The Role Of Al-Munasabah In The Interpretation Of The Qur'an (A Study of the Book of Nadzmu Duror by al-Biqō'i)
Get PDFThis study examines the role of the concept of al-munāsabah (the interrelation between verses and surahs) in the interpretation of the Qur'an based on Nadzmu Duror by Al-Biqā’i. This concept plays a crucial role in revealing the structure and deep meanings between the verses of the Qur'an. The primary objective of this research is to explore the application of al-munāsabah in Al-Biqā’i’s exegesis and identify its contribution to understanding the Qur'an’s meaning. This study employs a qualitative-descriptive method with a textual analysis approach, focusing on an in-depth literature review of Nadzmu Duror and other supporting sources.The findings indicate that Al-Biqā’i uses al-munāsabah as a central approach to connect verses and surahs, thereby strengthening the thematic context and meaning of the Qur'an. This study also reveals how Al-Biqā’i applies al-munāsabah to interpret verses in an integrative and contextual manner, providing new perspectives in Qur'anic exegesis. This concept helps uncover the beauty of the Qur'an’s structure and deepens the understanding of its embedded messages. These findings affirm that al-munāsabah makes a significant contribution to enriching exegetical approaches, particularly in understanding the internal structure of the Qur'an, and offer important implications for the development of structural-based Qur'anic studies

No full textتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير استخدام طريقة تدريس اللوح القلاب في تعزيز النشاط والتحصيل الأكاديمي لطلاب الصف الثالث (D) في مادة المطالعة بمعهد والي صاعا عابر للتربية الإسلامية الحديثة، في فَنُورُوكو، للعام الدراسي 2024. استخدمت الدراسة منهج البحث الإجرائي (PTK) بالاعتماد على المنهجين الكمي والكيفي. تم إجراء البحث على مدى دورتين شملتا مراحل التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والملاحظة، والتقييم. تم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات، والملاحظات، والاختبارات، والوثائق. أظهرت النتائج تحسنًا كبيرًا في نشاط الطلاب، حيث وصل إلى 92% في الدورة الثانية، وزيادة في المعدل العام للدرجات إلى 4.4، مع نسبة نجاح بلغت 96%. تسلط هذه النتائج الضوء على فعالية استخدام اللوح القلاب في تعزيز فهم الطلاب ومشاركتهم. يقدم البحث رؤى قيمة للمعلمين في إنشاء أدوات تعليمية إبداعية وفعالة. يُوصى بتطبيق هذه الطريقة في مواد أخرى وتطوير نماذج تعليمية مبتكرة لتحسين جودة التعليم بشكل عام
The Concept of Insān kāmil in the Perspective of Contemporary Sufism
Get PDFThis article discusses how the concept of Insan Kamil is perceived in contemporary Sufism. The fundamental principle of Sufism is Tawhid, and if Tawhid is lost from a believer, the essence of the human heart will change, causing them to fall from the dignity of humanity. In other words, the concept of wahdat al-wujūd is a direct consequence of Tawhid, which subsequently gives rise to the concept of insān kāmil. To analyze this discussion, the author employs an analytical-descriptive method, ultimately concluding that in the thoughts of contemporary Sufis, both from Persia, such as Ayatollah Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Hasan Zadeh Amuli, as well as contemporary Sufis in Indonesia like Abah Guru Sekumpul and Emha Ainun Nadjib, there is a commonality regarding the Divine Essence of Allah Swt, which is beyond the understanding of past or future, transcends time and space, and has no representation of the Divine Essence. Insan Kamil is viewed as the locus of the manifestation of all the most perfect names of Allah Swt. According to them, all the characteristics of Insan Kamil are manifested in the person of the Prophet Muhammad Pbuh. Therefore, anyone wishing to achieve a spiritual station of Insan Kamil should emulate the Messenger of Allah in all dimensions of his life
Reconstruction of the Understanding of Nasikh, Mansukh, and Ayatul Mutasyabbihat in a Modern Context
Get PDFThe interpretation of the Qur'an in the modern era is faced with the challenges of social change, culture and technological progress. The concepts of Nasikh (appointment of law) and Mansukh (abolition of law) are important to ensure that the laws of the Koran remain relevant to the context of the times. Apart from that, Ayatul Mutasyabbihat or ambiguous verses also require careful interpretation. This research examines the views of classical and contemporary scholars regarding these three concepts, to ensure that the teachings of the Qur'an remain applicable and provide solutions to contemporary problems. Through a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review, the research results show that a correct understanding of Nasikh, Mansukh, and Ayatul Mutasyabbihat is very important to avoid misinterpretations and ensure that the teachings of the Qur'an remain relevant and provide solutions to the challenges faced by Muslims in the contemporary era

Get PDFThis research is motivated by the fact that legal protection of the right of every individual to have citizenship is one of the fundamental aspects regulated in international law and Islamic law. This research aims to analyze the perspective of Islamic law and Article 15 Paragraph (1) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states that everyone has the right to nationality. This research applies a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis method. Data were collected through document studies and relevant literature using purposive sampling techniques. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that Islamic law and Article 15 Paragraph (1) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights have harmony in guaranteeing the right of every individual to have citizenship as a form of protection of human dignity. The findings of this study imply the need to harmonize national regulations with the principles of Islamic law and international law to ensure that the right to citizenship can be effectively guaranteed
Islamic Economic Thought in the Umayyad Era: A Review of the Financial and Tax Systems
Get PDFThis study focuses on the financial system and zakat in the Umayyad era from the perspective of Islamic economic thought. This study will include an analysis of the banking system applied. This study uses a literature review method to examine the financial and tax systems in the Umayyad era from the perspective of Islamic economic thought. The focus of this study lies in the use of currency, banking system, types of taxes and how they are managed. Data will be collected through relevant literature, such as books on the history of the Umayyad government, works of Islamic historians and economists, and primary sources such as historical documents and official documents of the Umayyad government. The results of this study are that the financial and zakat systems during the Umayyad era had advantages in terms of infrastructure development, good cash management, and structured banking regulations. However, there are weaknesses, such as limited regulations, many violations, and error limits. Therefore, public financial management at that time still needed improvement and refinement to increase efficiency and equity. These principles are still relevant in modern financial and tax management. Therefore, the concept of Islamic economics during the Umayyad era can be used as a valuable reference for fair and transparent financial and tax management, as well as ensuring equal distribution of income and opportunities for all members of society. These principles are still relevant today and can be a reference in the development of modern Islamic economics. Thus, the Umayyad era shows that Islamic economic principles can function well if implemented in accordance with the principles of justice, transparency, and efficiency
Producer Behavior in Facing a 12% VAT Increase
Get PDFThe increase in the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate to 12%, effective January 2025, based on Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning the Harmonization of Tax Regulations (HPP Law), has had a significant impact on production and consumption behavior in Indonesia. This increase impacts producers facing increased production costs, particularly those related to raw materials subject to VAT. Producers are required to adjust their production strategies, including price adjustments, increased operational efficiency, and product diversification. Meanwhile, consumers face the impact of rising prices for goods and services, which impacts purchasing power, particularly among low- and middle-income groups. In response to this VAT rate increase, the government is expected to implement consumer protection policies, such as subsidies for basic goods and social assistance, to maintain purchasing power and prevent further economic inequality. This study explores the relationship between taxation and production behavior and suggests strategies that producers can adopt to maintain competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market

This study uses the literature method to trace the changes in the Islamic monetary system from the perspective of history and sharia law. The results of the study show that electronic money provides convenience and efficiency, but its legality aspects need to be carefully reviewed in the context of sharia. In addition, digital money brings new challenges related to volatility and speculation, which has led to debate among scholars regarding its validity in transactions in accordance with Islamic law. In an effort to seek clarity, a deeper study is needed to assess the potential and risks of digital money in the Islamic economic system

Students' Independent Learning Strategies in Understanding and Developing Learning Materials They Have Received at School at SMPN 6 Mataram
Get PDFThis study aims to identify Students' Independent Learning Strategies in Understanding and Developing Subject Matter that has been obtained at School at SMPN 6 Mataram. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study involved students of SMPN 6 Mataram who have various learning preferences. The results of the study indicate that Students' Independent Learning Strategies consist of: (1) Identification of effective independent learning methods for students, (2) The influence of motivation and discipline on the success of independent learning, (3) Utilization of technology-based learning media to support understanding of the material, (4) Obstacles faced by students in implementing independent learning strategies, and (5) The role of teacher guidance in helping students determine appropriate learning strategies. This study provides insight into the importance of independent learning as an effort to improve students' understanding of subject matter and prepare them to become lifelong learners
