parents' nature when providing education, morals or character and attention to their children through the example of Luqman Al-Hakim's character. The background of this research is to look at the current moral damage of children, so this research aims to provide some solutions in the form of theories to shape children's character in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion. This research is a type of library research, namely research whose research topic uses library data in the form of books as a source of information. This research was carried out through reading, studying and analyzing existing literature in the form of the Al-Quran, other books and research. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely systematic research where objects are researched or researched in a natural environment without manipulation and without testing hypotheses. The results of this research are that there is several moral education in Surah Al-Luqman verses 14 and 15, including filial piety to parents, the command to always be grateful and patient, and to be aware of the place of human return and not to associate partners with Allah SWT or shirk. As a religion that is rahmatan lil 'alamin, Islam has determined that the only way to legally fulfill a person's biological needs is through marriage. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency in 2024, the marriage rate in Indonesia is decreasing. Marriage in this decade is theoretically a generation, Gen Z is the ideal generation to get married. However, based on BPS data, Gen Z is actually postponing marriage. The reasons for Gen Z vary from factors of Globalization, Covid-19, to the shadow of divorce. The study used qualitative methods to explore the causes of marriage postponement by Gen Z. This research aims to examine managing classes in the digital era by utilizing technology for learning in elementary schools and its impact on quality and providing benefits to students. Classroom management learning is In the current digital era, in managing classes in elementary schools, there are many meaningful transitions that take place by utilizing them in the learning process. Technology recommends various tools and resources that can increase the need and accuracy of learning methods, both for teachers and students. This article explores how technology can be used to manage classes more efficiently, overcome emerging challenges, and maximize the potential of education in elementary schools. Some important aspects explained include using software in the form of online learning platforms and digital collaboration tools. In addition, this article also highlights the importance of developing digital skills for teachers and students, as well as highlighting the important role of technology in creating inclusive and interactive learning environments. By utilizing technology optimally, we hope to create a learning atmosphere that is more enjoyable, adaptive, and in line with students' needs in this digital era.Classroom management is an approach that combines various disciplines to deliver a more holistic and relevant classroom management learning experience for students. This literature study analyzes various previous studies that discuss effectiveness in managing classes, in the context of primary and secondary education up to higher education. The results of the literature review show that classroom management learning can improve the quality of digital learning through presenting material that is more contextual and interactive. Technology-Based Learning Management Strategies to Improve Students' Digital Intelligence
Technology-based learning is learning that is widely implemented in the current era, but there are several gaps in its implementation, one of which is that technology is misused by students for mere entertainment, and there are also challenges that educational institutions must pay attention to in managing learning. To address obstacles and challenges in implementing technology-based learning, good preparation and management is needed by schools and teachers before implementing the learning process, so that in its implementation teachers have insight, anticipation and solutions if learning obstacles occur. There are six things that schools must prepare in managing technology-based learning, namely: qualified human resources, sufficient finances for learning needs, teachers must prepare effective learning theories and practices, supporting infrastructure, learning methods that are appropriate to students' conditions. Apart from that, technology-based learning management strategies that must also be prepared by teachers are: learning implementation plans, which must be created and displayed through technology, in implementing learning, teachers prepare learning activities by utilizing technology, such as learning media, learning materials and teaching materials, and in Teachers can also use technology to evaluate their learning. So with a well-prepared management strategy, technology-based learning will run effectively and efficiently so that it can increase students' digital intelligence
Teachers' Difficulties in Conducting PAI Learning Evaluation (Assessment Rubric)
Assessment is one of the external factors that greatly affects learners' learning outcomes. Assessment aims to help learners identify and recognize the difficulties they face in learning activities. One of the principles of assessment is comprehensive and continuous, thus teachers must use a variety of appropriate assessment techniques and cover all aspects of competence to monitor the development of students' abilities. One of the assessment media uses an assessment rubric. This writing method focuses on library research, which is a research that focuses on collecting library data. A rubric is a tool that contains a set of criteria (things that become objectives) used to measure/assess performance/tasks. Rubrics are also commonly used in assessing a performance. An assessment rubric has four main components, namely task description, assessment category, category description and rating scale plus a title. These components are written in the rubric format according to the needs. There are two types of assessment rubrics, namely holistic and analytic types. The preparation can follow the stages of rubric writing, starting from determining the purpose of the assessment to the final stage of receiving input and making revisions and adjustments to the assessment rubric
